I'm just thinking out loud right now right here um I was just saying oh [ __ ] I didn't really plan this one out because this one is not one that that needs a dock and a strategy and an outline on exactly how you think is someone that gets results and someone that's successful because I mean the reality is it's it's it's a message that needs to be spoken from the heart it's a it's a message that needs to be spoken by experience from someone that's actually spoken or experience what it is that that you're trying to go through right now and I feel like most of you that are here right now watching this uh you know are individuals who are trying to find some breakthrough you're probably motivated by things that are you've never experienced before you have cars you have cities girls men I don't know uh you know luxury types of things watches Etc and things that you've never experienced like you're motivated by these things and that's absolutely the same exact way I was uh when I was in your position as well uh when right now I'm 23 years old but when I was first starting in all this stuff as a you know early teenager 13 14 15 years old like the things that I was driven by and would admire on social media where all of these materialistic things because there're things I'd never experienced before I was like holy [ __ ] if I could just figure out a way to get around these things and to to be around them and to have them then my life is complete my mission is made uh you know I I grew up in a smaller town in North Carolina where those things just weren't prevalent and I wanted to have those things I wanted to be around those things and that's what I was driven by and I was looking every every corner every pocket every you know where I could to try and find a way to make a breakthrough and actually you know figure a way to make this happen because I sure as hell was wasn't winning the lottery I sure as hell wasn't getting it from family members parents there was like you know I I didn't know people with money I didn't know people that had these things and I I was just like how do I do that and I'm so grateful that I've grew up in a time where social media was growing with me and I got to see people that have these things and experience it you know back in the 1800s they couldn't go on Instagram and look at uh you know this guy over here with his Lambo Huracan sitting on top of it with the 50 cal shooting down his his field and his farm like I remember seeing this and I got a screenshot of it somewhere I'm like damn this guy's badass it's like I need a Lambo and to go shooting in a farm like that's that's just badass and you know in this process of trying to to navigate my way to these things I'm looking for ways to you know make money and you're you're probably the same way and what'll often times happen is you'll kind of find like some different places of what's the word validation that you get you know little groups of people you meet online that you know hype each other up and you get validation from that and that's great like I I had the same experience in that and it really like made it feel good when at a time you don't have people in person uh that are on the same wav like you don't feel like your friends are like on the same level as you I mean if you have friends that are like this you're then you're solid like that's amazing you you're blessed and you should be grateful for that um but you know most people don't have friends or people around them that support you know this idea this mission to become rich become successful and that's just because most people never have believed that that's actually a thing that's actually possible you're you grow up probably around people that you know think that the rich are bad if they had to do something bad to get there or that it's not actually possible like you have to get lucky or you have to be born into wealth to make money and and do this kind of stuff and you know that that really rubs off on you like other people's beliefs especially as a child growing up if your parents are like that and they don't talk about money and there's this you know uh stigma around it then that will wear off onto you you know most people that have certain financial habits or certain Financial beliefs or how their life should be or how other people are you know it just stems from the the people that they grew up around the people that they listen to and the people that they trust so it's usually not you know the fault of you or or uh you know yourself it's it's more so you know the people around you but the good thing is if you're watching this right now you have the opportunity to change that and you obviously want to change that because you're here right now and I want this first day of the boot camp to you know just be real like I didn't set up my camera or any like I literally just want to speak from my heart on on what it takes to have this this mindset I don't want it to just be a mega Yap session I want this to be something real of value that can kind of relate to you and help you so as we get into this boot camp I kind of just want you to uh you know think of how I'm going to approach this in the coming days because digital dropshipping is an online business model that I'm going to be teaching you and I'm going to be taking you through the steps I'm going to be giving you the strategies I'm going to be showing you and telling you what to do with examples and not every person that watches these videos is going to like it not everybody that watches these videos is going to take action on it and that's okay if you find it interesting and you really want the results then you will take action on it but I'll say this I've had I've I've been posting on YouTube about my online business in e-commerce I've been doing this for so long since 2017 and millions of people have seen my videos millions of people have seen my tutorials my education everything and there's only a very small fraction of success stories right now some of it may seem obvious like of course there's only a small percentage of people that get results and I mean it's just because people don't go through it people don't listen people don't take action what will happen for most beginners is you're going to you're going to see this strategy this boot camp I'm going to tell you what the things to do and you're going to be like oh uh Tanner says to do this but I think I think I should do it this way you're watching my video I'm the one teaching it and you're GNA not do what I say don't be this person don't be the person that doesn't do what I say and then ask me why what you're doing isn't working come on like that's the reality you have to think about this another thing too only listen to people who have actually done what they said they have done people that live a life that you would want to live people that you know don't you just don't take advice from people that haven't actually gotten results in the area that you're seeking advice from them on if I was in the gym and some big fat guy said yo Tanner bro you you got to start doing your dips like this bro I would look at him be like if I do them like that am I going to look like you bro big bro huh it be like oh I didn't mean it like that man why you got to do me like that like bro don't worry about it I'm just I'm just saying look and look bro I'm not even lying yo I've had people get so [ __ ] offended I say things I I have a guy he's he got so petty about it I he he pitched me on something and I told him look bro the reality is even if you make 10 times more money than me then I'm sure there's some like takeaways and things that like pieces of value I would get from you but if you personally aren't you're not in the business that I'm in and you aren't uh you know you haven't done what I'm trying to do then why would I like I'm not seeking advice from you you can't I like I don't have the desire to if I don't have this desire to learn from you or to pay you uh you know to to learn for you or or learn you know from your time like then it's not going to happen and when I told it to this person I said I said look bro like he asked me you know is is money a problem like no man it's just you know if I'm going to learn from somebody there has to be a desire for it right like there has to be I have to be having a courage problem and I'm only going to learn from someone who has actually done what I'm trying to do like you're just not in my business and I'm sure there's you know Little Gems here and there that I could get from you but it doesn't make sense why would I listen to you on advice you're going to give me on how to change my business model and how I operate when you haven't actually done it you haven't been in my shoes and done what I'm trying to accomplish and the mission I'm trying to go through and you know this guy he just got [ __ ] offended and uh you know it sucks but uh you know like it's just kind of a funny thing to talk about now and and you just have to think about that as you're going through your journey here in in getting results and making money you're going to have people tell you yo you're working too hard or you know uh you know isn't that enough money like isn't didn't you work enough today like come on why why can't you come hang out why can't you do this why can't you do that but look the only person's validation that you need that should actually matter to you is not your mom or your dad or your brother or your sister or your homie or this random person on the Street no it's you nobody knows you nobody knows what you actually want and what you actually desire what you personally really believe is actually right for you because everybody has different beliefs and and what they think is right for them someone may tell me Tanner right now you're looking you're looking uh you know too skinny bro I got people you're too skinny bro but I was a fat boy and you know I get if I get a little fluffy I notice it myself and people will still be like Tanner you look like you know people I love and care about they be like Tanner you look good like come on