...disputing their deductible, and normally we just have to go in and just confirm, you know, whatever was submitted over to Safe Life for their deductible, that that is truly what their deductible is. So you'll get those emails from Safe Life. Sometimes you might get emails from Safe Flight requesting approval on a certain part. You will just have to kind of review that and look at that to see if that's something that should be approved. I'm trying to think.
That's kind of what really comes in in the glass box. But yeah, a lot of invoices are mainly what comes in from the glass box where you have to create the claims and just assign it out to someone. That's your goal.
