Hello everyone.I am Enzo Coccia and I am the son of pizza makers. my grandmother had a trattoria in the historic center of Naples near the Central Station. My father added pizzeria work there around the 1950s. I worked with them as a child. We lived right next door across the street from the pizzeria. Then in 1994, I opened this pizzeria called La Notizia. This place has been open for 30 years now. We are not in a residential area, not in a tourist area, not in the center of Naples. Anyone who wants to come to La Notizia, they have to go up the Naples hill.  In all these years, I have grown not only in age but also as a professional in the world of Neapolitan pizza . I started in the Real Pizza Association, then in the year 2000, I opened my own company. To expand the Neapolitan pizza scene , I created a company called Pizza Consulting and worked all over the world. now I have a beautiful Joy and happiness. Because my sons, Andrea and Marco, are making pizzas with me. They are 29 and 25 years old, respectively. This is a good aspect of life when a dad works with his children, even if there are clashes and different ideas. We live the concept of family. What is Neapolitan pizza? For me, it's my life. It's my way of being, it's my identity as a Neapolitan. To be responsible for ensuring that this product is one that the whole world envies us.