man you can eat some sugar you can you can put us like don't worry about it like you're young just keep eating whatever and you know I take it with the grain of salt I'm obviously not going to talk [ __ ] to a loved one but I'll always be honest if they ask for my opinion and my feedback but when they tell me these things I could either use this as an excuse to be like you know what Miss JY Lil T quisha yeah you know what I did work enough today let's go get [ __ ] drunk let's go get high let's [ __ ] go you know what you're right I deserve a cheesecake I deserve a cookie but look no the like I in the past I would I had a weak mind I would use those types of things those comments after i' make so much progress I would use those things as justification to slack off even when I knew deep down that really didn't serve my goals it really didn't serve what I wanted to do and where I wanted to go and now that I'm I'm in the strongest position mentally financially physically that I've ever been in my entire life I can speak on this now because I know what it was like to be in this position and I and I look back at my old self just trying to make something work and I realized that the thing that I was missing this whole time was I actually just wasn't the person that deserved the results I didn't I would say yo like I want to make a million dollars this year I'm going to make a million dollars this year I look myself I'm going to make a million dollars this year but I knew deep down that that actually wasn't going to happen because I didn't even believe that in myself deep down I was [ __ ] off I wasn't in the right habits I wasn't in the right mindset because I was breaking conscious conr all of the things that you know we tell ourselves every day in every decision we had the angel and we got the devil right it could be uh you're the best version of yourself it could be God whatever you want to think of it as I could have in front of me here you know two different options okay am I going to click the the take the red pill or the blue pill you know I get to make the decision I get to decide on it and I'm going to have something in my mind my intuition telling me which one's right or wrong I could say oh the trash is kind of full right now you know next time I throw something in the trash Oh it's pretty freaking full right now or it [ __ ] smells like [ __ ] I could be like I just wait till it fills up a little bit more or deep down in my mind I know oh Tanner just take out the trash right now why wait take out the [ __ ] trash right now it's done in 30 seconds and now that's out of your mind like that's a win as soon as I wake up I roll out of bed I make my bed like I just pull my sheets up so they look nice and clean they're not all wrinkled up and folded around you know put my pillows back you know roll up the blackout Shades you know small winds just following what what I know is right and this this also applies in my business and everything I'm doing if I think something is a problem then it is a problem uh last weekend I went to the Jake Paul fight here in Puerto Rico boxing event he wasn't the main event the main event was this girl Amanda Serrano she she a Puerto Rican boxer and this was like her debut at the to you know this big thing always dreamed of fighting here at the big arena here in Puerto Rico um and all this hype and all this stuff and I went there and spent I don't know it was over like 500 bucks on fight tickets uh me my girlfriend my dad and my good friend Trevor we go to the fight and Jake Paul fights we go through the card and then you know the main event the girl I OB like I went there Jake Paul I know him I don't know the girl but I know like business wise he brought her on and he's here in Puerto Rico whatever and it comes up to their fight and here on the speaker the announcer we have unfortunate news that the main card Amanda Serrano versus minky is no longer happening due to unforeseen circumstances she is unable to fight tonight the whole crowd boo you know it's all like mostly Puerto Ricans and they're they're freaking Rowdy in those fights like they're very energetic charismatic that was fun as hell um but you know they're like what because they came there to see this girl they don't care as much about J Paul they came there to see this girl this Puerto Rican make her debut here in the chale for this Championship whatever and you know everybody's like oh [ __ ] like pissed off and then they said the announcer says uh everyone uh most valuable promotions Jake Paul's company most valuable promotions is going to be refunding uh all payments whatever and know and they're like oh sh like most people didn't care they want the fight but I was like all right that's you know stand up job keep the Goodwill of all the people the 20,000 people whatever was in that stadium and you know take a l financially just a little bit on there but they'll make the money back later nice good job then later on they put out an official uh press release and it said something about how you know whatever and that there's going to be a refund process with details to come later on and when I saw that I'm like all right so they're probably going to do like some type of form like if you want to refund you can apply and do it whatever and and then I went on my Instagram store I'm like I'm like look this is what happened here I'm telling this story and I'm like look I'm not going to apply for a refund because as a business owner I'm going to be the business owner that I I want in my own you know my own business I want to be the client the customer that I would want to come into my business so you know I understand if I was going there cuz I all I wanted to do was see this Main Event in this girl whatever I would understand why people want to refund but I went there with people that I love I had an amazing experience I support everybody that was a part of the event and put it on and you know I didn't feel the need to request a refund because I felt I kind of had this moment this kind of ties it all up but I kind of had this moment like when I saw this I'm like you know my dad's he's like hell yeah get a refund and then uh you know I'm thinking in my head I'm like I'm like should I like should I even apply for a refund and then I was like Tanner if you're even thinking about that and it's not just an an instant decision on one way or the other then it's probably the wrong decision that you're thinking about so I was just like you know what [ __ ] like I'm not I don't need a refund like I don't want someone to do that to me if they come and use up like one of my products or my services and then you know they they just want to refund it even after they use it and get value out of it you know I wouldn't want that done to me so I'm like all right Golden Rule n I don't want to I'm not doing a refund and you know some people understand that business owners that I know understood it most people didn't understand like bro why would you not just finesse you get to go to the boxing event have a good time and get your money back you'll start thinking differently as you become a business owner your mind starts to change and you realize that often times the exact person you are is you know it's it's a reflection your life is a reflection of you and your habits and your beliefs and your thoughts your life exactly where you are is exactly where deserve to be everybody has different circumstances that they grew up in that they're around but ultimately at the end of the day exactly where you are is where you deserve to be and once I understood that it kind of helped me just kind of take accountability and humbl me in becoming you know where or going where I I wanted to go and you know I wish for for more people to kind of understand that the reality is that you're going to see a bunch of strategies and super valuable stuff throughout this 7-Day boot camp and the following six days of videos all focused on digital Drop Shipping and making money with that and how I do it and how my students do it and how uh you know you could do it I and I want you to I want you to go through this and get amazing results I don't want you to just watch it and just never act on I want you to apply it and get results with it and then you know that's great I can you can send me these results I can share it um I'm going to you know probably plug my inner circle throughout this thing so if you want like mentorship through my chats then you can join the private Discord in your circle and you know whatever it's it's nothing crazy like I'm I'm not I have nothing to hide here I'm just being transparent and I I want to you know just set the expectations because I didn't have these types of expectations I didn't I I everything I do right now is because I want to be the person that I wish I could have looked at and paid attention to when I was the person just starting up because uh if you didn't know me you know my story you know I started making some money after I was driven by all these things I started getting some things bought my first Porsche as 16 years old got my little Rolex started getting some things traveling drank got drunk for the first time smoked weed uh was getting super fat blacking out in Miami still in school and like you know basically just falling victim to this lifestyle that that you know happens to a lot of people that make money and they end up in a very bad situation and you know you know sometimes they lose it all but I'm I'm fortunate that I've always had this determination and grit that even in the darkest of times that I knew I was going to continue to make it out and everything that I've been through has turned out okay I'm okay and things are great and things are amazing but I didn't have this version of me right here that to tell me the types of things that I needed to hear you know back then and you know back then I didn't want to hear this type of stuff I didn't want to listen to people I always wanted to do what I thought was best because I thought I knew best but of course I didn't and any real successful person could have looked