Exploring the D96 Fasting Challenge

Chris James the creator of a healthy alternative Wellness brand and for nearly a decade I've helped people transform their lives through fasting now today I'm going to be introducing our most powerful fasting strategy to date now if you've tried every diet you've counted every calorie you've worked out for hours and you're still struggling with stubborn fat inflammation and fatigue you're going to want to listen up today I'm introducing the d96 fasting challenge all right family so today we're going to get right into it we're going to be talking about how to lose a Year's worth of weight in just one month 30 days actually we're going to be doing we're going to talk about 25 days because we have the d96 that's going to be starting on Sunday all right if you haven't heard about the d96 yet you guys want to definitely get tapped in it is our dry fasting protocol that we're going to be doing for the first time it's our first challenge where we're going to be doing dry fasting we're going to be teaching you guys the ins and the outs of how it all works and it's going to tie into this topic today because we're going to be using dry fasting to highlight how quickly you can lose weight when you do things the right way when you use the body in the most efficient way possible you can get results that will save you 11 or or 10 or 11 months worth of work all right so let's dive a little bit deeper into this and let's let's just take a look at what do people typically lose in a year okay now we're looking at Americans because that's where I live and so you know that's kind of where I'm pulling my statistics from but basically in a year people have the what we are taught that is healthy to lose is about 52 pounds it's about one pound per week you can push it to two pounds per week and you could lose about 100 lb in a year but when we look at the average most people are losing about 50 lb a year now these are people who are actively pursuing weight loss right these aren't people who are just living and existing if you're in America and you're just existing you're actually gaining you know 1 to three pounds a year so when you're actively looking to lose weight versus just existing it's two different outcomes so what we're talking about is the ability to lose about 43 lbs um in a month now if you guys want to push it further beyond what we're doing with the d96 in our challenge you could just simply push it out to a full month and you'll be up in that 50 PB range um especially look if you have 100 pounds to lose like this is this is a no-brainer because who wants to spend the next 10 to to 12 months trying to lose weight it typically takes people who are actively pursuing weight loss that means they're doing caloric restriction they're working out in the gym you know an hour two hours a day they are they they're not going to the parties they're not hanging out with their friends they're not going on vacation there's so many things that we restrict when we are when we're losing weight the traditional way and and I don't have a problem with that like I think that's a good thing you should restrict yourself you should learn how to better engage with food and and people and you should learn to say no so that's not a bad thing but I think it's unrealistic and we talk about sustainability it's unrealistic to say hey you've got 100 pounds to lose you have to live this life this very narrow life for the next year some people can do it we've seen it happen plenty of times I'm just saying it's not optimal I'm saying that you know most people right 90% of people aren't going to be successful trying to maintain that restrictive life lifestyle for a year now a lot of people think that what we do with fasting is restrictive a lot of people think that what we do with our dietary strategy is restrictive I would say that the big difference is yes you're always restricting something you know you're you're you're there is no world where we're just allowed to do whatever we want however long we want with no consequences there's always consequences so you're always going to have to be restrictive to some degree but what I've learned is when you adopt different Lifestyle Changes what feels restrictive at first becomes the norm and you actually adopt it and you feel good about it whereas when you do traditional weight loss and dieting people have been doing it for a year two years they still don't feel good about it it's still a chore right it's just it's so I think there's a huge difference between what it is we teach and what people traditionally do and the levels of restrictive that restrictiveness that comes along with them okay so being able to to knock out this for most of you all you're probably looking to lose anywhere from 5050 to 100 lb so in one month you know if you've got 100 lb that you want to lose we could lose half of that right in one month if you guys have 100 pounds to lose then what I'm going to say is um do the challenge take a break do the challenge again you know you just do it do it again it's it's designed in such a way it's so easily digestible that you're able to do it you can get away with doing it twice in a row all right um we'll talk about exactly what the d96 is um at the end but I want to I want to talk about why fasting is the right choice to lose a Year's worth of weight in one month and when we look at like traditional dieting when when you look at rapid weight loss from a traditional standpoint now you're putting yourself at risk of losing muscle mass we've talked about this before unlike caloric restrict Ive diets that may cause muscle loss okay dry fasting is going to force the body to Target uh stored fat for energy now when you're when you're targeting stored fat for energy it is not worried about your lean muscle all right your lean muscles not on the table and remember the body is a highly Dynamic and and and very intelligent machine so it really doesn't want to go after vital organs resources processes and things of that nature anyway and why would it don't we store the fat so that we can burn it right isn't that we're all being