[Music] in the name of Allah the most gracious the most merciful the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said whichever Soul Allah has destined to be created will surely come into existence in the previous episode of this series I explored how our souls were created we delved into scientific experiments and theories that attempt to prove the existence of the Soul towards the end I shared a beautiful Hadith in which the prophet peace be upon him said Souls were like an assembled Army in the beginning where they became acquainted with each other therefore in this world those who are familiar with one another develop affection while those who are unfamiliar with each other remain separate this profound narration reveals a truth many of us Ponder in our daily lives have you ever wondered why we are instantly drawn to some people even though we've never met them before or conversely why do we sometimes feel an unexplained distance or discomfort around others the Hadith beautifully explains these phenomena it points to the Alam the realm of souls where All Souls existed before coming to Earth this is the realm where According to Islamic teachings our souls resided before entering our bodies it is also where our souls return when we sleep as we know our souls were created before our physical forms this momentous event occurred when Allah Almighty struck the back of our father Adam peace be upon him and extracted from him every soul of his progeny as Tiny as ants Allah then took a covenant from these Souls as mentioned in verse 172 of Surah Al thus Every Soul destined to walk the earth until the end of time was present before Allah in this Covenant Every Soul destined for existence was brought forth at that moment this is why the prophet peace be upon him said whichever Soul Allah has destined to be created will surely come into existence Every Soul remains in Alam ARA the realm of souls until a person's life on Earth comes to an end upon death the Soul transitions to Alami barach the realm between this world and the Hereafter here's an important point the souls that formed good relationships in Alam arwa continue to like and bond with each other in this Earthly life even if they have never met before in the later part of this documentary I will explore this fascinating Realm of the soul in more detail but first let's talk about the stages that our souls go through in their Journey According to Islamic teachings our souls passed through several stages before finally meeting Allah the first realm of life is in Alami ARA where they existed on the day of masak the primordial Covenant this was the moment when All Souls from the progyny of Adam yet to be born were presented before Allah as the Quran describes when thy Lord Drew forth from the children of Adam from their loins their descendants and made them testify concerning themselves saying am I not your lord who cherishes and sustains you they said yes we do testify this lest you should say on the day of Judgment of this we were never mindful this verse provides a profound insight into Humanity's primary Duty on Earth to fulfill this eternal Covenant with God it is the foundation of our existence and the essence of our purpose in in this world in the second stage of this journey the soul descends from the divine presence into Duna the Earthly world the lowest in the hierarchy of the universe according to Islamic teachings the soul enters the womb of its mother 120 days after conception marking the moment when the individuation of the Soul takes place the messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him said each one of of you is formed in your mother's womb for 40 days as a drop of sperm nah then for the same amount of time as a clot of blood then for the same amount of time as a lump of Flesh then Allah sends an angel who breathes the soul into him and the angel is commanded to write down four things his provision his lifespan his deeds and whether he will be wretched or blessed the third stage is life in this world when the baby reaches 36 to 40 weeks in the womb it is born takes its first breath and cries at this moment the soul in the child has forgotten Allah and the promise it made in the Covenant acknowledging Allah as its creator and Lord this life is crucial for the soul as the next two stages depend on how it lives in this world if the soul is pious humble and honest it will have no fear or grief in barach or on the day of judgment however if it disobeys and rejects righteousness it will face the torment of the grave and on the day of judgment it will be humiliated its final Destiny will be hell a place of unbearable suffering the fourth realm of existence is in Alam I barzak an intermediary space between this world and the next it is in this stage that people lie in their graves and their souls are kept by Allah The Souls of the righteous are placed in a peaceful and good place while the souls of the sinful are held in a place of punishment awaiting the final Reckoning this realm is described in the Quran in Surah al- verse 100 and before them is a barrier barach until the day they are resurrected this verse explains the state of existence between death and the day of Resurrection where the deceased remain in this barrier unable to return to worldly life until the day of judgment when they are raised for judgment the fifth and final stage in the Soul's journey is the day of judgment in this realm Souls will be returned to their bodies this connection between the soul and the body will be perfect and unlike any previous state because the body will never die sleep or suffer any ailments again on this day the souls who were obedient and righteous will enter Paradise where they will reside forever in Eternal Bliss the disobedient Souls however will