at me and told me that Tanner you're [ __ ] off how are you going to take yourself serious look at yourself look at your H look at what you do every day look at what you can control and you're not controlling the vices the bad habits the eating everything you controlling this you know if you imagine Tanner if you making 50k a month right now and you imagine Tanner making a million dollar a month do you think the Tanner making a million dollars a month is doing these things is living like that [ __ ] no it's not happening so why would I continue to do these things if I don't know that if I don't believe that they actually serve me and are going to bring me forward to where I want to be look I'll leave you with a couple things here um you're probably younger right now you're probably my age or younger I'm 23 you're probably around this age maybe a little younger maybe a lot younger and I want you to remember during this two main takeaways the one main takeaway is that once you become the person that deserves the results and believes they deserve the results you will get the results don't do the bare minimum and expect to get a big result because that's not going to happen when you do you put in the work you get involved you build conviction in yourself and when you do this then you'll believe that you're worthy of the result and the result will come when you do bare minimum and be like Taylor why am I not making sales [ __ ] look at what you done jack [ __ ] and of course that's not not always the case too you have people that work hard and they don't get a result but it's even though it's still the same thing they work hard but they don't actually believe they they deserve the result because of maybe maybe they put in this work in the business but their personal life is in shambles they're treating other people like [ __ ] maybe they are in a relationship and they're abusing this person or whatever and you're like Tanner you know I'm working hard on this store why am I not getting results bro look at your the rest of your life how are you going to how are you going to be deserving of make sales and and having this online business that makes sales and is digital like without having to ship anything like that's the biggest blessing in the world how would you deserve that when you look at the other parts of your life you don't actually believe you deserve that you know you're being a shitty person in other areas and now outside of deserving things the the second part I want to leave you with here is just remembering because this [ __ ] with my head for a long time was I would be let's say 16 years old and you know touching my first six figures and I see oh my buddy over here he's a year older than me and you know he's making more money than me well you know that's okay like I got a year between me like I can catch up I'm going to make some money like I'll be able to I'll be able to get up there oh this person's 16 he's making more than me H you know I would be in these positions and just constantly comparing and contrasting other people their results trying to pocket watch look at what they're doing or this and doing but look the same thing is validation I talked about earlier in this video the only person's validation that matters is you and every single person is on their very own Journey once I I really not just heard that and listen to it but really felt it and kind of embraced that and feel that and know that I'm on my own Journey there's always going to be someone that's making more money someone older than me making more money someone younger than me making more money than me someone who is in better shape than me who's older than me younger than me someone who is has a better mustache than me it you know there's always going to be this contrast and once I I really embraced that I was like [ __ ] what does it matter if I'm worth $100,000 a million doar $10 million what does it really matter right now the only person that I should be comparing myself to is the person that I was yesterday because if I'm the person today and can look at back at myself from yesterday what can I do that to make myself just a little bit better today zoom out on a weekly basis a monthly basis six Monon basis 12 month basis multiple years if you can just continue to progress a little bit and really analyze yourself and stay on track you know big things happen over time I I for some reason had this mindset you know early on that like it was just going to keep building momentum and momentum like after I had a little breakthrough like it was just going to keep building and building but that's obviously not the case if you don't keep building as a person then your results won't keep building and the only person you should be comparing yourself to is yourself because here's what'll happen is you may have an idea you may be like yo yo I'm going to like you really get excited for an idea and you're all hyped about it and you start telling people about it and they're like ah you know they start talking [ __ ] to you that's going to start dimming your light you know imagine your candle your little light fire you start telling people and they start H they start throwing rocks at it that that candle is going to start to dim before you even ever applied and took action on what it is that you wanted to do you never even had the chance to give it the light of day and other people are suppressing it now and it's a natural feeling another way to do this is not by even telling people about what you're doing but just by going on social media you might have an idea for something and you you're going to see on social media you're going to start going through your stories or on Tik Tok and you're going to see this person doing this this person not everything on the internet is as it seems that's why on my Instagram like I'm posting stories every single day of my real life good bad like just showing you what is actually like here and that everybody's on their own journey and that's that's that's what this is about and as you go through here in this boot camp you're going to get hyped up you're going to see yo this result this Strate like you're going to get freaking hyped up but the same thing is going to apply the longer you wait to take action the longer you delay applying what it is that you're learning the less excited the less motivated you're going to be and the further away you're going to be from actually getting results so it's very important that you take action quickly if there is something you like and something that you want to do and you see throughout this boot camp and remember you're going to see some things in here and I already know there's going to be a comment I mean this part of the game people will message me sometimes people will comment be like yo Tanner uh bro give us like some new fancy strategy about how to you know really scale this digital product I'm doing 500 bucks a day how do I scale yo real real talk I'm on a call with the student yesterday Mr Aaron he's like yo I'm stuck at like like the best month so far is like 15K he has like one digital product and he only runs Facebook ads and he's like yo I'm only like I'm trying to get to over 20k a month my best month is 15K he's like what's the strategy I was like I was like bro well he's like every time I turn up my ad budgets it turns unprofitable I can't scale I'm like well the game right now with ads it's not scaling budgets it's scaling creatives you need to have creatives and your GC testimonials everything flowing at once always testing new creatives he's like all right all right all right but like is there like a certain strategy or whatever and I'm like I'm talking about a couple things but I'm just like bro listen like listen to what I'm he didn't hear what I was saying like bro look creatives and then it came down to this he's like cuz these were only five minute calls that I was doing quick success calls look I I like to be like efficient with my [ __ ] and he's like yo is there any way I could pay you for like you know more time to like do a one-on-one call and we get have more time and really go over some stuff I'm like no bro I don't do that I'm not taking your money but answer me this like how many ad creatives are you testing a week right now he's like bro to be honest I've been running the same ad creative for four months like bro oh my God and you're wondering why and you're not listening to what I'm saying I was like bro if you want a one1 call how about this after you test 20 new creatives then I'll do a one-1 call with you we'll go over the results it's often times not you know an education issue it's not you need new strategies it's not you need new formulas it's not you need new this and that it's an application problem you don't actually you haven't actually applied what you already know and what you should be doing many people think there's some type of secret shortcut or secret code or whatever that it needs to be a new strategy all the time but look it's just my success and my momentum has been built off of doing the boring things every day staying consistent not missing a day staying true to myself and my habits and what I believe is right for me and the people I'm around and the way that I treat people and the everything I do all of it just Stacks up against each other it's not as exciting as you might think it is my days consist of you know this this routine that I have built for myself plus you know different projects that I'm working on like right now this boot camp I mean [ __ ] right now I'm I'm making this it's late at night and I just felt compelled to do this and as soon as I have an idea for something I know that I need to act on it immediately because if I don't then that idea is only going to become darker in my head like it's going to be dimmed out and I'm not going to be as you know willing to to act on it and willing to you know like the idea so I had the idea I clicked the button here and this is it this is [ __ ] it so I I'm I'm really excited because I haven't done something like this on my YouTube where I do some type of like