It's time for the 2025 master plan and yes that is very different from a vision board. In this video I'm going to be breaking down all of the goals that I have set for 2025 and then in chapter two of the video I am going to be spilling all of the tea on all of the systems I have set in place to ensure that I make every single one of my dreams a reality this year. And then at the end of the video as always I will be doing a homework chapter. which is basically summarizing the whole video into a few practical steps that you guys can start today so that you can get on this mission too. I've been using this master plan strategy for quite a few years now.
If you guys remember, I actually filmed a my master plan for 2024 video last year, which you can see right here. I definitely recommend going to check that out. But before we get into the video, I think it's really important to just share my credentials real quick.
I need to update you guys on the fact that everything on my vision board came true. This is my 2024 vision board. On it is a picture of a first class flight, something that was not in my reality whatsoever at the start of the year.
I thought it was quite far-fetched and I didn't really mind if I didn't achieve it. I ended up flying first class twice. Next to it is an image of New York, a city that I'd been dreaming to travel to my entire life.
I had never been to the US. I went there this year twice, both solo, once to celebrate hitting 1 million subscribers. And that plaque was also on my 2024 vision board, which is now right there.
The other time I went to New York was to do a whole book signing to meet all of my American followers which was insane. I actually had publishing my book on my vision board but I had it in such a tiny image because nobody knew about my book this time last year so it wasn't a vision board. You guys just couldn't see it because I had it in like a secret image but we did that.
I wrote my book, finished it, submitted it, published it. It's now available in bookstores worldwide. I did multiple book signings.
I met so many of you for the first time. I also had a picture of a billboard on my vision board and on the billboard was a picture of Jay Shetty. I'd actually taken that picture because I walked past it one day at the end of 2024 and I thought, I want to be on a billboard in 2025. And guess what?
I ended up being on a billboard in London, Leicester Square, which promoted... my audiobook on Spotify. Underneath that image, I had a screenshot of Shopify notifications because I didn't have a business all year, but I knew some point in 2024, I want to re-enter my business woman era because I know I got the skills and I know I got the ideas. And I did just that. In December 2024, literally right at the end, I finally launched my website, tamco.com, and I launched my business, which is a guided journal business.
My journal is called The Self-Obsessed Journal. Here it is, my baby. And guess what? It is hosted on Shopify along with the newsletter that I also launched in December, which meant that now my phone lock screen has Shopify notifications on it all day long, just like on the vision board.
At the bottom of the vision board, I had loads of pictures of a home slash apartment because I was dreaming of getting the perfect London apartment. And I did just that. In June of this year, I moved from Birmingham to London with my partner. We moved into the dreamiest really actually larger than I thought London apartment. And next to those images was a walk-in wardrobe, something that I've dreamt of since I was a child, which you guys can see also came a reality and honestly really closely matches the vision board image.
Three of the craziest things that happened for my vision board, which you guys don't even know, is one, I had a picture of a Rolex. Now I went to the Rolex store and put my name on the wait list at the end of 2023. They told me what they tell everybody, which is getting this watch can take two to three years, sometimes more. I was like, that's absolutely fine.
I'm in no rush. I'm in no rush. I kid you not, six months later, I got the call saying that my dream Rolex was in store and available for me to collect.
It is so rare to get a Rolex that quickly. However, at that point in my life, I decided that investing was just more of a priority for me at that point. And I knew one day I'm going to get a Rolex a different time.
The other crazy thing that happened was I had the word TED for TED Talk on my vision board. I actually got approached, guys, to do a TEDx talk twice. this year. The first time it ended up being rescheduled and the second time I ended up saying no to the opportunity because I had so much going on with launching my journal business. I thought you know what I think it's better to move this to 2025. I have enough belief in myself that the opportunity will come around again but I just think it's crazy that it ended up coming true.
And then lastly the craziest thing of all because I put this on my vision board honestly for vibes. I did not think it was going to happen in 2024 but I put an image of a woman with a I found my dream Birkin. and I paid for it and I ordered it in the last week of December and it's arriving tomorrow. I bought a Birkin in the last few days of 2024 and I'm receiving it tomorrow.

