Hey family, welcome to the house. We're so glad you're here and we are excited about this word that you are getting ready to receive. It's going to bless you and change your life. And when God speaks to you and it resonates very deeply and there's a promise, maybe something that you've been praying for and believing God for. I want you to sew a seed. Absolutely. Whenever God meets me, I make it my personal commitment to sew a seed to build an altar. When there's something in that message that you know the light turns on or it deals with something that you have been struggling with, there is something about having this practical manifestation of that response of what God just said to you. And for me, that comes when I sew a seed. We love you. God bless you. Watch it to the end and then share this message with somebody. It's going to change your life and hopefully many others. Um, but I want to greet you all in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. And I thank God for Bishop and Lady Jakes for the work that you have done. [Music] And I pray that what God has curated specifically for this moment will be a blessing to you and not just to you, for the entire family. I'm honored. I'm humbled. I'm anointed. And this moment is a history making moment. It's a defining moment. It's the first time in my generation. And I've looked back for there to be a moment like this. This there has never ever been a moment like this in church history. Never. And so God has a way of summoning summoning us to a particular zip code. And all of the occurrences that I've studied in the Bible happened in a zip code. Jesus said, "I go to prepare a place for you that where I am, you may be also." And so, so this is not just a church. This is a gateway. [Applause] It's a gateway for the supernatural. And God God established this spe this specific zip code to do something great. I only have a few minutes. So I want to jump right into the message and prayerfully I will be able to communicate what the Holy Spirit has given to me that will honor this moment and honor this occasion. So, if you could grab someone's hand, we're going to go directly to work. Our father God, we give you praise and honor and glory. We thank you for this kingdom epicenter, a zip code that you ordained before the foundations of the world. We thank you for what you will do, for how you will move. I decrease so that you may increase. think through my mind, speak through my lips. Let there be none of me, all of you, that at the end only you will get the glory. We bless you now, Holy Spirit, for um what you have curated for this moment. And I pray that you will use me and that you would establish the word of God which is quick and powerful, which is sharper than any two-edged sword. That word cannot be contained in a building. I decree and declare now, Father, it will work your will in our lives. It would transform our minds. It would resurface our brains and it would do what you originally planned and purposed for it to do. For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen. You may take your seat. I'm going to go directly to work. We have a short period of time really to give you the word of God. to all the ministers that have gathered here to support this moment and to Pastor Kora, to uh Dexter and Germaine. Um I love you guys. I'm the behind the scene person, but I thank God for having the opportunity to mount this stage. And again to all the bishops, the pastors, the leaders, the ministers of the gospel, I pretty much want to stick to what God has created. So you'll see me referring to my notes over and over again because I don't want to miss one drop and one tit because of what God has curated. Deuteronomy 1 and3. And I'm going to braid it with Deuteronomy 31:23-26. Reading it out of the King James version of the Bible. The Bible says, "And it came to pass in the 40th year, in the 11th month, on the first day of the month that Moses spake unto the children of Israel according to all that the Lord had given him in commandment unto them." Deuteronomy 31 says, "And he gave Joshua the son of Nun a charge and said, Be strong and of a good courage, for thou shalt bring the children of Israel into the land which I swear unto them, and I will be with you." And it came to pass when Moses had made an end of writing the words of the law in a book until they were finished that Moses commanded the Levites which bear the ark of the covenant of the Lord, saying, "Take this book of the law and put it in the side of the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God, and it may be there for witness against you." This morning I want to preach on a s simple message the last sermon leadership redefined. There comes a moment you may take your seat. There comes a moment in every generation that feels like the earth stands still and holds its breath. It's a moment that is so thunderous in silent significance as well as in relevance. And even heaven leans in to listen and to witness. But it's leaning in not just to hear, but to witness a transition. And like the hush before a chauffear sounds and like the seal of breath between a profound revelation