I'm going to shift into what is shoply and you know it's it's going to take me a minute to create some context um I know that there's a lot of people in here that uh have a ton of excitement because they've heard more or learned more and I know there's some people in here that just got the get the hell down here text and you showed up which makes you probably the best friend in the room um by a show of hands who got that text and just showed up right okay good that's good people that's good people um you know those of you guys that saw those hands go up uh love on those people and if it was me who texted you I love you for your faith and your willingness to be here um you know it it was several months of really processing how to have this conversation and you know I'm definitely uh um more than ready like intensely ready to have this conversation not in this room but all over the world this is you guys right here um I think okay we're gonna bring that computer oh back up no we're good let me go backwards here we go this is you guys there's exactly 100 65 Chairs set out minus of empty seats there's 150 of the best dominant team Builders Market leaders entrepreneurs uh people that build traditional companies uh people that uh maybe there maybe you're a community Leader by the way community leader such as a teacher a coach retired military but you're someone that leads for a living we've got a bunch of renowned influencers in the room we got a handful of those that are here um and then we've got oh sorry the successful entrepreneurs so you got the leaders the entrepreneurs you got renowned influencers you got community leaders the top 1 15 you're here we got a bunch here when you turn the person next to say thank you for being here thank you for being one of the first now this is a situation that it's not hard for you guys to tell this is not your first dance either how many you guys um have been out of out of curiosity so I can get a context how many of you guys have been in and built a direct sales network marketing company before by show hands okay it's 90% how many of you built it fulltime by a show of hands that is 80% which makes sense this was not an open invitation this wasn't like bring granny you know bring your [ __ ] you know bring bring Auntie this was very specific it was please make sure these people have had these types of attributes because we're not ready to show the world we're going to show the world on 88 right now we want to get the right people in place that have the right influence to take this where it needs to go and go quickly we're going to do a couple weeks of just purely communication just purely communication with without turning on an enrollment system so this is what I like to call the too early conversation you're like Nick you got this it's too early Nick you got that it's too early Nick where's the website it's too early Nick is there a video I just got it last night at 4 AM hey Nick is there a slide deck did you see me finish it 17 seconds ago this is the two Nick are there banners no there's no banners yet this is the two early conversation and anyone that was talk to leading up to this about anything that's called the two early conversation to the two early conversation but for those of you guys that are are are Market leaders for those of you guys that are first movers and for those of you guys that understand pioneering how many of you are really excited to be in the two early conversation Make some [Applause] noise now I don't think it's a secret to anyone that you know we have a chance here to leverage some very successful existing assets so even though this is the too early conversation this isn't something where we don't have access to the technology we don't have access to the banking we don't have access to the products we don't have access to the manufacturing we don't have access to the third-party Logistics this is um the culmination of a Lor Enterprise coming up with what I believe to be it's you know it's Opus right it's most important idea it's the best thing that it can deliver and I'm super biased when I say that I'm super bias you know but it's the opportunity to leverage all the successes but more importantly all the failures that the family of companies may have had over the years to create something that's never been done before and right let's move forward um so what Logistics has is a million square feet sorry Lor has on a rooftop is a million square feet just in Dallas you know there's a 700 squ foot facility about 30 miles north of here um the small company J&J used to have one of their headquarters there anyone know Johnson and Johnson by by show hands that's now that's now a Lor facility last time I was there um I walked in and there was Takis for Miles like miles and miles of takis I had to FaceTime my children because like that's their favorite thing to eat in Miami is Taki so we're talking about this guy this guy is now 3pl for Costco for for for well greens and so on and so forth so I'm going to get into the conversation here but the context of this was again the last dance in order to in order to kind of Express this I want to maybe frame this in terms of a phone call that maybe some of you guys can relate to I got a phone call to be here it was just a couple months ago Rod Larson got a phone call to be here it was months before I was here um by the way amazing partner amazing operator amazing human please get up for our CEO Rod Larson in the back of the room great human being where's Ron Williams at where's Ron at our chief Visionary officer this guy got the phone call give it up for Ron Williams our chief Visionary officer louder louder louder give him some love okay well raise your and those of you guys that know Terry I've known him for 10 years um he was first a service provider a service partner to my last company he helped manufacture products he