So you can sign up now using the link below in the description to start your journey with Extiles of Continuous Improvement. chapter number one goals i'm setting in 2025 to become the woman of my dreams before we get into the goals okay we need to do something that not enough people talk about which is one picking your theme of the year and understanding your why understanding your why gives you the motivation to get out of bed every single day and chase your dream so fearlessly and so consistency and picking your theme of the year is going to make sure that you choose the goals that most align to you within the next 12 months choose several or a dozen 20 goals max that are relevant to that theme because guess what you have the rest of your life you have decades and decades and decades to achieve every other thing so ask yourself what are the priorities for the next 12 months maybe in 2025 you want to focus on leveling up in school maybe it's getting your career in order maybe it's what i did in 2021 my theme was taking a break from dating Cutting out romantic relationships completely and focusing on myself and my self-love and my independence, my self-worth, changing my self-concept, doing my affirmations, practicing my self-care. That's what I did the whole year.
I barely focused on my career because how are you supposed to have the time? How are you supposed to pour into your goals with all of your time and effort if you are so overstretched with doing everything? My theme for 2025, drumroll please, is balanced abundance. I have never thought of this in my life before and I could have only ever had this idea because of the journey I've been on throughout the last few years. Last year was go, go, go.
I really went so hard. I worked so many hours and I'm so glad I did that. I'm grateful for that experience but that's what's led me here which is 50% of my vision board this year, this is my 2025 vision board by the way, is self-care images.
I never thought I would be here but I am really getting into this notion of I can have more by doing less and that's what I'm trying to achieve this year. So my overall objective is to keep being successful while also pouring into myself and things that matter to me. One of which like the biggest thing for this year is about giving back and making a positive impact on others. Okay so now that's out of the way let's get straight into the goals.
Number one goes without saying which is my self-care goals. I've been dabbling in self-care over the last two years but I will say it probably took up like five percent of my life whereas now I'm in a place where I want to take it up a notch to like 30 percent of my life of my everyday routine. And the reason this is such an important goal for me this year is because I've really learned that if I am pouring into my well-being, my mental health, also when I do self-care rituals and a slow morning routine, that really increases my feminine energy as well and helps me actively create my own joy. The things that does for your vibration and when your energy is in the right place, you're going to be able to manifest everything you want.
So no more sacrificing because I've learned success does not have to cost your well-being, happiness and mental health. My second goal is focusing on my why, which I just briefly mentioned. So everybody's going to have a different why. Your why is basically your mission that gets you out of bed in the morning. Now, your why is not going to be being pretty, making a lot of money, being popular.
Yes, all nice things. You are completely entitled to want those things. However, they're very and they're not very motivational, right?
They can come and they can go and you can think, you know, I'm not feeling it today. I don't want to go to the gym, even though I want to be the prettiest I've ever been. So I'll probably just go next week, right?
Your why needs to be such a greater purpose that of course you go to go at it every single day because it hits you right here in your heart. So examples of your why would be trying to retire your parents, investing in industries or... communities that matter to you that you want to help even leveling up yourself so financially to give yourself freedom the why there is the freedom not the money it's the freedom that you never had growing up it's the making your inner child feel safe and feel proud because you're giving her the lifestyle she always wanted but never had my why for a while has been about helping other women level up and it is still that but now it's a little bit more elevated this year it's about helping women level up educationally and inspiring them Also coinciding with connection in my day-to-day life, like face-to-face with other women that I know.
And also leveling up financially, giving back to other people, to communities, to charities as well. This links into goal number three, which actually links into something I failed at in 2024, which is I really fell off with my budgeting in the last half of 2024. I honestly felt comfortable with my financial situation, so it wasn't a priority anymore, which is fine. It was a learning curve for me, but...
Even if you're comfortable with your financial situation, the budgeting doesn't go away. The financial planning doesn't go away. Okay. In fact, it should be more prevalent than ever because now we're going to plan for the percentages that we are giving to our investments, to growing our wealth, to investing in things that matter to us.
How much are we saving? How much is our income growing every single month so that we know where we're at on the journey of meeting our financial goals? The fourth goal is a new one that... I have never done before, never put on my vision board before, never really been a priority of the last few years, which is to level up my appearance.
Oh my god, I spent like a whole day a few weeks ago thinking about this for 2025, but one of the questions I asked myself was about my dream self's appearance, something that I haven't thought about for a while because I was just so focused on career. And I thought, how does she smell? How does she dress? How does she move?
How does she walk? What are the shoes she wears? What does her hair look like?
Does she have a signature hairstyle? How is she going to reinvent her makeup look? What are her signature jewelry pieces?