boot camp series um with just you know back to back dayt day 7day straight value free like like I said I'm not doing this uh you know to build up to a big sales pitch at the end for a big offer onetime offer you know that's not really what I'm you know planning on doing here for this uh series I want to give as much value as possible um of course I'm going to like plug whatever I have but uh you know so that way if you do want more you know where to get it and what I do have um but the main point is just to have this value here and and let you use it and apply it uh as you wish and you know expect these next videos to you know get into this value and and focus on uh what's needed in the strategy uh the next videos will not be like this the next videos will not be me talking in and granting or Vlogs or things like that these next videos will be you know very much focused on on the value that I need to give you you know mix with my personal experience and things that you should know as you're going through it uh you know we're going to be going from scratch so uh I'm excited and I know it's going to get a good amount of views and this is the first video but the odds are this is my expectation I could be wrong but my expectation is that this will be the lowest viewed video of the series because it's not a strategy it's not something that super sexy it's just what's real and what's real often times these days isn't as attractive but if you did make it this far congrats to you props to you you're a real one I appreciate you being here and you time to actually get into you know the the real side of this the making money side of it the the strategy side of it so today is all about Niche how can you find the right Niche to sell digital products in which ones are the most profitable and how do you actually choose one that's what we're going to go over right now today together and um you know that's that's what I want by the the end of this video I want you to basically just have chosen a niche and you need to know why it's a good Niche and why it's profitable and why it's going to make you sales and then we'll get into the following days so that this video is only about Niche so let's get into that right now because it's your foundation and everything else is going to be built upon this so the first thing that we need to start out with is you might be here and not even know anything about digital Drop Shipping so uh in simple to summarize it I mean if we're here together normal Drop Shipping uh you know looks looks something like this you know you have uh supplier in China then it comes over here to you you're going to list this on your store you list product on store you make sale if you're lucky and then you know supplier in China sends it to customer over here but what I figured out and I figured this out too late when I used to do this was that I realized that I wasn't actually in control of my business because the supplier could one send the wrong product to the customer uh two they could take forever to send it and three I was paying them every time but I realized that like look at the end of the day if there's an issue with the product or the shipping who's responsible who's who's liable for this me the one that sold it but who's actually doing it the supplier in China like there's just not enough structure in this to really make it make sense um you know and like being honest with you guys I still sell physical products I just have a brand I started years ago and but everything's in-house every product is custom every things at the warehouse in Florida and it doesn't pay me a penny and that's fine because I do digital stuff this pays me all the profit I could ever need uh to live my life and continue to do what I want to do so with digital Drop Shipping essentially what we're doing is we replace this you know supplier in China that we have to pay every time we make a sale with instead uh you know a simple digital product so now every time I'm making a sale okay one the product will go to the customer as soon as they purchase two I don't have to actually pay a fee every single time that I make a sale like I mean you pay Payment Processing which you know typically with stripe or Shopify payments I believe is like 2.9% plus you know 30 cents per transaction but you're not paying a you know recurring product cost like you would with whatever a Rubik's Cube that you pay $10 every time you make a sale to fulfill it um so you know that's a that's a pretty cool part about this in the main reason why people are doing it but um you know when it comes to Niche because that's what I want you to figure out now is understanding because it's one of the biggest things people are like hey Tanner I want to start selling digital products so how do I choose a niche how do I know which ones work like you know uh and that's what I'm going to cover right now so let's talk about it Taco about it not to be confused with Taco Bell so there's one main thing to to understand from the start one is that why is it called digital Drop Shipping why do I call it digital Drop Shipping if technically Drop Shipping is a physical product business model well I call it digital Drop Shipping it's really just selling digital products but I call it digital Drop Shipping because it's a buzzword it gets your attention you're like what and I basically designed it in a way where you can do this throughout this boot camp where it's like the normal Drop Shipping model where if you really find this interesting you want to do it you can start today get a store up and like you know start ASAP now if you're just watching the boot camp right now as I'm actually starting this then of course you have to wait the following days to like go through everything but um you know that's that's what the deal is that's why how I've structured this strategy and everything how it works is for you to be able to do this you know relatively quickly just like you would a normal uh you know Drop Shipping Store because that's what people like they like to be able to test something quickly right you like to you want to test something you want to get results quick so that's that um now two paino categories so when it comes to digital products we can't sell things like based off of novelty like you know you ever seen like a Christmas store like you're like what the hell they're selling like random knickknacks and stuff that are Christmas related like those are novelty those things aren't you know solving someone's big problem they aren't solving a crisis those are not problem solving products those are literally just little Trinkets and stuff but people spend money on because they want but with digital products you know it's digital it's all in the air it's right here you can't see it there's no perceived value immediately as someone sees it versus you know like a watch or something people can see it and immediately be like yo like that's a that looks though or I like the brand or whatever and I want that and they can associate that value that they see that perceived value with the money their currency that they have that they would be willing to exchange for that product you know with digital products that's it's not like that there is not an immediate perceived uh you know value so we have to create that I'm going to be teaching you that but even without perceived value you can kind of get some free you know Goodwill and free perceived value and be in a in a winning niche as long as it's an a paino category so you know I'm not selling a digital product and I wouldn't tell you to sell something you know random about like you know I can't even imagine like how to use a tripod like you know that's like an instruction manual like that's an educational product like you know uh it's more so about actually solving a specific problem for a specific group of people so paino categories are when we zoom out are health wealth happiness and relationships these are the four main paino categories so health is going to be when you zoom out you know this is a category you know you have things uh you know that that people want to you know transform you know maybe they're fat and they want to be fit maybe they're really skinny they've never been able to put on weight and they want to do that maybe someone's having issues with their gut health maybe someone's having problems with whatever anything health related you know that's Health category these are paino problems you know how do you feel do you feel 100% do you feel like you could increase your strength there's probably something right now wealth another paino category this is has anything to do with making money finances uh you know it's status really like people want to you know people have a desire to make money you're watching this right now you want to make money I started doing this because I wanted to make money right so then you have happiness which kind of Falls more so into like holistic style stuff like productivity and motivational kind of stuff stoic mindset kind of stuff I mean I'll show you some um and then relationships relationships is people that are single they want to get in relationship people that are married and they're having issues people that you know maybe they're married and they just want simp they want date ideas you know a list of 50 date ideas I mean I'm just throwing stuff at you here um and I'm making this like a laid-back version so I can really just give you a lot of different angles to think about and help you understand how it's going to work and then I'm going to give you the the formula here to actually choose yours so the first thing is you know knowing this all the paino categories health wealth happiness and relationships but there's a little quote here when something is for everyone it's for No One what does that mean that means that any beginner and I've seen people do this in the free Discord where they're like uh yo Tanner what do you think about this like they're not an actual student they just maybe heard a little bit about it and tried something and they're like yo I made a an ebook it's how