AI's Transformative Role in Business

Let me tell you something. AI is only getting better from here on out. Today is the worst that AI will ever be. So, we need to pay attention to the fact that it's constantly constantly improving. I can create so much social media content in minutes and I don't need a graphic designer. I can do it myself. And now I can use this not just in business, but in my personal life and anything that you want. So what we're doing now as business owners is we're looking at what are all the things that we can do to save time and what's the AI solution for that? What AI tool can help us to save that time? The workplace is completely changing and in the next few years you're going to see more and more automation. So what I tell people is if we're in the time of AI right now and this is an AI revolution. What do you need to do? You need [Music] to welcome to another episode of Access Granite, where I give you exclusive access to entrepreneurs that are killing it in their industry. Today, I am super excited because every time I hear this person speak, y'all, I learn something to apply to my business. Y'all, I'm talking about AI, artificial intelligence, something that is going to change the way you run your personal life and your business. Alicia, thank you so much for being here. I'm so excited. Thank you. I I you glow when you talk about it. I love it. You know, I do. I love it. I love it. So, before we dive in, I want them to know more about you. You know, introduce the audience to you, who you are, and we'll just dive into AI in just a minute. Okay. Sure. For sure. Yes, I'm Elisia Little and yes, I am completely in love with everything artificial intelligence. I started this journey as an entrepreneur though 25 years ago and there's been a lot of ups and downs, but I will say that now being an entrepreneur in the AI revolution is such a great time. It's it's such a great time to be an entrepreneur. So, I am in business with my sister and we've been in business together for quite a while. Sometimes challenging, but she's also my best business partner. So, I do love that as well. And our company is called AI Innovision. So, Oh, I love that. I didn't know you were in business with your sister. That's always amazing. So, you know, I'm watching this. I'm on the other side of the screen and I'm like, what is AI? Okay. Yeah. Yeah. And and I hear about it, but I'm scared of it, you know. What advice or tell people what AI is before we jump in? So, you know, in its simplest form, when we say artificial intelligence, what artificial intelligence is, it's really the ability for computers or systems that we're talking about that are learning off of our data. So, we're training them off of our data and our information so that they can perform tasks that we thought only humans could perform, right? And so, when we think of artificial intelligence, there's a lot of tools that have AI in them. So the most common one is chatgbt. The one that everybody loves right now and that that's the most popular right now is chat GPT. So that is an artificial intelligence tool. A tool with AI in it. That's good. That's good. So many people are afraid of AI. They hear AI, they think one, they think it's new, right? And it's been a while for a while. Um but a lot of people are intimidated by it. And I think sometimes we get intimidated by things we don't understand. Why would AI be beneficial for me in my personal life or in my business? Sure. So, first of all, the fear of AI. We're using AI every day. So, we're using AI when we're watching Netflix and we're getting the recommendations. Amazon, uh, Siri, Alexa. So, there's so many things that have AI already built into it in our everyday life. Everybody thinks AI is just the robots that are going to take over the world, but that's not the truth. there's so many tools and you know systems and softwares that we're already using that have AI built into it. And then when we talk about AI for our personal life and our professional life, there's so many use cases in both um in both cases. So when we think about all right there's something that you need or you have a question that maybe you would have gone to Google before or um pulled pulled out an instruction manual but now you can just ask AI how to do something to make your life easier. So let's just talk about cooking dinner tonight. So let's say you you're ready to cook dinner tonight but you have no idea what to cook. So you can open up your refrigerator and just take a picture with your phone. So you're going to take a picture of what's in your refrigerator. Go take a picture of what's in your pantry and go take a picture of your spice cabinet and then upload that to just catch PT on your phone and ask Chatch GPT. Say, "This is what's in my refrigerator, freezer, pantry, spice cabinet. I need a meal for four people, three adults, one child, and I need it to be gluten-free. Give me a recipe under 30 minutes with what I have in my refrigerator already." It's like boom, boom, boom, boom. It'll give you everything to create this recipe. you know all the instructions how many pieces of what you need. So when we think about AI or even just chatbt you could do this with chatebt with Google Gemini with any tool they're just making us more efficient and productive and helping us with the the problems or the things that we're thinking about or that we need to get done and using and leveraging what we have because there's been so many nights I feel like oh I got to go to the grocery store and all I need to do is take a picture. Yeah. and just ask chat BT, I need a recipe that's whatever you want. You know, give it a little bit more detail, but it will come up with recipes based on what's in your refrigerator. I did it the other day for a smoothie. I said, I want a smoothie. Here's the fruits that I have. Here's the frozen I have. Give me a smoothie recipe that's good for me. And it gave me a recipe, told me how much of each to put in there, and it tasted great. Oh, this is amazing. That's really I'm have to do that. So, the