Preparation Strategy for NEET PG 2025 and INIC November 2024

good evening everyone this is Dr prain tripati hi guys I'm Dr Zena Bora all right so uh this session is uh not for students who are going to appear for the upcoming inic exam or the need PG examination uh as we have very clearly written here that uh this session is for students who are just starting with their preparation interns or even post interns who are targeting the neat pg25 or the in exam November 24th right so so we wanted that uh this is the initial phase of the preparation and certain things certain mistakes uh that students make in the initial part of the preparation we wanted to bring those things to your notice and also discuss a bit about Mission 2.2 which is the plan that we are going to run uh targeting neat pg25 and in C November 24 all right shall we start ma'am yes yes sir so basically the idea is to give you a Head Start you know most of the students who are um going to start preparing are are in the phase where they are confused as to what do we do and and I think beginning is the most crucial stage so if you know that you have a plan which is laid ahead and everything is going to be taken care of I think that gives you a lot of reassurance at the beginning so that's what we are trying to do give you a head start to your preparation because exam is at least one year down the line if not more and I think if you have a plan ahead a macro plan of what it's going to look like it's will give you a lot of relief correct so so here we have written neat PG but this plan is as applicable for the fmg examination basically if you're one year or nine months away from the examination this is what you can follow so uh in the beginning I just wanted to bring to your notice some of the early challenges that that students face and I think this is one of the most important challenge uh recently I was talking to a girl who is preparing for the next exam uh she told me that she wants to prepare for n PG using Harrison right now Harrison is a great book it's often called the Bible of medical Sciences but if you're preparing for entrance examination Harrison might not be the best primary resource so this is one of the example of many impractical things that students tend to think in the beginning of the preparation I think the primary reason is when we start preparing in the initial part we very pumped up you know we are like this time we'll show what we can do and we also carry some regrets from our last exam in PMT we could not go to this college we could not achieve this so we are very you know all raring to go and in in that over enthusiasm sometimes we end up making certain uh we end up taking certain impractical decisions which we have to pay for later on in the preparation so as as Z rightly said the macro plan should be solid we should we should be very clear in the beginning itself that what we want to finally achieve so Zen do you want to talk about some some wrong steps that students tend to take in the beginning in over enthusiasm I I think uh making yeah over ambitious plans is definitely one of the things you know that you feel like I will go through the main notes of everything you know main videos of everything and and then Midway you realize that okay this is not working out and then you go to something very very radical you know so so it's very important to laay down a very realistic plan uh from the beginning and then uh you know focus on the most important stuff right from the beginning not figure it out Midway that what I was doing for the last 6 months was something which was not even needed you know so so that's where we come in because we've seen you know the trend and how how things go and we can tryage it for you and and uh tell you that this is what you need to focus on so that's where our role comes in to give you a plan and a structure and that's what we always say uh that that you know Mission classes do or any live class for that matter does is give you a structure and and tells you that these are the things that you have to focus on so it uh so that's what the the main thing is that you don't go wrong in and and when you have a lot of time you know you feel like you can do everything but but you know a lot of time doesn't remain a lot of time for very long so uh so that's what we we want to uh uh stay away from is is to not stray uh off from the course and and not make the wrong kind of plans right uh the second thing thing I think is consistency more so for the interns now when you're doing internship you start studying everything is going well but then you have a duty 24-hour Duty and your preparation goes off the track or say you are in a job you are a post inter you're in a job and suddenly something happened uh your preparation went off the track so maintaining consistency is very difficult because what we see is you were studying good for 15 days something happened and then you take 20 days to get back to the track so that should not happen there has has to be something that maintains consistency that that pushes you to get consistent and that is something that we'll again talk about starting too late this is the other end of the spectrum some people are too ambitious others are too late back they think that enough time is left I'll start setting six months later and see this is a problem more so for interns and as well as post interns I would say were in jobs say say you are a batch of 100 and you just enter internship out of those 100 80 would be in that enjoyment let's have fun and those 20 who want to study they will they will look at those 80 people and they'll find right and in that indecisiveness sometimes you end up spending too much wasting too much time at this point of time you have a you have that advantage of you know starting early you can start early and get those extra months if you start late you lose that you lose that massive Advantage so starting early starting in the beginning of internship is a great thing because you know it sets the tone for the rest of the internship or even if you are a post intern in a job or just studying not in a job starting early kind of gives you that tone sets the tone for the rest of the year which helps you later a lot yeah and and again in internship I have seen a lot of interns making this mistake