that you want to ruminate and meditate on. We find ourselves standing today on tiptoes waiting for that exhale. A history-making moment that is ordained before the foundation of the world whose time has finally come. Anticipation caused our spiritual hearts to begin to palpitate. What is God going to do next? And expectation becomes the mother of miracles and faith becomes the midwife who conspires with God. It is a moment when prayer becomes the midwife and causes the womb to contract. The womb of destiny needing that final push begins to birth out the next the next leader, the next history maker, the next torchbeer, the next apostolic architect, the next prophetic voice. and heaven begins to contract and push out the next from the womb of the spirit. This is that moment. This is that moment when the incumbent confirms the incoming. When the now embraces the next, and when vision collides with destiny, and when the past becomes the foundation for the present and the future. It's been a long journey, but this is the moment that brings us to an apostolic layby. Romans 8:22-2 in the message says, "All around us, we are observing, a pregnant creation. The difficult times of pain throughout the world are simply birthbangs." But it's not only around us. It is inside of us. The spirit of God is arousing us within. And we are also feeling the birth pains. These sterile and barren bodies of ours are yearning for full deliverance. And that is why waiting does not diminish us any more than waiting diminishes. A pregnant mother. We are enlarged and waiting. And we of course don't see what is enlarging us. But the longer we wait, the larger we become and the more joyful our expectation. These are the words that were pinned by the apostle Paul and these are the words that describe the book of Deuteronomy. It describes a nation pregnant with the next. Deuteronomy helps us to understand how significant to the body of Christ and the world this moment is. Deuteronomy looks back but it also looks ahead. And today we are going to look back but we are also going to look ahead. Deuteronomy is not merely a historical book. It's a living literary masterpiece. It is the longest recorded sermon ever preached. It is the recording of the last sermon that Moses would deliver as a leader of a specific appointed people and in a specifically appointed generation in a specifically appointed realm with a specifically determined mission. It was not a morbid message because it would be seen again and we would see this man again. We would see him in a new assignment. We will see him in a new dispensation. We will see him in a new glorified state. The last message would not be his last appearance. He would climb a mountain but appear on the top of another mountain in the dispensation of grace. Bishop TD Jake Jakes has yet to climb his final mountain prepared for him. But we recognize all the mountains he has already climbed. He has climbed the mountain of media where he built a global communication platform through the potter's touch viewed by millions. He pioneered faith-based media with high production standards and cultural relevance. He created narrative-driven films such as Woman Thou art loose and jumping the broom that uplifted faith and changed the landscape of our identity. He used digital innovation to spread spiritual truth in an age content saturated. He modeled how faith leaders can shape public discourse through media indivi influence. But he didn't just climb that mountain. He climbed the mountain of religion. He led a multi-generational global faith movement centered in healing and empowerment and identity. He bought prophetic relevance and practical theology on a global pulpit in the living rooms, in the hotel rooms, in the bedrooms, in the boardrooms. He shifted paradigms on how we view the kingdom and how we view kingdom leadership in the 21st century. He mentored thousands of leaders including me in apostolic and pastoral and teaching and business offices. He opened up his heart, but he also opened up his pulpit for those of us that were behind the scene. He brought us in the scene and he was not selfish. He gave us voice. He gave us an opportunity. He established one of the most influential churches in our generation called the potter's house. But that is not the only mountain he climbed. He climbed the mountain of family. He began to advocate for generational restoration and healing in families through books, through sermons, through conferences. He modeled fatherhood, especially for a fatherless girl like me. He modeled fatherhood. He modeled mentorship. He modeled spiritual legacy. He modeled intentionality. He empowered man. But he also empowered women so that we can reclaim our family roles through identity, through wisdom and through faith. He raised children, not just his children, but your children who walked in ministry, who walked in leadership, who walk in enterprise, who continue the mantle. And then he rebuilt the definition of family beyond dysfunction into functionality so that they become a thriving kingdom unit. He did not only climb that mountain, he climbed the mountain of education. He authored