elephant in the room, right? And I think a lot of the reason why a lot of people are afraid of AI is they feel like it's coming to take over our jobs, right? How do you feel or what advice do you give to the person that's watching this and they're refusing to use it or refusing to to leverage this resource because they feel like it's just coming in to attack? Sure. So, here's the thing. The workplace is completely changing and there are people who are definitely going to lose their jobs. But what we always say is is that the people that are going to lose their jobs are losing it to the people that are using AI. So the people that aren't using it are going to lose it to the ones that are. The workplace is completely changing. And in the next few years, you're going to see more and more automation. So what I tell people is if we're in the time of AI right now, and this is an AI revolution, what do you need to do? You need to understand artificial intelligence, how you can leverage it and use it to upskill yourself. So you need to make sure that you as a professional or even as a business owner, as an entrepreneur, that you're understanding how to use and leverage AI in every aspect of your life and your business. Because let me tell you something, AI is only getting better from here on out. Right? Today is the worst that AI will ever be. So we need to pay attention to the fact that it's constantly constantly improving. So with that knowledge, today is the best day that you can start to learn about AI and how you can incorporate it into what you do. So if I'm a business owner and I'm watching this right now and I want to know, yeah, what are the benefits of me using AI and then how do I even get started? Sure. Sure. So, if you're a business owner, the first thing that I want you to think about is what roles or what team members have you always wanted in your business, but maybe you didn't have the budget to hire for? Maybe it's that copywriter that you've always wanted to write your sales copy or your email copy, but you couldn't hire for that person. It wasn't in your budget. Well, if you just learned some basics of how to use AI tools, Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, I don't care which one you use, but how to use it to write your copy, now you've got a copywriter on your team. It's an artificial intelligence copywriter, but now you can get those things done that you want to get done. So, I always tell business owners, first start by taking an inventory of the the roles that you wish you would have had in your business. So now you take an inventory of that and then with those roles what they needed to get done. Copywriter for sales copy and email copy. Graphic designer for images for social media. Right? And then now you say okay there's an AI tool for that for my social media graphics. I love to use a tool called Ideogram. I ideoggram.ai. So I can create so much social media content in minutes and I don't need a graphic designer. I can do it myself. For sales copy, you can go to chat GBT. ChatGBT already knows the major copywriting frameworks. So you tell ChatGBT, I need to write a sales letter. You tell it who you are, what the sales letter is for, and then you can ask it, what is the best copywriting framework to use for this sales letter and what information do you need from me in order to write it? It will give you a list of questions it needs from you, tell you what the best framework for writing it is, and then it will say after you answer the questions, I'll start writing your sales letter for you. So, I have a community and in my community, I'm always teaching them about leveraging all resources that are available and AI being one of those resources. Um, but in my community, I teach entrepreneurs how to get access to grant funding, right? And there's this huge thing out there about using AI to get grants. Yes. And so, um, grantors and funders have a AI detector where they can tell if you're using AI to get access to grant funding. So, we teach entrepreneurs how to use AI properly. Correct. How to go in and speak to AI. So, now it learns your voice, how to have a conversation with AI. with if I'm if I'm getting started and I am not the queen of AI, you guys. I am learning this as as you watch it as well. Um, but if I'm if I want to use and leverage AI to get access to grant funding, what do I do and where do I start? Yeah, sure. Sure. So, when it comes to even searching for grants, my two favorite tools are perplexity.ai. So, with Perplexity.ai, AI you can do and they have something called deep research now which is free but you tell it exactly what you're looking for when it comes to a grant. So you're saying I'm a women woman business owner you know just what you're looking for and ask what grants are available and to also pull up the deadlines and to give you the page to go apply for the grants. So it will go and do that and then after you have this list of grants you can tell it which grants you're most interested in and then start to tell it about your business. Okay. So, I'm interested in number three, the Amber Grant. And here's information about my business. Here's um information about who I am. What other information do you need from me to write a proposal so that I can apply for this grant? So, it'll give you a list of all this information. And then you can give it the questions that the Amber Grant asks you. and you can say tie in, you know, what I do to the Amber Grant and the mission of the Amber Grant and the writing comes out so well connected to the mission. It's not the generic um AI output that you get, especially if you train it on your tone and style. So before I write anything, before I would ever write anything with AI, I'm going to tell AI here's samples of my writing. Here's my bio so you can get to know who I am with my samples of my writing. Tell me what is my tone and style? How do I speak? What phrases do I often use? How do I start and end a conversation? And it will pull out all of that. You can't do that yourself, but AI can do it so