this is one of those videos where you have to watch it entirely because if you can master everything I'm going to explain you will become a very powerful person if you are someone that is tired of your reality tired of living in scarcity tired of your job and the people that you are attracting into your life and wondering how did I get here well that was me literally 10 months ago i was living in my hometown which is one of California's top most dangerous cities i was working paycheck to paycheck quite literally living in scarcity and feeling fear every time I had to pay rent anytime that I had to do things like buy groceries or essential living necessities i was just not happy not happy with my life and the people in it so what did I do i jumped timelines if you don't like this version of you this reality is not serving you you can quite literally change your reality by intentionally jumping into a new one everything I'm about to explain to you guys is how I changed my life and it's so simple your brain is going to try to trick you because we're wired to believe that things have to be difficult you are currently living in the reality that you believe you are worth since you were a child you were quite literally shaped by your parents' life experiences to form the perspectives and beliefs that you have right now i say this because limiting beliefs are like shields and there are layers of them but these layers stunt our growth they put an unconscious limit on what life could be for you so I invite you to open your mind and your ego because what your brain can't comprehend is this what you want is a simple decision and perspective away that's it if you can master everything I'm going to explain in today's video and apply these practical steps into your daily actions your life will change so what do I mean by jumping into a new reality the truth is that we live in a parallel universe which means that time is not linear we were programmed to believe that there's the past present and future but in reality there are quite literally multiple universes happening all at once oh my gosh you guys this is this is supposed to be Earth these are multiple Earths okay there are multiple versions of the world happening all at once but we can only experience one at a time scientists have shown this through experiments such as the double slit and Schrodinger's cat so let's say that this is you currently living in the now per se this is your path you've been walking on your job limiting beliefs not enough money etc we'll call this your current reality so the parallel universe is coexisting with this current reality this current universe you live in which means that there are also multiple versions of you existing all at once living completely different lives completely different realities there is a higher version of you and a lower version of you and every action that you are taking within your current reality is an action towards one of these versions of you let's just go ahead and label so what do I mean by every action you take here can shift you towards one of these versions of you let's play with the linear concept past you took action for the version of you now an example of this let's say you are about to go to sleep and you walk in the kitchen and notice there's dirty dishes and you don't want to wake up in the morning to do them so you decide to do the dishes so the version of you tomorrow doesn't have to deal with it another example is maybe you laying your clothes out on the bed so the version of you tomorrow can wear them every action you take is a step towards one of these realities so let's say in the higher version of you wait let's grab a new color hopefully this one works in the higher version of you let's say there's more money more money in the bank account yeah or there is your dream relationship you are happy with your family living your best life maybe there's the dream home your dream cars dream reality let's say this is the higher version of you the lower version of you let's say is one that is living in fear of heartbreak maybe you've been cheated on you've been manipulated in your previous relationships maybe you work at a extremely toxic job you're you have an angry boss that is just constantly yelling at you all the time you're constantly just in a negative space now just because this is a lower version of you doesn't necessarily mean it has to be bad experiences this could be your current reality the higher version of you could be living in Seattle working in a tech job and the lower version of you could be living in Japan on a boat traveling the world the point is that there are multiple realities happening all at once and the actions you decide to take in this reality is a step towards one of these universes i've only drawn three here but there are multiple multiple versions of you living completely different lives so what does this mean jumping into your new timeline your new reality is the same concept quantum leaping is a term that is used in quantum physics but in the self-development and manifestation world it is actually a metaphor used to describe a sudden massive shift in your life your reality your timeline a leap from where you are now to a new version of you all right let's move on look who's here to say hi or who's actually avoiding the camera everybody wants to see you papas this is Astro they were commenting about you in old videos so 10 months ago I was living in a whole different reality when I was living in my hometown living in lack not definitely not in my power and in my path i was quite literally in survival mode not enough money feeling scarcity every time I looked at my bank account i was also healing from a traumatic breakup in this timeline I was manipulated i was unconfident and just a disaster just a disaster just constantly living with anxiety i was aware of my power and knowing that life is not supposed to be like this but I had this box over my head