was our merchant account he did third party Logistics in Europe uh he he did a line of credit for us as we were scaling in Italy like I knew him as a vendor partner um I and then eventually you know he helped broker a partnership between us and one of his other companies and our our two companies became Partners together so I've known this man for nine years I've worked you know inside uh different um scenarios with him and he's a guy he's not he's an execution guy how many of you know Terry personally by a show of hands Terry's famous for execution like he might come up with an idea but if he comes with the idea it's going to go right to completion how many you guys know the other type of people that have 1 billion ideas execute nothing and then got one billion more ideas anybody know those those people right those people lack execution so when Terry calls you with an idea you know it's going to be executed so I I know what Terry calls me says I got an idea like this is serious stuff so I said okay I together the world of Team Builders who's a team builder in the room team Builders this is all the team builders on the zooms right you are used to building teams what about vendors ah who's a vendor in the room how many you guys sell personally you own a company you sell a product you sell a service now we didn't invite vendors only we're we're five weeks from that everyone in the room here is a team Builder who's also a vendor or you're interested in doing that potentially maybe a vendor or two slipped in depending on your relationships and then lastly social media influencers so social media influencers that have great talent great reach a great voice in fact we got one of the biggest in the country got Dan fleshman over here Dan stand up real quick give Dan a big round of applause so we're going to take uh some time here and talk about merging these three worlds together I'm going take each one and we're going to break each piece down so piece number one here let's talk about team Builders so let's not BS each other the industry of direct sales networking is in a bit of disarray um it's it's it's fracturing how about that the the the industry is fracturing let's talk about why couple reasons why number one Three Degrees of Separation you're like no no it's six degrees of separation yeah it used to be in your dad's network marketing company it was Six Degrees of Separation but then social media popped up and now social media didn't just pop up it is the dominant player in in everybody's way of life you might say well not mine well that doesn't matter we're talking about the world we're talking about the planet right so is social media is the dominant you know player in in everybody's lifestyle today and it's reduced Six Degrees of Separation to 2.8 so we are 2.8 degrees away from knowing everyone on the planet because of social media well why is that a problem for the direct sales network marketing World pretty simple anyone ever been in a company that sold a tangible product before tangible product okay raise your hand if that product did not go to lots of countries that you wanted to sell it in raise your hand that's the problem the problem is we are now global networkers but we can't take products globally that's a challenge because 70% of your opportunity to grow is now out the door or 50% or 80% some of you guys are 99% International so I I I know good you know good folks in in the world of networking their brain says I'll solve that problem we'll sell something that's digital and then enter a couple worlds um people I to me I just kind of state how I feel I a lot of it's factually based sometimes it's opinion based I usually tell you the difference and some people love that and some people hate it I'm not willly Wonka I don't sugarcoat [ __ ] this is how it is but let's be real here everybody's racing to join the next Forex deal not maybe you but maybe you've lost people to this why are they racing to join the next Forex deal not because it's great it's because they can sell globally and they can recruit globally I haven't seen many Forex companies with customers like actual customers where mom is on the Forex service or whatever it is just don't see it so it's niche of niche of Niche for an actual Trader who wants to trade and learn how to trade that's super Niche super Niche if you're really looking at it from a point of view of growing an organization number two let's just have a Global Travel company we'll just put some travel vouchers together and everyone will voucher their ass around and things we can find on the internet for $17 we'll pay $500 voucher for it but they're giving that stuff away on the internet but at least there's a lot of commissions in it and we can build what globally because I don't believe people do these things because they're bad people we just do them because we're trying to solve the problem the problem is 2.8 Degrees of Separation that's the problem how do we solve that problem and then the third one is but I'm an investor in in the blockchain world but I want to Del I create delineation between the two there are great opportunities in the crypto world the blockchain world Etc and you know what those ones are you also know when somebody is like I know how to get someone to give me 10 grand all across the world and get rich and we'll disappear and that's happening like crazy in our space so even though what I said some of you may not have loved it or even liked it there's a lot of Truth in it does anyone have any agreement with the the things I just pointed out about travel Forex crypto raise your hand if you agree with those those statements right yeah there's a lot of Truth in it so how do we as as folks that not only want to do something uh uh worldwide we also want to be a be able to provide a great product to people and be able to you know change people's lives in that way