Like you're very intuitive, you're very gifted when it comes to helping people to heal. Um because you're very sensitive to energy and to people's emotions, right? Yes. And then you have your sister who um who has a different gift, a different mind, but she has the same type of heart where she wants to help people, right? And she does it through her way, which is through the crystals. So, she did go to school for it or did do some certifications or something, has some kind of experience. And she does have clients already, right? Where she's helping adults and and um and that's where we are so far. So with you, I was asking um what would you like to do and you're saying I would like to help you know with the kids. I would like to do something with kids and you know something a holistic center right a healing center and you have the kids and your sister has the adult which is fine because now you can um you can go for community family communities which is great. Yeah. Um, and for you, you're thinking kids from like 6 to 15 years old, boys and girls. Um, and your daughter, I mean your sister, um, uh, do the crystals. Now, that's where we are so far. Sí. espacios cerrados, pero yo trabajaba como empleada, digamos, este, digamos, en en las escuelas yo daba clases de teatro y de arte, sí, pero conectaba con las profesoras, le daba clase a los niños, a estos niños que te estoy diciendo de estas edades, pero conectada también con las profesoras que tenían niños behavor, ya sí, de educación, de educación especial y hacía trabajos como para que ellos eso, para que pudieran canalizar mejor sus energías y y para que ellos pudieran eh hacer resiliencia de lo que a ellos les pasaba y continuar mejor en Did you did you like it working with those kids that were misbehaving? Yes, I like it so much. Perfect. So, what would be the top three problems that those kids would be dealing with? Sorry. What would be the top three problems that those kids would have? [Música] Ah. Ah. Habían niños que niños con autismo que les costaba integrarse a la comunidad, a la sociedad, digamos. Este, habían niños hiperactivos que podían volver locos a las personas. Yes. Hyperactive. Yes. Con TDHDC. Buana. Ah eh normalmente eran eso, TDH, déficie de atención, o sea, déficie de atención, hiperactividad y autismo. Los niños que trabajábamos. The third one was hyper that one. What is that? Hyperactive. Déficit de atención. Oh, attention deficit. Decicit. What's the difference between hyperactive and attention? déficit. Ah, los que tienen síndrome de hiperactividad, claro, tienen problemas para prestar atención, pero no necesariamente. Ellos pueden estar en mucha actividad, en mucho movimiento y esa es la manera en la que ellos atienden y entienden. Sí. Este, por ejemplo, yo tenía un niño que no paraba nunca de moverse, nunca. Y al principio a mí me estresaba hasta que lo entendí. Yo podía hablar y dar indicaciones y decir qué íbamos a hacer y cuando le preguntaba a él me hacía todo porque esa era la manera en la que él captaba, necesitaba moverse m para poder atender lo que las personas le decían. Pero uno tiene que entender cuál es la conducta que tiene cada niño para saber llegarles y poder integrarlos luego. Yo trato de observar. Sí. eh realmente cuál es su conducta a qué es lo que se les dificulta más y a partir de allí de la observación ver que qué es lo que le puedo entregar yo para que para que ellos puedan potenciar sus habilidades y poder luego integrarse, que ellos sientan que realmente pueden, ¿no? y que son escuchados y observe conductes. Voy tomando notas o voy haciendo actividades con ell y veo, bueno, esto les cuesta más o esto no lo logran, pero esto sí. Por aquí se entusiasmas más los conectas más con ellos haciendo, observando y haciendo cosas con Pues eso, voy ubicando qué actividades puedo hacer con ellos. ellos que donde logren ellos motivarse y y acelerar sus procesos, o sea, integrarse, ¿no? Okay. porque exis mildes result también de de niño degrado, digamos, estos niños behavor tienen como un espectro donde los niveles los niveles de like medium eh no no sabría decirte el tiempo en que bueno, tú vas a ver resultados en tal tiempo. No sabría decirte cuando logres identificar y empezar a trabajar con ellos, tú puedes ver en, no sé, en meses resultados, o sea, en tres meses tú puedes ver cambios en ellos, en un mes puedes ver cambios en ellos. Pues depende de eso, depende mucho de result. Bueno, yo trabajé con niños donde vi resultado eh muy rápidamente en menos de un año. Este niño, ese niño que te estoy diciendo que sufría hiperactividad, que estresaba a todo el mundo, que era muy difícil. Eh, cuando yo empecé a trabajar con él, realmente me irritaba. Yo decía, "Dios mío, ¿qué hago con él?" me di cuenta de de del proceso, yo creo que fue el que me dijo, el que hizo que yo ah voy a trabajar con esto. Eh, me di cuenta que realmente él atendía así en su movimiento y fui trabajando con él y antes del año, antes de que terminara el año, ya era un niño que estaba muchísimo más concentrado de que le iba eh tenía mejores resultados académicamente. estaba más tranquilo. Llegó a ser uno de mis mejores actores de del grupo de teatro que yo tenía. Puede, sí. Y realmente fue un un proceso muy hermoso. Ah, you said that took one year. En menos de un año eh se fueron viendo resultados. Ya yo lo tuve por varios años. Cuando yo empecé a trabajar con él, estaba en tercer grado. Ahí salió de la escuela en sexto y ya era. ¿Cuántos meses? How many months before you saw the trying to see what's the fastest. Digamos que tr meses. I get for in how much time do you need to spend with him and how often? ¿Cuánto? Yo trabajaba con él este dos o tres horas. Ajá. [Música] you know, hyper issues or attention deficiency. May al principio es muy corta. Ok. And you have you seen anybody else does kind of services? No, sí hay personas, obvio hay personas que hacen este tipo de trabajo. No, no. Si ya vamos. I know you need to go. All right. So, for you cuuse right now we're not talking about your sister, we're talking about focused on you. Yes. Right. So, this is what um your next steps are. Ok, so now we're creating we just cream for you. And it doesn't need to be like all perfect and like you can adjust. Okay. But now we have a program to where it goes like this and you have a process. So, so you're going to create a program where you're able to help these kids and help the the families because these kids are having problems, right? And because they have the um the autism, it's it's hard for them to be social and interact and make friends and their their families, the parents want them to do that, but they don't know how. They don't know how. It's very frustrating for them. So they need an expert. They need somebody who knows how to do that. Right? So you're going to solve a problem for them. You're like their savior. You're an answered