that was blocking my abundance blocking my ability to change my life until one day I realized I'm done like this reality is not serving me i know that this is not what life is supposed to be i'm not supposed to be living paycheck to paycheck i'm not supposed to be living in fear and constant anxiety so I got to a point in this timeline where I decided I was done that I am deserving and worthy of God's abundance fast forward to today the current timeline that I'm living in now this version of me is honestly making about three to four times what I was making in this timeline i manifested my dream relationship with my soulmate i'm living in peace i'm not living in scarcity and lack anymore life no longer happened to me it actually is happening for me what's crazy is me 10 months ago this is literally me less than a year ago versus now both of these realities or these versions of me is right now happening right now at this very moment in another reality this version of me still exists and why this is so important is because quantum leaping is essentially just a decision away of your new life it's a decision you decide to make right now before you my personal practical tips on how I did this you must know exactly what it is you want in this desired reality the more specific you get the better these tips will work for you the actions you take is you aligning yourself with that version of you that reality the old version of me knew that in order for me to fulfill my dreams my desires I had to take action i started to identify the behavior that kept me in lack and decided I'm not doing this anymore it does not serve me i had to energetically and internally align myself i took action by becoming aware of what was happening when those programs were playing in real time when I was feeling lack or scarcity I became the observer and I did anything that I could to break that momentum because I knew that the higher version of me did this step number one is setting an intention for every single thing that you do vocalize it speak life into whatever it is that you're deciding to pursue when you wake up decide what day you're going to have when you're eating food literally tell yourself what this food is doing for your body when I water my plants I speak life into my plants i tell them just how much this water is nourishing their roots when I take a shower when I'm eating food putting something into my body or consuming anything I program it to nourish me to refresh me by doing this I create foundation i set the tone for what is happening in my life there's this experiment I actually want to share with you guys it's known as the water experiment by Masaru Emoto hopefully I didn't butcher his name this man claimed that human consciousness thoughts words and music could affect the molecular structure of water so what he did was he took water from clean mountain springs and he also took water from polluted dirty rivers he put the water in jars and he froze them separately and photographed the crystallized geometric form of the water in each jar he then took distilled water in a jar and placed it between two speakers and played music for hours then froze the water and decided to take pictures of the crystals that formed from each type of genre played here is a photo of water that was exposed to healing music versus heavy metal music he then wanted to see if words could impact the frozen crystals formed by typing words onto paper and taping it on the glass jars and leaving it overnight this photo is the result of the words thank you and love and appreciation now this photo is the effect from the words "You make me sick I'll kill you." Take this into mind our bodies are made up of 70% of water it's really crazy to think about how much of our lives our body our health is being affected by the words we speak by the intentions we make tip number two which I actually shared in another video is practicing a one minute rampage or visualization of your desired reality so what this looks like is vocally expressing by starting general how your desired reality feels you can get specific like your dream home your dream relationship or you can just vocalize your entire state of being now why this is a hack is because your brain does not understand the difference between the past right now or the future that's why whenever you feel memories come up or you think of a heated argument or a time where you were frustrated you can feel your blood start to boil you could feel yourself getting sweaty or just reliving that memory your body literally thinks it's happening right now this practice is honestly something that I do when I'm on a long drive or if I'm in meditation or I just want to start my day with a high vibe momentum the key is to start general because naturally you have resistance let's say you are desiring your new love close your eyes and tell me how it feels being in that relationship and as you close your eyes and you're expressing that the relationship feels delicious it feels like home it feels like love authenticity it feels like freedom it feels like a warm embrace it feels safe and so on and so forth what you are doing is letting down those shields your walls you're releasing resistance by starting in general and as you are continuing to paint this picture of what your manifestation your desired reality feels like naturally you start to visualize your vibration starts to rise aligns your frequency to that desired reality this is such a high vibration practice and it genuinely feels so good to do the next tip is to prioritize your time of day specifically when you first wake up and nighttime right before you fall asleep what you don't know is your brain is in the theta brain state which is the gateway to the subconscious mind in a sense that you are in such a relaxed state where this is where you are able to freely access your subconscious mind during this time this is when you should be meditating or visualizing