Stages of Isha Kriya

Exhale slowly while saying, "I am not even the mind" (matching exhalation duration with thought).
Stage 2: Sound Vibration

Utter the sound "AHHHHH" 7 times with mouth wide open, exhaling fully with each sound.
Sound should resonate from below the navel, loud enough to feel the vibration.
Stage 3: Stillness
