Overview
This document provides sign-in instructions, browser requirements, maintenance information, and support resources for accessing the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) portal.
Sign-In Process and Requirements
- Users must sign in with their organizational account, entering both user ID and password.
- The option to keep the user signed in is available via a checkbox.
- JavaScript must be enabled and supported in the user's web browser for portal access.
Troubleshooting and Support
- Incorrect user ID or password will result in a sign-in error.
- Help links are located below the "Sign In" button for additional assistance.
- Faculty and staff should contact College IT for sign-in support.
- Students are directed to the Student Support Center for assistance.
- Resources are available for first-time sign-ins and password recovery.
Scheduled Maintenance Notification
- The Student Information System will be offline for maintenance on Sunday, June 8, 2025, from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.