well. And it will tell you who you are. And you say, "Okay, now I want you to write in that tone and style." And so everything that you're writing now is written in your tone and style. And then you can lay on top of that professionalism because my tone and style will always start off like, "Hey, hey, it's Alicia. What's up everybody?" And that's not professional for proposals that I write. But after it writes it, I say, "Okay, now rewrite this with a professional tone laid on top of it. Give a little bit of a technical or a professional tone on top of it." Boom. The rewrite comes out being so much better. It's what's needed, but it still has my undertone to it instead of chat GPT or whatever AI tools you're using, their AI undertone. Oh, that is good. Right. So, you have to make sure that it understands your tone and style and then captures it and then writes that tone and style for you. So, I can upload college papers or you know work proposals that I've done to this tool. Correct. And train it correct to speak in my tongue. Correct. So now when I am applying for opportunities or if I'm writing out a a salesunnel or whatever that looks like, it speaks and it talks like me, right? And it's and then when you get that tone and style, so it will say this is for I always say, you know, act as a ghost writer and understand my style and tone because a ghost writer is a person traditionally. He's a person that will write for you. Now you're telling ChatBT to act as an AI ghostwriter and write for you as you. That's what a ghostriter does as you. So it's emulating you. It's copying everything about you and your style. And when you can do this, then you're unstoppable. Think about all the things that you could do. You could write your pitch decks and your your style and tone. Have AI write those for you. Your research reports, your social media content, everything now is written for you as you in your style and tone. And when you start to read the output, you're like, "Wait, did I did I write that or did AI write that?" Because that sounds exactly like me. So, I could make an investment of $20 a month, right? Most of the tools cost roughly, some of them are free, correct? But most of them cost maybe $20 a month. Correct. And I could use this tool to be a grant writer for me. Absolutely. The number one question I always get when it comes to grants is, "Can you do it for me?" Right? Can you do it for me? And I'm like, you can do this yourself, but now it's not even you. You have a tool that you can make an investment in to go out and write the grants for you. Correct. So instead of paying5 to $10,000 for a grant writer, correct? You now have a grant writer at your fingertips at all times and you've made a $20 a monthly investment. and and tell CHACBT to act as a professional grant writer who's been writing grants for 25 years and has a 92% success rate of getting grants um funded. So now it steps into that role and says, "Okay, I'm this grant writer. What you got for me?" And now you're saying, "Okay, well, I want you to write in my style and tone. Here's all my, you know, content so that you can emulate me. And then I'm going to give you the grant I want you to write for and all the questions." and then you write it as me and answer all those questions. So it's about training the tool. The more you train the tool, the more you feed the tool, the better your result is going to be always. And now I can use this not just in business but in my personal life and anything that you want. So your business, your per personal life, you know, upskilling yourself, entertainment, right? We did a fun retreat and did you know that ChachiBT can do numerology, it can do palmology, it can do so many things too for fun. So um it can be a tutor for kids. My niece is 11 years old and she use chat she uses chatbt as her tutor. Sometimes my sister cannot and I hope she's not watching this right now, but sometimes my sister can't answer the question when my daughter come when her daughter comes to her and says, you know, I got this wrong in school, this math question, but I'm not sure what I did wrong. My sister's like, uh, so my niece now is like, never mind, I'll ask Chat GPT. She takes a picture of it, and she asked Chat GPT, I got this this question wrong on my exam. Can you explain to me why I got it wrong and what the right answer is? Oh, wow. and Chat GPT will explain everything to her. I absolutely I'm in love. Me, too. Me, too. I see why you glow when you talk about Chat GBT. This is amazing. So, the person that's watching this, if you know, if you are not sold yet, listen, just keep watching because we got some special gems for you. We always connect and when we connect, you always give so much value. But I know there's so many tools and so many forms of AI. Sure. What are some of your favorites? like your goto. I know there's like a list, but what are your go-tos when it comes to tools for AI? So, ChatgBT is my number one. I've learned how to master it. I love it. That's my number one for content creation mostly. Um, and then my number one for research would be Perplexity.ai. It's an amazing AI research tool. I don't even Google anymore. I will never go to Google. I always go to perplexity.ai. And then I will say when I'm creating audios with my cloned voice, I use 11labs.io. So I've actually cloned my voice, which means I've trained the AI on my voice, my audio voice. And now that AI can record social media content for me, um, ebooks for me. So on our a lot of our web pages now, we put the whole sales copy in and we've got an audio button at the top and my AI voice reading the page for somebody who doesn't want to read the page or might have difficulty reading the page. So then my favorite tool for um AI like voice calls. So for if you get my business card and you call me on the phone, my AI agent is going to answer the phone. Her name is Monica. We use Smith.ai for that. So Monica answers all of our phone calls, puts all of the client information into our CRM, also puts it into a Google spreadsheet, sends the client a text