how do you do that the answer is you need a global Marketplace and Terry's idea was to create a global Marketplace so that every leader could find the brands the categories the the ingredients the whatever that aligned with them the most in their Marketplace allowing us to launch 200 countries day one so if you know somebody in Vietnam and we can't you can't ship to Vietnam currently we're going to work with that person to find the products the category the the ingredient whatever it is that they love the most that they want to be to build a team off and they want to sell we call it get it on the platform turn the person next and say hey get it on the platform theform what you want to do is we want to find every vendor we want to get it on the platform put it on the platform get on the platform and then you're going to build a team in those count is doing that but I also put I also asked a question I asked a question to Rod actually I said Rod it's going to take a couple months to do that in every country like if you think about the process of recruiting a team meeting with the vendors presenting to the vendors onboarding the vendors and then selling what they're doing that might be a three-month process in every Market unless of course you're the product owner currently in the room and you already have the product and the network 30-day process so I said Rod what about digital he's like what do you mean I was like well e-learning is about to be a $ 30 billion industry in North America alone and my friend Jonathan taught me that the world of Education school systems universities Etc is a trillion doll industry worldwide couple questions for you how many you guys have recognized that uh in not all countries but specifically in North America if you're from here that we we're having we're having an issue with the educ ation system uh has anybody noticed that say yes if you have is there's an issue um but you play past the education up to universities universities as we know it will cease to exist in the way we know them in the next 10 years what why would you go pay 75 grand a year to listen to a human who may or may not have the right answer when you can have a robot tell you all of the right answers doesn't make any sense and that robot can tell you all the right answers for free right so there's going to be a mass massive shift in the education World well where's that money going to go it's going to decentralize what we're talking about is decentralized Commerce there's an important word or term decentralized Commerce and this is the first time I'm throwing it out to you I'm G say it a couple more times in a different context but education is centralized and it's about to decentralize how many people in this room are already an ebook Creator or you have an audio book or you have a course that you sell go and stand up this we get some some movement here in the room stand look at this I need the people not standing to see this this is 60% of the room who already sell a digital course and are also a team builder in this room give them a big round of applause please give it up for them woop woop anyone in the room say I will never spend the time to go create a digital course anyone ever said that before I I probably have I'm like I'm not a coach I'm not going to go sell that I'm I'm a leader I lead people people well those days are over in order to be relevant course creation is relevant but you know what what what you can do with course creation you can go worldwide with it as long as a person speaks the language that you're trying to share it in you can be in every country day what one because somebody can download something in seconds and if we've got course creators on the marketplace you got thousands of course creators on shoply you can go into 200 countries day one out of the gates Commerce is Flowing commissions are flowing teams are building and it's happening in every country while simultaneously we're finding the right businesses the right products the right uhhh services that we can launch in those countries if you got it say I got it got it if you got to say I got it I got it right it lands like oh we can go to every country day one with courses now here's where I got to create a distinction for more of an old school networker course creation is not a network marketing leader selling their tapes or books or old school CDs you selling that to their own team that's not what course creation is that's called selling your con your training system to your team it's not what I'm talking about that does not have a fair market value what's a fair market value Nick nobody outside your team buys it if nobody's outside your team buys it it's not an actual product that's just you selling training to your team it's now what I'm talking about what I'm talking about Co course creators don't have a network marketing team to sell to they're selling to customers they're selling to customers all over the world that are spending $250 for a download $500 for a download $1,000 for a download $5,000 for a download for a course how many this is what's let's do some truthtellah hand tell me about your college to tell me about that 200 Grand a year you got to put your kid through school for a $5,000 course from an expert that's an absolute master in that topic cheap cheap absolutely cheap you're the best in that topic and I can actually download it and talk to you and call you and engage with you cheap compared to $250,000 because $300,000 in school because kids are like year five year six dad year seven by the way any any parents in the room that's ever suffer from this parents I got two kids and um my daughter the college topics start to pop up like listen to me closely you go to college because you want to not because you're forced to but I will give you $100,000 to start a business when you're 18 or 50 Grand to travel the world or zero