that they feel that naabi internship is a lot of work and let me just take a break and then I'll get to it after internship anyways this is people call it the zeroeth attempt that's the term that I've uh heard from students that this is not my first attempt this is my zeroth attempt which is my internship attempt which I feel is it's a very big misconception you know don't take it like that take it as your first and your final attempt you know why are you considering it as not an attempt even if you have very very hectic internship you know when you prepare a little bit whatever time that you get you know you have to get into that zone because otherwise what will happen is there's a big inertia which sets in if you haven't studied for a year and take it lightly the very big inertia and you and you feel that it's very difficult to bounce back so not just that one year you are going to lose a lot of time after that as well after that zeroth attempt as well and a lot of time goes into you know regretting so much of uh anxiety stress so all of that is the bonus time and the Damage that it ensues so you know so one sincere advice is just start studying don't take a break you're already having that momentum from final prop just study a little bit every day depending on what kind of postings you have at least take out 2 to 3 hours but stay consistent and you know that is what we are trying to do he consistent to every day irrespective of how much you're able to do such that that attempt you give at the end of internship should should be a serious attempt and and you know a lot of times you'll get a solid two to three months after your internship to prepare and then you can go all in and that can only be done if you've studied you know if you laid the foundation so that's what you have to do during your internship days right so so Dr Zab used the term momentum that that's a very important term here because you just appeared for a final exam and final exams are tough everybody studies for them so you can just carry that momentum and also there's there's a there lot of disadvantages but there are lot of advantages also of preparing an an internship first of all the final area is still fresh in your mind right so it takes much lesser time to revise and also say you decide that I want to just have fun in internship after one year when you start all over again then you are Rusty it takes some time for you to get back into the Rhythm so why why not use the current momentum to know take your preparation if if uh we talk about the time available of course it's less in internship but then because you're fresh with many things it takes even even with less time you're able to cover more so so that internship Advantage you should not let go of another thing is Zen ma'am we have seen that students in the beginning are kind of of you know reluctant of doing the mcqs I think primary reason is you know they don't want really to see that they are not able to answer the mcqs correctly there is there's this whole avoidance that okay let me study and when I'm good I'll do the mcqs uh do do you want to say something on that yeah I I think uh passive learning is always easier to do you know when you are watching videos or you are watching even live classes for that matter it always feels easy because it's coming to you on a platter right all you have to do is listen and then maybe just annotate or make notes so that's always easy the tough part always becomes the active learning which is studying by yourself and revising those notes and second would be to test and also learn you know mcqs will be a learning tool as well as a testing tool and that is a form of active learning and that is something which is irreplaceable you know you have to have to practice mcqs and that's what you do anytime you're following any sort of video module or even offline classes what you have to do is supplement that with questions and make sure that you know you are revising what you've done you're testing because knowing the theory is one thing when you don't know how to apply it in a question it all goes down the drain you know so this is something you have to do simultaneously while while you are attending and this is something which you know personally I feel can be done while you are at your job or your internship you know just make it a habit that okay when I come back from my job or internship I have to see these modules and then next day when whatever time that you get you know you're running around for some reports or something try and keep solving questions on the go so this way you're always you know doing something you are making sure you're not losing out on time and you're also not wasting time you know which is sometimes spent in internship I just you know not doing anything productive so you can spend that time doing mcqs at least you know so that you supplement your theory with mcqs that's something which is very very important right so mcqs should be a part of a preparation from the word go from the very beginning and also the same appes to the GTS right a lot of students are aers to taking GTS because they don't want to see the bad score but you know taking initial GTS gives you a baseline score that okay this is where my preparation stands today and every month every two month you can see how you're improving or not so it's it's again it's not only an evaluation tool it's also a preparation tool grg sir says this thing repeatedly that if you get a question wrong in a GT you will never get that question wrong in the actual exam right so so ensure that there are as many questions as possible that you do in GTS all right after this what what we think is the uh requirement or what what things are needed to succeed in the exam I think the biggest one remains structure nowadays the problem is not of lack of content but it's the problem of Plenty there are so many things so many good resources so many videos how how do you ensure that you cover everything and you also revise it twice or Thrice before the exam so I think we have to make a plan where we can structure the preparation we have a plan that this is when I I want to complete my first feeding this is when I revise first for the first time second time third time and so on and so forth discipline again this is important because