hello and welcome to the next in our series on Abu Dhabi developers today we're talking about the National Investment Corporation or NIC nic was established in 1999 under the guidance of Shik Sultan bin Khalifa al- Nahan and they are basically the master developer of the Marina Breakwater where you can find Marina Mall um various marinas there but also real estate developments so the large real estate development there is what used to be called the Fairmont and is now the Rickos um hotel but that there are also apartments there the uh one tower is apartments and the other is a hotel those apartments are for sale there are also villas there for sale as well as those apartments which are part of the hotel there's also some apartments for rent there as well so their main project is what used to be called the Fairmont and is now the Rickars and those are very high-end one two and threebedroom apartments you know they're currently for sale now they're in the secondary market as well and NIC is the developer there so well worth understanding them uh and their position in the market now they are serviced so um they're you know serviced to a very high-end they've got a fantastic access to pools and there's a beach there as well so it's a really high-end development um really well finished and plenty of amenities the service charges are a little bit higher than than you'd get in a normal uh development but you know you got to pay for those amenities as well so NIC is the developer of the Marina Breakwater they manage the uh they manage the the mall there as well that is the National Investment Corporation if you want to know more about other Abu Dhabi developers please follow us on our socials