told that you your body stores fat so that when you go through uh times of famine when you know the crops aren't there the hunting and the Gathering ain't happening you've got body fat on your body to sustain you if that's what we've been taught through Evolution that that's what our body is doing why don't we ever put our body to the test because we live in a modern world where we don't have to there is no famine we constantly have food we have an abundance of food okay now it's arguable how healthy the food is I think most of it's nutritionally uh void but we still have something to put in our mouth right so if our body is designed to go through stance of feast and famine just meaning you're you have abundance it's harvest season and it's drought season or your Harvest got lost and the body stores that body fat don't you think that eventually when when we continue to go through Cycles where we only just do one side of things we're going to start having problems right we're going to start having aches and pains and our needs because we're collecting too much fat stores think about it like this if you have a storage unit that is designed to be able to hold onee supply of food right and you're diligent you're like the squirrel grabbing a nuts collecting them making sure that you've got enough for the winner whatever which is fake it's not that's not what squirrels are really doing but play along there's the story we're Gathering the nuts and now you have a year Supply what do you think happens when you try to fit 2ear Supply in that storage not only are you going to have difficulty trying to get all that stuff in there right but the stuff that you have in there is probably going to begin to spoil and and go bad because it's you're creating too much pressure you're trying to squish too much into one space and so even what you have that's good starts to go bad you can't really store more you gotta use it so what would be a better option is to stop storing food maybe eat some of the food that you have in storage right and then collect more right I you know there's many different ways we can approach it but the reality is what we do is we just keep storing keep storing and our Storehouse is is bursting over and the food is rotting because it can't all stay in the place of night n NE uh NE neat Niche what I don't even know what I'm saying it can't stay in the nice neat storage facility with the controlled AC and climate control and all that it's busted out the doors it's leaking everywhere it's not being contained properly and so you have problems right your stuff starts to spoil so we want to use our fat stores now the body is going to switch to deep ketosis which is going to quickly lead to accelerated fat burning without compromising muscle Integrity right we're not going to touch our muscle dry fasting is going to help get you into ketosis quickly you want to be in ketosis ketosis is the magic spot that's where you start feeling good that's where your body's using you know ketones for for energy and it loves burning ketones it's like um a high octane fuel for your body so the quicker we get into ketosis the less we have to deal with the side effects of fasting meaning like the the cravings and you know just the the really if you You' ever done any water fasting that first three days basically that first three days is rough on a lot of people because of what you have to experience well as you get into ketosis you know going into day three you start to feel better so imagine if we could just get into ketosis within one or two days instead of three days right make it a lot easier for yourself there's a lot of studies out there that talk about the human growth hormone production we know that when we're water fasting after 48 hours we get a 2,000% increase of human growth growth hormone when it comes to dryy fasting it's basically it's basically more you're getting more out of everything quicker okay now the other thing about dry fasting is it actually enhances the fat burning efficiency that's very important you want your machine to run efficient right if it matters how you burn the fat okay so during the Dr 96 the body is going to burn through its glycogen Stores um in the first 24 hours and we talked about that a little bit earlier and then it's going to shift to breaking down fat which is what we want to get to we don't want to spend a whole bunch of time trying to uh when you do like intermittent fasting it's it's kind of a game of I'm burning some glycogen stores but then I'm also refilling them so we go back to our storage example it's it's almost like you're eating a little bit of the food but then you're almost quickly filling it right back up to the brim again so now you got to eat it again to make space that's why intermittent fasting can be challenging especially if you're doing 16 hours of fasting or less each day it becomes challenging because you start getting to the place where you've burnt most of the glycogen stores but you still have a little bit left then you start eating and you never really get to the fat you never really get to where you want um slowly you do definitely slowly over time you do but it takes time it takes being really good with your dietary habits and things of that nature when you do dry fasting it cuts through all the Bulls bullet excuse me it cuts through all bull stuff okay you're you're cutting you're getting right to the to the fat pretty much as quickly as possible I don't know a faster way I don't know a faster way I'm not saying it's the fastest but as far as my knowledge base goes it's the fastest all right now unlike traditional dieting dry fasting is actually going to activate metabolic processes that remove excess water and weight that's stored in the fat simultaneously we talked about this in a recent video this is the reason why a lot of people think oh when you dry fast all you're doing is just burning water you just you're just losing water weight no you're not just losing water weight but heck losing water weight is good within itself inflammation what comes along with inflammation joint pain messed up knees lymmia there's