uh if you're an intern if you're a post intern there should be opportunities to get back to the track if if something happened your three days got wasted there should be something that can you know bring you back onto the track on the fourth day so that is what I mean by discipline concepts are important in medical preparation and facts are important uh if you are not strong in facts probably you cannot you can forget about getting selected there are certain things which you have to remember which are factual and you can find ways of remembering them but they they have to be there at the same time there are certain things which are so conceptual that if you understand them then once they stay with you so mix of Concepts and the facts is what is needed and then art of solving mcqs getting a McQ correct is not only about knowing the information behind that McQ but also being able to rule out two options and many other things so these are some of the important things some of the important ingredients that are required to know succeed in the entrance exam zenab you want to add something to this um yeah so so you almost summarized it completely sir but uh yeah basically this is what you keep in mind you know whenever you're doing any sort of uh content uh you know the most common question is that am I doing enough you know because nowadays most of the people either rely on on BTR SL rpid revision and then you know they question whether am I doing conceptual enough so this is what you all have to understand is irrespective of what you're doing you know supplement it with mcqs and supplement it with the weak points you know whatever you feel are your weaknesses and you go upwards from there and you go to your main videos and the main modules from that so the idea is to understand and personalize whatever you're doing according to your own weaknesses and according to where you are placed at you know so as an intern if we are addressing an intern right now who has one year of time you know so what is it that we would recommend doing is you know a a Midway approach between a bridge between main videos and and you know something as short as BTR perhaps you know so that is why you know we're talking about Mission classes because we don't have enough time to go through main videos and Main notes now but we definitely have more time to just do BTR you know so that's where uh we will try and integrate a plan that you can do the best of everything and then you can also supplement the points or the topics in every subject where you we at with the main videos you know so that's where Mission classes will uh will help you uh navigate all of these resources combined because as an intern the most common question they get is what do I do there are so many things just on cerebellum alone there are so many things which are available what do I do so that's what we will tell you every step of the way that this is what you have to do and again art of solving mcqs I think there is no better way to learn how to solve mcqs than test and discussion you know you attempt a test go through it with your own mind what were you thinking this is the answer and then the teacher comes and tells you that why this is the answer and what you were thinking was perhaps not correct and why this is the way you have to think so this is not just knowing the answer but it molds the way you think slowly over time you know and and that's what the aim is so so Theory plus tested discussion is is the best way forward and and that's what uh you know we propose right uh I'm just looking at some of the comments we will come to uh the comments later on but but just to answer uh Aisha I think she sayings please can you guide also the students who have cleared fmg how should be their approach with cereum so Aisha I mean if you have cleared fmg and if you're preparing for npg or November in this is as applicable to you as anybody else right there's no difference all right so uh let's not talk about what exactly are we planning so ma'am used the term Mission classes so we would be starting with what is called as Mission npj City version 2.0 as of now we are running a version 1.5 for the upcoming examination uh I I'll just quickly go through what all is included in this Mission program so Mission program is primarily a live lecture based program where everything is covered in the live lectures uh the entire content is covered in the live lectures and the the thought behind Mission classes which are the live classes is very simple that we want to put the owners on the teachers to cover the entire course U we we had tagline which said that your course completion our responsibility and I think we we still stand beside the tagline that a student sometime gets you know beered from where to study what to study how much to study when to revise so we want to take that onus on us that okay let us do it for you we have been doing this for tens of years let us do it for you so in Mission atpg program the entire course would be covered in the live lectures you just have to listen to the classes now this time because we have time in the first phase we are going to cover a part of qbank also in the live lectures uh so what I mean by that is say say I'm teaching Psychiatry for three days first two days I complete the class on the third I give you a test which is taken from the Q Bank of cereum which the teachers have themselves made and then we discuss the qbank so now qbank is something which includes the important questions the questions that we want you to know and sometimes because of the lack of timing you are not able to either do the live classes or the qbank so we thought that we have enough time and the first phase we would try to cover a component of qbank as well so live lectures followed by qbank uh as ma'am was saying later on we'll have test and discussions again live test and discussions and of course the recorded content whether it's the main videos whether it is the rapid revision or quick revision videos whether it is a BTR videos all of that is of course a part of mission need PG uh yeah bet is a part of this so I can just show you very quickly uh how are we going to start with the phase one which is going to start from April 21st so as you can see we'll be starting with Psychiatry I'll be starting the batch