prayer. Right? So or if you have somebody who is an hyperactive kid who is like they they can focus but they're like fidgety and they're just bothering everybody and they don't know how to like be social and and be respectful, right? So and and their parents are are they're ashamed of it. They feel bad. They feel like they don't want to take their kids out because they're doing that or it's hard for them at school and they're smart but they just can't. They're distracting so they get in trouble, you know. So, so the parents feel bad and it gets drained. They don't know what to do with it. So, here you are with the answer with the three month program that's going to help fix it, right? Or you have somebody who has an attention deficiency where they're like, "Huh? What are you talking about? Huh? Oh, yeah." Right. And that's that's affecting their lives. That's really making the family worried and concerned. Like is there something wrong with them? Do they have learning disabilities? Maybe there's something wrong. Like they're afraid, right? So here you are with the answer. The solution your three month program. Right? So your three month program has a method and there's three steps to your method cuuse they're going to be like how do you work? You know like ok so you have a program and you can help my kid. You said have you done it before? Oh yeah, I've done it. I worked with, you know, school district and I helped I this is what I do. Um, I'm an expert. I've helped a lot of kids deal with a lot of issues. And for an example, I had this kid who was very very hyper, very difficult kid, probably the most difficult kid that I worked with. And you know, three months we already seen a result, but within a year he became focused. He he was doing better in school. Uh he became more calm, right? He even did a theater play with us. Isn't that so cool? Right? So this is the part of you sharing the testimony of look I know what I'm doing right and then then you say look my my program is 3 months. That's what you start with. Because most cases it takes up to like a year to really get some big shifts. But to start seeing results for you just know like three months you'll start seeing some results where you'll be very very happy. Right? So what I usually do is I meet with my clients on the first time with the family all together. That way I can build relationship and trust with the with the parents and understand the situation because that's the first part of my method. So my first part is to observe. So I need, you know, um maybe two, three days to integrate myself, see how they are maybe at school so I can watch there. I have to get permission for that um from you guys as well. And go to your home. We can go to a park, see them in in a restaurant, in different situations. This is a part of my method, right? To observe. And once I get these different scenarios, then I'll be able to get very clear because I'm very not only do I have this experience but I'm very gifted to be able to see exactly what needs to happen, what needs to heal, what needs to, you know, where we need to give attention to, right? So that's the first part. I'll be able to see their conduct and be able to diagnose from there. Um after those, you know, four, five, this is the part of your program that you're charging for, right? Then the next phase is we sit down, I share my findings, right? And I tell you exactly what things that we can start to focus on right away to get the quickest result to really help your child. And from there, um, I start to develop the certain activities that are going to help to get that result. Because depending on the result is going to depend on the activities that I use cuz I have so many tools and so many systems and things to work with. So according to what your child needs, I'm going to bring those activities and then we're going to create a plan where I'm going to be meeting with them, you know, two to three times weekly. And depending on their thing, we're going to go from 30 minutes to an hour, but we're going to block an hour and and I'll be able to see how much they can take. And sometimes we do a little bit, then we play just to kind of, you know, but it depends on your child, but we're just going to block an hour out. It'll be two, three times a week, right? And and I'll be able to start to implement those activities. I will track them. Then we can meet every, you know, week um to debrief and share what's been going on so I can learn more from you. So I can make adjustments and we can see what's working what's not. So we can all be working in agreement because a part of my program to make it really work I have to be in agreement with the family and everybody needs to be doing the same things. This is how we're going to get the best results right? See how you see how I just sold you your program right now? So, so then we start to think, right? So, now we start to think, ok, man, this is a very um cool program. So, I'm thinking um this going to be like 5 hours at least to do the observing, right? Like let's say 5 hours minimum to do observing just to watch, do your notes, take things in different situations. From there, it's going to take you um like another hour. So now we're at 6 hours of for you to now create like ok this is what we can focus on here some right and you can even make that seem longer like ok I'm gather this I'm going go back and create a whole program and it's going to take me a few days so that way it's like you're putting in a lot more work right so now you can that's another like let's say we're at 10 hours now total um of you observing another 5 hours of putting together the program with all the activities, right? And then now for 3 months, you're going to meet for, you know, let's say let's say it's just two times a week for now. Two times weekly and you times that by four. So that's eight eight more hours. So now we're at 18 hours, right? And then you put in some other hours for your driving, for um your admin, your follow-up. So let's say we we go to like 25 hours that you are putting in to this to this one kit right and this is just an estimate that I'm just putting and you can change these things as you're going right cuuse you're going to feel like man I'm putting a lot more work or no I'm not putting that much work so now I do this now how much do you think it's worth your time for you to solve those problems I don't Really? I don't know idea. So that's I would say um to start you can do an hour and you can you can go up so your program your three month program is 500. That's how much your three month program cost. So if you can get two or three clients, we're doing pretty good. Ok. Right. So, what do you think? It's good. Come on. Did you think you're going to get You think you're going to get all this? in 30 minutes. Did you think that you going to get all this in 30 minutes?