plenty of issues that come along with excess water so getting rid of excess water meaning more water than what you need is a good thing okay that's excess water outside of the cells now we do need to focus on hydration which we do we we focus on that during the challenge we're definitely going to make sure we get you properly hydrated but you have water outside the cells floating around it's hurting things okay we talked about that so dry fasting because you're not taking water by mouth where's the water where's the water come from internally so first it's going to siphon off all of that excess water water that's outside of the cells and then it's going to start burning up the water in the fat cells that's accelerated fat loss this is excellent this is exactly what you want don't allow people to tell you that dry fastings are just water weight yes you're going to burn through all that nonsense water that you do not want but you're also going to get to the fat really quickly it's like getting to the bag you want to get to that money you're going to get to the bag really quick okay fat oxidation during dry fasting can be two to three times more efficient than regular Cal caloric restriction meaning that the effort that you're going to have to put in to lose the same amount of weight using your caloric restrictive diet your traditional exercise you're going to cut the time down by by you know three times as much you it's like it's it's so efficient it doesn't make sense to do things the other way unless you just simply are afraid you think that what you're going to do is harm you like you think dry fasting is going to harm you that's the only other reason I could think of to like to not at at least explore this now when I very first started teaching dry fasting I was nervous about teaching it to the group because you have to do dry fasting properly and I know I always get people in the comment section all you have to do is just stop eating and stop drinking duh we all know that and all you got to do to make water is put two h's with a o and yet we can't make water even though we know the ingredients the the point is just because something sounds simple doesn't mean that having a supportive Community doesn't make sense or having someone to coach you doesn't make sense or having extra supplies to support you doesn't make sense or diving deep on the process whether it's preparation understanding what's going to happen during the the uh fasting cycle how to properly refeed those things all still matter yes I understand that the actual thing you're doing is I'm not putting I'm not all you got to do is just not put food in your in your mouth or you don't if you don't drink it's that's all you got to do there's lots of things in life where it's simple and people still fail right and I'm going tell you why because simple does not equate to easy no one said fasting was easy right all they say in the comment section it's simple all you got to do is just tape your mouth shut and don't eat or drink well if it's that simple then why is not everyone doing it especially people who want to do it and understand the benefit if it's so simple and it's so easy and anyone can do it and it don't matter you don't need any knowledge why isn't everybody doing it I'm going tell you why because we are so far out of alignment with nature that doing something like dry dry fasting feels unnatural it you don't feel sure about it you've got kidney problems you take medication you have questions so yeah people need support and it's like get support get support so you do it right and so you don't hurt yourself that's the smart thing to do duh all right what else do we get from dry fasting so not only can you lose a Year's worth of weight in one month but also it's efficient meaning no loose skin dry fasting has the amazing AB ability to U onset what's called autophagy now with water fasting you get autophagy with dry fasting you get it faster and it's more potent remember everything that we do with dry fast ing is faster and more potent than water it doesn't make it better than water I know it sounds like that means better it's just different it's a different tool and we need to understand and respect the tool but if we're doing it that means that we're getting faster more potent results that means autophagy comes on quickly and strong autophagy is what's going to make sure that all that extra Protein that's left over once your fat cells decrease the flate all that excess metabolic waste gets scooped up recycled by the body utilized the rest is ex ex uh you know putting the the col in and pooped out and Bre breath breathed out whatever and you get efficiency so now you don't got to worry about loose skin from rapid weight loss why would you spend now let's think about this we're going to spend a year on traditional dieting and exercise we're going to restrict our lifestyle we're going to say no to this that whatever for an entire year you do all that work and you never really get used to it it never becomes a lifestyle it's a struggle every single day you can listen to um a lot of Fitness influencers will tell you it it's a strug not a struggle they might they might get into a Groove but it's work it's work right for a lot of people not for everybody but for a lot of people but for the normal person it'll be a struggle so you're doing it for a year okay cool then you do all this work you it's an incredible and then you get loose skin and now you either got to get surgery or you just got to deal with it you got to wear compression clothes and now you have something new to be self-conscious about yes you you did good work and don't get me wrong Kudos mad respect for people who go that route I I really do I just don't think it's the most efficient and I think a lot of people if they knew about what we're teaching right now they wouldn't go that traditional route I I think most people if they knew 100% I could do it it's not going to hurt me they wouldn't go that traditional route so autop is gonna make sure that you don't have to worry about the loose skin the other thing is in order to make sure that you