to become a millionaire I'm like bro no no no look it's too General if I make something here it says how to make money how to be happy how to have a good relationship how to be healthy and I choose that as you know a potential Niche or digital product you know I'm skipping ahead but just imagine that it's so General it's for you know anyone could have that type of problem and it just makes it so much harder to sell when something is so General right because the things that people attract to and people that things that people buy are when it's for a specific you know specific Niche so think about this you're watching my YouTube video right now it's about digital Drop Shipping the boot camp here if this video was just e-commerce boot camp you probably wouldn't be here right because it's so General if it's a how to make money boot camp you probably wouldn't be here because you don't even know like what the method is like what is the method you're here because you're somewhat interest interested in the actual method itself so when something is for everybody it's for no one and people have argued back with me with this and they're like yo Tanner but if I make it just general like how to make money like everybody wants to make money right so it's a bigger Market I can make more sales versus if I did Tanner here's how to if I made a product on you know how to do digital Drop Shipping and make your first sale sure the number of people the volume of people that want to start digital Drop Shipping is of course technically much smaller of a market than people that want to make money in general but it's much harder to reach and penetrate the market of a very general audience with a general offer versus when you have you know a digital Drop Shipping Store that's focused on a specific Niche that solves specific problem for a specific group of people so hopefully that gives you some context into that when it comes to you know getting into Niche um so as we have these paino categories you know what I what I would want to do next is just kind of explore into the deeper side because what we need to do is let me turn this highlight off is we need to break down a paino category into a specific sub Niche and this is how we're going to this is how we're going to find your Niche and how you're going to choose one because under each of these there are specific audiences specific sub niches specific groups of people so let me just even try this for fun I've never done this but I want to do it here with you just to see um just kind of had this random idea um write a prompt to generate specific sub Niche ideas for or let me do it this way under each pain Point category health wealth happiness relationships these sub Niche ideas are for a new digital product store all right I don't know what to expect right now to be honest but let's see what happens to generate specific sub ideas under the paino categories imagine we're brainstorming for a digital product store that aim to address key pain points nah nah no all right so here's what I'm going do instead to make this a bit simpler for you I'm going to do it this way because the way I can do it now is I can literally just do this off the rip in my head because I've been doing this for so long it's a lot easier um instead but what I'm going to do then is after I kind of give you my context then we'll go into chat gbt and I'll give you like an actual formula you can use to generate some ideas and then validate them so that way um you know it's you have like a way to do this without just doing it off your mind so when I'm thinking of Health here's like specific subes I'm thinking about it's like things I I mentioned already you know people who want to lose weight people who want to gain weight people who have gut health issues people who mental health issues subn ideas are going to be things like this losing weight gaining weight gut health mental health health could be things like stretching cooking I mean these are just different ideas that could get a little bit more specific all right let's do wealth digital Drop Shipping um budgeting anything making money stock trading affiliate marketing you get what I'm saying happiness it's going to be things like stoic productivity stuffs [Music] meditations you have uh ADHD stuff and then relationships we're going to have things like married couples are a specific audience um dating single men who want women men who want men women who want yeah men women who want women all right so after I I just jot down a little bit of stuff like that I want to show you a couple examples right here in the meantime because I think these could be valuable just to show you so with what I've said so far about the paino categories health wealth happiness and relationships I want to show an example right now and you can let me know which category do you think it's in so let me go right here so here is an example not this right here this is a digital Drop Shipping Store and they're selling a simple uh ebook and they've been pushing numbers for quite some time and I want you to tell me what what paino category is this product in this is a product says Unleash Your Inner family fatality secrets to making him obsessed this book is the ultimate guide for women who want to tap into their seductive power and learn how to make any man obsessed with them so what paino category would this fall into health wealth happiness or relationships what would you say if it's about seduction and psychology and for you know women that want to have men become attracted to them well as you get relationships all right so this is a good example to show you what it looks like to break down uh you know something like this relationships which is a human paino category and how it can be broken down you know into a specific you know sub Niche so this example here is just showing that okay this entire store the premise of their products is just all about you know female seduction you know and getting men to treat them right and getting men to fall in love with them and and get obsessed with them you know that's the specific audience so these products and this store is all about solving a specific problem for a specific group of people now let's do another example so this one will be maybe a little bit more tricky for you um digital planner right here so this is your all-inclusive digital planner and everything that it's it's talking about here is you know it's it's actually pretty general you know to be to be blunt about it but you can look at their branding and kind of get an idea but you know what is this what would you say This falls under health wealth happiness relationships well for me personally I would say look at this AI ass video AI video but get your um this one's definitely you know I would say This falls under happiness why because it's just an all-inclusive digital planner and obviously theyve branded it this way so it's more so you know catering towards women um and that whole thing so yeah very very interesting here and what else do I have um oh great stoic this one's actually pushing some numbers right now and look at this this is like very beginner level digital Drop Shipping Store but they sell this like stoic Mastery ebook um and you know it's for people that want to get their mind right I would say it falls under happiness um to be honest I'm surprised this pushes the numbers that it does but I mean hey they're up to something and one more example that I'll show you here real quick that could fall into this category that I think is um interesting let me pull it up here on my monitor and I'll bring it down um so this one pushes some volume for sure and you know it's it's branded towards people with ADHD so pretty interesting stuff um where they're selling you know these different digital products that are helping people with ADHD and again I would say this kind of falls under that you know happiness category but I guess one way to really decide uh you know which is going to be best for you is ranking ideas based off of severity because there's two things to go about like in these steps so I'm going to say here's the steps to to actually choosing your Niche that I want you to follow and then we'll we'll go into them more because I have so many ideas in my head and my my brain works faster than my voice and my typing um I'll say understand paino categories I'll say we've done break down into sub Niche ideas validate them rank them by severity choose one all right so what do I mean by this understand the paino categories we've obviously done that now breaking down into sub Niche ideas I've kind of gone over it here um but I would also want to go into you know a little bit of a way where you can do this without just having to use your brain um and one way to go about this actually that we can do real quick is let me bring up uh Tik Tok and I'll show you how to use it kind of as a a search engine tool which is um I I think it's pretty a pretty valuable thing to do so let's go here and let's search up um health for example so when you search up something like this as just a general term Health one of the paino categories you can just see things that are immediately you know kind of viral already and seeing okay what are like some sub Niche ideas so immediately something that's grabbing my attention here is this clip that was posted a few months ago 21 million views and it says how to lose weight for women okay so why do I want to look at this why do I care about seeing this right here on Tik Tok well it's because it just shows that it's obviously something that people are interested in and people care about and it's a specific Niche under the health category this guy's hook on here wasn't uh how to get healthy it says how to lose weight for women 21 million views it's an obvious obvious you know Telltale sign Telltale sign that you know shows that this is this is something in demand and another thing cool with Tik Tok is like Tik Tok is turning into like this ultim they're trying to become this all-in-one like search engine YouTube long form everything like look we search health and