Responsibilities
- Work in various Defence training establishments
- Support instructors and learners
- Develop education and learning systems policies

- Development of transferable skills for personnel

- Assurance and evaluation of Defence syllabi

- Lead learning product development teams

- Conduct Australian familiarisation and English training for foreign students

Role Requirements
- Citizenship: Must be an Australian citizen, though some permanent residents may be eligible
- Age: Minimum 17 years old, applications can start at 16.5
- Security Clearance: Must have a checkable background for the past 10 years
- Qualifications: Relevant degree and experience required
- Physical Fitness: Must pass a physical fitness test, preparation tips provided
- Driver's Licence: Not required, but if possessed, must not be suspended or cancelled