face the punishment of Hell a dreadful place that no one wishes to enter this marks the completion of the Soul's Journey one that began in Alami arwa and concludes either in Eternal peace or torment based on how we live our lives here in this world so our very first form of life begins in Al arwa where our souls existed before entering our bodies on Earth and every night when we fall into a state of partial death meaning sleep Allah captures our souls and returns them to this realm of souls if our time on Earth is not yet over Allah allows our souls to return to our bodies but if the decree of death has come Allah keeps the soul and that is what we call complete death this is why so many people pass away in their sleep Allah Almighty says in verse 42 of chapter 39 it is Allah who calls back The Souls of people upon their death as well as the souls of the living during their sleep then he keeps those for whom he has ordained death and releases the others until their appointed time surely in this are signs for people who reflect did you notice Allah's words surely in this are signs for people who reflect now let's reflect on this verse on this realm according to the verse above Allah Almighty calls back The Souls of people during their sleep and and when a person is distracted by the outside world when they are sleeping their soul quickly returns to their body in a matter of Nan seconds this verse points to a hidden realm of existence known as alame ARA where our souls can travel during sleep and in a sense transcend the physical limitations of the body however when we reflect on this verse an important question arises where is this realm of souls we are told very little about the exact act location or nature of Al ARA while the Quran gives us some insights the full understanding of this realm remains with Allah alone but from a modern scientific perspective there are intriguing theories that may offer a way to think about these Concepts the key lies in understanding time space and the possibility of other dimensions one of the key insights from the verse is that the soul is an extraordinary creation that seems unbounded by time and space when the soul departs the body during sleep and when Allah wills it returns in a matter of NCS this instantaneous return suggests that the soul operates on a different level than our physical reality transcending the constraints of time and space in classical physics time is often view as a constant and space as something measurable and fixed however when we look at modern theories like quantum mechanics and string theory we begin to see that our physical reality is far more flexible and multi-layered than we once thought String Theory one of the most prominent theories in modern theoretical physics proposes that the fundamental building blocks of the universe are not point-like particles but rather tiny vibrating strings these strings exist in multiple Dimensions many of which are beyond our ability to perceive directly according to string theory there could be up to 11 Dimensions some some of which are curled up or hidden coexisting with our familiar three-dimensional reality could alame AWA the realm of souls be one of these higher Dimensions it's a thought-provoking possibility if the soul is an entity that operates in higher dimensions then the rules of time and space as we know them would not apply to it in this framework alamara could exist as a parallel Dimension one that coexists with our physical world but is beyond our direct perception in string theory the movement between Dimensions is not entirely out of the question if the soul has the ability to travel between these dimensions then during sleep when the soul temporarily leaves the body it might be moving from the three-dimensional world we know to a higher dimensional space and when it is called back to the body it could be collapsing back into our physical reality just as Quantum particles collapse from a wave of possibilities into a definite state in quantum physics one of the most mysterious phenomena is the idea of quantum superposition this is the ability of particles to exist in multiple States at once until they are observed when an observation is made the quantum State collapses into a single state this process happens instantaneously regardless of distance could the soul like a Quantum particle exist in a state of superposition when it is not bound to to the body in quantum mechanics distance and time are often irrelevant when particles decide their state in a similar way the soul might transcend time and space when it leaves the body and its return could be instantaneous just as particles collapse from Quantum superp positions another intriguing Concept in quantum physics is quantum entanglement when two particles become entangled the state of one particle is immediately affected by the state of the the other no matter how far apart they are this instantaneous connection suggests that at the quantum level reality may not be limited by the classical concepts of space and time if we extend this idea to the soul it could suggest that the soul operates on a level of existence that is entangled with both the physical body and the higher dimensions of alam ARA the soul might have the ability to communicate between these Realms without being constrained by physical distance or time much like entangled particles this understanding of the Soul's departure and return leads us to the concept of a cycle a journey between two Realms from a scientific perspective if we think about this in terms of higher Dimensions the soul might be moving between different layers of reality our physical bodies are bound by time and space in the three-dimensional world but the soul existing in a higher dimensional reality is not subject to the