Interpersonal Skills in Educational Supervision Based on the report, I came up to the notion that it is imperative to develop interpersonal skills, especially when we are supervising teachers. Interpersonal skills can be evident when it involves understanding and insight that help teachers determine their responses to the given situation. It is very important for the supervisor to learn to communicate and work well with groups and individuals in both professional and personal life. Supervisors with strong interpersonal skills tend to build good relationships and can work well with other.

Interpersonal skills and educational supervision can be referred to as the ability by the school heads that give space for the school to have a successful human contract. The duties of the school heads are so immense that it needs a lot of approaches. In addition to their skills, the approaches include getting a good relation with their faculty members, delegating part of their obligations with authorities to them. This delegation increases confidence, friendliness, and loyalty between the school administrators and employees, and it also improves employee development.

There is a strong propensity for such employees to be more concerned with completing different tasks they are called to undertake in a school where the principal expresses his or her reservations about the employee their job is to develop an atmosphere conducive to the release of human potential i also come up to idea that supervisory skills relate to the application of the enhancement of the school's overall teaching and learning situation and status. Thus, the decision-making, preparation, coordination of the school heads will foster optimum performance and expertise among the teachers. For the school head, supervisory skill is critical as an instrument for enhancing the performance of teachers in the classroom.

Hence, the supervisor's behavior should be evident. at all times. Therefore, our school head ensures that teachers follow the timetable as planned and other school programs.
