[Music] when you began this four weeks of the bridge to claim your seat during the introduction you took the Fearless leadership assessment and our goal in giving you that is so that you could put a pin on the map and see where you were in the five strategies of the car's leadership success system and you H got a score and based on your score you kind of knew oo I am this far from the max score that I can achieve we now want to invite you to retake the Fearless leadership assessment so you can see based on what you've been through owning your vision and value building your network of allies creating your action road map where you have made progress and where you still need to make more progress ultimately my dear friends the goal is for us to continue evolving into the version of leadership that we know we have the potential to be and that potential will be different for everyone and also you have healthy ambition where do you want to take your life where do you want to take your career because our careers are a huge component of our overall life and the life we create I know know for me when I thought about becoming a coach and speaking and writing books is because I had this deep desire to contribute all the things that I had learned through my entire career with women like you I wanted to make a difference I wanted to make an impact I knew that companies that were succeeding and doing great had great leaders and companies that were toxic and people were leaving because they couldn't stand the culture had poor leadership so if you see yourself as someone today who has certain leadership capabilities and you want to continue expanding those capabilities gaining a growth mindset that supports you to move forward making mistakes learning from those mistakes and implementing and evolving from there if you're the type of person who is into learning which most of us are and who wants to explore what is my true potential as a leader I want to invite you to continue the journey with us to continue growing and learning and I will give you some exciting news when we meet live so that you can make this a no-brainer decision to continue to go on if you're interested in that please show up during our last week of Q&A and strategy and let's explore together what moving forward will look like for you and the benefits that await you I cannot wait to see what you find from your Fearless leadership assessment retake I want you to share it with us when we meet so we can celebrate you and show the progress that you've made since week one since the introduction before week one I look forward to connecting with you soon and to continuing the journey that we started during this past four weeks together it's going to be quite the ride and I promise you that the person that comes in through the tunnel is not the same person that comes out of the tunnel you will be transformed in a very positive way and I cannot wait to see what you're going to create in this world it is my pleasure to be your coach and journey partner and congratulations for carving out the time to bet to believe and to have faith in yourself and as you plant the seeds that you planted this past four weeks let's continue to nurture those seeds to water them make sure that the dirt remains fertile around them we the garden so that any Wheat trying to get in the way get yanked out and let's continue to learn and have fun together if we don't enjoy life if we don't enjoy our careers then what is this all about right we spend so many hours of our day doing this career thing let's make sure that we create a future and career that we're truly proud of and that our families are proud of and so as you role model for your kids if you have kids that they can see someone who's who has believed in herself and who has created a life that she's proud of and that financially you are bringing home what you know you're capable of earning now simply settling for whatever is right now I am excited to support you in that endeavor I'll see you soon [Music]