dozens of books that educated, that empowered, that elevated us through his theology. He developed leadership conferences. the international pastor's leadership as an educational incubator. He integrated spiritual truths with intellectual insight to raise the standard for Christian literacy. He mentored through leadership. He mentored through enterprise. He mentored through spiritual visionary across all generations. He advocated for continual learning and transformation through spiritual and internal renewal. But that's not the only mountain he climbed. He climbed the mountain of government. He advised presidents. He advised policymaker while he kept his own prophetic integrity. Never bowing, never bending. He could not be boss. He could not be bought. He advocated for social justice, equity, and reform with his kingdom worldview. He used his influence to create space for faith and wisdom at tables of power. He built bridges between communities and government leaders with clarity and with compassion. uh because a trusted voice uh hallelujah was needed. He became the trusted voice in the midst of national crisis standing as both priest and prophetic statesman. You are looking at a statesman. But that is not the only mountain he climbed. He climbed another mountain. It was the mountain of arts and entertainment. He bought dignity. He bought class. He bought faith to film and the etera and literature. He created redemptive storylines that broke barriers in Hollywood. He used stage like a pulpit. He used a screen uh as a platform for healing, for reconciliation uh and he used the power of narrative to reshape the culture. He trained and supported emerging talents in music and the etera and film. And he elevated the cultural relevance of the church by engaging artistry with excellence. But that's not the only mountain he climbed. Uh he climbed the mountain of business and economy. He modeled entrepreneurial excellence through business ventures and partnerships. He created economic ecosystems through conferences, through publishing, through media entrepreneur. He taught biblical wealth and principles that empowered thousands to build steward resources. He invested in community development. He invested in real estate. He invested in empowerment zone. And he broke the poverty spirit through financial education and opportunity and exposure. He became our modernday Moses. And just as Moses climbed Mount Debo and saw the future generation, he prepared, Bishop Jake now stands at the threshold of his next mountain because he's not finished yet. His legacy is not concluding because his legacy is being transfigured. [Applause] like Moses, he's going to reappear in another iteration and version of purpose and assignment. You're going to see him ushering in new leaders, new reformers, new pioneers prepared to take cities and systems and structures for the kingdom. Deuteronomy Deuteronomy [Applause] is the final sermon of a man who spoke with God face to face. It is not a eulogy. It is a commissioning. It is a final charge to the next generation. And he looked back and he helped them to face forward. And this is what this moment is all about. What you have seen thus far of Putter's house is only the introduction. It's only the forward. And I want you to get ready for the next chapter. The book of Deuteronomy is Moses download. It's a spiritual archive encoded with fresh revelation, with eternal truth, and with a generational transition. It is in those moments of transition such as this where the past meets the future, where now meets next. And one thing you said in the last message that I heard, you said, "I have to do this now because I want to pass a baton and not a cane. This is that moment where wilderness wisdom becomes promised land strategy. Where history bows to destiny. Where mentals multiply and the mission is magnified. Where the divine memory fuels generation momentum. Where the voice of yesterday becomes the vision of tomorrow. Where succession meets strategy. Where the anointing meets appointment. Where agenda meets the apostolic. Where prayer meets power. Where preparation meets prophetic positioning. Where transition meets transformation. Where calling meets commissioning. Where legacy meets leadership. Re revelation meets responsibility and where the mantle meets the moment. Moses Moses was the voice that led a nation through a wilderness. But Bishop Jake is the voice that loosed women and launched movement. The man of God who reached into pain and pulled out purpose. The one who turned whispers of shame into roars of destiny. Like Moses, God used bishop's voice and his words. He said, "Woman, thou art loosed and we were." He said, "Let it go." And we did. He said, "Crushing and we found oil in the pressure." He said, "The crisis of next and we crossed over." He asked us, "Can you stand to be blessed?" And we stood. He preached destiny steps and we moved. He said, "Don't drop the mic." And we did it. He preached from the cross to the crown. And we ascended. He said, "Before you quit, we kept going." He said, "The tenacity of transition and we adored." He authored our comeback before we fell. He in