And I just felt so inspired. So I immediately hopped onto Pinterest and made an entire appearance vision board to really refine what I want to look like, what is going to make me feel the most confident. Now, don't get it twisted. Having an appearance goal is not about trying to get other people to approve of you, trying to fit into the trends. Oh my God, just no, I'm never about that.
If you've been watching me for a while, but it's really just about. my younger self, what did she want me to look like when I was a grown-up? What is in her taste?
What is trendy to her? What would make her feel so powerful and strut out in the streets if she was wearing or doing or smelling like or acting like? And that's what I'm trying to focus on. And by setting that goal, it's inspired me to get back on my hair health journey.
So like using significantly less heat, something that I haven't thought about in many years. I did so much research online, especially on TikTok of all of the hair products I need to buy. I bought them all. I have been doing the same makeup technique for a while, but I was looking at photos and I was thinking, what could I refine here? What could I use less of?
What could I have a better technique of? Honestly, it's a nice thing because it makes me feel like I'm just pouring more into myself and taking care of myself in a way. The next goal is all about travel.
Now, I've been really clear about my priorities because as I said earlier, you only have 12 months in front of you. You can't achieve your entire lifetime's worth of goals in the next year. And I understand that.
Being in my travel era and traveling the world, as amazing as that is, that's just not on my radar right now and it's just not a priority and I'm glad I know that because then I'm not wasting time doing something I think I should do because a lot of people romanticize it and a lot of people tell you you need to do it in your 20s because I know I am more passionate about other things at this moment in time. So because I know that, I know I only want to go on maybe travel like two, three times this year and I am very specific about where I want to go and why. And so I've written down exactly where I want to go and I will not stray from that. Number one is LA, a place I've wanted to go to my entire life and I can't wait. And the reason I want to go there is honestly to connect with other amazing creators out there.
I want to make it a work trip rather than a leisure trip. Number two is Dubai. The last time I went to Dubai, I was 15 and I have always thought that I would want to live there for a year. So I think it's really important for me to go now as an adult. to fully experience it for just a week and see if it aligns with me, see if it's my vibe, if I enjoy it, because then it helps me better make the decision over the next few years of where I want to live when I move countries.
And then lastly, I actually don't have the destination plan, but I really want to do a resort holiday with Boyf. We've never done resorts before. We always do city breaks and I just love us having new experiences together.
So I'm super clear on all of that. The next goal is one of the biggest ones and definitely a huge one. huge focus for the year and that is to grow my journal business which just launched at the end of the year meaning it is still very much in its baby stages.
I haven't done the marketing, I haven't like booked out a studio and done all the photo shoots yet which I need to do and I just can't wait to develop this. I can't wait to bring out more journals in the future. I need to work on my website. I have goals on my vision board of like specific sales I want to hit on Shopify and the impact I want to make on people when they are holding this journal and using it all throughout 2025. I just believe in it so much because I have tried and tested it and lived by this journaling strategy.
Honestly, a huge focus for me, just re-entering my businesswoman era. My next goal is to host events with purpose. Now, I have never done anything like this. And in 2024, I only just dabbled in it by meeting you guys for the first time and doing a little bit of public speaking, which absolutely terrifies me.
I've grown in so many different ways. And while I am super confident speaking on camera, Hosting events and being in rooms with loads of people and being in charge of the experience they're going to have is really scary for me as an introvert, as a homebody. It's just so outside of my comfort zone but that's exactly why I want to set it as my 2025 goal because I know it's going to help me grow.
I know it's going to help me achieve my why in helping people because every event I host I want it to have a purpose. I want it to inspire people or educate or partner with charities to help fundraise and it helps me connect with people as well which is also a really big goal for me this year. This links me onto my next goal which is all about connection and friendship.
Something that honestly hasn't been on my radar probably since I was like really young in school. I learned very quickly that I was an introvert and speaking to new people was scary and I dabbled in it quite a bit at uni, didn't quite find the right people and went back into my own shell and I have been on this like lone wolf success journey for years now where I am in my room hours at a time just working, grinding away, working on my vision but I have made significant progress so it's time to enter a different phase. While I'm still going to be focusing my work, like I said before, it's all about balance.
