All Star Cheer

  • Focus: A discipline focused on competition rather than traditional crowd leading.
  • Routine: Involves a 2 1/2 minute routine with tumbling, stunting, pyramids, dance, and cheer.
  • Organization: Most teams are based out of clubs and open to all area athletes.
  • Skill Levels: Teams are formed based on ability levels ranging from Tiny Novice Level 1 to adult Level 7.
  • USASF: United States All Star Federation oversees most clubs, teams, and competitions, providing rules, training, and information.