for college you pick when you're 18 because I already know you know I I already know I'd rather have travel the world and learn through that then then go party and not learn anything in a classroom right it doesn't make any sense so just not just kind of different thought process but the point is the education system is Shifting to course creation and if that's happening that's a trend that's exploding how are you getting in front of that you might say well I'm not good on camera don't create a course what I'm suggesting is we could sell tens of thousands of courses of the right people the right experts right me mentors the right thought leaders worldwide I promise you I've got a lineup of some of the top people that you guys we've all know I was gonna say names I'm not going because you're gonna call them first people that we've been learning from from two decades hey um I'll make up a name Charlie I don't think there's a Charlie we all know Charlie what do you how do you selling your stuff right now well retail I've got my my my direct to Consumer stuff why don't you have an affiliate Channel I don't know man we just can't get it to work we can't get it to this we can't get it to that perfect we're about to have 100,000 200,000 350,000 Affiliates worldwide everybody already knows who you are I want your digital products up in the store we're g to drop them through our Channel your reach is going to go crazy and we're our team is going to be successful learning growing and earning day one through content that they've do you know how many books we've all sold for people how many how many books and seminars have we all sold for Tony Robins how much do we get for that now one of my best friends in Miami Eli Wilds the number one salesperson in the history of Tony Robbins he has sold over $150 million with the Tony Robbins tickets I know what he earns I didn't know what he did earn he did well but he didn't do that well comparatively speaking if you know what I'm saying this is the way for us to take the people that we love listen to and earn globally by bringing them out there to Marketplace Make Some Noise if you guys like that idea who likes that idea yeah more importantly or equally as important you got a course in you you've got an ebook in you you've got thoughts in you and wouldn't it be awesome to have a global distribution channel that was paying you to have a team that was selling you or other teams that are selling you I'll move on that is I think I covered a couple of these let's jump to this one there's a hole at the top what does that mean there's a whole this industry is fractured tell me the place that's not one of the other three categories I picked that you go to be a top earner right now a place where you can make I don't know quarter million a week where's that place right now that actually has a future not one that you're like oh let's let's let's you know get in here and grab some cash and get out I'm talking about a place you can make 50 Grand a week 100 Grand a week a quarter million a week 500 Grand a week maybe one day but it actually has a future there is a whole at the top we plan to fill it and then more not good news for our industry our direct sales is going backwards every year there was a time where it grew every year it's been going backwards every year for the last few years Global industry you got to ask yourself why why is that happening and and if you don't pay attention to the marketplace you're just like you're doing the same thing just running into walls running into walls my team's not growing my team's not getting momentum why tell you why here's a couple reasons number one is the gig economy it's easier to drive an Uber than it is to build your team to get a thousand bucks true or false true I can turn my car on and my my meter on I can turn it off I made $ thousand dollar it's easier to drop off packages for Amazon to make a thousand bucks a week than it is to try to try to build a 500 person team to sell you know a drink for 40 bucks it's just too easy to do it the other way I'll give you some of the reasons the affiliate Marketplace the social media influencer Marketplace social media influencer Marketplace they're dominating the direct sales industry right now and if you're over 40 you hate it you're over if you're over 50 you despise it you're over 60 you don't even know what it is by the way I'm 45 so I just put myself in that category i' I've hated it now I'm like all right I I understand now like I'm just late to the dance and but let's get in the front row and I'm I'm gonna I don't know I'm do jig my ass off here I'm gonna Just Dance right I'm gonna dance because I get it I Now understand the number one career choice of Generation Z is to become a social media what yell it out influencer it's not a doctor it's not a it's not a profess it's not an astronaut it's not a team Builder they want to be an influencer you're like why the hell do they want to do that why the hell do they want to do that because of Freedom you build a direct sales company for Freedom an influencer has free they're a slave to their phone oh that's hypocritical I have freedom I'm a Network marketer you've been a slave to your phone for 30 years just this way instead of this way right as social media influencers making money to convert people to Commerce if you haven't heard this term yet write it down live Commerce say it out loud with me live Commerce live Commerce is turning on Instagram live turning on Tik Tok live and making money live Commerce is taking over but if you don't like the one about the kids those kids are dumb the kids are dumb no the kids are the future they may be dumb but they're the future they're going to grow up and they're gonna get smart and they're not going to go back to you know knocking on people's doors and offering samples they ain't going to do it live Commerce is