these same limitations when we sleep it temporarily leaves the three-dimensional body and transitions into this higher dimensional space and upon waking it returns to the physical body this cycle however is broken at the time of death when a person dies the soul permanently departs the body and does not return the Journey of the Soul then moves into a different realm Alam Barac the barrier before the day of judgment another modern Concept in physics that could help us understand the Soul's journey is the idea of the Multiverse the existence of multiple perhaps infinite parallel universes some interpretations of quantum mechanics like the many worlds interpretation suggest that every possible outcome of a Quantum event exists in its own separate Universe while this is still a speculative Theory it opens up the possibility that the soul could be connected to multiple realities at once if Alami ARA exists in a parallel universe or Dimension the soul might have the ability to Traverse these different realities connecting our world to others beyond our comprehension the moment of sleep then becomes a bridge between these worlds a temporary connection between the Soul's origin and its current existence how does the soul depart from the body this is the second question there are two occasions when the soul leaves the body as I previously stated both while someone is sleeping and when they pass away we now know that during a person's sleep the soul can return to the body however it disappears after a person passes away IB Alim States during sleep a man's Soul exits through his nostrils and travels ascending beyond the material world until it comes into the divine presence of of Allah the lord of the throne the connection between Body and Soul remains intact the soul is not fully severed from the body rather it is like a delicate thread a ray of light extending outward but always Tethered to the physical form similar to the sun's rays that reach Earth while the sun remains in the heavens when a person sleeps in a state of Purity having performed ablution the soul upon reaching the divine presence prostrates before its creator it may then encounter the world of Dreams or meet with the souls of those who have passed away in this elevated State the soul faces a page of Allah's knowledge of the Unseen it glimpses the good or evil that Allah has decreed for the sleeper this spiritual encounter opens the door to Visions or dreams either true or false depending on the state of the sleeper soul Soul if the sleeper is truthful generous and pure and refrains from concerning themselves with trivial matters during the waking hours then the Soul when it returns to the body conveys to the heart what it has seen these dreams are often referred to as truthful dreams they provide insight into what Allah the most high has allowed the person to witness however not all dreams come from this pure State ibim explains that sometimes the soul encounters Shan the devil on its return to the body when this happens Shayan distorts the Soul's experiences by mixing truth with falsehood as a result upon waking the person is left confused unable to understand what they have seen this mixture of Truth and falsehood leads to what IIM called confused dreams a jum of images and ideas where the sleeper remembers little of the Divine truths shown to them and instead is left with distorted fragments of their encounter during sleep the soul also has the ability to roam freely across the world meeting with the souls of other living people and even gaining Knowledge from them however not everything learned during these encounters is true some are accurate reflections of the unseen while others are mere Fabrications what IB Alim called the chatter of the Soul though the soul moves beyond the body during sleep it remains tied to it unlike the complete separation that occurs at the time of death the soul in sleep says IB Alim is like a ray of light or a thread stretching from the body into the heavens and returning when the person awakens this connection allows the body to continue its vital functions ensuring the person remains alive through this metaphor of a ray of light Ian Alim beautifully captures the Soul's dual existence one foot in the Earthly world and the other in the Divine the sun though far away in the sky extends its Rays to the Earth similarly while the soul may Ascend during sleep it remains bound to the body until the appointed time of death to grasp the departure of the Soul we must first comprehend what the soul might be many Traditions describe the soul as a form of energy a life force that animates the body energy in both metaphysical and scientific terms is the fundamental currency of the universe quantum mechanics the study of particles at the smallest possible scale reveals that everything in the universe including the human body is made up of energy every atom every molecule vibrates emitting and absorbing energy at specific frequencies but where does the soul fit into this Energy System the soul in this perspective may be seen as the Prime energy or the core vibrational frequency that defines Consciousness and self-awareness Quantum physicists have long speculated that the fundamental particles making up matter are not just passive objects but vibrational Fields the famous Quantum physicist irin Schrodinger described the mind and the body as intimately connected through Quantum processes implying that the soul or Consciousness might have a Quantum Foundation at the quantum level energy and matter are interchangeable the body itself is not just physical matter but an intricate Matrix of electromagnetic fields that govern biological processes if we Define the soul as an energetic entity it may exist within and be part of these fields possibly extending