gonna help boost that number and give you a good workout in between so you in order to do this routine you do need to be able to do pull-ups yeah one at least at least at least you want to increase from there right don't want to do that alright so uh well I guess while we're doing it the explanation will go down or you wanna well while we while we're doing the this is a routine I was gonna help increase your pull-up rep this is the guy that invented the god said I don't know he actually did 50 pull-ups straight and then did a muscle up and then did how many dips what's up hey Steve yup and a two-man where we're gonna do three men today so one pull-up your partner does won't pull up to pull-ups all the way till you get to your max whoever gets to a max first let's say your max is 11 pull-ups once you about to break you get down and you do 11 push-ups and then you repeat that that's gonna be a your sets so you stop at 11 you're gonna try to hit 11 consistency consistently and then you're gonna do 11 pull-ups and you go do 11 sets so whatever your max is that's where you're gonna stop that's where it's gonna be your set limit volume ya volume alright cool over three with three men is gonna make it easier because now you have a third person to break so you don't show you how it is right now that up no I'm good oh yeah I'm gonna go after don't worry just so you guys get the