message, an email message based on what they wanted, different links to sign up for different things. So I love having that as well. I mean, I could go on and on for days, but So I am very interested in Smith.ai because I just went to Clickfunnels and over 5,000 people. Um, but these are, you know, experienced entrepreneurs and, you know, somebody got an award for making $100 million and, you know, we're exchanging contact information and they want numbers. They want they want to be able to connect with you. So, I could have gave them smith.ai. Absolutely. And being able to not only just make a connection, but being able to send them a followup and been a So, it's automated and it's hitting all of those points. Correct. O know now now not I'm not only just gaining a relationship I'm potentially gaining a client as well. Correct. And I recommend being transparent. So with our AI agent, she answers the phone and she's like, "Thanks for calling AI Inovision. This is Monica. I'm an AI agent and I'm here to help you. What are you looking for today?" And so the voice is so realistic sounding, but we still always say this is Monica, an AI agent. That is so good. Yeah. So, with that AI agent, I know sometimes I' I've used or not used, I've called a company before and I could hear and I could tell it was an AI agent, right? Is that the system that you're using? Is it how you have trained it? How do I get that that robot feel? Sure. Sure. Out of the tool. So, the tools are getting better every single day. So, I'm not sure what tool you use, but revisit it and you'll see what in the world it's so much better today than it was yesterday because even smith.ai months ago was not where it is today, right? And so they they constantly keep improving. So look at the improvements and see what you get from the improvements. And then um it is about how you train it. So when we have uploaded our knowledge base for Monica, we've also uploaded it in a way that's conversational and friendly. So she is programmed to talk in a conversational and friendly way. So when you're using AI, look at how you're training it on the tone and style and the information that you're giving it. Because with Smith.ai, yes, they say to upload a knowledge base and then you also have to upload like, you know, some pre-made answers. How do you want her to answer things? So think about how a human would answer it and and use that. And if you don't know, ask chatbt how would a human answer this and it will tell you. The AI will tell us. Ask hiring an employee. When I hire an employee, I give them a SOP. I give them systems. I give them, you know, I give them maybe frequently asked questions. I I teach them the strategy. I teach them what to do. And then I allow them to, you know, do a job for me to assist me in my business. So that's what this is. Correct. And you can you can get chat bots now that are inside of your memberships for your community or that are you know in our onboarding portal we have a chatbot that's AI Alicia that can answer all the questions that a new team member would have about our company based on all the files that we've uploaded to this AI chatbot. So what we're doing now as business owners is we're looking at how we can save time. What are all the things that we can do to save time and what's the AI solution for that and what AI tool can help us to save that time? That's amazing. How did you get into AI? Yeah. So, I started off 25 years ago as a digital entrepreneur and a content creator. But in 2017, I was speaking at an event. It's Walmart Tech Live. So, it was Walmart's internal event. It was just for their employees. And the speaker in front of me was 15 years old at the time. 15 and first of all I was like a 15year-old in front of me as a speaker which was just um I was just so excited for him and then he was speaking about AI. So he presented on how an AI tool to tool made by IBM it's called IBM Watson. He showed how IBM Watson beat the nation's top Jeopardy champions at a Jeopardy game. And then so what you saw was this big AI like computer screen and two guys on both sides and then the AI answering the questions on Jeopardy as if it was a human and winning Jeopardy. So when I saw that I'm like okay this is interesting. And then I started using tools with AI in it. So I started using tools like Writer and Jasper. But when chat GPT came out November of 2022, one of my friends that I had taught how to write using Writer called me and said, she said, "You're going to want to pay attention to this." I let the first day go by. The second day she said, "No, stop everything. Drop everything. You're going to want to do this." So, I started playing around with chatg, but I was getting the generic robotic writing. And I was like, "Uh, not really sure." So from what I knew about other tools I told my team I was like I am locked up for the next two weeks cancelled everything I am deep diving into this and that's what made the big difference for me. So I closed everything opened up chat GPT paid attention to it and I was like okay the number one problem is that it's writing robotic how would I train it to write as me? So I was like well if it was a ghost writer I would tell you know I would tell a ghost writer this is my content write like me. So I said, I wonder if I could do that with the AI. So I said, I'm going to have you act as a ghostriter. And it did it. And I was like, whoa, this is amazing. Now I don't have to write anything by myself again. And then I kept looking at the different things that it could do and stacking them on top of each other. Well, for my clients, I need some social media images. I need a marketing proposal. I need reports done. So we in our business, we've been working with um we have a special project that we get grants for a few times a year. And the grant the grtor every Friday wanted to meet with me and my sister. So they'd be like, "Send the report on Thursday and then we have to meet on Friday." Every Friday. So we'd send the report on Thursday, meet on Friday. So then um once I mastered ChateBT, I