Beyond them if we understand the soul as a form of energy it must adhere to the universal law of conservation of energy energy cannot be created nor destroyed but can only transform from one form to another in life the soul manifests within the body acting as the subtle force that animates and directs Consciousness upon death this energy must transform departing from the material body and moving into other dimensions realms or planes of existence but how does this occur the answer lies in frequency at its core the soul like all energy May vibrate at a specific frequency frequency in scientific terms is the number of oscillations or cycles per second that a wave undergoes everything in the universe has a frequency from the smallest particles to vast galaxies human beings too emit fre frequencies this is evident in phenomena such as brain waves heart rhythms and even emotions high frequency vibrations tend to represent positive energy such as love compassion and Harmony while lowf frequency vibrations correlate with negative energy such as fear hatred and guilt if the soul is a high frequency energy it is naturally attuned to the quantum realm which operates beyond the ordinary physical laws that govern the material world we know from seatics and Soundwave experiments that different frequencies can alter physical matter in profound ways sound and light both forms of energy create patterns that can organize or disorganized particles if the soul exists as a frequency based entity it may interact with the body in a similar way guiding its life processes at a Quantum level as the body reaches the point of death the frequency of the soul may rise preparing it to leave the denser material plane when the body is alive and healthy the Soul's frequency remains in harmony with the physical systems that sustain life however at the moment of death these systems break down the soul with its higher frequency begins to detach from the physical body much like a signal becoming untethered from a radio or a wave dissolving into the ocean the state of the Soul at the time of death whether it vibrates at a high or low frequency May directly affect how easily it departs from the physical form consider the analogy of tuning a radio when the frequency is clear and aligned the sound waves travel effortlessly but if the frequency is muddled or discordant interference occurs similarly a soul vibrating at a high frequency attuned to states of peace and Enlightenment made to part the body with ease transitioning smoothly into a higher plane of existence in contrast a soul burdened with negative energy or low frequency vibrations perhaps due to unresolved conflicts sin or fear May struggle to detach leading to a more difficult and prolonged departure this idea is supported by a Hadith that narrates when a Believer is about to leave this world and transition to the next angels with faces as radiant as the sun descend from the heavens they gather around him in great numbers stretching as far as the eye can see then the angel of death comes and sits at his head saying oh good Soul come out to the forgiveness and pleasure of Allah at that moment the soul gently departs like a drop of water flowing from a water skin and the Angel takes hold of it as soon as the angel grasps the soul the other Angels do not leave it in his hand for even the blink of an eye they quickly take the soul wrap it in a perfumed shroud and from it emanates a fragrance sweeter than the finest scent of musk found on the face of the Earth the Angels then bear the soul upwards and as they pass by groups of angels along the way each group asks who is this good Soul the Angels accompanying the soul reply this is so and so the son of so and so using the best names by which the person was known in this world they bring the soul to the lowest heaven and request that the gate be opened for him it is opened and Angels close to Allah from each of the heavens accompany him as he ascends through the subsequent Heavens until he reaches the heaven where Allah the great is Allah the mighty and Majestic then says record the book of my servant in ilun and return him to the earth I created them from it I return them to it and I will bring them forth from it again [Music] again this Hadith clearly illustrates that the soul of the believer filled with goodness and positive energy departs smoothly like water flowing and emits a fragrance comparable to that of flowers afterward Angels take the soul with them to the higher Realms of the heavens which exist in Dimensions Beyond this world in metaphysical Traditions It is believed that Souls burdened with negative energies un resolved emotions or what some call Sin operate at a lower frequency in contrast to a high frequency harmonious soul that can easily Ascend to higher dimensions a low frequency soul may remain entangled in the denser vibrations of the physical world struggling to detach from the body for the soul of a non-believer the prophet peace be upon Him described when an unbeliever is about to leave this world and transition to the next angels with dark faces asend from the heavens carrying rough coarse hair cloth they gather around him in great numbers stretching as far as the eye can see then the angel of death comes and sits at his head saying oh foul Soul come out to the Wrath and anger of Allah at that moment the soul becomes divided within the body and is forcibly dragged out like a skewer being pulled through wet wool the angel of death takes hold of it and as as soon as he grasps the soul the other Angels do not leave it in his hand for even the blink of an eye they quickly wrap the soul in the rough hair cloth from which emanates a stench as foul as the worst smell of a decaying corpse on the face of the Earth the Angels then bear the