Overview

This page provides instructions for logging in to the ACES portal and accessing college services, with details on first-time login, help resources, and important contacts.

Logging in to ACES

  • ACES is a secure portal for students, faculty, and staff, offering single sign-on access to many college services.
  • Use your User ID and password to log in at the Secure Access Box.
  • First-time users' default password is the first two letters of your last name (in CAPS) plus your birthdate (MMDDYY format).
  • After signing in, click the Web Services link on the bottom left of the Home Tab page.
  • If you cannot log in, call the Help Desk at 210-485-0555.

Account Recovery and Security

  • If you forgot your password, use the provided password recovery link.
  • First-time users should set up security questions for account recovery.

Access and Services Provided by ACES

  • Through ACES, access class registration, financial aid info, email, library, and online courses.
  • ACES provides updates on campus events and important news.