here on the right they have other search for so we can see these terms like things that people are uh searching you know related to the health term so see gut health recipes okay I would add that one to my list so if I go back here um let's just say for example if I'm breaking down into sub Niche ideas for health again and I want to use these ideas um women who want to lose weight gut health okay let me go back where was I Tik Tock all right I see mental health now mental health honestly is not my favorite for like this kind of thing um not preferred go over here what else we got for those people that get headaches if you care about your brain mucus healthy poop damn God bless their soul gut health teeth we got some different ideas on here and you can go through here and do videos accounts and I could I literally sometimes sit here for a long time just go through different things um what else could I do let's say I want to do wealth now so if I search up wealth now look also you don't have to only search what I put like health wealth happiness relationships you want to use other terms like money how to make money all these things that come up um all right so nine websites that pay you to watch ads okay so let's pretend here I'm back in wealth and I want to do um for a specific sub Niche idea what do I see here this is for it looks like this girl's catering it towards WS women nine websites you know so people that you know let's say women that want to make money from home is kind of like what this feels like and that's just you know a method watching ads okay women that want to make money from home okay cool go back continue to go through here look this same girl review products she's like she literally just that's literally her Niche that I put on there she's just teaching like all these different ways to make money um all right let's see in the money advice wealth management how to make money let's see what's popping over here for broke teenagers okay now look you could put this as an idea you know broke teenagers that want to make money now look it's a specific audience broke teenagers but do you really want to sell to broke teenagers doesn't that sound a little bit difficult to you but if you're watching this maybe you are a broke teenager but like for real like think about that you get to choose the audience that you're going to sell to so think about it that way um now here's what I'm going to do so I've kind of what I'm doing right here is this right here we got through understanding the paypoint categories broke down into sub Niche ideas I know it's kind of all over the place on here um but I want to make sure you have different ways to hear about it and now when it comes to validating them and rank them by severity actually choose a niche let's talk about this a little bit and then we'll go into a prompt um but I just have something on my mind so we're going to cover that now when it comes to validating a niche so how do you know that a niche is actually in demand or that you know a product is in demand um well there's a couple different ways to go about it and you know that's that's what we're going to look at so for example if I have gut health you know as a you know potential sub Niche idea for health well okay how am I going to validate that well there's two ways really what I want to do is validate the niche and just know that this is something that's in demand which we've kind of done on here already so if I go to gut health all I want to see that's going to tell me that this is something in demand is seeing that people are actively making content about this and there are you know lots of views about it or excuse me views engagement and all this stuff um so look I search gut health and immediately the first thing how to improve gut health so it's obvious that people are having this problem they want to solve it so cool to me now I'm valid I mean I see millions of views across this now when would I consider something to not be validated that I would not be you know worth even considering is if you choose something and there's like not that much content about it there's not millions of views there's not people talking about it recently um you know then and it's maybe kind of like a a hidden Topic at the moment then you know I probably would stray away from that now the fortunate part is that there's not many like sub Niche ideas that you can really go wrong with uh because human pain points are everywhere at all times there's never a time where nobody has these problems people always have these problems there's always going to be people that have problems when it comes to health wealth happiness relationships all of us do just in different ways so that's kind of a you know a good part about this um but you know maybe you want to take into consideration the things that you're validating of your ideas maybe there's some that you know appear to have you know more demand uh you know than others so now one thing else that I could do to kind of validate this Niche before I get into it is a little bit of product research now how can you do product research the easiest way for digital products now the easiest way is going to be doing this so Etsy you know it's a platform it's like eBay at this point like there's just so much stuff on there everywhere and people always ask me tner should I sell my digital product on Etsy or Shopify or this or that now look we're going to get into that here in the boot camp but I will ever only teach you and recommend something that I've actually used and actually got results with I've never sold on Etsy because I don't want to sell on their platform I don't want to be at you know the hands of them uh and they could make it they could shut down my listing or whatever at any time they take a bunch of fees it's a commoditized platform a lot of people sell a lot of stuff cheap on here and the people that buy on here are Price Shoppers I prefer to build my own brand my own business versus building Etsy and for that reason I don't sell on Etsy but one good thing about Etsy is you could do just quick product res research in like any Niche now don't get fancy in here and say gut health for women 35 and up you know think more so about I just want to see that there's actually products you know digital products in this uh you know Niche that are selling so we already see gut health I search this General and we can just see right here look at all this stuff people are selling stuff for a few bucks I'm not going to have you guys do that I want you guys to make money you guys want to make $5 and you want to make you guys want to make $5 you want to make way more I mean that's what I want to think about but what I'm doing right here is looking look improve your gut health these are all digital products right here instant download and you know what we can see okay people are buying this they have reviews okay now when you're looking at Shopify stores and other websites you know you usually can't tell exactly like what people are actually buying like what's actually getting sales but that this is one advantage to Etsy is we can see that okay all these things are actually you know selling there's actually sales on this cool like let me let me click on this and see what's going on all right so scroll down here this store has 5,000 sales in the last couple years and looks like I mean I think they're selling a lot of different stuff um but you know cool excellent pack they bought the gut health content amazing simple how did I validate this I went on Tik Tok I saw that people were talking about it I went on Etsy and I saw that people were selling digital products on it cool that's validated but now step number four becomes severity so what I want you to do is you know make a list just choose how about this choose one sub Niche idea for each paypoint category health wealth happiness and relationships you're going to have four and then I want you to validate them if they're if they're not validated if you can't find content about it on Tik Tok if you can't find digital product selling for it on Etsy then choose another one and validate until you have four validated subn ideas under health wealth happiness relationships just using the same process I just showed you now and then comes the last and honestly simplest step which is actually ranking these by severity because I was on a call with my my inner circle students today because we do a call every Sunday in the Discord Inner Circle Discord and today I was talking about pricing your digital products and I was talking about how you know pricing is actually you know it it has a lot to do with you know the the severity of the problem that your product is solving in your Niche and I used an example and said okay if I have a product that is about for for makeup artists that want to do like some crazy like you know graphics 3D whatever I don't know like a zombie face makeup thing you know and I'm going to choose a niche that teaches how to do these things in digital products well what's the difference between that and let's say you know a niche where I'm helping people make money okay well we can clearly just kind of know just from talking about that right now that the more severe problem and the more uh you know the more someone will want to solve that problem is going to be I mean the better but it's obviously the people that want to make money because if someone wants to do the makeup and stuff imagine that who imagine the ideal customer of that Niche you know they've probably tried some makeup stuff before maybe they want to make a costume and they want to do it for fun or maybe maybe they want to get paid for it I don't know but you know it's probably not a super in demand problem that they have for themselves it's probably not something that's really like keeping them awake every night that they really just want to uh you know learn how to do this Shrek face you know so then we kind of go on the other side and we say okay if someone wants to make money using whatever whatever method you you choose because you know a specific sub Niche under