the future how about this um stayathome moms you know what the number one most desired side gig is for stay-at home mom Uber she can't wait to get the hell out of the house I've seen those kids all day I can't wait to she don't want a uber she doesn't want a uber she wants to turn on her phone and do live Commerce and make $1,000 and shut the phone off the number one pick okay uh uh uh what percentage of the direct sales industry is females anybody remember 75% and they're made up mainly as stay-at-home moms they don't want to join us anymore we have to wake up and pay attention and listen they want to do live Commerce they want to be an influencer so you're going to continue to have a revolving door of people in out it's too hard to make money in network marketing that's why they're doing Global travel deals and crypto scamps it's too hard because you can't keep the bottom the Bottom's out because it's too easy for them to make money on live Commerce it's too easy for you know the average Joe in the factory to go make money on Uber so we have to adjust we have to have an answer and the answer is a hybrid model the answer is a model that truly is for influencers that truly is for vendors and that truly is for team Builders who's ready for a true hybrid model Make some noise for me if you're ready for that let's go okay let's talk about influencer solutions they got problems too we solve them we're like vanilla ice up here okay here's an influencer problem anybody have any influence social media influencers that are in your team in any company anyone or had one before you know how they operate here's the problem they can't talk about one product anymore or one science or one ingredient or one Berry or one one way of osm moding or whatever things do in the magic product all of their followers are have stopped listening after the seventh time they talked about the same product so that social media mom says okay I have to go sign up in seven different companies so I can have 150 200 different products and you're like you can't sign up and set look policy number 18 bullet point 7 you can't do that she's like you can't tell me what to do I have to feed my kids true or false we're having a true session up here aren't we this is why shoply though guys this is not the presentation to everybody else it's just us team Builders we ain't doing this outside this room this is just us we these are things that we got to talk about right so how do we keep her in the game how do we keep the social media influencer in the game and not sign up for 10 Deals they don't have enough offers we have that solution we will have tens of thousands of offers from thousands of companies within within six months that's an opinion that's an opinion within six months tens of thousands of different products from thousands of different companies within six months course creators physical products tangible products some services and a social media influencer can wake up go to shoply sign up for free if they want to and just get paid to go ahead and sell stuff on live Commerce and that is a true hybrid model you know what else is the problem influencers have figured this out they say wait wait let me get this straight I'm selling all this magic water and uh I'm only getting 20% who's getting all the rest of that money it's too easy for an influencer to bypass network marketing go right to a vendor and take 40% they don't need us so that's what they're doing that's why you can't hold the bottom right now it's too lucrative they can sell half as much a third as much and make the same money doesn't make sense for them to do it in in a multi-tier comp plan so what's happening to us companies that you've been with for five years 10 years 20 years like we got to adapt to the times we're going to change to an affiliate model two levels bunch of money the person selling it and you're like I'm sorry what sorry there's some fuzzies in my ear I got tonight I just got struck with tontis I need some I need need some tontis formula did you just tell me that all the hard work I just put in for the last 15 years to build a team you're going to change the comp plan and eight levels of payout just went to two levels of payout I'm sorry you say I'm on my plane I'm on a plane out there and I am from Texas I do have a gun no so I mean that's yeah how many guys have had to go through that recently right you had to go through that but the company's doing the right thing not for you but for the future because the old way is dead in the water because the data proves it year after year direct sales going backwards so how do you do this how do you figure out a way where you can pay them what if I told you we figured out a way to pay the influencer 100% of whatever they were offered from the vendor that's what we're going to show you guys today and then lastly went well they call the company directly and you don't get paid off that influencers also need an affiliate model because they're watching other influencers copycat their offers and they're not the TV that's it and there's a way for to get people to watch and there's a way for people to turn the channel how many you guys remember when a commercial would come on and you'd turn the channel what are commercials how many you guys remember when a commercial come on you turn the channel right most of us are just putting up commercials and everyone else just changing the channel like it's social media [ __ ] this doesn't work because you're the commercial they're changing the channel we're gonna have a panel a panel of experts that are going to create free content for beginner Advanced and expert level for every single person that joins your team worldwide how to build a brand how to post on social media correctly how to scale your brand how to live uh live to create live Commerce gone through some pain run with with your with your e