your desired reality envisioning yourself and emphasizing the emotions i can't stress this enough the emotions you feel within your reality i want you to access your inner child your imagination and literally just lay in bed and have fun painting the life you want there's an experiment that Joe Despensza mentions in one of his books i believe it's called breaking the habit of you in the experiment he mentions how he has two groups practice playing the piano one group is actually playing the piano whereas another group is visualizing themselves playing the piano he captured the brain activity within both groups and the group that actually was visualizing themselves playing the piano their brain started to fire and wire believing that it actually is playing the piano the next tip is to pay attention to everything you consume and submerse yourself into content podcasts YouTube videos books anything and everything that aligns with your reality the reality you desire the more you surround yourself with the content the people the experiences the behaviors of your desired reality it starts to naturally feel like this is just a part of your life make a custom wallpaper on your phone this is a wallpaper I made for myself to visually see every day and I think I made this wallpaper when I was around 30,000 subscribers i intentionally do this with everything i did this when I wanted to manifest a trip to Hawaii create the vision board or if you prefer to visually print out pictures and put it on your wall this ties in to the next tip which is bending time by living in the end because truthfully it's already yours start walking like it talking like it dress like it eat the foods that you eat in that desired reality and by the time your life aligns you won't even realize the shift because it will naturally feel like this is your life it won't even surprise you my last and personal favorite tip besides the rampage if you haven't meditated before or you don't know what that is it's simply the process where you stop your analytical mind you stop your thoughts meditation is very powerful because during this process you enter the theta state turn on some high frequency music and I want you to lie down and relax just allow yourself to breathe focus on deep breaths focusing your attention from your toes up to your ankles your legs all the way up slowly to your head where you're releasing tension almost visualize each body part you focused on being cleansed and one way that I do this is I visualize a scanner almost like a device like a device that you hold in your hands that's large and my body is going through the scanner and scanning my entire body from head to toe and as it's going down I can visualize any tension within my body being pushed down through the scanner and exiting my body when it goes down to my toes i want you to visualize yourself in a room with a large window in front of you you walk up to the window and open it now take your time throughout this process and allow yourself to feel whatever is happening because you might start to feel things in your subconscious surface you're going to open that window and I want you to step through it you're going to exit that room you were in and enter this outside space in front of you is a cave a magical cave and as you start stepping into this new unknown area you stop to look back and behind you you see the window with the old version of you still in that room that version of you represents everything you want to leave behind how you look visually see yourself stuck in that room behind that window because what has just left is your soul your soul now enters this cave and it's a magical cave when I visualized this I could see myself almost in space and as you're traveling through that tunnel you enter a room in this room there are multiple versions of you standing like trophies your soul will now proceed to go to each version of you each one of these versions represents you in another universe another timeline as your soul chooses to try a body on per se I want you to feel and envision what that version of you is like visualize the life of this version of you what does she look like what is her body shaped like where does she live how does she carry herself what foods does she eat is she in a relationship does she travel does she read books you're going to go through each of these bodies and do the same process and select one you're quite literally choosing the character you want to be and in this process you will naturally visualize what is happening in each character's life you get to choose what each body holds and once you're finished select the desired reality you want envision your soul entering the heart space and your soul enters and almost lights up the entire body and once you do that you pull yourself out of this meditation because you have now woken up to this new reality all of these tips I mentioned is for your subconscious mind they are practical steps yet they are reprogramming your mind because all of these tips embody emotion cuz that is the key aligning your actions with emotions i want you to think of these multiple timelines as a radio station when you turn the dial you tune in to a new radio it's literally the same concept your frequency is the energy that you emit to the universe based upon the things that are trapped within your subconscious mind your beliefs whatever you carry energetically within you whether that's hatred whether that's guilt for something from your childhood your frequency is what you frequently see you send that energy out and that energy you emit pulls back to you through people experiences conversations etc my goal is to align you with your power to take control of your reality right now because why live life on default and live a life where you're victim to it when you can quite literally create the life you want the goal is to master your frequency and create with intention if you're new here my name is
