so I posted this real to getting anything you want as a woman is alchemize to getting anything you want as a woman is to master alchemis so what does that even mean what is alchemis alchemis is a transformation process of energy we're alchemizing the energy within our body and the energy of the world around us so for you to understand what this even means I'm going to explain what energy even is so in simple terms energy is everywhere eal mc^2 energy equals mass time a constant speed of light so what does that even mean in simple terms it means that anything that has mass has energy the thing is that there are things that you cannot physically see with your two eyes that exist they have mass they have a vibrational frequency they have an energetic compound okay so what is an example of something that you physically cannot see but actually exist is realities so what do I mean by this there are infinite realities and your life could kind of be like a Choose Your Own Adventure book where you flip to page seven and you have a choice do you want to go to the bathroom or do you want to go to the mall and if you want to go to the bathroom flip to page 12 if you want to go to the mall flip to page 53 so it's kind of like that where you get to choose which direction you want to go in there are some things that are just meant to be and will'll find you there are some things that doesn't really matter you have free will you have the choice CH of what to do you always have the free will of what to choose but some things you have to make your way there no matter what otherwise you get stuck in a Time Loop so we have infinite realities right so when it comes to manifesting a very specific reality that you desire how do we do that this is what I'm explaining today so realities are kind of like a layered cake I'm going to put a cute little graph here we have these layers of the different realities available to us all of these exist at the same time time is a linear space in these realities it's kind of like an elevator in between all of this cake okay it's going up and down the realities are stacked on top of each other okay so let's say you are currently in reality a a blue reality but you desire reality b a red reality how do you get from reality a which is blue to reality B which is red you have to match the vibrational frequency of the reality you desire you have to match the vibrational frequency of the red reality okay great I hope you're with me at this point because I'm going to explain how you actually start to match vibrational frequencies of the realities you desire okay let's form our basis everything is made up of energy you are made up of energy you have a vibrational frequency Your Existence currently is a vibrational frequency the way that your life is currently is matched up with the frequency that you are at so if you hate your life we got to evaluate that frequency my love if there are things that you keep attracting where you're like why does this keep coming to me we got to evaluate that frequency we have to change it so what impacts your vibrational frequency because when I say that do you know what I'm talking about probably not so the things that impact and change your actual frequency are your thoughts your emotions your feelings your behaviors it is your inner existence your subconscious existence and your conscious existence so the way that you think about yourself and the world and other people the things that come out of your mouth the way that you interact with the world around you all of this impacts your energetic vibrational frequency it cannot be faked you cannot go tell the world or the universe I'm so happy and I love my life and I'm attracting the best things but if you're not living it if you're not feeling it you're you're lying like then it creates Distortion okay you can try to lie as much as you like it is constantly creating Distortion in the body so what we want to do stop lying to yourself if you're unhappy just say it I'm unhappy admit it be honest to yourself and other people because that's how you create a clearer alignment in your own life it starts with honesty because the thing is that the universe is responding to who and what you are not who you say you are or who you want to be it doesn't care what you say and what you want it cares what is actually existing it's kind of like if your existence is writing a code and the universe can only read in code it can't read it cannot hear or see you it is just reading the code that you have created which is your frequency if the thing that's coded in you is self-hate Judgment of self and others Distortion from lying a lack mindset greed lust whatever it might be that's your written code doesn't matter what you say or do it's not going to change it so what we want to change is the code so how do we change our code the first thing you need to do is actually detach from your expectations for yourself detach from the image the delusion that you have about who you are we all have a storyline that we feed ourselves about who we are as people a storyline could be I'm not good at making friends I'm not a social person a story line could be I always have bad luck a story line could be I hate going to work every morning some things might just be true some things might just be what you've conditioned yourself to believe for example a major conditioning in the western world is about Mondays everyone hates a Monday everyone is complaining on the Monday we're all begrudgingly waking up on Mondays it's apparently the worst day of the week why because collectively we have decided if it's the first day of the week and I have to go into work I have to leave my home I have to show up in the world it is the worst day ever I would rather be off work doing whatever on the weekend Mondays are the worst this is a storyline we've collectively fed ourselves in the capitalistic world changing a little bit thank God cuz I love Mondays I love every day of the week okay they're all the same if you let them be all the same it's just another day somebody just gave it a name on the calendar okay so my point is that the story line you hold about who you are like for example if you have the story line of I'm ugly you may not be ugly you're probably not you're probably really beautiful but if you keep telling yourself you're ugly or even if you keep thinking it but saying something different out loud if you believe that you're ugly you're probably going to be ugly whether you're actually born ugly or not and you're going to hold yourself with such low confidence that it's going to be apparent that you think you're ugly okay so here's the thing your story lines will shape your habits your thoughts your behaviors your very existence is shaped by how you think about yourself first and foremost we observe and evaluate our existence observe and evaluate what is the truth of your reality face it you're probably afraid to face it you have to though because if you don't and you live in this little delusion with your rose color glasses on you're not it's not helping anyone it's just making you feel comfortable it's comfortable in the moment it doesn't fix anything okay so step one observe and evaluate your energetic field what is your life like do you like it if you're watching this probably not so that's what we're going to do first and foremost second we have to disengage and