engineered our rise while others predict uh predicted our ruin. He hosted mega fest and built mega faith. He launched manpower and empowered mankind. He created woman thou art loosed and loosed the world. He built the potter's house and we became the clay that was molded by God. Moses wrote books that brought life to those dying of discouragement. And so did Bishop Jake. He wrote books that breathe life into those who had the wind knocked out of them. Bishop Jake didn't just write books, though. He wrote Holy Spirit inspired blueprints. You have heard his sermons. You have read his books. You have wept when he wept. You shouted when he wroughed. But do you understand the weight of what you were witnessing? He wasn't just speaking. He was shaping destinies. Bishop TD Jake Jakes never came to impress. He came to interrupt. He came to interrupt your patterns. He came to interrupt your fears. He came to interrupt your excuses. The titles of the message say a lot. If you just read the title, the title of his books and his messages were sermons in and of themselves sore. And we remembered that they that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength. Trust in your instinct and you stop waiting for approval. Maximize the moment and you walked into the room like you belong there. re reposition yourself and you change your zip code, your circle and your mindset. He literally handed you more than a just a literary masterpiece. He handed you a tool for your deliverance. And so today uh even as one of the pro most profound messages that he ever preached was don't drop the mic and it strengthen all of us to continue to remember who gave us the mic. And today he's not going to drop the mic because he's going to hand it over. And I remember watching like everyone else, you sitting on the stage and although death tried to take your life, you never dropped the mic. I watched it over and over and over. You never dropped the mic. And so let not your heart be troubled. You believe in God, believe also in me. In my father's house are many mansion. If it was not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And I wish I could continue on, but the time is ticking. I would have told you how Bishop is a disruptor. I would have told you how he disrupted religion tradition, how he disrupted entertainment barriers, how he disrupted media monopolies, how he disrupted mainstream culture, but my time is ticking on and I don't have much time to tell you how he disrupted the slave mentality. Hallelujah. How he disrupted the victimhood. I would have told you how he disrupted uh spiritual ignorance. Uh how he disrupted generational poverty, how he would disrupted shame. Uh I would have told you how he disrupted silence around leadership succession. But my time prohibits me to begin to talk to you about how he was a disruptor in the marketplace and not only in ministry. I would have told you that Bishop Jake is a revolutionary revoly theologian. Uh I would have told you how he disrupted national identity and legacy. how he birthed a nation and gave them laws and land and leadership. I would have told you how God used him uh like Moses to become a global spiritual nation uh where every tribe, every ethnicity gathered together. Uh I would have gone on and on to tell you uh but I can't tell you today because I only have a few minutes left. Uh but I want to jump ahead. Uh not just to talk about the disruptive spaces that he entered into. Uh I would love to be able to continue hallelujah with telling you uh everything that he did. Uh but I want to say well done uh hallelujah Bishop Jake. We stand uh hallelujah to celebrate you because out of everything that you gave us, you gave us the kingdom in HD. We were able to see the kingdom clear up. We were able to hear the sound greatly. But just like Moses who had Zapora, you have Lady Serita Jakes. She is a disruptor. Uh before the lights uh before the sermon uh before the books line shelves uh and the stage stood still uh there was Lady Serita the backbone behind the bishop uh the oil of intercession behind the overflow the silent stone behind the sound. Uh she didn't need a mic. Uh she was the message. Uh her presence preached. Uh her silence sang sermons. Uh her stillness still storms. Uh her faith shook foundations. Uh her faith moved mountains. Uh her prayer built paces uh and palaces. Uh where the weary found rest. Uh where the hurting was healed. Uh where the outcast found acceptance. And she was not an echo. She was a part of the original Edenic plan. She walked with power. She walked in dominion. She planted patience. Uh with the loving weight of a thousand hours of intercession. She carried the weight uh not just in her womb. Uh she carried the weight uh in her worship uh not in her hands uh but in her heart uh not in worship uh but in the war room uh she is the stillness that steadied the whirlwind. Uh she is the hush that held the hurricane. Uh she is the queen who guarded the gate. They saw Bishop uh but she held the brokenness of those that Bishop served. Uh they heard the sermon uh but she covered souls in prayer. You call her first lady but heaven calls her the midwife