This year I really want to prioritize making connection with people again, learning about them, stepping outside of my shell, meeting new people, learning their stories is so important to me because I've never given myself the chance to do it before. My next goal is all about self-development, something I've loved doing for the last 10 years and I of course will continue to do. It It's so astonishing to me that I find a new way to incorporate this into my routine every single year because there's always so much more to learn.
I've done so much with self-development, like I said before 2021 was all about self-love, other years I've done self-care, I've done discipline, motivation. This year is more the spiritual side of it. For me self-development now is more about tackling the subconscious. I'm going to be reading books about it and I'm learning somatic therapy which my therapist on BetterHelp actually helped me understand. was what I was actually looking for and I've been teaching myself how to do EFT tapping to really tap into my subconscious and therefore pull back into my manifestations.
And that self-development goal links into my next goal which is to become a master at everything I want to be able to teach. I've taught so much based on my own lived experience, based on knowledge and research I've done through years of my life and I want to continue that if not level it the up. There's a quote that I read years ago which is that it takes 10,000 hours studying something to become a master at anything. I want to bring that into this year.
Any spare time I have, I want to continue reading my self-development books. I want to take courses. I want to do research into topics that inspire me to be able to keep sharing that information with as many women all over the world as I possibly can.
Finally, I really want to level up my content as always and creatively challenge myself. And of course, I do have loads of social media metrics that I want to hit, like I want to hit a million followers on Instagram. I want to hit a million followers on TikTok.
There are honestly so many more goals. Like I've probably done maybe like 50% of my 2025 goals list. But those are like the main ones.
Of course, there are quite a few goals that I want to keep personal to myself. But I hope you guys enjoyed that. I could literally go on for hours, but I don't want this video to drag.
So now let's move on to chapter number two, which is the most important one, which are all of the systems I'm using to achieve all of the goals I just mentioned in 2025. Okay, so step number one is a system I've used to help me with my mission, my why, my purpose, the overall theme of the year. And this is super new for me. It's using astrology to your advantage. Now, I was never really into like astrology, birth charts, all of that stuff until I saw an interview of Dua Lipa where she was asked, do you have a therapist? To which she replied, no, but I do have an astrologist.
And this made me think like so many celebrities and so many successful, amazing, talented people have spoken about this. And I thought, you know what? Let me do my own research into it. And this is super simple. It's free to do.
Literally anyone can do it. I highly recommend you have a look. Go on to TikTok because that's where all the astrology experts are literally making free content to teach you all of the knowledge you know and how to use your birth chart to your advantage to know what...
which next best steps to take and what to focus on versus what to avoid. So I actually just got this plain notebook and I've got pages in here filled with notes where I basically written down all of the knowledge that I taught myself on how to analyze a birth chart along with the findings that I got from my birth chart. So for example, my birth chart tells me my life purpose and my life purpose it told me is self-identity and discovery. So much of the research I did also told me that my life purpose is to educate others and help others become the best version of themselves. Guys, the way I was shocked, it took me days to recover because I was like, I've been doing this the whole time.
And even if something is your passion and it makes you feel good, there's always going to be that little bit of doubt where it's like, am I doing well? Am I doing enough? And my birth chart told me, you know, stray away from material goods.
You can enjoy them, but they're never going to give you purpose. They're never going to connect with you in your heart. Whereas becoming the best version of yourself and educating others will.
And that has just refined so much for me and helped me set the right goals. The second system I use is habit stacking. Now, I read the very popular book, Atomic Habits by James Clear a long time ago.
I absolutely loved it. And one thing I'm really trying to action is actually implementing all of the things that I learned because yes, while they inspire me and they positively impact my mindset, let's take it a step further. Once you read a book, let's immediately write. I always fold down pages or highlight things in books. and then I'm going to review it right after and be like okay how can I implement this into my life right now and habit stacking is one of them.
Now I've spoken about an app called habit that I've been using for years. This is basically a little checklist on an app every single day you like swipe it to tick off all of your little goals for the day. So I've already showed you guys my habit app before but now I've rewritten it all to incorporate habit stacking. Here is a screenshot so you guys can see for reference. The plus sign is where I've added an extra habit on where I'm habit stacking two things together.
So for example, while I'm brushing my teeth in the morning and also listening to high frequency healing or meditative music, while I am playing with Matcha, my little kitty in the morning, I'm wearing my LED face mask or LED helmet for hair growth. So it's doing that self-care while also pairing it with something else to save more time. The third system links back to my goal of leveling up my appearance.
