Problema de la Preparación para Empleos Gubernamentales en India

In our country, more people than required are preparing for government jobs, this is what PM Modi's advisor says: I still think that many young kids who have so much energy are wasting their time are basically trite. Crack the UPSC. This is the reality that keeps us on the ground. This is also seen when more than 1 crore people apply for Group D posts. What is common in Mukherjee Nagar and Rajendra Nagar in Delhi, Musalla Fur Heart in Patna and Prayagraj in UP? Have you ever visited any such area? If you observe the life of any Esperance, their entire youth is coming out in the room of 10 by 10. This room that you are seeing around me, this is the room of the students who are preparing and there is a line of books here. And these are leaked even before the government exam takes place. The system has become so corrupt that after giving the exam, a student has to decide whether to prepare for the interview first or go to court to challenge the result. Today at 10:00 we get a message that if you have question paper 600 with answers, we will give you all the question paper by 12 o'clock. In our country, there are 1 lakh government schools in which only one teacher reaches, whereas for the last 810 years, Candidates are sitting after clearing the exam to become a teacher, the government is not even giving them appointment. There is not a single department in the central and state government which is not under staffed and those who are employees here are overworking but the government is not giving them appointment. But despite all these challenges, the youth of our country are spending the most productive years of their life in preparing for a government job. Out of these, 90 people are not able to get a government job. This is the bitter truth and those people are not able to get any government job. They are not able to survive even for private jobs, nor are they able to become a part of the country's growth, nor are they able to move forward in their life and if you are also one of them, then believe me, this video is personally for you only. Look, preparation for a government job is very difficult and not everyone is able to clear the exam. This is a harsh truth, so along with such exams, it is also important that a security Come up with another plan for this also. If without it you will not be able to clear the exam then it will seem that everything is over. Don't let there be a gap in education. If you have done graduation then fill the post grade form. In the next video, I am going to say some things which are true but may not be liked by many people preparing for government jobs, that is why first let me make one thing very clear. Personally I feel that going into government jobs is the best opportunity to change the system of the country from within. If you really consider yourself so capable and you really want to do this, then you should definitely prepare for it. I am definitely your friend. I am standing with you, so in any further point in this video, if you feel that I am against the preparation for government jobs, then just come back to this line and listen to it again. There are total three characters in our story, the first character is the student. Every year lakhs of people give UP CSC exam, apart from this there are many vacancies of SSC PCS states. That means crores of students are appearing for some government exam every year and they work hard for years for these exams, pay coaching fees and many parents have to take loans. When the notification for RRB Group D exam came out in 2019, 1 20 crore people had applied for it and the vacancy was only 1 lakh. The entire process of this exam ended in 2023, after which it was revealed that around 3 lakh students cleared this exam, that is, the remaining 1 crore 17 lakh students . You will have to prepare for it again, similarly every year at least 10 lakh people give UPSC, its total vacancy reaches around 1000 and only top 100-150 people become IAS, hence you must have seen that those people who are selected in IPS or It happens in IRS and they attempt it again to become an IAS. The craze for a government job is there in our country, I personally don't think it would be seen like this in any other country. There are so many people who have given one or two attempts and know. It is accepted that perhaps he is not worthy of it, he is not made for it, but still he spends years preparing for it, giving himself false solace that this time he will make it because if he gives up, his ego will get hurt and then This also comes to the question that what will people say? Some people are not able to move on because now they have become so invested in this process, they have put so much time, money and effort in preparation that now there is no difference in opinion. This is called sunk cost spread. It means that you have invested so much in something that going back feels like a waste of time and you cannot see the way forward, but still you cannot turn back and go. And you just keep walking on a dark path with a blindfold on your eyes. If seven or eight attempts are allowed in an exam, it means that you have to exhaust all the attempts. Many times the interview panel says so many attempts. If you are not able to do so then don't you think that you are not fit for this post, then there are also people who when they are not able to clear UPSC exam, they clear PCS or SSC exam but still their It remains in their mind that they are not that satisfied because their dream was to become a collector which will never be fulfilled and they can never accept this but these people are still better, they have passed some exam for them. Think about those who are not able to pass any exam, the most productive years of their life are getting completely wasted because they started preparing right from graduation and were not able to learn the degree in which they had graduated, so now they are not able to study that field properly. Can't even get a job and am not clearing this exam, where will I go sir, I have become so old, will I leave, I ca n't even do anything, that's why I am in the same hope, not this time, not the next time, not the next time, like this sir. On top of that, they are in their late 20's, hence the pressure is also coming from the family because till when will they feed them, their financial condition is not good [Music] I should think about