delivering destinies birthing nations. Uh when the cameras pan wide, uh she stayed close. Uh when the spotlight burned, uh she bowed low. She's more than a lady. She's a queen. And today I want to talk to you one more minute about this queen. She turns houses into homes, sitting rooms into sanctuary, a family room into a future. Moses, hallelujah, was honored. But we have to stop and honor Zapora. And today we heaph applause upon you, woman of God. elegant, classy, and yet loving. We honor you today. And in the last few moments, we know those who are seen on the scene, but you got to acknowledge there are four more powerhouses. I want to talk to you about two of them. Dexter and Germaine. They say legacy leaves a footprint. But Bishop didn't just leave steps. He raised sons. And his sons were in crawling. They are walking. Two echoes of greatness. Two seeds of purpose. Two kings rising in real time. Dexter and Germaine. Dexter Jake. The quiet storm. the deep waters, the strategies in the shadow. He doesn't need the front row because he's building from the foundation. He's not loud because he's laser focus. He's not famous, but he's faithful. Dexter is not just the legacy, he is the leadership. Can I borrow just 10 more minutes and let me wrap it up? Germaine Jake, the silent engineer, the thinker, the doer, the one who makes vision workshe invisible hand, keeping legacy steady, not for the stage, but for intergenerational structure. not for the applause but for alignment. And while the world watches the torch they've been managing the coals that flame the torch while others are blessed by the overflow. They are the ones that are keeping the oil flowing for the family ensuring the next generation has fuel. They may not lead from the platform, but they hold the platform together. Because every Moses needs an Aaron and a hand. And every Joshua needs a support system. Dexter and Germaine. Sons who didn't just herit, they helped to construct it. We honor you today. We honor you as builders. We salute you as brothers. Uh because the mantle didn't just fall on one. It lands on the entire family. What can I say about Z Pastor Sarah and Pastor Tore and Pastor Kora? You see them on the scene. This isn't the end of an era. It's the birthing of a new one. Your father didn't drop the mic because it's been handed to you. And now what will you do with it while the world is watching? I c I I I I I say to you, speak with power because God has given you this mic. Your destiny is not determined by what ink and paper says. Your destiny is written in the volume of the book. It is written of you before the foundation of the world. You are the Joshua generation. You are the candidate that God has chosen. You are the one that has the assignment. And just like uh Joshua was wis was given wisdom. Hallelujah. And hands were laid on by Moses today. Bishop uh is going to lay hands on you. You are going to be mentoled. Hallelujah. For the next uh pastor Sarah Jake Roberts, the mental daughter. You carry the same uh disruptive mental uh as your father. You disruptive shame narrative. Uh you redefine what redemption looks like. You are not a duplicate. You are originality in motion. You broke barriers in traditional ministry. You empowered women with boldness. Uh, with vulnerability uh, with a modern message. Uh, you challenged comfort zones. Uh, you reframe disruption as a divine strategist. Uh, you were the one that became the voice the next generation heard. You bridged gaps between generation and culture. You blended pop culture with theology. You were developed under pressure. You were redefined by pain. But today, God crowns you with purpose. Your journey is the proof that God still rewrites stories. Uh your journey is the proof that God changes our narratives. Uh your journey is the proof uh that God relaunches destinies. Uh you are the proof uh that there's nothing wasted in the kingdom because all things work together for good uh to them that love the Lord. Bishop Trey Roberts the apostolic architect. You are a disrupt tomb. You disrupted religious constructs uh by integrating culture and kingdom. Bishop Trey Roberts isn't just a pastor. He's a builder of nations. He brings things into prophetic alignment. Bishop, you re-imagine church leadership. You disrupted conventional ministry formats. Uh you founded one. Uh hallelujah. You challenged the static quo. You encouraged people to pivot. Uh amidst an upheaval while others were trying to figure out how they were going to go to church. Uh you preached a message uh and the message was entitled pastor to pivot in uncertain times. Uh, you redefine congregational engagement. Uh, you're like a Joshua. You move with quiet authority. You move with strategic brilliance. Your role isn't beside Pastor Sarah. It's intertwined. Uh, it's empowered. It's cold laboring uh like the sun is to the moon. Uh you don't compete uh but you complete uh you don't compare but you compliment uh you become the individual that demonstrates for us that God has an agenda for the male manuh but he also has an agenda for the female man too. You are the Adam to Eve. You are the Abraham uh to Sarah. You