What happens when you do 100 sit-ups every single day for 30 days straight? We've got three guys trying this challenge. A beginner with almost no workout experience. A gym bro, he's been going to the gym for some time. And a bro who's basically Captain America himself. And right from the start, the beginner felt a lot... a lot of pain in his abs. It really hurts. And also the intermediate was feeling it. I have really nice sore abs. The pro on the other hand found the challenge way too easy. I really feel that the sit-ups are getting easier and easier. But with the days passing by, the beginner got used to the sit-ups. They're getting so easy. The intermediate improved more and more, and the pro still thought it was quite boring. He still tried to really challenge himself. After 30 days of doing 100 sit-ups every single day, I think the pro still made some progress. He even gained a whole ab vein. The intermediate lost 4kg during this challenge. And besides building healthy habits, I think we can see his upper abs shining through. And the beginner easily made the most progress.