and 21st 22nd 23rd 3 days we'll be learning the theory and doing the qbank a part of qbank right which is which is relevant so this is the plan we teach a subject uh do the qbank relevant part and then go to the next subject uh Zen ma students who want to integrate BTR with this I I think we have kept that question in the end but now that I'm showing this plan how what what should be the approach um sir I think uh it's best if you do it simultaneously you know so so let's say we take the example of Psychiatry how I would do it as first I would attend the live class for for two days in which you would cover the theory of Psychiatry uh before coming for the McQ discussion on day three I would also watch the Psychiatry BTR and bonus BTR videos so that would give me just a revision of what you have already taught and it would also highlight that okay these are the most important things after that once I attend uh the McQ discussion you know that would also give me the perspective that okay using both of these sources am I able to apply whatever it is that is being asked in the questions and also learn you know some things new from the questions so so you know this way you are done with one reading of of the mission classes plus uh BTR here and then the next time onwards in phase two what you do is you make it even more concise you know so now one time you've done both of this you've annotated BTR also and you have your notes as well so now you have two things ready for every subject in the next phase now what I have to do is consolidate you know now my base is ready I have to consolidate and make it even more concise so that my third round becomes much more easier and then I just have to see that so this way you know your content is sorted uh you know Mission plus BTR and bonus BTR I think you don't have to worry about any more content and if you feel that okay some area is lagging some chapter is lagging you have access to recorded videos as well just go to the recorded videos and you know find that so that is what I think would be the best approach to integrate BTR and andmission classes right so so as ma'am said that say if you're doing Psychiatry say 12 hours of theory and add to it maybe one and a half hours of BTR and bonus BTR and in those 13 and a half hours you have covered almost everything that you need to know and and a lot of it would be overlapping also if if you cover One Source it the Second Source becomes very easy right so this is how we are going to do and as you can see the number of days allotted this time are more for example if you look at medicine 8 9 10 11 and then you have 13 14 15 and 17 18 19 almost 10 days right so usually we used to give seven days to Medicine 8 days to medicine but now we are giving 10 days because we have enough time right similarly for surgery and OBG and bigger subjects we have given more days and and then you have got GTS in between and we have kept certain break days the whole idea is that if you have a duty and if for some reason you could not cover a particular class you have the opportunity to see those lectures by the way all these live classes are kept as recorded lectures in the app so in case you miss some class you can always uh the see the same class the next day so we are going to finish the first phase by 12th of August 12th of August we finish the first phase and after that we start with the phase two now phase two is basically uh 15th of July or somewhere around 20th of July we'll have the result of net PG exam also this year and then the new batch will start and the first batch will be integrated with it so as ma' was saying in the phase two we will again have revision classes all the theory classes will be again taken and this time rather than doing the Q Bank we will have test and discussion what we call as end exam in discussion so test would given to you and uh a live discussion would be done and in this cycle we'll also have what we have now BTR ands so basically what we do is for those who do not know how how it is done say say there's Psychiatry class say there's pharmacology class say there's pathology class so Psychiatry class followed by test and discussion Pharma same pathology class by followed by test and discussion and then zenab M Club Psychiatry Pharma and patho and takes one end of three subjects so we have subject-wise test and discussion and some composite test and discussion and there would be some lectures also ma'am um we we may have some compiled modules here and there compil modules no subjectwise lectures as such but yeah we can do some compiled integrated sessions some integrated classes and the GTS as we just discussed and then we do something called as marathons in cerebelum where just right before the exam like inct or n PG or fmg in around 70 or 80 hours in a span of like seven days or eight days we try to cover the entire course and this this whole concept of Marathon is very famous in the IES classes and all and we have kind of uh we got inspired by them so but it's it's a good thing uh like 10 days before the exam in 7 days if you can cover everything say you gave me two hours to cover Psychiatry or you give six hours to zenam M for BTR three classes so the the thing that is taught is like very higher so so it it worked wonderfully in the last exams and I'm sure it will help the students in the future exams also so this is about in and after that we go to the fourth phase which between inct and N PG we'll again have revision classes we'll again have test and discussion we'll again have btrs and finally hopefully you don't have to follow this you get selected in n and we end the program with Marathon n PG right before the N PG exam so I mean it's it's very highly structured very elaborate and I think the good part of this whole program is you can you know enter the program at any step uh you can start in the beginning and you know have that Advantage but say somebody wants to start after 2 months or three months you get that opportunity to you know again still still take the advantage of the structure and follow whatever is being told to you yeah and uh yeah don't forget that uh even though we we focus a lot on live we upload each of the lectures as recorded you know so a major struggle for interns and and people with job would be that what if you're