Now there was a lot of research that was done beforehand. I googled like the best makeup products, the best hair products. Took me a few hours.
I spent so much time. I invested money in new products and even learning new techniques on how to kind of look the best and how to elevate my appearance and invest in jewelry pieces that are going to make me feel good and look good. I googled like the best post-shower routine to be able to layer your fragrances in the best way to smell the best you ever could smell. Might be simple to some people. Helps me be in my feminine energy.
helps me smell good, feel good, feel like I'm investing into myself again. And to keep up with that habit, along with all of my oral hygiene habits, so like brushing my teeth, flossing, tongue scraper, oil pulling, all of these things, there's a lot to remember every single day, okay? And a lot of people aren't very consistent with it. So all I've done is make a notes app in my phone.
It's called my 2025 Glow Up Note. And I have everything in chronological order based on my personal schedule and routine that includes all of these habits that I have. found out through research on how to be the best looking version of yourself, how to be just an elevated version of yourself and I put it all down so that every single morning I just have to look at the list and I'm done.
There's no thinking about it, there's no forgetting anything, there's no being inconsistent. The next system is all about the actual goals list you've written. Now it is compulsory, like it is crucial to make sure that you are setting smart goals.
It's great to have an initial brain dump where you're like, yeah, I want to eat healthier, I want to work out, I want to level up my career. And then we need to start breaking that down to make sure that all of those goals are smart, because that is the thing that is going to make sure you actually achieve it. This right here is what smart goals actually are.
First word being specific, eat healthy isn't a great goal because it's so vague. Like what does that actually look like? How do you know when you're going to achieve it? Does it mean focusing on your gut health? Does it mean only having a cheat day per week?
Is it about for you? It could be about eating intuitively. It could be healing your relationship with food.
It could be focusing on your fruit and veggies. If you don't really get that in a lot, it could just be focusing on your supplement intake. Then we're gonna make the goal measurable.
This is where I love you using habit trackers and daily checklists. So for example, eating healthy would turn into eat five vegetables a day. Leveling up, you know, for me, hitting 1 million followers in 2025 turns into the measurable goal of post on Instagram every single day, have a weekly content strategy session to make sure that I'm improving and generating new ideas to make sure that I'm actually growing along with regular analytics reviews to be working smarter, not harder in growing my following. And of course, it's also really important to have time bound goals for you. It could be from January to December 2025. For me, I love to do monthly reviews.
So when I'm planning my month ahead, I look back at my 2025 goals list and I incorporate and I schedule things in. I have weekly reminders to go back and make sure I'm taking things off. So every single day, I'm not worried about, am I going to achieve this thing that I set for the year?
I'm already doing it because I've been writing those things and I'm getting those reminders every single day. What I also personally love to do is to have weekly reviews because I feel like That is where you make the most progress in the fastest way of becoming your best self and actually ticking off all the things you want to do. So I actually used to do this in my journal all the time. But now that I've created a journal that everybody else can buy, which is the exact structure I use, I've incorporated it.
So everybody gets a progress check page, which uses the same strategy I've been using. A progress check page comes in this journal after every seven regular daily entries. And it basically has a column.
It has instructions first at the beginning and at the top with a quote that teaches you how to use it for maximum benefit and effects. And then you have your what's working list versus your what needs to change list. And then you can write in more detail about it.
You are never gonna get anywhere if you keep staying in the same cycles because it's comfortable and you're not even consciously aware of why it's affecting you and why it's not the best strategy that can efficiently help you achieve your dream life. these weekly or monthly if you like reviews are going to help you make those changes faster and make sure you're not shooting yourself in the foot that actually links into my next system which is all about accountability i find that's a great way to make sure that you're sticking with things maybe what you wrote in your what needs to change is that you procrastinated all week or you invested too much time in your social life rather than your work life which was your main theme and goal and why for the year But accountability can also be asking a friend to be your accountability partner. It could be journaling every single evening about what you achieved. It could be doing a video diary to yourself where you know every single day you're going to have to talk about what you did to get closer to your goals.
Your accountability could even be social media. For the last month, I've been vlogging and documenting every single part of my daily life on Snapchat. And I'm actually going to be doing it every single day for the rest of 2025. Well, I'm literally showing you guys like, okay, I'm doing my morning routine now.