don't get loose skin you want to hydrate the cells the way you hydrate the cells is with cellular water you can call it intracellular water you could call it um h302 it's the water that the cells utilize when the body starts manufacturing its own water because you are not taking it by mouth it is automatically structured it's automatically cellular water so you'll rehydrate your skin cells that's why your skin is going to look brighter it's going to be dewier it's you're going to see rashes and sises and all that type of stuff start to go away because you are nourishing your Cs and I know it sounds counterintuitive like well how am I nourishing it if I'm not putting anything inside because the body is a self-healing mechanism understand that it doesn't necessarily always need resources from the outside to get every single result there are things the body will manufacture internally but it's always still getting resources from the outside if we consider air water and Sun now we're not drinking water by mouth but you are absorbing it there's water in the air right that's why they have these new uh water bottles where you could just sit them on the counter you plug them in and they'll absorb water from the air so there's always water in the air but guess what your body does that as well the only difference is it's efficient when the body does it so when you're not drinking it the body's like oh let me grab some water from the air okay so keeping your skin exposed to the air is actually a good thing if you guys you know if you have a backyard that's that's private you could take off as much clothes as you want get out there get a little Sun ground your feet let your your skin breathe that will help okay but autophagy is pretty powerful um so you know for the most part we don't have to worry about that but the sun is going to help a lot so get out there and get that Sun Also what are you going to what are you going to experience with the dry fast you're going to experience improve digestion right you're going to lower your cholesterol you're going to you're going to balance your sugars you're going to uh increase kidney functionality your liver functionality everything's going to go up now that's if you do the dry fast properly and then you break it properly if you don't break it properly then you can kind of hurt yourself and you don't want to do that so make sure you're breaking your dry fast properly okay um the other thing about dry fasting it's going to force the body to break down disease cells CIS uh old scars and any any inflammation that you have so a lot of times what we see with people who have been fasting for long durations of time they will like be checking their body out and they'll be like oh shoot I had a scar here before it's gone where'd that scar go the body ate it up you thought it was a permanent scar science will tell you it's a permanent Scar the reality is we don't study the body the way it's supposed to be so we lack information I just got into a very small back and forth on Tik Tok with a commenter me and Mikey bries I put out a clip of us talking about cancer and in a clip Mikey was saying basically cancer is like a Pac-Man it eats up the toxic stuff in the in the body okay just a quick overview of this clip all right so then the person's like yeah that's not how cancer works and I'm like no actually that's exactly how cancer works and they're like you need to read oncology textbook and I'm like the oncology textbook is the problem you're getting you're getting pseudoscience you're getting bad information and then she's like well are you guys doctors and I'm like no we're not doctors but we but we promote healing of the body the difference between us and doctors is we promote healing they promote treatment it's apples and oranges I I really do get annoyed with people trying to compare anything that I do or what I talk about to a doctor I'm not a doctor this is not medical advice I don't prescribe I don't have medications I don't do any of that that's not in my wheelhouse okay and I think people should stay in their Lane you're not going to hear me talking about um uh different surgeries and medications and that's not what I do I don't do treatment and if you're looking for treatment why are you here I feel like this pretty obvious that this is not a channel that talks about treatment we want to talk about root cause we want to talk about healing okay and there's nothing against doctors I think being able to to to sew someone up from a gunshot wound a knife getting hit by a bus putting a cast on I think all those things are amazing that's just not what we do here okay so there's no comparison and I'll say that we also have two fundamental understandings of the body there different it's no different from how when you look at the the medical industry you have doctors in one field that look at one part of the body you have doctors in another field that look at a different part of the body they're going to have different understandings of the body I don't understand how we get wedged in the middle and now we're supposed to understand all of modern science when that's not what we do okay so we need to understand that the body is a very intelligent self-regulating self-healing mechanism and we just need to get out the way sometimes now some other benefits you're going to get from doing the dry fast is uh mental Clarity right emotional rest emotional rest we are constantly in fight or flight this means that we are always on high alert it's always DEFCON 5 right when you are constantly in that high emotional state you don't realize it your your decision- making isn't good um you're it's hard to uh uh build families and and and nurture people and build relationships it's hard to take care of yourself you're in fight or flight y'all dry fasting is going to help calm everything down you'll be able to take a breath see things clearly rest your eyes that's very important fasting isn't just a physical thing okay it's going to reset your emotional eating habit as well right we we have food addiction we need to address that dry fasting has the ability to supercharge