told my sister, I'm writing the report this time. So I said, "Give me the data and I'll write the report." So I told chatbt act as a professional grant writer and you know I want you to write this report but here's the funer. So keep in mind what's important to them what their mission is what data they like. Do research on them and then write the report in a way that they would like to see it. Boom. It wrote the report. And then I and then I dug deeper. I said I think you can do a little bit better. Make us sound a little bit better. Make this report sound amazing. I don't care if it was a increase of 3%. make it sound amazing. And so it rewrote it. It sounded more amazing. So the Thursday came and then I told my sister, I was like, tell them the report is going to be late. Because my sister's problem was like, this report is so much better than anything we've ever turned in. They're going to wonder. So my sister sent them an email. Alisia is doing the report this time and it's going to be a little bit late. It won't be there by 9:00 a.m. It'll be there by 4 pm. So I said, "Okay, and then we'll meet tomorrow." Right? So I send it at 4:01 p.m. They read it. They call my sister and they say, "We don't even need to meet tomorrow." Wow. Right. And so we kept doing the reports that way. The Friday meetings were cancelled. We've got the funding. That was in 2023. End of 2023 24. Um, so all of 2023, all of 2024, now in 2025, the same granter keeps funding our projects because the the reports and I mean we do a fantastic job in the delivery of what we're doing, but the reports really show them the professionalism that we have as a company and the delivery of the performance that we're doing under the grant. You spoke on something and and I think people really need to grab that. You challenged AI. Absolutely. It challenged it and made it better. It gave you a good response, but you wanted your response to be great. And I think that's something that we miss. We we go in and then we copy and paste it and just go. But you challenged it to make it exactly what you wanted it to be. So is that like a thing that we should do? We don't take the first answer. We go in and figure out how to make it better. There's in this case, there's two challenges that you should always run. So challenge number one is you can do better. I'm always like chatbt you can do better. So chatbt will come and do better. So make it more persuasive, make it more professional. Whatever it needs more of, it can do better. And you can even ask it if I want this to be better, what recommendations would you give it? And it will say you could include more statistics, you could include this, this, and this. So then I'm like, well, do it. Include it. But it will never tell you at the end, you know, if we do this, it could be better. You have to challenge it and say how can it be better or make it better. And then the second challenge is the verification challenge. So tell chate BT I want you to review everything that you wrote about put in here any statistics and verify to me that it is factual. Show me the source of where it came from. So so you know everything you're putting out can be verified. And sometimes if you ask it a question like um what days uh what when is Easter 2025 and make sure that you doublech check to make sure that it's the correct date and and it knows what double check means. So it won't make an assumption or a guess. It will actually double check and give you the source. Well, it's this year. It's these days and this is the source of where I got it from. That's amazing. Yeah. So if if they're on the other screen on the other side of the screen like me and they are like leaned in and dowed in and mouth open at all of the amazing things that this tool can use. How do I get started? Is there a certification? Is there do I connect with you? How do I really learn this information so that I can apply it to my business? Sure. Well, great question. Of course, I have courses and certification and I you can find more about me at alicia.com. So just my name A L I C I A L Y. So little with a Y lytle.com. Fill out the contact us and I will get back to you or one of my AI agents. We'll get back to you and let you know about our courses. But we do have a certification program. So we certify professionals in artificial intelligence which has been a lot of fun. We have an AI specialist, an AI consultant, a prompt engineering certification to help people. And then we also have a club called the AI experts club where people can come in and kind of deep dive into artificial intelligence and we teach new tools every single week. That is good. That is good. So this tool this this amazing tool that people are afraid and intimidated um can help me get access to funding. Absolutely. It can free up my time. Absolutely. It literally can change my life. It will change your life. Not can. It will change your life. I'll tell you that everyone that's dug deep into AI with us has seen dramatic improvements financially, personally, you you know, we're just touching the surface that this much of what it can actually do. But when you really start looking at it, you're saying, I mean, we've gone more global because I have an AI um avatar that can do my translations for me live interactive on a Zoom call, right? I've cloned myself with an AI avatar and I can send her to your Zoom call when I can't attend and she can take notes and answer questions based on the knowledge base that she's been trained on by me. The world the the possibilities of what's out there for us is amazing. Wait. Yes. You you can translate you can have a translator you live translating. Correct. Live translation. So, I can be hosting a course or I can be presenting my product or my service. I have clients in all over the world that want to connect with me, right? And there's always a language barrier there. So, now I can make a small investment of $20 a month. Correct. Well, this this is another tool called Hey Gen. Okay. H EyeN. So, for all of their tools, the best package is $89 a month. But