not free that time you know so you can always structure your day around the recorded sessions you know and and act as if you know they are the live basically it's to give you accountability that this is the timeline so if you do miss out on a lecture or so you can always compensate and cover it and you know go on a retrograde approach or maybe just skip a subject if that's a very busy period for you and come back to it later on and then stay with the life course so you can always uh adjust and accommodate but but you know the recorded lectures will be uploaded that you can just as Sir said you can join any time and you know catch up so so that's the thing and and if you feel you know that uh uh that you are on track with your self study you can also just start with with the revision module directly you know so that's again uh one option that you can take 100% whatever suits you different people uh like different approaches so you can you can always pick whatever is suiting you uh ma'am let's take some questions UD has sent the same question at least 20 times sir I am third first mbbs student should I do Mission 2.0 videos and I haven't done any main videos of first or second year and already finding how to cover first and second year subject may you want to answer this please a is's a third part one student and I think he's worried about first and second year subjects um first of all I think you should right now focus on your third first mbbs Prof you know uh and not worry about future or past first focus on present and then do the subjects well and I don't think you should do Mission classes I think you should do main videos at this point I feel you should do main videos of your year which which perhaps would be PSM ENT of the N fmt so that that is what you first cover after that if you have time you know you can just do some week subjects of first and second Prof if you feel you have ignored them or go ahead and start covering some part of medicine and surgery you know so that's what your best approach is right now that consolidate your four subjects of third first Prof with main videos and do McQ simultaneously that's your best bet right now don't do Mission classes you can do them once you enter your internship I'm sure we'll be doing Mission 14.0 by then all right uh ma'am somebody's asking what is the timing of the classes so if I may answer usually we start at 5:30 p.m. in the evening the reason is that we want everybody who's in the job or doing internship to be back to the hostel by that time and uh usually class starts from 5:30 p.m. continues till like 10:30 or sometimes 10 or sometimes when we people actually can't sell till even 12 right so but it starts at around like 5:30 p.m. all right uh adya is asking sir is the timeable changed from one which got released two days ago adya we are constantly making some changes some tweaks here in there uh so but this is this is the I think the final schedule that we have made uh sometimes one class may get interchange with another because of the availability of teacher but this is primarily uh what we are going to follow is it applicable to December fmg 2024 yes of course 100% yes as as we said that uh if you are following npg uh or whether you are following fmg uh the schedule is similar but for December 2024 fmg batch we will start a batch I mean exclusively for fmg student somewhere after the current exam I think the exam is on 7th of July so maybe after that we'll have a dedicated batch towards fmg students we call it Mission 200 plus Ash is asking what is the difference between Mission 2.0 versus Champions batch of Hyderabad this Zen man will answer I I see basically the content if you ask me to teach Radiology how many different ways do you think I can teach Radiology you know the content Remains the Same so so don't have any fomo basically whatever you are doing you know to everybody whatever you're doing the focus is you do that well and and don't uh uh you know be doubtful that is there something better somewhere else you know so it's not whether you're doing Champions batch the the only difference is that's offline you know and offline has a different Aura so that's what you find what works for me does online work for me offline work for me we as as teachers are going to do the same job which is going to be to the best of our abilities in both offline as well as online so I so to answer your question in one word no difference right no difference right uh sir is end not a part of phase one so we are doing test and discussion in phase one but it will it will be more qbank based we want to cover qbank also because we are still quite away from the exam you'll be doing test and discussion in first revision second revision right so we thought that in the first phase at least we cover qbank as well yeah uh so for post interns one of you is asking for daily schedule I think this serves as your daily schedule even if you are a post intern you know you can very well use this schedule but if you are appearing for this neat you know you already have a plan which is ongoing which is Mission 1.5 so don't uh focus on this right now I think you should be studying and after neat you know uh most likely you will not have to do anything but even if you need a plan after need then you come back to this but but most likely you will not so you know right now uh for post interns I think the best way forward is uh what you are already doing and you know just continue doing that uh ma'am I have on the screen also the same question which the student is asking should I use the printed notes or make notes and if I use printed notes should they be quick revision notes or main notes um so it depend see if you are somebody like UD who was our third first Prof student then it's best to use main notes but I think if you are an intern then quick revision notes are definitely something that both sir and I will recommend because it's more concise you know the idea is either you build everything and concise so either it's an inverted pyramid or you go upwards here we have already done the job for you it's already something which is concise and the most important stuff is there so it's easier for you to add on to it right rather than cut down so basically the best way forward if you're using Mission and you are an intern or