University Bookstore (Jeff Seber)

Move-in Process Overview

BGRI Move-in (August 9)

  • Check-in Location: Recreational Wellness Center (C.O.R.E).
  • Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

    • Check in for credentials and receive housing information.
    • After check-in, proceed to residence halls.
    • Late arrivals can check in at residence halls after 6 PM.

BGR Move-in (August 10-13)

  • Schedule:
    • Saturday (August 10): 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
    • Sunday & Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
    • Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
  • Important:
    • Students should check in at their residence hall first before attending BGR check-in.
    • Use of move-in placard for unloading.
