one of the most popular theories relates the movie Frozen Tangled Tarzan and maybe even The Little Mermaid together there are also Easter eggs that nod to other Disney and Pixar movies like a Mulan poster in Lilo and Stitch or a meana DVD in zootopia because of the ways Disney is so interested in the tiniest details even their theme park hotel rooms it's no surprise they carry this attitude into the movies so how can Disney and Pixar movies be so connected is this just a far-fetched Theory by Disney the enthusiasts don't forget to like And subscribe before we find out by diving into the wonderful world of Disney to break down this Theory we're going to have to take a look at the ways Disney movies can be connected in a few different ways we'll look at a timeline or the chronological setting for the movies we'll also look at the ways the movies are connected by Blood relatives and likely touch on how they map onto our world by place or country The Lion King represents the first movie in the Disney Universe it didn't come out until 1994 but the untouched Savannah and lack of human presence assumed it is old the movie opens with the infamous song The Circle of Life which is awesomely chilling if this is the beginning of the Disney Universe it sets the stage that life is connected by grass and the dirt and eventually a whole lot of the Disney movies The Lion King connects quite a few movies with cameos from scar but mostly Timone and Pumba Hercules would be next chronologically ancient Greece was great but a hard place for everyone especially Hercules eventually learning he was born to Gods Hercules takes up a trainer Phil once Hercules is on his journey to True bravery he becomes a celebrity that can be pictured with a lion fur the fur is scar from The Lion King in a shot from The Hunchback of Notre Dame you see Belle reading and a puma looking warthog being carried no it's not Pumba himself but the cameos still show connectedness Pumba makes another appearance when Quasimoto climbs the church and there are statues of Pumba Bell clearly being in frame suggests that after the kingdom in Beauty and the Beast is freed she may have been able to travel and St stud elsewhere in the world it would only be natural for her to go to Paris to find more books beauty in the Beast is connected heavily to Aladdin which also could be the next chronologically in the same provincial life scene with bell and a w hog you also see a carpet in Aladdin when the sultan is making his puzzle Tower of animals you see Beast the movies go in chronological order of Beauty and the Beast Hunchback of Notre Dame and then Aladdin but how could carpet have existed in Beauty and the Beast there's a good chance that the rug with a mind of its own was traveling around the world before getting captured and caught in the Cave of Wonders in Aladdin from here Aladdin connects to Pocahontas The Princess and the Frog and The Little Mermaid in that order through Genie Aladdin became a Trilogy with Aladdin and the Return of Jafar and Aladdin and the King of Thieves Genie morphs himself into a spitting image of Pocahontas while trying to make a point in Aladdin and the King of Thieves this makes sense historically as the colonization of America could very well have been happening by the time the third Aladdin movie takes place after America's establishment in New Orleans we see Princess and the Frog in dig a Little Deeper when Tiana and naen are trying to become humans again Mama ODI has a genie lamp this lamp looks eerily like Genies from Aladdin finally at one point when Genie is looking through Ru book he briefly pulls out Sebastian for a moment of this Disney Universe Theory we're going to follow magic Genie carpet and Mama ODI are all very much in touch with magic so are Dr feler Jafar King Triton Rapunzel Elsa Maleficent Peter Pan Tinkerbell and the fairies so many characters there are also many more while all of these characters could be United simply by their ability to do magic it is the way some are connected that is important The Little Mermaid is connected to Prince and the Frog through Aladdin but also in the Marty gross scene with a King Triton float there are some theories about these magical people's ability to see through time once psychic powers are acknowledged these theories then propose that such hours go beyond psychic into time manipulation but this is a deep theory for another day and another video but back to time the little mermaid's wedding scene shows two characters from Cinderella showing that these two movies occur at the same time in different places Cinderella's King and Duke are at Prince Eric's wedding which nods toward connectedness of royal families now is where chronology and relationships get messy or overlap entangled during the opening when Will My Life Begin we see Rapunzel reading books three of the books are Beauty and the Beast The Little Mermaid and Sleeping Beauty among theorists it is argued whether these books are meant to be fiction or non-fiction either way Rapunzel is influenced by them and it proves that Tangled likely comes after all three princess movies from Tangled we come to yet another well-known and well- debated Theory just like with The Little Mermaid and Cinderella Tangled and Frozen are related by royalty this Theory didn't exist until Frozen came out in 2013 because many Disney connections don't make sense until they give us a hint to work with we're now departing from a chronological Disney Universe when Elsa and Anna open the