you can have a a translator. And the translator, you know, is a it's it's a human avatar. So it's it looks like a human. And then you program it just by saying when you come on my Zooms, you're going to be my translator. And the translator comes on. And so when I'm on the Zoom, I'm telling the translator. I'm saying our translator, her name is Angelina. She speaks 30 different languages. So I say, "Angelina, we're about to do a session with a group that speaks only Dutch. So, I need you to translate from English to Dutch. She'll say, "Okay, I'm ready when you're ready. When are you ready?" And I said, "Okay, I'm ready now. Let's go." And then I say, "Welcome everybody to the session." And then she says it in Dutch. This might be too much access. This might be too much. Oh my goodness. But when you think about, you know, as entrepreneurs, business owners, even professionals, this is the best time to really build because there are tools out there. And while we're in the early phases and while a lot of people don't know about these tools, it's time for you to jump in, leverage them, and ride it all the way to the bank. There's so much you can do with it. Oh my goodness. Whole new world. Definitely. My eyes are like when we stop, I'm going to like grab my phone. And so having an AI tool on your phone is just as it's essential as checking your bank account or, you know, it's I went to dinner the other day and I was like, "What is this on the menu?" So, I just took a picture of it and I told Chaty BT, "Could you show me what the four dinner plates look like? I have no idea." And then it it took the it made pictures made images of what the plates will look like. I was like, "Okay, I'll pick number four." Number four came. It was smaller than the amount of food at GBTS, but it was there and I was like, "Perfect." I did the same thing for dessert and, you know, shows me what the desserts are and then I pick one. I'm like, "This is amazing what you can do with it." So, I picked up a tip from you. you did a call in my community and you killed it. I mean, they're like, "When can we when she's coming back?" Um, but you talked about um you were repairing the batteries on something in your home and you didn't want to you didn't want to read all of the directions. I had thrown all of my instruction manuals away. There was not one instruction manual left in my house. So, I was telling them about the smart lock on my door. So, on my door, I have one of those, you know, code smart locks. And I was it it kept ringing battery low, but I couldn't figure out how to take the thing apart to put in new batteries. So I took a picture of it, you know, on my phone, put it in chatbt, and I said, "My smart lock is saying the battery is low. How do I change it?" And it walked me step by step through how to change it. Told me how to pinch it, take this off. And then now I'm on the inside, and I'm like, "Well, I don't know what to do next." So I took a picture and it said, "See the yellow tab that says battery? Pull that." And I was like, "Okay." So, I pulled the tab, changed it, put it all back together, and I'm like, "Instruction manuals in the trash." So, I had problems with my dishwasher, and it said, "Take a p." It said, "Open up the dishwasher, pull out the shelves, and take a picture of the bottom." It was giving me instructions as if it was the dishwasher repair man. Because I said, "Act as a dishwasher repair man who's been repairing dishes, dishwashers for 20 years, and help me troubleshoot what's wrong." And it said, "Your filter is out. Turn it to the right. put it back in. Oh my goodness. I was like, I just saved myself $150. Well, you definitely saved me. I owe you lunch or dinner or something cuz you definitely saved me money. I ordered a fan, a smart fan, and it didn't come with the uh the instructions to link the remote to the fan, right? And so when I call, they send me a link and I'm like, I'm not reading all of this. So, I just went to chat GPT and I was like, listen, this is the instructions. Summarize it for me and tell me what to do. and it just gave me one, two, three, four, five, and in seconds I had it done. But they sent me a link with like p like like 20 pages of stuff to read. Who's going to read that? Throw away all your instruction manual. You don't need any of them anymore. This is something that we are using in our personal life as well. And it's just saving us time. It's giving us time back with our families. It's allowing us to to make more money. It's allowing us to grow. It's correct. It's allowing us to I mean, you can literally put a link in there and summarize a book if you wanted to read a book. Whatever. Read the book to me. Summarize. Give me a quiz. My niece uploads her homework assignments and says, "Create a quiz for me so that I'll pass my test and get an A." The girl has better grades than ever before. She has an AI tutor. This is what chatbt is for her. It's her AI tutor. So, why are people not using this more? Right. So first of all there's the fear that you talked about and then and people saying so even a grant writer let's say you talked about the grant writer and the grant writer's fear is if everybody starts using AI I'm going to lose my job but if you are a grant writer who uses AI then now how many more grants can you write and if people know that you're using AI they're going to come to you because they're going to say oh I know AI would give me the advantage but I'm just going to find a grant writer who's using AI so I don't have to learn it. So, you know, there's that making sure that you overcome that fear by seeing how you can leverage it. Like, how can it benefit you specifically? And then the other thing is people just don't know how to use it. So, it's just like the first time I went to Chachi PT, I said, "Oh, this isn't really that good. Look, look at the writing. It's so robotic. It's so generic." So you have to learn how to train it and you have to learn how to use the tools correctly and you have to spend time playing around with it because that learning process