Earning Points

  • Qualifying Purchases: Products/services bought minus returns/refunds.
  • Transactions Not Earning Points:
    • Promotional financing offers
    • Balance transfers
    • Cash advances
    • Certain gaming and lottery transactions

Reward Rates

5-2-1 % Back Rewards (With Prime)

  • 5% Back: Purchases at Amazon.com, Whole Foods Market, Chase Travel.
  • 2% Back: Gas stations, local transit, commuting, restaurants.
  • 1% Back: All other purchases.

3-2-1 % Back Rewards (Without Prime)

  • 3% Back: Purchases at Amazon.com, Whole Foods Market, Chase Travel.
  • 2% Back: Gas stations, local transit, commuting, restaurants.
  • 1% Back: All other purchases.

Bonus Points

  • Special Promotions: Refer-a-Friend, etc.
  • Terms: Duration and expiration specific to each offer.

Utilizing Points

  • Redemptions:
    • Amazon.com Purchases: Use points for eligible purchases.
    • Travel: Book via Chase Travel.
    • Cash: Statement credit or electronic deposit.
    • Gift Cards: Available through the program.

Restrictions

  • Misuse: Prohibited activities include failing to make payments, unauthorized selling of points, etc.
  • Changes: Program terms can change with 30 days notice.
  • Account Closures: Can lose points if account is closed due to misuse or fraud.

Other Information

  • Points have no value until redeemed and are subject to terms.