a post intern just use Quick revision notes and and again filter it out add important points and then you know make that as your base so so quick revision notes will be better but if you are an undergraduate who's using the main videos main notes would be better somebody's asking sir what is it with offline BTR sold faster than tkal raway ticket it's it got it got sold faster than taret so this is the thing now you have to work as hard as ma'am and one day will come when your classes will get sold off faster than the you know concerts of Taylor Swift or India Pakistan match so that the whole credit goes to Zen M's effort but I think we have still registration going on for Delhi second batch and chenai batch Delhi first batch and Hyderabad is gone so please if you want to join the class offline BTR do that uh join uh this Delhi batch or chenai batch I think I think by the end of the day even those seats would be filled I was just looking at it it's filling very fast okay um so pyqs will be covered in the questions that we discuss of course uh that is one of the most important things that we do you know so pyqs will be definitely the base of everything uh in the test as well as the cube Bank discussion that we do and mostly three years pyqs is what need to be mastered you can do more than that but that's something you can't miss out on so that's what our Focus will also be on the last three years of neat and fmg and inct so somebody's asking that whether they have to annotate first dat along with these classes so see my answer is very simple I mean first dat is a great resource no denying that but if you are following Mission and if you're following BTR along with it BTR already covers everything that is given in first state and most so it is tailor made for our Indian examination so if you are already studying BTR and I would very strongly advise you to follow BTR then there is no need left to do you know first date and this has been not only our experience by by now this this thing is quite validated by the result of the students also so don't don't worry about first state if you are following BTR BTR BTR is Indian first state and I would say B better and and yeah I basically love first aid so you know whatever I teach first aid is a part of it so I don't think yeah you need to worry about it because if you are annotating quick revision notes and you have Mission BTR one more book will you know not needed already you are doing concise enough you know don't go more concise jatin is saying do we get time during the classes to make notes so jatin that is the whole idea of you know using the printed notes when you are listening to the teacher if your concentration is totally you know focus on what teacher is saying and if it is not divided in making notes I think you do better so that is why I would strongly advice use Quick revision notes whatever additional information you get just add to it I mean you can always use sticky notes and everything uh if you're using quick revision notes probably 70% of the class is already there in the notes and those 30% writing is actually good because that makes it Active Learning and it stays with you yeah so better is to First go through the quick revision notes before sitting for the class because otherwise I've seen most of the students keep flipping through the pages and then they are like page can you repeat so don't do that first come prepared you know at least go through the notes once so that when you hear the teacher you know I want I would want you to give all of your attention to the class and not worry about where it is given you know so either you read them first or you read them later but don't read them during class because you can't multitask you think you can multi task but let me tell you you can't you can't listen and understand and also find where it is written and add those extra points so it's best that you know you just give your 100% attention hearing and understanding what the faculty is teaching the next day the annotated PDF will be uploaded as notes the lecture will be uploaded in the morning just take out those uh you know 1 hour two hours whatever and then scroll the notes and see those extra points which have been given in the annotated PDF and add to your notes you know so that's the best practice I feel because I've seen a lot of students during class you know just going uh back and forth through the notes trying to find the page number where it's given and and that way you don't focus on the class and you know you lose out on the whole point of attending a live class Aur sir is here apur sir is here good evening Aur sir and hello sir students both me and zenab M are sitting here and discussing because of aurer only I was introduced to teaching by s and so is the case with zanab maam so all of us walk on the road that was built by people like Aur sir GG sir VI sir spur sir so nice to see you po uh okay one person is asking if subscription will be there till need PG 2025 because they Chang the dates see I don't think nmc has planned as much as we have here okay so let's not think two years down the line and see we will see you know we will figure it out so don't worry you know this year also exam got postponed and then proned and we made plans to to account for that so that will be taken care of you know it's too far down the lineal is saying sir as an intern what should we expect with ourselves during the preparation sometimes it's overwhelming how to be consistent in those times kindly guide Kunal see that is the whole point that I was discussing that as an intern of course it's going to be a bit you know chaotic sometimes you would not be able to study that is why we want you to follow mission classes because say you did not study for two days and third day you're sitting in the library or in your hostel room and you get a notification in the app that today z m is starting with a radiology class you can just start the class and that will help you to get back into that flow if you try to study on your own sometimes it takes many days before you can start again all over again you know the the gaps the breaks are are more troubling if you are reliant on your own motivation but when when when the class is going on all you have to do is just start the app and start listening to it sometimes