strike situation well it's not really a situation anymore because she made a tweet telling people that she did not strike anybody and that she doesn't have any takeown notices so I guess that means that somebody was copyright striking people under her name which is pretty weird but honestly it's common on YouTube Bro there's a lot of people that misuse the copyright system and just full-on abuse it and masquerade under somebody else's identity I don't know why the people do it but it just happens okay there's weird people out there with the Manny show it's a similar situation with him but he hired an agency that did it for him but they did it without his approval so the Manny shows in the clear too he made this video responding to everybody and apparently he included me in this video so let's take a glance shall we I want to set the record straight about what has happened since I returned from my very first VidCon last week so being a content creator it's a fulltime job and it's a ton of work and my team is literally just me and my friend so ahead of VidCon I hired an agent to help me manage my monetization sharing and they went beyond by filing a copyright claim on en Queen's video and flagging some others you heard it chat Manny was not the one who issued those strikes we got the good ending with this one i' had gotten warnings that the Manny show was copyright striking videos criticizing him but I didn't think he would notice my channel surely he wouldn't do that to me but he did I received an email that the Manny show but yeah that he had reported one of my videos had a copyright takedown which is very new to my channel the video in question that was taken down is why everyone hates the Manny show yeah I'm the genius who hired them honestly I can't get mad at this guy I mean there's no way he could have known that the people that he hired we're going to do this type of so and if Manny wasn't the guy who issued the strikes can you really get mad at the guy bro was just trying to get his money up and he went to an agency that uh fed him over a little bit which you know I've had happen to me too so I get it but never with the intention to suppress any content or take down accounts like me as someone who has been censored by Tik Tok multiple times like I am firmly against censorship so as soon as we learned what had happened we immediately contacted enu to see the video found no issue with the video and contacted YouTube to reinstate the video and make things right with enu I immediately fired the agent I also contact atted YouTube to remove any claims against any other videos that may have been like what caught up in this bull like but at the end of the day it is my name on the channel I hired the agent and I take full responsibility like to those outraged by this I am genuinely sorry with what has happened I respect our community and it it's hard like we work really hard on this platform so I respect you all for what you do while some of you may disagree with what I do mine is a comedy channel and I certainly have no problem with people making fun of me all right let me get one thing out of the way I take back what I said about him not being a real comedian cuz like there's different types of comedians sure I don't find his stuff funny but it is comedy content that was wrong on my end for calling him a fake comedian but bro are way way better than mine like have you seen some of these like I've laughed at some of the things Engen and Penguins and others have said that's some filthy fish paste right there bro he's show is a bad actor in fact I am a big fan of penguins AKA Charlie and love his work and the things that he says the Manny show acts like he's a vampire and jokes are the garlic after he said my name I was actually kind of Star Struck but heart brok at the same time because like he might think I'm Brent Rivera 2.0 but am I going to hate him and his content because he said mean things about me No My feelings are not hurt and actually all the things he did say are actually kind of sort of funny I I agree with Charlie though no Creator should ever copyright strike another content creator by any means let's go Manny that's the type of energy we like to see Chad this is a W ending but it's it's also clear a number of you haters accuse me of copying and stealing other people's content the Manny show is known for stealing content and when he's using other people's joke formats and audio the time he doesn't even come up with his own jokes he just steals audio from other creators you literally have a fundamental misunderstanding of how YouTube shorts and Tik Tok platforms are engineered every YouTube short video is uploaded with two options under shorts remixing allow video and audio remixing or allow only audio remixing as shown in the image above like this is a feature not a bug of the platform and any audio that's uploaded to shorts is easily allowed to be used by other creators to remix or recreate a brand new video that wasn't really my point my point was that there just wasn't that much effort involved especially since there's comedians like drewy who are putting a lot of effort in their content I don't know I won't debate this whole point I don't even want it to be an argument like every video that does use another Creator's audio is linked to and listed under the original posters audio and it's a badge of honor for a poster video to be used to go viral and Inspire more videos okay moreover I personally list inspired by credits to all the remakes I do to specially credit the creators who inspire me like this is not copy and this is not stealing content I mean if it was then singing a cover of a karaoke version of a song is stealing that song or making a chef's recipe is stealing that recipe yeah to the people that said he was completely stealing content I kind of disagree with like I get what he means now yeah overall bro with the sniper wolf and the Manny show stuff I think we got the best possible outcome but uh I mean when it comes to Sniper Wolf we're not forgetting about this you're still in timeout Sniper Wolf let me know what