helps you so much. So overcome the fear by looking at how is this going to benefit me and then start to train what you're using. Always train it. Have it step into a role. Act as a grant writer. Act as a dishwasher repair man. Act as a professional chef. and you'll start to see wow this tool what what can it not do for me act as a graphic designer it can do so much for us so really just understanding overcome that fear by seeing how it will benefit you look at the problems you have and how AI can help you to solve them and then really start to train the tools and understand and use them and then celebrate the way you save time you're making more money all that good stuff when was your big aha moment like this is not just something that I'm going to use in my business, but now I got to tell the world about this. You know what? I've had so many of those. I seem to have them every single day. You know, today I did something I was like, "Oh my gosh, I cannot wait to tell everybody about this." But I've had a few. One was when I really figured out how to train it and it started writing all my content, my speeches, my presentations, and I was like, "The amount of time that I'm saving." The second one was, you know, I was doing reels on my social media and I was maybe getting 2,000 to 5,000 views on a reel and I've been doing it for three years and I was like, okay, you know, not getting it. But then I had my AI voice do a real and I have somebody else doing my reels but using AI to do it and now I've gone viral. I've had videos that have had a million, two million views. So the AI videos do better than the human me. So I was like, "All right, I'm going to give it up to AI on this one." So, there's so many there's so many of those aha moments, but I would say that the the biggest the biggest kind of takeaway that I want everybody to get from this is your aha moment will come when you use it for something that saves you time, makes you more productive, makes you more efficient, or makes you some money. You know, that is huge. I absolutely love that. And you talked about that content piece and there are so many entrepreneurs who are struggling in their business because they're afraid to get on social media. Correct. And they're afraid to leverage that plat, those social media platforms. So now there's no excuse. There's no excuse. You can make faceless videos about your brand. You don't even have to show your face on camera anymore. You can record yourself once as an avatar or you can use an AI avatar that's not even you. Doesn't even matter. There's tools out there. I like a tool called Sylli. I use that tool for faceless videos and another one called Ptory. Like you don't even need to show up on social media anymore. These AI tools can create your video content for you. You know, this podcast as an example, you can take this whole video, put it into a tool called Opus, and it will probably for this length of time, it'll make about 20 to 25 different shorts that you can then put on your reels. So there's an AI tool that can help you to overcome those things that have been setting you back or that have been roadblocks in your business. So for whatever problem you have, the solution to the problem is it's really just finding the right tool that aligns with how to fix that. Correct. Yes. And every there's a tool probably for everything there is. Oh my goodness. This is so exciting, you guys. If you are locked in right now and you are ready to take action and use and leverage AI in your b your business, I want you to like, comment, and subscribe right now. And then I want you to share this with somebody who could use AI to help their business and help their brand grow. This has been amazing. Top three things um or top three reasons why somebody should be using AI in their business right now. Yeah. Yeah, sure. So reason number one, if you want to grow, expand, and multiply your business as an entrepreneur, you need to be using AI. Number two, if time is important to you, if you value your time and want to become more efficient and more productive, you need to be using AI. And number three, if you want a competitive advantage, you want to gain really um leaps and bounds over others, you need to be allin on AI and learn which tools would best fit your brand and the the things that you're doing in your business. Oh, that's good. Yeah, that's good. No excuse. No excuse. No excuse. No excuse. This is something that everyone should be applying in their business like right now. Right now. Today. Let's go. Come on, everybody. No more excuses. This is huge and I'm just so excited because I am really really trying to teach entrepreneurs about grant funding and how they can get access to to funding. You you've had experience with funding and you talked about that and I love that you touched on having one funer that gives you funding multiple times throughout the year. Um, and if I could just teach entrepreneurs and show entrepreneurs that listen, you use AI, you make it easy, you make it simple, you train it, and then go after the opportunities, opportunities are endless. They're endless. And use it to communicate when you do get that grant. the most important thing to do is now communicate with the the you know whoever's funding you because great communication, great reports, great data, you know, it depends on what you're getting funding for, but you know, make sure that you're using AI to articulate how amazing you are so that you that's our key to getting the repeat funding when we want it. Yeah. When we need it. This is so good. This is this has been probably one of my favorite episodes. Okay, great. Great. Great. You really light up when you talk about AI and that's what really draws me to you and just I know how passionate you are about this topic and I see um we met at a mastermind. Yes. Yes. And you did I think it was maybe 30 minutes that you spoke but in that 30 minutes I was like I got to learn more. I need to be in this certification, but I'm like, I don't have the time to be in the certification, but I'm like, I