Tutorial Overview
Adding breast physics to models using Blender's cloth physics.
Making models collide with the breast.
Adjusting cloth physics settings for desired look and feel.
Models Used
Two models: One large-breasted and one small-breasted.
Method works best on small breasts; larger breasts require more adjustments.
Setting Up the Model
For Large Breast Model
Create a cube and enter edit mode.
Assign a mean crease of 1 to one face.
Add subdivision modifier (2 for small breasts, 3 for large breasts).
Apply subdivision, edit mode to shape and fit.
Manually shape cage in sculpt mode.
Tools: Smooth, Inflate, Grab, Elastic Deform.
Use Vertex Smooth in edit mode if bumpy.
Select flat face, press Ctrl + G, assign to new group, rename to 'pin' in object data tab.
For Small Breast Model
Similar steps as for large but quicker to set up.
Enabling Cloth Physics
Select breast cage, go to physics tab, click on Cloth.
Adjust settings as shown (copy settings from tutorial screen).
Set pin group to the one created earlier.
Attaching Cage to Mesh
Select mesh, shift-click the armature of the character.
Press Ctrl + P, select 'parent with empty groups'.
Transfers armature vertex groups onto the mesh.
Add data transfer modifier to the cage, transfer vertex groups.
Ensure modifier is above others before applying.
Apply surface deform modifier to character mesh, select cage.
Create vertex group for cage deform (Ctrl + G to create new group, rename).
Use Symmetry tool for balanced weights.
Shape weights with subtract, blur edges.
Tuning Cloth Physics
Initial Results
Unusable and unrealistic initially.
Adjustments
Subdivision level (add third for large breasts).
Quality steps: More accurate but more jitter.
Mass: Changes vertex mass of the cage.
Pressure: Force from inside (keep pressure scale at 10,000, fluid density at 1,000).
Shrinking value: Tightens cage initially.
Pin: Set and stiffness at zero.
Force multiplier: Adjust gravity force.
Mirroring the Cage
Duplicate original cage and settings.
Mirror to opposite side (Object > Mirror > X Global).
Flip normals in edit mode to correct physics.
Collision Setup
Duplicate character mesh.
Select collision parts, invert, delete faces not needed.
Add collision, turn single-sided off.
Bake physics for accuracy.
Add colliders to each breast cage for interactivity.
Conclusion
Tutorial covered shaping, cloth physics adjustments, and adding collisions.
Thank you for watching, good luck!