somebody teaching you is the push that you need to get back to the Rhythm it's it's a it's a circle it's a circle Zena ma'am yes I was reading the comments I'm sorry I just didn't yeah it's a [Laughter] complete I was to a question basically asking whether there'll be next instead of neat and I don't think there's any better person than you to answer this ma'am what's the questions is there anything better it be next instead of neat no ma'am I'm not the right person for this I don't think anybody is the right person for this nobody knows but what we can say is that you know I think multiple batches have lost weeks and months uh discussing and contemplating on this question and nothing good came out of it so one genuine advice that we can give to you is do not spend even a single minute talking about next for last seven years or six years next is coming and you know so many have been next ready for Last 5 Years but next is not ready to come so when it comes we'll talk about it yeah and and if it does come you don't worry you know we will definitely uh you know modify the strategy accordingly on the same day or the next day so you don't have to worry about it this is an important question Zion is asking ma'am will you make a schedule for BTR for neat pg25 and I November so the schedule that you give Z how to study on your own also so will you be giving it now or after the July exam after Jun exam so exam basically we will uh have it according to our phase two so so that is how the schedule will be aligned with the phase two so after after June what is the approximate rank we should aim in meat and ioni um you should aim for rank one aim to one so that's what you have to keep your a000 so you have to aim for the best and give it your all in and you know you will do well husi is the name of the profile he says I'm I'm thinking is it's a he sir ma'am I am a FG student targeting December 24 fmg sir I didn't even study spsm properly during my college days so I'm planning to Mission ITP 2.0 class for my PSM will that be enough yes I mean PSM would be taught by none other than VI Jer so it would be enough and the good thing is even if you're taking Mission 2.0 later on when we start with the fmg class specifically you can always switch that that facility has been kept in the app that if you are fmg student you can always switch so yeah that that should work it should work fine not a problem uh Rohan the next class will be on Sunday there's a class on scores and classification so I'll send the link there okay don't worry and uh DH there will be live BT sessions in the second phase of uh of mission 2.0 where we'll have ends which are uh you know compiled subjects so that's when we'll be having live end sessions okay uh bhan we are kind of talking about the next year exam in this we will we'll make a different video for this year exam the last days and what strategy can you do waiting for fmg BTR ma are we planning okay we we'll discuss about this later on yeah U main notes also Dr Vin you can use them with the mission classes you know it's just that you'll have to then filter it on your own and make it more concise so so you know there's no problem with it just that you can go on uh marking the points which you feel are volatile and you want to revisit and highlight them so that you know you keep making them concise so so that's also not a bad approach it's just that you know you have to read them don't read them during the class and just go through them afterwards and just filter out the most important points U said that it might be slightly better to use Quick revision notes right you might you know end up wasting time looking for where exactly the teacher is teaching from in main notes main notes are more elaborate right so as ma'am said some time back that main notes are better for undergrads uh if you are an intern post intern following Mission classes probably you know taking quick notes would be better all right two will start from August as we said uh so from August after July August after neat uh results are announced we'll be starting and uh one of you is also asking about Mega BTR inct so marathon and mega BTR schedules we'll announce soon so we'll just get them approved and we're going to announce them in a few days now but we'll be in the final uh 10 days before before the exam as as always can we solve endd after it expires yeah you can give it after the live window is also over you can give it uh any day you know you do not get a real time rank but you get an approximate rank if you appear for an end after the live window is over as is saying good evening sir and ma'am pass fmg with 193 B help me a lot ma'am thanks ma'am thank you thank you so much congratulations uh and uh Mega BTR for neat will also happen just same same as II and marathon and mega BTR again like 15 days before the exam 10 days before the exam we'll be doing it the whole point is to again revise everything very quickly in the last 7 to 10 days so that's what we'll be doing for both exams ma'am can you answer this thing how to manage with internship SL job Yeah so basically see you have to take out these four to five hours daily where we have live sessions if you feel that is difficult another solution for that would be uh you know don't see it live but see it the next day maybe at 1.25x or 1.5x so that would cut down on some amount of time that you can save so that's one solution to stick to the schedule and second is to keep solving mcqs you know and and make a book where you are writing everything volatile you know I tend to call it chy copy some people call it 20th notebook whatever ever you to call it keep it keep a book where you're adding everything volatile when you are in your internship and when you are at your job you know do one of these things one is to go through the chy copy and you know go through the volatile points that way you're always with the subject and you feel like you know you are revising simultaneously and second is whatever are the bookmark questions at least you know of that subject or or the questions that you want to solve keep doing them on the job that way you can save some time during the job so that after the job you can just focus on finishing the content you know reading the notes slash watching the class which is pending so that's how