marketing digital advertising Etc anybody gone through some pain now how many you guys have done it well how many you guys have figured that out done it well right I know some people in the room theyve done it well well what do you mean predictable cost acquisition when a vendor comes on the shop l and an influencer says I like your offer and they go out there and sell the product you know exactly what you're paying them because the vendor decides how much they're paying them wait a second I'm G say that again the vendor decides how much they're going to pay the company does not the vendor decides how much they're going to pay the company does not you know what that's called decentralized Commerce do you know what Google AdWords is called centralized Commerce you know what Amazon is centralized Commerce you know what Facebook is centralized Commerce a couple companies dominating Commerce this is decentralized Commerce give me a vendor and let me tell them or show them how they can go get an affiliate model R rolling and they can see a cost of acquisition that is always predictable why is it predictable Nick I don't get it thousands of followers waiting for me to post about my next sunset in some glorious land he sees the offer 150 per I could sell seven of those and make a grand a day he goes Facebook live he goes he goes um Tik Tok live Instagram live he goes drops it into his Telegram Channel WhatsApp Channel those you guys that don't know what I'm talking about doesn't matter he does he sold seven of them made $1,000 10 minutes shut it off he's happy and he's sure as hell is happy because he just did seven 3,500 in sales and he didn't even know how the heck it happen how many you guys like this idea makes it noise for do thank you SE that's called predictable cost of acquisition now you if if you're tracking if you're a comp plan person or a money person you're like wait wait wait wait dude you didn't pay us we are the uplines ah good point how actually works is the vendor decides how much he's gonna give to the influencer and the influencer gets 100% of it so the influencer knows 100% of that number is mine what the influencer doesn't know is in the Vendor Portal he said I'm gonna give a hundred bucks to the person selling it or 150 whatever I said and we're going to give 50 bucks upline and that then hits into the C plan or he could reverse it I'm going to give 50 bucks to the influencer and I'm going to give 150 upline shley doesn't decide it he decides it and it creates the most amazing ecosystem of fair trade that possibly has ever been done in the history of our particular industry so we said we're coming out to here with an idea that you've never heard before I'm telling you guys this is something you've never heard before you can come on there you can test your offers for free you're just on there like that one didn't work let me try this one let me adjust the scale let me try 50/50 and then at the bottom here third party logistics for those people the companies that want H uh uh Lor Logistics to ship their stuff worldwide you could put it on the platform all you have to do is customer service we sell for you we ship for you all we we pay and commission for you all you do is customer service it's a full endend solution for big vendors that want to do that now around going around everyone else in this industry is we're going to go to Every vendor and we're going to tell them we're going to co- launch an affiliate Channel off their Network and ours but if we don't have one yet we're going to launch it off what theirs we got the vendor launching their warm Market to sell their own product but who's going to track it shoply who's going to commission shoply who's going to pay it out shoply who's going to ship it the vendor who's going to do customer service the vendor is it starting to sink in a little bit how many guys your brain is spinning at all the Nick what about other marketplaces let's talk about those I've heard about some other marketplaces out there there are some other marketplaces or supposed marketplaces I've seen marketplaces where it just looks like an MLM graveyard that's not what this will be this isn't a place where MLM products go to die there will be great products from the MLM world that will be here and they're going to get reinvigorated and they're going to get big boost again I think 95% of the stuff that we sell is going to be for vendors that never touched that world and because of that we're going to get 95% of people that have never touched our world to join as influencers and because of that if you own a network marketing product in this room ah you got a new Salesforce baby one that you never got to before so it's about embracing the other side like right now there's multiple product owners in this in this room that in the past would consider themselves friendly competitors in fact if you own a network marketing product really quickly stand up if if you're willing to if you own a network marketing product stand up real quick there's one there's two there's three GG s stay standing for just a competitors last night I I'm I'm in my house with GJ and another product Creator and I it dawned on me I was like guys you're both product owners in the space do you know what happens in the real world today in the real world today what happens is a top social media influencer calls another top social media said hey you want to do a collab I'm gonna push you to my following you push me to your following and we both win what would happen if he said I'll push your product next month to my following you push my product next month to your following and we will both win stop fighting each other stop opposing each other come together collaborate and win give it up that's what we're trying to do guys we're trying to bring together we're trying to unite it's a fractured industry how do we bring it together