our bread, I should think about Bapu's coaching. This is the condition, please keep it, people are still revising their same syllabus in the same room of 10/1. Rajat Sambhayal is one such UPSC candidate, he had given his last attempt in 2022. On the day of the result, he tweeted this, Rajat is his last attempt. Due to having only 11 marks less in the attempts, he could not clear the exam. He had given a total of six attempts in which he was out of Prelims thrice, Mains twice and in the last attempt he had even cleared Mains but could not clear the interview. One such tweet by Kunal Virul Karr ji on April 16, he wrote that he has attempted UPSC 12 times, cleared Mains seven times and reached the interview five times. But they were not selected, they write that perhaps struggle is the second name of life and after seeing all this, the question arises in the mind that what is the motivation due to which the youth of our country gives everything to get a government job. Happiness is ready to be put at stake. Honestly speaking, if you look at any competitive exam in the world, there are no serious candidates at 90. Either they are giving it for the first time just to try or it is just from a family member or friend. Said that that's why they fill the form, the same thing happens in government jobs also, it sounds bitter but the truth is that after doing BA, there needs to be some reason to leave the house and also tell people to do something. That's why after joining coaching, they say that they are preparing, their real interest is in some other field, but the family members do not understand this until they fail in the government exam after giving two-three attempts. Now there are expectations on the remaining 10. These are the serious candidates. They want to work hard and do it. The motivation for many people is that they are poor. You will find many such people in UP and Bihar, out of their own circumstances. There is only one way to get a government job, neither do they have the money to get a big professional degree nor do they have the exposure, that is why government job is the only way left so that they can improve their economic and social condition. For this reason, we see most of the IAS officers from Bihar. Do you want to become an IAS? Many of the people of IAS want to become IAS. People do not even know the full form of IAS. Do you know Aa Falam Indian Administrative Service? On this we have given a proper Talk in the video as to why we see this phenomenon in Bihar and there is a similar perception in the society that if a boy has got a government job, it means the boy is capable and that is why relationships start coming as soon as the news of the job is received. A boy also gets involved in making the rate card for dowry as per his government job. If he has sold his pass, why should he join? If it is Group D , even if it is of the lowest level, even if it is a peon's job, then Rs. 6 lakhs is your tilak. There is another reason due to which there is so much craze for a government job and that is the prestige that comes with it, respect, honor, red light car, government house, who does not like people saluting and this is the dream that is shown to these aspirants at home. All the relatives and people of the locality keep talking about these perks and here comes the entry of our second character i.e. coaching industry. These coaching people talk the most about the prestige and perks of these jobs and their main motive behind doing this is Money is made, the more students prepare, the more their business will grow. This is an industry worth thousands of crores. If a student tops, his name is on the banner of every coaching. From somewhere, he did test series, from somewhere he did interview preparation. He had only bought notes from someone and all these people come to take credit for his success. Those people from whom he did not take anything for coaching also pay money to put his photo on their banner and on the day of convincing him , but the banner Till now it was fine, it was seen only on the road, now this motivation shop has started running on reels and shorts also. They are selling courses by showing the dream of becoming a king to the whole world by putting a photo of PM election nomination. Let's show that see, even the PM stands in front of the officer, it is not wrong to give motivation, brother, preparation for such a tough exam does not work without motivation and madness, but this motivation should come from within the student, giving motivation from outside is a limit. Till now it is fine, you can treat it like a medicine but if it is overdosed then the medicine also starts working as poison. These coaching people also know from the beginning that only 1 children will be selected, that is why their batches are separated in advance. They give extra focus on them, make them do preparation and in the rest of the batches , they manage to charge fees just by listening to more motivation and stories than lectures. If you go a little further from the smoke of this world of motivation , the picture of government jobs keeps getting darker. Goes and here enters our third character, our government which has made the career of the students a joke and in the next few minutes you will understand why I am using so many harsh words, the entire exam system itself. NEET exam has become a joke in India, through which our future doctors are selected, in whose hands the decision of life and death of people is literally taken. 24 lakh children take the exam. From paper leaks to the result process, so many loop holes have emerged that students Today, instead of counselling, they are making rounds of the Supreme Court. Look at this map for the remaining government exams. It contains the data of total 41 exam leaks of the last 5 years in which 1.4 crore students had appeared. People were competing for 1 lakh government jobs. In this, there is Tate exam of Rajasthan and UP, Assam, Police entrance exam of Rajasthan, Karnataka and JN and Forest Officer exams come in Uttarakhand, Telangana, Arunachal Pradesh and JNK. In the question paper of Assam, part of government employee paper is stolen. In MP, the server of the private company which was conducting the exam was hacked and in Maharashtra, the paper was directly uploaded on social media, which means that the entire country has made a mockery of the system when this league When politicians come forward, instead of solving it, they start playing the blame game. In Rajasthan, when Congress was in power, BJP people were blaming them. In UP, when there was BJP government, Congress people were blaming them. In Telangana, Congress had BRS. Blame it because BRS was in power at that time. After the elections, you see BJP won in Rajasthan and Congress in Telangana but till now neither any action has been taken on the exam leak nor any work has been started to stop it further. If the matter moves ahead due to exam leak, then it gets stuck on vacancies. You see, the government departments are understaffed at both the state and central level. 