wealth is basically just anything that like a specific model that helps someone make money it's not just how to make money it's you know how to get X outcome with this method so I have a student that just made a product about in Spanish about um you know doing something with Amazon making your first sale on Amazon using this and you know that was a very clear value proposition and you know that's a much more desirable problem to be solved so it's more severe so whatever is the most severe is going to be the easiest to sell so what you should do is take your four ideas from health wealth happiness relationships you know you you should have four of them that are validated so one under each category and then you're ranking them by severity which one has the audience that wants to solve the problem the most and that's what you have to figure out and the way you figure it out is breaking down like what I told you with the two examples you basically break down the ideal customer of that person of each you know Niche idea so for example if I'm taking gut health and I want to break that down gut health ideal customer I mean let me just how about this because I don't I don't know a ton about gut health but let's say um you know give me an exact customer demographic of someone who is struggling with their gut health age gender feelings pain points urgency to solve the problem let's see what we get with this one all right so we're seeing here just based on gptt age 30 to 45 years old female but also relevant to males in the same age range all right if it chose female it probably knows something I don't that females are more prevalent with this issue uh feelings the customer often feels frustrated and uncomfortable due to recurring gut health issues she experienced is feelings of anxiety isolation um okay unpredictable gut reaction so like [ __ ] herself basically um she's eager for a sense of normaly and control over her body pain points urgency to solve the problem High that's fire so now I know basically like you can call this a customer file like the ideal customer demographic uh and this is going to be very helpful you know moving forward so you know into the product side tomorrow and in the next day um where get into that side so this is here for Niche and we understand that so you would want to do this and you can use the same you know kind of prompt structure exactly that I used now I'm on chat GT4 I just realized it's on here by default because I just I have the pro version um but I'm sure 3.5 will get you like a pretty similar result um because this is not a super Advanced prompt now I like this I like this this helps a lot and you would want to do the same thing for the other ones so if you have gut health if you have uh you know how about this let's do two comparisons you're going to do four comparisons but let's do it this way for the women who want to make money from home let me go here by the way I hope you guys are getting value out of this style of video I've never done this style of video like with this boot camp thing but I wanted to just make it you know like open in it and valuable and not just super fancy like I just want to give you the real stuff um but you like I would really appreciate your feedback let me know in the comments if you hate it you love it in the middle whatever um okay struggling or let's say who demographic exact customer demographic of a woman man that wants to make money from home I guess gender shouldn't be in here age feelings pain points urgency to solve the problem all right let's see look it already knows now the category because of that I don't know what this big ass prompt was uh this customer feels motivated all right for digital product store focus on wealth particularly for women wanting to make money from home here's an exact customer demographic profile now the reason I'm saying this is because I know both of these different pain pain points have a pretty what the hell is this balloon do you guys see that the hell uh anyways um both of these things are like pretty pretty intense pain points right uh it says High here but let's take a look so I want to show the comparison so you can do it for all four when you're going through this process age 25 to 40 years old I feel like that meets pretty well with that girl we saw on on Tik Tok okay she feels motivated but also overwhelmed with where to begin lack of clarity all the pain points so now here comes the difficult part you're probably going through here at this point and you're like Tanner I've ranked them you know I I'm trying to break them down by severity but I'm learning that basically all of them I validated have a pretty high sense of urgency so how do I know which one is going to be the most severe well let's ask chat GPT between women that want to make money from home and women struggling with gut health which customer group is going to be more purchased inclined and why let's see what it says the nature of the problem available Solutions urgency of need all right I know the pain points Health Improvement relief from physical all right just tell me the answer tell me the answer baby now I'll tell you my personal opinion too while this is doing what it's doing if I was going between women that want to make money from home and gut health uh you know specifically for women like using the ideal customer it showed up here uh you know I would say probably the one that's going to be easier to sell is to to women that want to make money from home uh and you know inside of that Niche like teach teaching some type of specific uh you know information like a certain method um you know gut health I think is something that is painful as well but I think the the inclination that these individuals would have to you know change their finances would just be excuse me heavier than the gut health that's my personal experience um interesting women struggling with gut health may be more person inclined on an urgent and need level based um yeah I mean because that's a literal physical pain that they could be having the potential lifetime value of a customer wanting to make money from home might be higher in the long term if they engage with multiple products or Services over time um yeah so you know I still stick with my answer this says that women struggling with gut health may be the one that's more purchas inclined um just because if they have like this actual you know desire to solve it but you know for me I'm thinking like logically okay if if a woman is really like in pain like hurting hurting with this she's going to go to a [ __ ] doctor she's going to go to the emergency room or something she's not going to buy a digital product in front of her just because her her stomach really hurts the type of people with gut health issues that are going to be buying this digital product are you know going to be people that have tried some different things or they're looking for you know the right solution a recipe book uh you know some type of meal planner I don't know what it could be something that helps them you know with this and they've kind of tried other things before and they're just looking for the right solution they aren't physically dying at the moment with this actual problem um and that's why I think you know women that are going to be wanting to make money from home is going to be a a stronger more severe problem you know not physically but simply because you can't go to the emergency room for that there ain't no emergency room where they're just going to go give you money there ain't no doctor so if there's something that they find interesting you can put that in front of them you know then that could work out and I think that makes it a more severe Niche and more um you know one that could do better when it comes to selling digital products online versus the other one but that kind of breaks down here into uh you know these five steps right here and you know tomorrow we're getting into the product side and I just want to kind of explain how that works because all this is is digital Drop Shipping is just uh and and what I'm going to be teaching you is the ga and simple it's the Gathering of information and putting it in front of the right people because the information product space is you know billions and billions and billions of dollars a year whatever the number is Right digital products info products and specifically we're talking about ones that solve a specific problem for a specific group of people and people will say yo Tanner why would why would someone buy this if they could go and go on Google and go on YouTube and go to Tik Tok and go to Instagram and find a bunch of content and you know about these problems and you know maybe figure it out that way why would they buy a product well the simple answer is people pay for convenience when something some type of solution digital solution is put in front of the right people's face and they see that it could solve their problem they probably know there's other places they could look but if there is something in front of them that appears to be the right solution for them and they're thinking about that in their head The Next Step that they're thinking is saying okay it costs $27 is my currency what do I value more my time and effort trying to piece everything together and be that person or am I just going to be the person that is say hey you know $27 [ __ ] it what's more valuable to me is having this what appears to me on the outside appears to be this you know basically uh you know confined piece of information this digital product that's you know going to teach me something or tell me something that will help me get this result that I want without me having to go all these other places absolutely I'm going to invest the money into this because I see that exchange being worth it and if you follow the steps in this boot camp you're going to know exactly how to do that and how that works but that's all this is the Gathering of information and putting it together to be very valuable for a specific group of people in solving their problem I mean just think about