worked and I thought to myself this is so easy I'm about to get rich but when the time came to do some cold Outreach nothing worked I was cold calling every day sending so many cold DMS on Instagram that I got banned from messaging twice I was barely getting any responses and the people that were responding they weren't even interested I was spending hours every single day doing different types of cold Outreach methods and I was about to give up until I changed my strategy now the problem is not the people you're reaching out to the problem is that you're not using the correct strategies worked for them in credibility it overcomes objections and it's actually going to make them curious like oh this guy already made me a website might as well see it and I have nothing to lose now this is how the process goes you're going to find the prospects I have a video I'm going to link it in the description and on this um presentation as well you're going to create an AI generated wireframe I'm going to show you guys how to do this in this video you're going to craft your message and you're going to present it and you're going to close the deal so what you're going to do is you're going to send him a message on Instagram and the initial message is just to get get into their main inbox you're going to say hi name of the company do you work in all of insert City so if if you're in Calgary and you're texting a business in Calgary you're going to say do you work in all of Calgary after that you're going to send the second message once they answer I've already created a professional website mockup for you it would transform how business customers find you online and bring you more leads and then after that you close I'd like to show it to you in a 10-minute call you how you can make an AI generated website very quickly so what you're going to do is you're going to head over to rom. just like that and then I already have an account so I'm going to click log in you don't so you're going to click Start for free just make sure you click my affiliate Link in the description it's going to help me out to get the Pro Plan for free you don't need the Pro Plan though this is completely free and you can do uh one project for completely free so you don't need it but I'm making a video so might as well get an affiliate link so I'm going to log in right now and show you guys what the next steps are so I logged in I already had a project right now but I have the free version so I'm going to delete it you might uh already have a project already byloom so make sure you delete it if it's already there now whichever business you reached out to you're going to put their information on here you're going to click new project and let's say I reached out to a business called Abu construction and I'm going to just describe it right here so I saw their Instagram I saw that they do a lot of kitchen renovations and they are in Toronto for example so Abu construction I'm going to put a little description here is a construction business located in Toronto they specialize in kitchen renovations and then now you're going to select the number of pages you want most likely you're going to sell landing pages at first but just select whatever you want I'm going to click generate sitemap now the sitemap is just the overall um is just basically what the website is going to look like like every section and then you can edit it from here if you want more pages you can have these site maps for free just like that um but if you want the wireframe and if you want it to build every wireframe you're going to have to pay for reloom so as you can see just like this it made me my sit map I can edit it however I want but I'm just going to click on wireframe from here and then now the homepage is getting generated just like that and then we're going to wait a few seconds for it to fully generate but for example I don't like this menu on here okay and I don't like this hero section so I'm going to show you how you can just edit the AI just like that it's even doing the full copyrighting for us so um just like this on here I don't like this hero section the nav bar so what I'm going to do is I'm going to click on it okay so now I changed this is perfectly good and I don't like this hero section so I'm going to click on it and I'm going to click replace component and they have a bunch of headers that I can choose from just like this so this is the original one I don't like it let's I want this one right here um I'm going to select this one and then for each section you don't like you can just click on it you can even add sections and then uh give it descriptions whatever you want I'm not going to go in too in depth on this because it's pretty straightforward and easy to use I figured it out my first day you can probably figure it out as well so now how are you going to add the pictures and even add their logo so you're going to head over to the top right make sure you select figma here and you're going to click export now if you don't have a figma account if you start a web design agency you definitely will use figma to make wireframes if you don't have a figma account go ahead and make one um but this is how you're going to export to figma and add the pictures and the uh the logo and everything so you're going to click open in figma right here you're going to follow the steps and also install the plugin so I already have the plugin installed so just click open in and then open whatever um document you already have on figma I already have it installed but now on the reom figma kit the first thing you opened you want to click open in figma just like that and then the next step once it loads is we're going to wait for it to load okay perfect so now it loaded what I'm going to do is I'm going to search up figma on another tab just like that and then I'm going to open up a new design just like this now you must do this from the reloom figma kit because this how you're going to actually be able to um export your wireframe from figma you're going to head over to the top left right here you're going to slide down to plugins and you're going to select um reloom now it's going to ask you to log in I'm already logged in so you're going to select Abu construction the one you made a couple minutes ago now you're just going to click wireframes and you're going to import the homepage of course you need to upgrade for the paid version if you want to import all the other Pages or even see the other Pages um as you can see from this so I'm going to head back to here and I'm going to click Start import now it's going to take a few seconds to load and it's building everything for me it's even going to tell me how how many minutes I saved so I saved an hour 30 minutes in wireframes just like that I have the full full website now I'm going to copy this okay so just copy open up my new my new uh figma thing and paste it so now I have the full wireframe right here if I want pictures all I'm going to do is so as you can see the menu here is is opened as you can see I don't want the menu open so I'm just going to close this but um I can add their pictures so if you don't know where to find pictures I'm just going to search up kitchen renovation um unsplash for example unsplash is where you can download pictures I'm just going to let's say um copy this image go back into the wireframe double click and then just paste and I can add pictures their logo I can add their logo I can customize it however I want and then I can send it over to the client who was already interested in my services and then show him the website that I made for him and it literally took me 5 minutes so this is how you're going to do everything and I hope you so one thing I really like about figma as well is that I can just click share just like this and then make sure I have the um anyone with the link can view and then I just copy link and I can just send it over to the client just like that and they see their wireframe so I don't need to make like a separate or like take multiple screenshots of every page and then send it over to the client make the whole process long very easy it's completely free I just click share on Top Copy the link and then send it over to the client and they have the full