can use AI to do something else to help me make the time. But then I said, I have a VA. Yes. That's already working in my business. And if I could teach her or allow her to learn this skill, it still allows me to free up a lot of time. Yes. It still allows me to you use AI in my business. And so when people sit back and say, "Hey, I don't have time." more. It's like let's figure out other ways we can make this happen, right? So, we are getting ready to put a VA in your certification program because because being able to leverage this is going to be it's the VA is going the B my one of my top VAs is my mom. She recently just retired. Um and now she works for me. So, she is and she's super excited about it. Of course, she called me one day and she said this I think she was using Clyde. Yeah, Claude. Clyde. She was using Clyde. She said, "I don't know if I like this one. It talks back to me. It thinks it's a real human." Oh, you're like, "Okay, mom." Okay. And I was like, "I got You've just got to train it the right way, but it's okay for it to challenge you a little bit." That's great. This has been so amazing. Is there anything else that you want to share about AI and how entrepreneurs should be leveraging this resource? Yeah, absolutely. So as an entrepreneur really think about how you can grow and scale your business and if you don't know guess who can help you just go to chatbt. So I love to do this activity with entrepreneurs. I say okay go to chatbt and tell chatbt how much you made in the last year in your business. So in the last 12 months how much money did you make? What products and services did you offer? Whatever you're selling, right? Give it your website and your salesunnel. tell it as much information as you can about your business, but say, you know, I would like for you to act as a business coach and I will be giving you information about my business. Um, I made half a million dollars last year and I want to get to $2 million in the next 12 months. So, past 12 months, half a million, and then, you know, the these 12 months coming up, I want to make two million. What do I need to do in order to get there? So, it's going to be like D, look at all your stuff. And then it's going to say, "Here's what you need to do." You You're underpricing your service. I'm just giving you some examples. You're underpricing your service. Mark your service up a little bit. And it will give you justification because Coach K sells hers for this and Alisi sells hers for this. Like, it'll give you some justification. And then with what you offer, you could also offer these three things. And why don't you think about recurring revenue? So, it's going to give you all of these amazing ideas at how you can transform your business to increase your revenue and service your current customers better and reach new customers. And then when it gives you that back, you can say now I need a detailed plan and I need this detailed plan to be monthly. What should I be doing every month? And then say what should I be doing next week? What should I be doing on a daily basis in order to reach that goal? Boom, boom, boom, boom. It's going to break it all down for you. So now you have a plan and sometimes that's all an entrepreneur needs is for someone in this case AI for someone to tell them what to do every single day to reach their goal which is over here and what to do every week and then you can go back to that same chat GPT session every day. It will act as your business coaching. I did this today and this is how much revenue we made and what do I need to do to increase it or I'm above our goals and it will keep talking to you. It could readjust your plan for the year. It'll say, "You know what? You're not going to do two million this year. You're going to do three." And if you keep on this pace, so sometimes we need that. And so really look at how you can leverage chat GPT. Do that exercise and you're going to say, "For this $20 a month I'm paying for Chat GBT Pro, it's so worth it." Wow. That is, y'all, that's access granted. So I am just super excited about this this episode. I am going to take action on this information immediately because I see so many holes and so many opportunities where chat GPT or AI can come in and just help me benefit. Social media for one because I have to show up on social media several times a day. Now I can put a real in place that's an AI bot or something that can help me with that. So I'm super excited about that as well. Um, but right now I'm using and leveraging AI to communicate in my social media platform. So, because I get thousands of DMs every single day and there's an AI feature that goes in and it's literally having conversations and helping me scale and helping helping me sell and make fun um make the connection and close those deals. So, I'm just so excited about all of the information and value that you shared. Can you tell the audience where they can find you, how they can connect with you, and how they can get started with this AI leveraging AI? Sure. Sure. So, I'm pretty easy to find on social media, Alisia Little. But when you go to my website, ali.com, a l i c i a l y ttl e. So alicial.com you can get my free book chatbt made easy which will really help you with chatbt writing the copywriting frameworks what we talked about here on how to train it. I go step by step on how to do that. So you can pick up that book on the website and then also hit the contact me button if you need anything but make sure that you connect with me social media grab the free copy of the book because because that what we just outlined here today is all covered step by step in the book. easy screenshots, easy to follow, and um yeah, you'll definitely get a good start that way. All right, you guys, that is another amazing episode of Access Granted. If you found value in this episode, I want you to make sure you share this with three other entrepreneurs that you know could benefit from this information. Like, comment, subscribe, and I'll see you next time. Your access has been granted. [Music] [Music]
