I also rejected the claim does that make sense I rejected the null but the null was the claim so I probably am going to say something about having evidence to reject the claim and if you go back to our conclusion video when we had the little how to write the little table for how to write your conclusions you can kind of see that that that is what you want to say you'd want to say there is significant evidence to reject the claim that the population mean around spent by COC stat students when they eat out is $11 okay so we're basically thinking that claim is wrong or at least sample data is to significantly disagree with it okay so we're rejecting that claim that reject that claim probably is wrong in fact the sample data actually indicates that it's significantly higher than $11 okay all right so there we go our first one population mean average t-test from start to finish takes a long time to do a test all right well this is Matt to show and intro stats and I'll see you next time