your your reset you're going to reset and get back to what what what how we should interact with food okay it's going to reset your taste buds it's going to help to eliminate your cravings for processed foods so when I talked earlier about lifestyle change when you approach things with a desire to change lifestyle now what you're doing is you're saying okay I I know I don't need to eat processed foods so then when you have a tool that helps you avoid processed foods you're more efficient like you get more out of it because you're you're you don't want to eat processed foods you know they're bad and then you have a tool that helps you it's like when they came out with a nicotine patch right the nicotine patch is like it's for people that want to stop smoking they know it's bad for them or they don't want to do it they put the patch on that gives them a little nicotine and it helps them break that oral habit or whatever that they're getting from the cigarette so that's what dry fasting is it's a dry fasting patch right you put it on and then the processed foods are like you're going to go through your Cravings but it's going to help eliminate them and expel them more quickly so if it's like you got to do the work but you don't have to engage as long before you start getting benefit and it's easier to maintain if that makes sense so here's another really cool thing dopamine receptors are going to reset right this is going to make um eating Whole Foods and things of that nature it's going to it's going to you're going to start okay you're going to reset your dopamine receptors and then you're going to start eating real Whole Foods you're going to you're going to detox out the processed foods and you're going to make a connection with the Whole Foods you're going to go back to default setting so we see this all the time people start fasting and then they they're breaking it properly they're eating right and then they start fasting and then they start craving healthy foods and you will see that in our comment section you'll see that in our group in our membership people will be like I'm starting to Crave salads Chris and I'm like oh it's happening that is so exciting because now the lifestyle becomes easy because now you're craving what's healthy for you it's easy it's not hard it's not a chore anymore dry fasting is going to accelerate all of this it's incredible people also report increased willpower discipline a new found ability to control their eating habits after completing fasting Cycles why because fasting is empowering when you fast is okay when you do a water fast let's say you do a 10-day water fast or if it's your first 10day water fast if you guys have that experience lean on that experience right now as I say these words how empowering is that even if you do your first 24 hours but you were skeptic you're like there's no way I can go a whole day without eating and you complet it how empowering does that feel now 10 x that feeling that's what happens after you do 10 days right so it is very empowering when you are empowered you are more powerful you have more willpower you have more discipline you have more control because when you have willpower and discipline that gives you control when you have control it's easy to say no to the pizza to the ice cream to the drinking to the partying it's not a chore anymore and what I'm telling you all is with dry fasting you can accelerate this entire process water fasting is great and it does the same thing for you but if we can do it two to three times faster if you could get the same results two to three times faster by making one small tweak to your fasting drop the water if you can accelerate your weight loss to where it's like just in one month you can get a Year's worth of effort ooh that's that's exciting my question to you all is can you give us 25 days can you give us 25 days now I'm not talking about any old 25 days I'm saying can you give us 25 days where you are locked in you're like all right Chris you sold me I'm going to give you 25 days I'mma do what you say that's all 25 days y'all if you can give me 25 days I can change your life it's CRA it sounds crazy 25 days that's all it takes it will change your life I'll tell you a secret it won't take 25 days your life is going to be changed by the first once we do the first cycle if you've never done dry fasting that experience is going to change your life okay now we're going to make sure you guys do it healthfully we're going to make sure that you your your you know everything's good you guys going to be able to ask questions all that type of stuff but it's going to be a tool that you could use now then once you once you have that experience you've done it you have the confidence you're empowered now you can do it on your own you you get all the materials right the reason why you people come back and do it with us as a challenge is the community it's the coaching it's the support it's the motivation sometimes you know the right thing to do but when you're trying to do it on your own life lives you know what I mean sometimes life lives we all know that so doing it in a group with support it matters it makes a big difference and you get Synergy all right and we all learn from each other it's a really really magical experience honestly your body knows how to heal itself all right our bodies were designed to go through periods of fasting we talked about that earlier it's a natural biological thing right and a lot of animals do it and when animals get sick they do it okay dry fasting is not start ation it's not starvation it's not even close it's the body going into a deep repair mode all right it's going to correct years of metabolic damage could you imagine being able to repair years decades of metabolic damage in a month like is there a a a sacrifice that comes along with that yes there is not eating and not drinking that is a sacrifice now we're going to do it in a way that I think is super digestible that's why I'm super excited about this but get past all that if you can if you could reverse 10 years of metabolic damage in one month do you know what that what that