are the Boaz uh to Ruth. Uh you are the Lepedoth uh to Deborah. Just a three more minutes and I'm going to wrap this up. How can I forget Cora Jakes uh the mighty daughter disrupted generational bondage through loss through prayer and through fierce faith. You disrupted cultural silence uh around infertility in faith communities especially around uh women of color. You challenged the taboo uh and the stigma surrounded motherhood uh and fertility struggles. Uh you bought faith-based healing. Uh you created a spiritual encouragement for women battling reproductive challenges. Uh you helped to redefine motherhood. Uh you were born to break cycles of barrenness and brokenness. You too have been refined by fire. You were built in darkness. But God crowned you in prayer. I decree and declare that as you witness this moment together they are not replacing a mant. They are extending the momentum so that they can release the next movement as one vision, one voice, one mental uh one mission, one anointing because Paul said there is one body, one spirit called one hope, one Lord, one faith and one baptism. And today in closing, I address the membersh's household said in Deuteronomy 31 and6, be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God goes with you. I encourage you according to Deuteronomy 6 and6 honor the word of God and keep your covenant. These words I command you this day shall be in your heart. I command you according to Deuteronomy 31 and3 follow the appointed leaders uh and walk in unity. Honor and support Pastor Sarah Jake Roberts uh and Pastor Tore Roberts as the appointed successor. Do not compare because they have come to complete. Do not critique uh because they came to carrying, do not spectate. Uh you they came to support uh they are carrying the intergenerational mantle during this time of transition. I want to encourage you according to Deuteronomy 8 and 11, remember the legacy and never forget it. Do not allow culture to cause spiritual amnesia. Remember what God had for you. And why you came in the beginning and why God assigned you. The potter's household is a blueprint for all of us. I want to encourage you. Choose a life uh that you and your children may live. Uh preserve the teaching. Don't just hear it, live it. Deuteronomy 31:26. Uh take this book of the law and place it beside the ark. Uh remember to sing songs. Sing songs of celebration on the journey. Deuteronomy 31:19. Uh teach the song of Moses to Israel. Rejoice, celebrate, and praise. Uh this is not a time for mourning. It's a time to mag magnified the glory of God. He brought us thus far and he's going to take us further. And in conclusion, the conclusion of the conclusion, this is not the end of an era. It's an enruption of an empire, the extension of the kingdom. For upon this rock, I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. This is not a closing. It's a crowning. Your leader is not leaving. He's launching. And he's extending his legacy. This is not a goodbye. It's a journey that will take us from glory to glory. It will take us from the wilderness into the promised land. Bishop not only did not drop the mic. He is not going to drop the mental. He's going to give the mental. He's going to extend the mantle. I decree and declare when you look back in the book of Deuteronomy, you would remember these words that today he stands as Moses stood. Not in mourning but in majesty, not in conclusion but in coronation. Not in ending uh but in extension uh not in retirement uh but in elevation uh not in closing uh but in commissioning uh not in transition uh but in transformation uh not just in succession uh but in strategic multiplication uh not in pause uh but in prophetic progression uh not in silence, but a symphony of legacy. Not just for now, but for the next and for the new and for the never been seen. And for the never been accomplished and for the never been spoken and for the never been before achieved. [Applause] This is our neibo moment where another mountain becomes a platform where one voice makes room for many. and where heaven exhales not to retire a general but to res reassigned him bishop like Moses is not stepping away he's steing stepping up to make room for the next because at the end of the day Like Moses in his last sermon, redefine leadership, Bishop Jake is redefining leadership, too. To God be the glory. Great things he has done. God bless you all. Listen, the Potter's House isn't just a place. It's a movement. Family, we are so much better when we come together. And today, we're inviting you to be a part of something bigger. When you sew a seed, you're planting the future of hope, healing, and change. In times of uncertainty, the house stands strong. And because of you, it keeps standing for others. Your giving isn't just generosity, it's ministry. And what you sew today will be the miracle someone is praying for. [Music] If this message spoke to you and if you're ready to step into faith, if you believe in what God is doing here, don't wait. Sew a seed. Move in faith. Every gift, every act of generosity fuels this mission and brings us closer to reaching the lives that need it the most.