I'm doing my slow morning routine. If you watch my YouTube or my Instagram and you're aware of my goals, you're going to see me putting that into effect on Snapchat. You're going to see me going to the gym.
And that actually really helps me stay accountable because I'm like, I talk the talk, I go to walk the walk and I'm going to show that I'm doing that. And a lot of you find it inspiring, which I love. And then the last step for this chapter is I now have a better system of focusing on manifestation and i know you guys are gonna have so many questions on this i promise you i am planning the new manifestation video as we speak it will be out super soon i promise you but what i can say is what i'm doing right now is i've been into manifestation for a while but i've had more of a passive um approach to it because the truth of the matter is we are all manifesting 24 7. your manifestation is all about the energy that you carry and the thoughts that you choose and accept and what your mindset is and what you allow it to be.
But of course there is also a more active way to manifest which is like vision boarding, visualization, meditation, quantum leaping, scripting is what a lot of people do. There's like an interview technique, there's a mirror work you can do as well. So I thought this year I'm going full steam ahead okay and especially if I want to have a balanced year where I'm focusing on self-love I gotta unpop that manifestation to make sure more opportunities are coming to me right.
I have done so much new research on manifestation I compiled it into a list, once again, in the notes up on my phone, so I have it all the time. And as part of my daily habits and daily routine, I have to go into that note, I get to choose whatever strategy I want that day, and then I manifest in that way. So maybe what Monday I'll do visualization, maybe Tuesday I'll do scripting, etc, etc.
And like I said, I will be breaking all of that down properly in a video. And that brings us to the final chapter of the video, the homework chapter. If you're new here, all of my YouTube videos and all of my podcast episodes and with a homework chapter to make sure that you guys can actually practically implement everything you learned in this video straight away so it doesn't fall out of your head.
Homework task number one goes without saying and this is what's going to get you started. You are going to start by writing out your goals list and you're going to split it with each area of your life. Remember this can be completely personal to you.
Some people are going to have a spiritual set of goals, some people are going to be religious, some people are going to want to do self-development, some people aren't going to want to. Maybe you're um goals for friendship are going to be really long and other people's are going to be work once you have that list and you've made sure they're all smart goals like we discussed then you're going to convert it into a vision board that you make sure you look at every single day and visualize this can be physical or it can be a wallpaper on your laptop or your phone or all three once you have all of that done you are going to convert your goals into a schedule by either doing a daily monthly weekly checklist and also scheduling tasks in your calendar For example, if one of your goals is to read more, you're going to have a daily reminder that goes off first thing in the morning to read 10 pages. If one of your goals is to start investing, you're going to have a calendar alert that goes up at the end of every month to start budgeting your salary and investing a portion into the stock market or anything else you want to invest in. Step number two is to stop thinking about your goals and instead implement systems that do all of the work for you so that you can achieve them effortlessly.
That way you get to achieve everything without even having to think about it. Some of my favorite tools for this are Notion, Xtiles, the Habit app and the Structured app. The third homework task is to make sure you're doing regular reviews in any way that makes sense for you.
So it could be daily, weekly or monthly. Some ways to do this is to have a calendar alert in your phone that makes sure that you are reviewing the last month and looking at your goals list to make sure you are scheduling ahead for the next month to make sure that you are taking off things that make sense for you. Or you can get the Obsessed with Growth journal on my website, which has a progress tracker every single week so that you're doing your weekly reviews once again without even having to remember.
And finally, the last time I tasked is actually one of my new favorites and I've been doing it for the last few days and this is to make noticeable physical shifts in your environment and in your life that signal to your subconscious, signal to your mind that it's a new era, it's a new phase of your life, we're doing things differently now. Even just changing the organization of your bedroom, organizing one of the drawers in your vanity, I did that, doing a declutter, getting clothes away, maybe having a new wardrobe, even changing the order of your morning routine, implementing new steps, taking things out. Another thing I did was organize all of my lists on Spotify and take out all the music I'd been listening to for years that I always hit skip on when I'm listening to music and instead incorporate new music.
It signals to yourself that it's a whole other time. We're doing things differently now and I am a different version of myself now. We are not falling back into old past habits. Another way of doing it is literally like reorganizing your home screen apps on your phone or just having a new wallpaper on your phone.
This is so important because it gets you out of the habit of being your old self and by making those little shifts you're already practicing doing new things which then helps you get new results in every capacity in every area of your life.