completely detach from our emotions expectations and our ego the reason we want to detach emotionally is because we want to actually let go of any expectations or idea for who we should be also any attachments that you have to the past and to the Future which are honestly probably anchors in your life they're holding you down you need to actually release these so what do I mean by this you have to completely release any expectations or idea of who you are meant to be you're nothing you are empty and that manra actually helps me completely transform my life I kept repeating to myself when I was really going through it I am nothing I am empty I am nothing I am empty and that might sounds scary to some people be like why are you doing that it's because I'm completely emptying myself I just want my spirit here I don't need all these thoughts and feelings and emotions that are tied and attached to things that no longer exist in my life how many of your emotions are because of what's happening in the present moment probably not a lot you're probably thinking about things from the past or you're worried about things from the future remove all of that remove all of it the emotions the ego the expectations of who you should be or who you used to be and what she thinks about you and what he didn't do to you let it all go be just you in the present moment look at yourself very clearly in the mirror who am I am I happy with this person if the answer is no we can change that okay what's step three step three is to energetically connect with your ideal outcome and the version of you who is living it so what what does this mean so remember when we looked at these realities reality a is where you are you want reality B how do you get to reality B you have to match the vibrational frequency of that reality the important thing for you to know is that if you want to connect with a different reality if you want to actually shift timelines you have to be comfortable with letting things go you have to be comfortable with the Detachment of things in your life and I'm going to give you a beautiful example so around this time last year I wanted to move into my own home I wanted my own home for the first time I had never had a safe home for me to live in I was always living with a partner or living with my parents and I kind of had my own home in Thailand but it didn't feel like a safe home so my goal was I want a safe home for myself I want it to have big beautiful windows and I want it to be Loft style and I want to have an amazing view and I want to live alone and I got all of it and at the time when I was trying to Manifest this this reality I was completely broke I had nothing I was living with my ex partner and I was hating it pretty much every single day so what did I actually do to achieve this timeline to now be living in this world that I'm now living in first and foremost I had to let go of a lot it is a painful shedding process when you have to release the things that are not serving you I let go of long-term friendships I let go of a long-term relationship I let go of of who I used to be the girl that I used to be I completely transformed into a new woman I had to because that version of me never would have created the things that have led me to this point you have to become the person who is able to live and sustain herself in the timeline that you desire imagine you right now as you are with all of the dreams you have right at your fingertips would you be able to handle that would you be able to hold that much cuz an example of this also is when people say they want a million dollars or they want to be a millionaire I'm like do you know how much money a million dollar is do you have the capacity in yourself to hold a million dollar do you have the capacity in your life to hold and sustain a million dollars this is why people who win the lottery lose so much money so quickly because it comes in a wave but they are not equipped to actually hold that much energy money is energy so so the same way you have to recognize that you actually will have to shift change release alter shed grow in order to reach the potential that you desire the potential that you have the potential for the reality that is technically yours somewhere a version of you is already living it if you can see it in your mind's eye it is already existing so trust that if you can see it it exists trust that if you can see it you can achieve it you just need to do all the little detailed work to get there so how did I actually do it I connected with this version of My reality when I saw this apartment I actually when I went home I connected with that step right there I connected with the brick right here I connected with the vibrational frequency of the items in this apartment and I completely matched it as my own and I imagined what type of woman lives in this home what type of woman can sustain this home what type of woman feels safe in this home I looked at her actions her behaviors the way she talks the way she dresses what she does with her time who her friends are who her partner is I looked at all of that and everything that did not match the frequency that I desired I let go of at this point now as the woman who lives in this home everyone who was in my life at that time when I was manifesting this apartment they're completely gone I don't have any single same person in my life other than my family and that says a lot about where I was energetically and if I didn't let go of the people who didn't match my frequency that I desired I don't think I would be here I made a lot of sacrifice the work that I do I completely embraced my purpose in the sense that I knew how full I wanted to feel it wasn't just about the place it was also about who is living in that place how does she feel and she felt amazing she felt fulfilled she felt loved she felt taken care of she felt like she was living her purpose every single day and that was a big reason why I wanted this place is because she was living here so my point is that in order to get what you want the dream that you have it will take sacrifice it is possible 100% it is so worth it it is so worth it I would do it over and over again I would remove all of those people that I love still I really love the people I removed from my life I didn't come here to make friends I came to this earth to fulfill my purpose so I'm going to do that one way or another and if that means I got to let some people go that's fine people come and go they're here for Seasons once you connect with the vibrational frequency of the life you desire and you see how that version of you is living you see all the little details how does it feel to be her what does she do with her time what are her behaviors what are her habits once you see all of that connect with it like deeply feel it as your own as if you guys have merged you got to merge you have to make an energetic tie between those two realities between the reality B reality a they need a Connecting Point so that's where energy work comes in is where you completely remove everything from yourself you are empty you are detached your ego is not involved in this process it is just vibrating energy and you visualize the life that you want you feel it feel it in your body what does it feel like to wake up as that woman what does she do with her time go through a few minutes a few hours of her day