years what skills do you want to develop what experiences do you want to have what kind of person do you want to become write these goals down make them concrete because a goal that's not written down run out of oxygen you cannot help anyone else the same principle applies in life by taking care of yourself first by focusing on your own growth and well-being you put yourself in a position to better help and serve others create a morning routine that sets you up for Success this could include things like meditation exercise reading or journaling the key is to start your day with activities that