gates to their castle for Elsa's coronation day we see Rapunzel and Flynn Ryder walking in well at first this seemed like just another Cameo like Pumba or flounder it quickly started to make more sense Rapunzel and Flynn are royalty just like Elsa and Ana so why would they be attending unless they should are their Kingdom's allies or is it more after close analysis of Elsa and Anna's parents and Rapunzel's parents it seems reasonable that the royal families could be related it's likely that the reason Elsa and Anna's parents went away was for something in the Tangled Universe it has been confirmed that they were on their way to Rapunzel and Flynn's wedding the reason they would go is even more sound when you consider not just Royal obligation but familial obligation this shipwreck connects potentially two more Disney movies with Tangled and Frozen the ship that Elsa and Anna's parents took from Norway down to Germany looks a lot like the ship that's seen in The Little Mermaid that Ariel is so infatuated with geographically this makes sense because the little mermaid is said to be in the Denmark area or North Sea there is a specific Theory out there that this shipwreck didn't kill Elsa and Anna's parents supposedly the ship sank but they made it out and somehow floated toward the equator to make a home in Tarzan that's right Tarzan's parents are supposedly Elsa and Anna's parents too I don't think this is likely but the possibility that Elsa and Anna have a brother is possible in a Disney Universe and everything can be cyclical in Tarzan we see Mrs pots and chip in trash in the camp it's said that depending on the timeline between Tarzan and Beauty and the Beast that it could be the same set I don't think this would work because the set turned back into people at the end of Beauty and the Beast but if Tarzan and Frozen are actually related then chronologically this does work out as soon as you connect one Disney movie to another then you create new Pathways between them all the people in Beauty and the Beast must have needed to leave their plate tea cup and Candlestick forms behind so there was something to use when everyone became human again if Jane and her father had the tea set from Bell and the Beast could they have an unknown relation just like Elsa and Anna are cousins with Rapunzel there is another Disney cousin in Greek mythology we know that Zeus and Neptune are brothers if Zeus had Hercules and Neptune is meant to be King Triton then Hercules and Ariel are cousins we've done a deep dive into the Disney Universe and its movies but haven't touched on more recent Disney one way to connect many movies is with Genie's lamp we saw it of course in Aladdin and then again in Princess and the Frog but do you know what other movies it's seen in zootopia Moana and Ralph breaks the internet in zootopia the lamp is located on a shelf in the Mystic Springs Oasis reception office in Moana the lamp is seen on Tam toa's shell in shiny in Ralph breaks the internet the lamp is seen as an auction item at eBay and used as a weapon by Jasmine when Vana Lopez shows up at the princess room in this princess room scene each of the princesses brandishes a weapon that lines up with their characters in the other movies Tiana has a rolling pin Cinderella breaks her glass slipper and Ariel has a fork vanelope proves her princess Hood because her problems were solved by a strong man showing up let's not forget the ultimate premise of this movie is going to the internet to save themselves this is when she stumbles upon the princesses on the my Disney internet page after searching for something really intense and super nuts fun fact what makes this scene more convincing is that almost all of the original voice actors came back to briefly voice their parts again there are theories out there that Ralph breaks the internet is the final key to the Disney Universe puzzle they believe that all the movies are part of a larger conspiracy that Disney is a giant supercomputer revealed in the second Wreck-It Ralph movie I'm not sure if I can get on board with this but it is exciting to see a physical place for digital communities especially us Disney people finally because we started with circle of life it's only fair to end there in The Lion King Mufasa explains being King to Simba when he does this he also talks about their afterlife the great Kings of the past look down on us from those Stars so whenever you feel alone just remember those kings will always be there to guide you and so will I this lesson sounds extremely similar to the stories tchaka tells his son tala in the 2018 movie Black Panther The ancestral plane is a savannah with all previous Kings present and available to speak with and gain wisdom from besides the fact that both movies had an uncle betrayal and a power struggle for the throne there is the afterlife Black Panther's ancestral plane has a great tree that looks just like Rafiki from The Lion King this tree is common to Southern Africa and is an important source of life for animals and humans alike there is no way for the animators in 1994 to know that Disney would buy Marvel and make a movie like black panther but the choices made for black panther are undeniably similar and make a clear and Powerful message both are about life how connected everyone and everything are and a shared Universe from The Lion King to now we can trace many movies and their characters worlds together I hope you enjoyed looking into the ways a majority of the movies from Disney and