soul upwards and as they pass by groups of angels along the way each group asks who is this foul Soul the Angels accompanying the soul reply this is so and so the of so and so using the worst names by which the person was known in this world when they reach the lowest heaven and request the gate to be opened for him it is denied Allah the mighty and Majestic then commands record his book in sigin in the lowest depths of the earth after that the soul is flung down and Cast Away when a person with a good Soul aligned with positive energy is nearing death their soul is in a high energy State operating at a frequency that is harmonious with the environment it is transitioning into this elevated state of energy allows for a smoother painless departure from the body as the soul readily leaves its physical vessel in response to the positive stimuli it encounters such as the presence of benevolent Angels symbolized by faces of light this compatibility between the Soul's energy and the surrounding environment facilitates a calm effortless exit on the other hand for a person with a bad Soul associated with negative energy the energy and frequency of the Soul are considerably lower at the time of death the terror of encountering angels with dark faces and the knowledge of impending judgment induces a state of fear further lowering the Soul's energy and making it more resistant to departure this resistance results in the soul clinging to the body creating an energetic tension the Angels then forcibly extract the soul causing immense pain and discomfort the dissonance between the Soul's low energy and the surrounding forces necessitates a violent separation leading to a much more agonizing experience thus scientifically the experience of death for a good Soul involves a natural resonance and alignment with higher frequencies allowing for an easy transition while for a bad Soul the energetic mismatch results in a difficult and painful departure from the body it is narrated from Abdullah may Allah be pleased with him that the prophet peace and blessings be upon him said instruct your dying ones to say ill there is no deity but Allah because the soul of a Believer departs gently like a drop of sweat whereas the soul of a disbeliever departs from the sides of his mouth like the breath of a donkey quantum physics introduces another compelling element to the question of how the soul departs from the body the theory of multiple Dimensions while the soul resides in the body during life it may exist simultaneously in these higher Dimensions at the moment of death the soul might be tuned By Angels to a higher frequency slipping into these alternate Realms where the laws of time and space as we understand them no longer apply this Theory can be supported by verses of Surah alakia narrated as why then are you helpless when the soul of a dying person reaches their throat while you are looking on and we are nearer to such a person than you but you cannot see when someone dies the angel of death comes to take his soul no matter where he is the dying person sees him hears him and speaks to him but not with his eyes his ears or his tongue according to these verses it is the soul of that dying person that sees speaks and talks with beings coming from higher Dimensions so the soul is being transferred to another realm where the laws of our nature do not bound it and seize and do things that we cannot in this realm I Alim may Allah be pleased with him says after the soul is taken if it is a pure soul and has relatives in the next world who are people of the garden they come to meet the soul with yearning and great joy they ask it about the condition of those who are still alive in this world the Angels then bear the soul from one heaven to the next until it comes into the presence of Allah glory be to him and may he be exalted then it returns and sees the washing of the body its shrouding and the funeral procession it says either take me forward take me forward or where are you taking me the people there cannot hear this this trans I can be compared to the quantum phenomenon of quantum tunneling in quantum mechanics particles are known to pass through barriers that would be impenetrable according to classical physics similarly the soul might tunnel out of the physical body passing through the barrier that separates the material world from higher planes of existence this concept aligns with reports from individuals who have had near-death experiences many describe a feeling of moving toward a bright light or entering another dimension an experience consistent with the idea that the soul is transitioning to a higher frequency or a different Quantum State an intriguing question remains can we influence the frequency of our soul and in turn ease its departure from the body the answer May lie in Consciousness and intention from a Quantum perspective Consciousness is a powerful force that shapes reality in the famous double slit experiment physicists observed that the mere Act of observation altered the behavior of particles implying that Consciousness directly interacts with the quantum field in the context of the soul the state of one's Consciousness at the time of death whether peaceful or agitated could influence the vibrational frequency of the soul and the ease with which it departs from the body intentional practices such as prayer or good work that satisfies our soul might help raise the Soul's frequency making its departure smoother these practices could work by aligning the Soul's energy with higher vibrational frequencies associated with love acceptance and surrender once the soul departs the body where does it go if we consider the soul as a Quantum entity it may continue to exist in the form of energy albeit in a different dimension or realm in the