day maybe go through a flash of her whole day connect with that reality call it into you ask her for guidance ask her for help ask her to come in and tell you what to do ask her what is my next step how do I get closer to you and once you are given Direction and given guidance follow it do not use your logical brain I'm going to tell you if I used my logic mind to make decisions I would not be here I would probably still be in my 9 to5 job from 2 years ago maybe 3 years ago I would probably still be in an unhealthy relationship that was not for me anymore I probably would still be friends with people just out of obligation I probably wouldn't have trusted myself enough to create the life I have to even be talking to you right now I wouldn't have trusted my own wisdom my own intuition enough to even speak in this way if I was using logic and if I was using logic I probably wouldn't even believe in the thing I'm talking about I be like what is this girl even on right now so get that logic out of there okay it's important in certain moment not important right now get it out of there when you are given Direction you take action follow through do the thing you're being told to do and then let go of expectations once again Detachment is the key my love Detachment you got to let it go you have to forget about it you have to have faith you have to trust that you're being guided in the right direction because you are you have to trust and have faith that this is the path that is meant for you and you have to trust that the energy that is guiding you is there for your highest good that it loves you and it wants the best for you because it does it is your gu Guiding Light that's why it was put inside of your body to speak to you directly and guide you directly so trust it let it do its job for you think less and be more and you will get where you want to be because at this point once you've connected with that reality once you're given Direction you have to flow it's energy currents it's literally moves like water and you have to just move with it it means pivot let go release trust have faith enjoy the ride it's a mix of things we're here for the full Human Experience let yourself be in pain let yourself be uncomfortable I'm uncomfortable every single day I actually made it my goal to be uncomfortable every single day which means I'm growing every single day get comfortable with being uncomfortable it will take you really far I think the word is surrender the word is surrender you have to surrender to yourself you have to surrender to what is made for you you have to surrender to all the things you cannot see but you can feel the things that you innately know to be true Just Surrender to them they're going to change your life I'm going to give you some practical daily exercises that you can do that will really help you the first and foremost we got to probably most likely rewire your subconscious mind so the best way to do that that I teach to all of my clients is record affirmations on a voice memo app whatever on your alarm clock I don't know record affirmations you speaking the affirmations and if you say you don't like affirmations I don't believe you you don't do them right because if you were doing affirmations properly you would love them because they work okay they work for everyone you are not the exception they work for everyone record affirmations on your phone whatever if you pick up your phone every morning record it on your phone because you're going to pick up your phone anyways you might as well go to the voice memo app instead of Instagram recording on your phone you can choose what affirmations you want I would do like a long list and repeat it a few times about 5 minutes long the reason I say to record it is because your brain responds really well when it's hearing your voice say something it's responding to your voice as if you're actually speaking out loud to yourself and words are very powerful the brain will actually mold and maneuver to match what you say to be true so if you say I am beautiful I am beautiful I am beautiful you're going to start to believe that you're beautiful your brain your subconscious mind is going to start to believe that it's beautiful and the best time to do this is as soon as you wake up in the morning so like I said if you grab your phone anyways do this grab your phone keep doing that but go to your voice memo app and just lay there in bed listening to your affirmation playlist I do this every single morning and mine's about 6 minutes long and I change it according to what I'm trying to bring into my life so there was one that I did for about 3 months and it got kind of outdated and I was like I am all of these things now I'm not just saying it and then I recorded new ones so record it intuitively write it out repeat it whatever you need to do listen to it every single morning that will start to rewire your subconscious mind you will actually start to vibrationally change and shift actually ideally you're connecting with the version of you that you want and you're asking her to give you affirmations that would be crazy do that and then you're going to repeat those affirmations every single day until you become her and then you connect with a new version of yourself that is an actionable step for you to start doing I pr I it is going to change your life okay I do this with every single one of my clients because it is that impactful this is the first thing I do with them and there's a reason for it because it literally transforms the mind and the body and the spirit and your energy field number two is grounding practices I have a grounding meditation practice on my YouTube grounding is important because it keeps you in the present moment we don't care about the past it's done it's gone forget about it we don't care about the future we're going to get there when we get there you will be guided there you're going to be okay we do care about the present moment because that's what matters that's what your coding shows so if you're living in the future and you're all weird in the present that's the coding that's going to show for you so be grounded in your present it is very important to remain grounded it keeps your energy here anxious energy is all over we want all of our energy in our body in the present moment so you have two action steps already I'm going to give you one more the third is to journal ideally about all the great things happening in your life call it a gratitude Journal whatever you want Journal because it will make it easier to see what you want where you're at what's happening it's also an outlet it's also super powerful to to write so something that I actually do I intuitively Journal like I won't think about what I'm going to write I just start writing and sometimes I write messages to myself sometimes I write pretty amazing things sometimes the things I write turn into my captions sometimes the things I write turn into videos sometimes the things I write never get seen Again by me or anyone so write a lot more Journal those are three actionable steps for you okay do them you're going to see your reality start to change connect with the future version of yourself recognize your a vibrational frequency and you can can change your vibrational frequency and if you desire something else for your life it is possible you can do it I believe in you you got this