means for you it means you look 10 years younger it means your memory is 10 years fresher it means your heart is 10 years younger are you putting the pieces to like you are reversing the hands of time metabolic damage is why we die early it's why our quality of life diminishes as we get older it's not because you're just older there is damage there is there are things going wrong in your body and we have the ability to correct that we can correct it you guys just need to be diligent you need to understand what you're doing you need to have a plan you need to be supported you don't want to do this alone right like there are those lone wolfs out there that could do it alone but it's so much easier in a group it's so much easier even if you guys don't do it in our group get your own small group of people together and do it be supported it's very important by following the proper refeed you're not only going to be able to keep the weight off but you can actually continue to see the benefits ah how like how good does this get so you mean to tell me we put into work for a month not even 25 days we lose we we we Crush half our weight loss goal right we we save ourselves you know 10 months 12 months of a year and then if we take advantage of the gift dry fasting is given us we're able to continue to lose weight through proper dietary strategy which we're going to give to you guys on a silver platter we're going to tell you exactly what you need to be eating in order to continue on this path now you guys are going to give us push back and that's fine and I don't mind that ask your questions give us pushback will'll help you figure something out right but even if you do 50% of what we took teach you guys as far as maintenance at the very least you're going to maintain is that not worth it just imagine let's say you you're you're 50 50% listening right so you lose the weight you lose let's say you lose 40 pounds you're 50% listening you're able to keep that 40 lbs off then two months down the line three months down you're like you know what I'm going do that challenge again and you lose another 40 PBS you had 100 to lose now you've only got 20 to lose because in that 3mon span you were able to maintain just half listening don't let you actually listen 70% or 80% and now you're actually down so when you do your second challenge you're done because you lost 20 pounds in between challenges that's how powerful this is okay and I want you guys to remember something very very important we have a community we have we have several different communities we've got our Facebook Community we've just fear and remember fear there's nothing to fear but fear itself the dog's bark is is is worse than its bite you think there's a a guy in the corner of your room but it's really a coat hanger with a hat on it right it's it's okay to have fear it's okay to have healthy fear but also we can't just leave it at that how do you diminish fear you diminish fear through research you diminish fear through understanding you diminish fear through experience and then you diminish fear by doing once you start doing once you jump out of the airplane it has lost all of the fear is gone cuz you're doing it now I I I I was listening to Will Smith talk when he turned 50 he jumped out of a helicopter or whatever and if I remember correctly he was talking about yeah yeah he was kind of fearful of of skydiving right up until the moment that he jumped out of the plane once he jumped it was gone right you get on that roller coaster and you're fearful up until the moment that you get to the top right the very very top before the big dip once you hit the dip it's over the fear is gone you're in it now so sometimes we just got to we just got to jump sometimes we just got to jump in the water but I tell you what when you rock with aha we're going to give you guys we're going to give you guys life vest we're going to have a a LIF guard over there we're going to make sure to explain the rules the dangers everything so it's not it's like you're jumping in the kitty pool right and that's what you want when you're doing something like this the d96 starts Sunday it starts just in a couple of days what we're going to be doing is over the course of um it's it's so we're going to be doing a preparation week we're going to be doing two fasting Cycles with the Dr 96 it is 4 days of dry fasting I know that sounds scary but we also have three days of refeeding built in you guys are going to lose an enormous amount of weight okay you're going to feel better you're going to look good your Skin's going to clear up there there are issues with you right now that you thought you would never that would never go away you're going to start to see that stuff diminish just in the first week right by week two you're going to start to see further um Clarity of mind you're you're going to sleep better you're going to stop snoring you're going to have better energy you're going to you're going to realize wow I guess I don't need to eat every day you're going to feel empowered then we're going to we're going to take you guys through a refeed we're going to show you how do you eat in order to maintain benefits continue seeing benefits or just to ease your way out of the fast so you don't harm yourself okay we're going to talk about what you what to expect should you expect weight gain how much weight gain how is that weight gain going to interact with your body what does it mean right like we're going to we're going to teach you guys all of that we've got um I think we've got four or five live streams that you guys will get access to we've got the quick start guide that that quick start guide is going to have recipes as well as some tools that you guys can get in addition to the challenge to make it easier okay we're going to have other recommendations of what to do during the challenge to just make the process more seamless and then you're going to get an actual fasting guide that's going to break down the fast we're going go over it you guys are going to be able to ask questions it's going to be a very interactive experience so I want to encourage you
