if you are still using human appointment Setters inside of your business in 2024 you are making a huge mistake and missing out on a ton of potential for you to scale and convert your leads into customers more efficiently in today's video I'm going to show you from A to Z how to create your own AI appointment seter customized and specialized for your business and then Implement that AI inside of WhatsApp this is going to allow your customers to reach out to your WhatsApp number and get instant responses from ai24 7even without any further Ado let's jump right into it so in order to follow along with this tutorial all you need to do is get two different tools the first one is voice flow which is going to be the tool that we're going to use to build AI agents and the second tool is man chat which we are going to use to take the AI that we built in voice flow and implement it into WhatsApp first things first you're going to have to go to school.com omn Fusion which is our free community and resource sub when you click on classroom in the top bar you just scroll down and go to this video right here how to book appointments with Instagram AI chatbot now this specific video was for Instagram but the same concept applies what you're going to do is you're going to scroll down and go to Voice flow template download you can download the voice flow template just click here it's going to download the file and next you go to vo.com when you sign up make sure that you get the professional plan you're going to need the professional plan in order to integrate this with man chat you go ahead and sign in what you're going to do is click in the top right corner on on import. VF file and you're going to import the file which you just downloaded once you did that you're going to go ahead and open up the project and inside of the project you are going to see a very simple AI setup now there's a couple things for you to adjust and a couple things for you to learn in voice flow I have a ton of other videos as well would show this in a lot more detail however with this simple system there's not really too much to adjust first things first you're going to have to click on this one right here this card the system prompt where you are going to provide the prompt for the AI so that it knows who it is and who it's acting as so in this case I'm acting as myself an AI appointment setting coach who helps busy entrepreneurs automate their inbound DM traffic now I'm not a coach but you can insert here whatever you want and use that as your system prompt ensure that you have these two apostrophes at the beginning and at the end otherwise it won't work then in the rest of the flow what happens is we capture the reply because on WhatsApp people need to reach out to us first in order to get a message from us we capture the reply and we say the user just reached out to you with this message and now you give them instructions for every single step briefly respond end your message by asking how many inbound DMS they currently receive per day they answer to that we then do this card right here then we do this one and then finally we do this one where we either send them to a calendar link or to the school Community you can do this based on a specific requirements so if they agree to a call or you can ask them for their revenue numbers and then if their revenue is over this level send them here if it's under this level send them there and you can do all of this if you want to make this flow longer and more complex what you can do is simply copy it paste it and then keep keep moving on like this but for the Simplicity of this video we're going to keep it like that what I'm going to do now is just quickly run through a test right here hey how's it going I get about 50 DMS a day uh I do it myself takes me a while so as you can see it's a conversational AI this is obviously most basic option but if you go into the school Community you can find a ton more videos and tutorials as well as on this YouTube channel right here and this is basically the demo for the AI now once you've adjusted all of this you've tested it by clicking up here on the run and you are happy with the AI what you're going to do is click on publish right here publish that then once it's successfully published all you're going to do is click on integration go to API keys and here under API Keys you're going to go ahead and copy your primary API key and you're going to save that for later what you're going to need to do next is go down below into the description and sign up to man chat we have the link down there inside of man chat once you've signed up you're going to need to do two things first things first you're going to have to go back into the School Community this time click on classroom the omn fusion resource Hub and when you scroll down here you're going to find connect voice flow with WhatsApp you're going to go ahead and click on connect voice flow with WhatsApp and here you have the exact instructions one more time showing you how to integrate that but I'm going to show you one more time right here sign up to men chat and then download and import the men chat template directly into your man chat here so once you've signed up to men chat you're going to see your main page you're going to go ahead and click this link which is then going to give you the integration template and you're going to be able to save that into many chat you simply go ahead and select the page that you just set up and save the flow into that page then set that up all you need to do right here is drag this over here and then what you're going to need to do is go into this this this and this field right here and go ahead add your API key right here and do the same thing for every single one adding your API keys in every single one of these fields right here this field up here is actually an external request with a Google app script all you need to do is scroll down and see how to set up the Google app script code down here also in the resource Hub and then simply add the URL to this card next thing we're going to have to do is set up a trigger right here but before we set up the trigger we're going to have to connect WhatsApp so for this all you need to do is click on settings go to WhatsApp and then right here click connect you're going to have an option to connect your own number or connect a new number which you can buy from man chat directly in this case I'm going to connect a new number but if you have an existing number for your business just go ahead and click on connect my own number I'm going to connect a new number I'm going to choose a country so I'm going to do plus one United States which you can get for 66 Cent a month many chat then goes ahead and buys that phone number for you and I have now purchased the number you then go ahead and proceed and you need to go through Facebook to sign up with your WhatsApp flow so what you're going to do is click on connect click connect again click continue click on get started and now you're going to have to set up all this information right here where you're simply going to enter the business name a website you can add a country then click on next in this case I'm going to create a WhatsApp business account I'm going to create a new WhatsApp business profile going to click on next I'm going to call it omn Fusion AI the category in this case is going to be Professional Services really you can select anything there that you want you then go ahead and add in the number which was provided to you by many chat and click on text message the verification code is now sent to man chat and you can simply take it from man chat and paste it into here and you are now ready to chat with people on WhatsApp then just click on finish and then many chat is going to finish connecting up the WhatsApp channel to your many chat account you then just need to go ahead and answer a couple questions which I always end up speed running and boom now your WhatsApp is connected what you're going to do next is back to settings click on WhatsApp and right here you're going to see all the information what we're going to do is set up a default reply you're going to remove the existing one and then go ahead and click on select existing you're going to select the imported template which you just imported pick this automation can then go ahead and click here to jump directly back into the Automation and go ahead and change this click on the default reply and change it to every time make sure that you activate that and you are good to go that is the full template completed if you've changed all the API Keys here and set up the Google app script as specified in the resource Hub you are now good to go I'm just going to go ahead and paste the number right here in to WhatsApp and as you can see it is not a contact and we don't have anything set up if you want to customize the account all you need to do is go back to settings go to WhatsApp and here you can see how to customize all these things including for example your profile picture so I'm going to go ahead and test this right now and I'm just going to say hey and as you can see we instantly get a reply back from the AI how many inbound DMS you get per day I get about two to three but we'll get 100 plus soon once I start my ads and as you can see we just go back and forth and the AI is right here to answer any question I have now you can apply this entire concept with connecting voice flow to man chat for a ton of different things as well such as customer support agents
