Prince [Music] [Music] and I am from India I'm a fashion designer and a dancer back home in India I am nervous I am because I don't know this is like my first show as such you make this yes how many days uh two weeks two weeks wow two weeks to make the full costume to become a fashion designer was my dream my father was not allowing me to do this so because of that uh because he was a very strict father he doesn't want me to get into media and things I had to choose what my parents chose for me like I had to study be calm and then I did my MBA in Human Resources but I still wanted to do my designing always when I was working as a HR when I was studying every time I wanted to become a fashion designer and after my marriage I did my MBA in fashion designing with my full supper of my husband I mean my fashion designing profession I just started in India and then but that is the time I had to move to Romania and was to tell you the truth it was really difficult to do what my passion is I I took a long break like two three years break with the designing part I again started doing my designs you live here we live here uh with so long uh it's been more than eight years wow why you choose Romania we came here for the because my husband got transferred here I work for a company I got transferred from India to here yes it's a very nice place and that's why we stayed you know we really love Romania I have more freedom in Romania as a woman I am very free you know I feel really free and I can do anything what I want so we all like it here and my second child was born in Romania so I'm here to present the South Indian Cuisine and also my husband's dream is to open a South Indian restaurant yeah there are very few good Indian restaurants here you know how also how to cook yes yeah yeah you know also how no she doesn't she's a good she's a good meeting but it was a mask I would love to live in Romania for the rest of my life also it depends on my husband's job so if he gets transferred somewhere then we have to move but maybe in the future we can open the first South Indian restaurant in Romania I have two kids two girls one is eight years old and my husband is Ramesh and my marriage was an arranged marriage it's like parents will see the guy and then after they speak to the guy's parents then we are allowed to speak and then we spoke for one week I met him only once and then we had to say yes or no because it's an arranged marriage it was okay I think I we both were lucky enough to get to each other arranged marriage in the sense everyone thinks it's very scary and things it's not like that you know my my family was very liberal I love relationship didn't work for me so finally my parents were worried that 20 you're already 27 years old I think it's time for you to get married so I said okay look for the guy my mom was like okay I will start looking when they saw the guy it's not like they force me or anything only thing was the time limit was a little less for me to talk to him but I feel that you know even in love relationship or in arranged marriage there is that spark when you see the person we liked each other then and then I had to say yes and then the engage was only after a month so after the engagement we had six months time to get married so by that six months I really fell in love with Ramesh and also he fell in love with me I'm lucky to have him it's still scary for the Western World and even for me it I was really scared because I don't know how the husband will change later after maybe he will change after six months after get married no it worked out perfect sometimes arranged marriages also work it's very supportive in everything what I do to follow my dreams he's the main support my dream is to become a proper fashion designer open my own Boutique and my husband's dream is to open a South Indian restaurant in Romania you know he supports me so much so I thought I should also support him with something which I can do that is a reason to coming to Chef lakut it says I am very nervous yes today I'm gonna cook a traditional breakfast if you come to South India if you come to Chennai every house will have this in the morning for breakfast this is Dosa this is amazing it's like but it's made out of rice and one type of lentil Dosa we cannot eat alone so with Dosa we have to have sambar and three types of chutneys so sambar is made out of tur Dal it's another type of rental we put onion Tomatoes zucchini and garlic the special sambar powder which is made out of coriander seeds fenugreek seeds and chili we grind it into a powder and that powder we use in this sambar this is sambar so next is the three type of chutneys like first Chutney is the orange Chutney the onion Chutney green Chutney we make you're using coriander leaves and mint leaves so we put a lot of green chilies and the coconut chutney so white I hope you enjoy the South Indian cooking I chose this dish because I'm sure no one knows about this dish you know in Romania because here in Romania most of them only know about the North Indian cooking foreign [Music] foreign negro subscribe foreign adapted I really like Romania it's a beautiful country and beautiful people and they love Indians what is the name of the food that you cooked it's called Dosa Dosa bread with sambar with that lentil okay and the coconut chutney coconut chutney okay and the other two is the Red Chutney is the onion Chutney and the green one is the green green Chutney okay but you don't have any food without chili no it no I mean we do have food without chili but not today not today foreign [Music] I have a small business and also I'm a classical dancer and also I love cooking but what means does a classic