you can just manage it it does get overwhelming and tough and if that happens you know you take a break for a few days maybe uh skip a subject and get back to it later on you know so so you have to see what kind of a schedule you are having but it it won't always be a tough entire one year there are few postings which are tough there are few postings which are lighter so that's how you have to manage but you have to stay involved you have to be invested uh in it you know and can't just give up internship you have to stay uh you know focused and have to work very hard and and make sure you're utilizing every free minute that you get right uh Med freak is asking rapid revision plus BTR will be enough for 200 in fmg U I think I think yes if you are completing the rapid revision videos and the BTR I mean you can get any rank as as has been suggested multiple times when you appear for GTS you get to know what are your weak areas and you can always supplement those weak areas with main videos or or any other bigger Source but but the good thing about you know doing rapid revision and BTR is concepts are taken care of facts are taken care of most of it is covered so that's a good approach but if you're planning for the next year exam I think you have more time left with you maybe maybe you can go a bit more elaborate than than doing these resources only yeah so that's the content right so always you know you have to supplement it with mcqs you have to supplement it with custom modules so keep uh you know learning through mcqs that way you supplement any kind of content that you are doing you know so so don't just keep focusing on enough you have to find where you are lacking and you have to master that you know that's how it goes whether you're doing rapid revision or BTR or Mission everybody's asking C you can never complete 100% syllabus you know no matter what you do even if you complete all main notes of all apps combined you will still not cover 100% and you don't have to cover that's the point you don't have to it's not the content which is the limiting factor it's the time and it's your brain capacity can you remember everything do you have the time to complete everything no we don't so that's why we try a and we come up with these plans that okay you do this much you master this and then you supplement it with questions and you know once you master something that way you get the ability to solve questions which you don't even know by ruling out you know so that's the skill you learn you have to have the skill to solve questions you need to have something which is very strong so when you are doing uh BTR with RR or Mission classes you know that way you know that okay if a question comes from this I will not get it wrong that's what you have to ensure that if a question is coming from this that will not be wrong and then we call it silly mistake or whatever mistake that is not done you know so that's what you have to now make sure this is mastered now I keep supplementing it with where I'm going wrong so that has to be the approach for all of you will the PDF be shared before live class so yes we do share unannotated PDFs before the live class on the telegram group or maybe the Facebook group that we'll make soon and the annotated PDFs is uploaded in the app you can watch see the soft copy of the annotated PDF it is not there for download Narendra if you have cleared Jan 24 fmg exam and you're planning for need pg25 then the whole schedule is only for you know people who are in your boat so just follow it take I think ma'am the questions are now getting repeated yeah so I think I mean in the end we just want to say that uh this is the beginning uh time of the preparation I mean the initial part of your preparation you have got 9 10 months or one year Down the Line This is the time if used properly will give you a massive Edge don't waste this time also please remember that content is never the limiting factor time is always the limiting factor this this line everybody realizes but usually three months before the exam those who realize this thing in the beginning of the preparation get a massive Edge so whatever we are studying I mean whether the content is right or not the litmus test test can you revise it at least three or four times before the exam if the answer is yes the content is right if the answer is you would struggle to revise it even once that is not the right approach right so again we are starting with the mission classes Mission classes would include live lectures tnd BTR uh Marathon classes everything that you can think of it's all there in Mission classes uh you can you can join Mission 2.0 I think there was a slide how to enroll I'll just I mean you you can just go to this website www.sam academy.com and I think if I'm not wrong it's on the homepage itself right we are starting from 21st you can just join it and we'll be starting with the classes uh and uh just want you to follow the schedule that we have prepared and everything would fall in place m'am any last comments or any last suggestion for students um so yeah basically uh stay accountable and and you know stay active uh don't just think that it's getting overwhelming and and you know I can't do it you slow down take a break but but you know stay consistent you have to show up daily and do something every day if you feel your internship is very taxing and you know I can't manage my studies along with so much work it's fine if it's a hectic posting you take a break and do very little do a short subject tweak the schedule you know so that's what you have to now take the responsibility of that you know I am going to show up daily and do something every day even if I can study for 1 hour that's enough but don't uh break the momentum don't let the inertia of rest come in that you know after two months of a complete break from studies it becomes very difficult to bounce back you know so stay consistent do little uh every day is is what would be great for for people who are interns right now and and anybody who has job or any other commitments in life we'll try to come up with another session cereum therapy 3. to it's dependent on the nanny of Zara whenever she allows all right all right that's it from me thank thank you thank you thank you everybody thank you bye ma'am thank you
