Single Sign-On to All Your Apps: QuickLaunchSSO
Overview
QuickLaunchSSO provides a single sign-on (SSO) solution that allows you to access all your applications with one set of login credentials. This service is powered by WSO2 Identity Server.
Sign-In Process
- Username and Password: Required for logging into the system.
- "Remember Me" Option: By selecting this, a cookie is used to track your session.
- Policies:
Account Recovery
- Forgot Username or Password: Recovery options are available for forgotten credentials.
- Account Registration: Users without an account can register through the provided link.

Security Verification
Additional layers of security are provided to ensure account safety:

- Security Questions
- Email
- Text Message
- YubiKey
- Authenticator Apps (Twilio, Google, Microsoft)
- Duo Security: An option for further security verification.
- YubiKey: Not authorized or registered warning.
Password and Verification
- Password Reset: Users are prompted to create a new password and ensure password complexity requirements are met.
- Verification Codes: Required for various verification methods; invalid entries prompt a retry.
Terms and Conditions
- Users must accept terms and conditions to complete the login setup. Declining prevents further participation in organizational roles.