10 years ago, there were 5 lakh vacancies in Railways, leave alone filling them, the number of IAS and IPS has doubled in 10 years. The combined strength of the constable should be 11700 and currently 1/5 positions are vacant. According to BPRD, there is a need of 5 lakh additional constables in the country. The data of the firm minister shows that more than 1 lakh posts of BSF, CRPF and Delhi Police are vacant. Around 10 posts in Forest Services IFS SFS are lying vacant whereas 30 out of 1/3 posts of Rangers and Forest Guards are still lying vacant. According to Duo, there is a need of 6 lakh doctors and 10 lakh additional nurses in the country. If we talk about education, there are 1 lakh schools in which only one teacher is available. According to the new education policy of the government itself, we need at least 10 lakh new teachers. In the village schools, up to 70 posts of teachers are lying vacant. It has happened that in 2022, PM Modi had told all the ministries, departments, PSUs that they should fill all the 9 lakh vacancies in 18 months. After this news, it was felt that there will be a lot of vacancies in the country but even after this, nothing. What happened is that some people say that the salary expenditure to fill all the posts will increase the country's fiscal deficit, but the truth is that it will take only Rs 50,000 crore extra to fill all these posts, and why am I talking only in front of the figure of Rs 50,000 crore? I am because for comparison, MNREGA costs Rs 75,000 crore and the government gives Rs 1 lakh crore in fertilizer subsidy, hence if all the departments start working with full productivity after spending Rs 50,000 crore extra, then this money of the government will not be wasted and will give double returns. But the shortage here is not of money but of intention, that is why I feel that this statement of PM Modi proves to be just an election slogan, so what is the solution to this problem, if you want to have an honest conversation with Esperance, first of all ask yourself that Why do you want to do a government job? What is your motivation? If the answer from within is that I want a government job because it is a comfortable job, I will work if I feel like it. If I feel like it, I will not do it. On top of that, you will get a lot of money, then perhaps your The approach itself is wrong and even after joining this job, you will increase corruption in the country, you may earn money but you will not be happy, but if you are a serious candidate and want to do the job for which you are preparing honestly. So you must prepare for it with all your hard work. I am not at all against the preparation for government jobs. To change the system, it is necessary to have honest and educated people within the system. With this, you will be able to serve the country directly and enter public life. What is a better option than becoming a civil servant to do this , but in this case also it is important to decide how many attempts should be given. If it seems that three-four attempts have been made and now there is no chance then go for it. Don't waste your time, money and so many productive years of youth. One exam is not your whole life. There is much more than this. You can restart your career in a different direction by doing skill-oriented courses. Hey, the founder of KFC at the age of 60. You have made a multi-billion company and you are not even half his age. When 10 lakh children are appearing in the exam for 1000 posts, it means that all those who were not selected have become useless. It means that only It is limited, that is why if you are not getting success in it again and again , then there is nothing wrong in looking towards other opportunities. This was what I want to say to the students. Now let us come to the government of the country, one paper leak after another and its consequences. Looking at the political blame game above, one thing is very clear, the government does not care about the students at all. The future of the students has been made a game, that is why from now on, when news of any paper league comes, whether you have given it or not, it has always become necessary to raise your voice on this issue. Together, we all talked about NEET, so today. This issue has reached the Supreme Court, but the map of 41 exams that I showed you probably did not even know about many of these exam leaks before this video, that is why we should not allow this to happen in future and the government should focus on every important issue. A pressure will have to be created to fill these posts. The second issue is that of vacancies. PM Modi ji was just giving a statement before the elections to fill these posts. Ideally , a voice should have been raised in the media to fill these posts, but the media people are not doing their work, so we have to We will have to talk about this also. The third solution is to completely overhaul the education system. The new education policy is a good start, but the culture of rote learning will have to be completely changed. Focus will have to be given on skill development from school itself. Business ideas will have to be taken from zero to one. You will have to be taught how to get a salary and if you look at your level also, if you start a small business, you will give jobs to four more people along with you and if you do jobs, then your children will also get jobs from zero. You will have to start a business and after setting it up, your children will expand it further. It is very important to develop this entrepreneurial mindset among the people of the country, otherwise the youth potential of the country will remain locked in 10/10 rooms of Mukherjee Nagar. The link of rest of the college Vidya is in the description, you must check them out once. Jai Hind Vande Mataram.
