Hello. I'm Usui. I live in a micro apartment in Tokyo. I'm studying micro apartment in Japan. With Spider-Man. This is underfloor storage. You can store food here. Wall mirror. This is control panel for water heater. These are light switches. Here is a circuit breaker. You can hang clothes on here. It's a storage box. A small kitchen. Here is IH cooking heater. Ventilation fan. A small fridge is available. This is an ice maker. A knife stand. Toilet paper storage! Let's store some toilet paper. A hook for towel or clothes. It's a small shower room. There's a loft space in this room. It comes with a fast internet connection. Intercom and remote controller for air conditioner. Switch for light. This room is at the first floor. A roll screen is attached in this window. Spidery, do you like to climb up the stairs? The loft space is simple and compact. You can control the room light by this. How would you use this loft space? Let me know in the comment! I'm not scared! The height to the ceiling is 3.5m/11.4ft. How would you arrange the furniture? Let's place a bed here. And TV stand on the loft space. Maybe around 32 inches is good size for TV. And put a floor chair here. Folding bed would be a good choice too. You can utilize the space like this. Or, you can place the bed in the loft space. And put chair and table here. Or would you like to use a sleeping bag instead of bed? Hmm... By the way, where should we place a washing machine? At the basement of this apartment, there's a laundry room. The residents here can use it for free. How much is the rent? This apartment is located five minutes away from Nishi-Ogikubo station. It's 17 minutes from Shinjuku station by train. How do you like this apartment? Please let me know in the comment! My journey of micro apartment study will continue. See you in next video!