it what what is better than this you help people at the same time you make money at the same time you build something badass and you don't have to ship anything you don't have to pay a recurring product cost it's something that still you know many people aren't really familiar with or really have a grasp on that this is actually possible um but I can absolutely promise you that it is I mean I could even just show you uh right now like this store today so far this is a digital store um it's done it's over $916 today 9695 it's what 400 p.m. almost 5:00 p.m. so it's obvious that that you know there's a demand for it and I'm going to leave you guys with that what I want you to do now though is let me know feel free to comment your right now here with me is not going to be the last digital product you create it's not the last digital product that you're going to sell so while yes it is good to want to do something right you want to make it great it's not okay to be a perfectionist especially in business because that'll hold you back from actually making progress trust me if you make a terrible product and you put it out there and people buy it they are going to tell you and that's actually the beautiful part of business and selling digital products or any product for that matter because when a customer buys your product and they have feedback and they give that to you whether it's good or bad that's very very helpful for you that is literally one of the biggest hacks to growing in business and a lot of people don't understand that especially in Drop Shipping but trust me it is a hack now look most normal drop shippers if customer tells them the product sucks but they're making sales with it they don't care about that feedback they're going to keep selling it because they are just trying to you know make some quick bread but with the digital product someone tells you oh you know I don't like this for this reason no problem I'm g go on my editor right here I'm G fix that throw it back up hey we just added this guys it's more valuable come and buy it before we raise the price come on you know know that's kind of the beauty here of digital products and you know feedback is great and I have a mentor of mine who does a couple million a month with his own digital products he's been doing for a few years now like those types of numbers which is absolutely insane right it's amazing and out of all of the things that he's taught me that I've learned from him um you know the one thing that I've taken away that's been the biggest change to my life that I'll give to you here now is to always take action quickly when I have an idea for something I take action quickly on it and I don't just wait to perfect it and you know do it at the right time and then put it out I have an idea I take action on it now I put it out there and whatever the feedback is I'll use that to my advantage moving forward so with that being said let's go ahead into this one here on day three of product so um if you watched yesterday's which I hope you did day two of choosing your Niche by this point you should understand you know a little bit more about digital Drop Shipping and you should have a niche chosen ready to move forward here in the product side so let's just take this you know General example right here that we put together uh in the last video now of course you should have already done more due diligence and more research follow the plan that I gave you yesterday so you have a niche and you're ready now to take that from an idea to an actual sellable product so uh the niche idea we have is right here and what are the steps to move us forward into actually turning this into a product so one is product ideas two defining the customer uh three sourcing the product four um making it more valuable and then five whatever naming we want to do which is actually going to be easiest part the last step of course so when it comes to digital product ideas when you have a niche and figuring out what am I going to actually sell what's the product idea well here's one way to do it because we have here Niche women that want to make money from home but if we just make a digital product say hey here's an ebook on how to make money from home for women it's going to be hard to sell remember what I said in the last video when something is for everybody it's for nobody we make specific types of products for specific groups of people so so since ways to make money is like unlimited different ways right we have to focus on one of them if we're going to go that route because when you have something that has a specific outcome attached to it it becomes more valuable so this is even a little bit more past like just the actual audience like think about this if I have an ebook that's uh ebook on uh for women how to make money versus an ebook for women that is how to make a digital product and sell your first one from home on Shopify or wherever like it has a specific outcome attached to it so it becomes more valuable naturally and that applies to any business model any outcome if it's you know for golfing and to hit your your putter 300 yards whatever it is you know you're creating a specific outcome for a person and attaching that to it and another little thing uh a lot of people do wrong is they'll make a digital product and they'll try and just like promise the world with it and expect that to help them make sales but realistically it does the opposite if I make an ebook and it's $20 on uh you know how to make a million dollars you know sometimes the sellers are like yo like why wouldn't people buy it like it's a no-brainer I'm gonna spend $20 and learn how to make a million but realistically nobody's going to believe that it does the opposite effect when you have smaller promises you know that attaches to that price point it makes more sense you know when when people pay more they're going to be more invested they're going to pay more attention to it so that's why you know bigger promises you naturally have to charge more so what we're starting out here is a couple uh well we need to focus on these rules here uh one this first product idea it needs to be self-paced okay so self-paced just means that this is a product that someone could buy and go through at their own pace you know an ebook PDF Journal planner um video course like these are things people can go through at their own pace versus something that is like done for you where you have uh someone that like you know you have to follow a certain day daily protocol and go through this and that no self-pace simple your first digital product this is what you want to do um the second thing you need to make sure is that it is actually you know instant delivery so maybe you're watching this and you don't really know what's going on maybe you just found this video randomly on YouTube and you're checking it out and you're like this is kind of interesting this guy's little I don't know what's going on with them but I'm listening uh but this isn't normal Drop Shipping this is digital product Drop Shipping so um you know things are a little bit different here and this is a digital product so this product idea needs to be something that we could create to sell that can instantly be delivered to whoever is buying it our customers all right and three it just needs to you know actually be valuable kind of like what I just talked about with having it you know be for uh or have a specific outcome attached to it so how do we come up with product ideas well I could sit here and brain dump different ideas in my head but realistically what I will do and just show you here because you're probably watching this and you haven't done this before so you don't have that you know ability like I do to just do a brain dump of different ideas in your head instead we can go over to our friends here chat GPT and I just kind of already said this up I said I'm creating a new self-paced uh digital product in this Niche women that want to make money from home give me 10 different specific product ideas must be an ebook PDF planner journal or something similar because if I don't specify that I already know because I've done this before where it'll just give me like you know do an app do a whole system nah I'm trying to keep it simple baby all right let's see what it says here all right 10 different ideas eBook The stay-at-home mom's guide to freelancing number two a digital planner home business success planner okay not bad PD F creative crafts to cash turning your art into income interesting Journal my journey to Financial Freedom social media management for beginners so you see how it's pretty much just outlining you know mostly just specific Avenues of you know ways that women could make money um virtual assistant boot camp content creators editorial calendar Etsy Excellence a sellers BL blueprint mindset shift from employee to entrepreneur honestly I mean a good amount of are like I would I would even test to be honest PF guide remote work opportunities all right so now what I'm going to do is we have all these 10 different ideas right and we need to decide all right which one could be the most valuable that we actually want to sell so we validated the niche before but now we need to kind of decide over here we have product ideas but let's define the customer again and like really figure out uh who that is before we choose an idea that way we make sure it aligns with you know the most uh you know direct correlated audience like people that have the most pain are going to be willing and able to spend money on a product so let's go back over here and say Define the exact ideal customer for the niche I told you give me age Graphics level of urgency to solve their problem Etc so what I'm looking for here is like basically just a customer ideal customer outline like so the things I'm teaching you right now and showing you are just kind of understanding like the different uh skill sets and different pieces of the puzzle when it comes to selling online that um you know most people that are new to it don't understand or Skip by but they're definitely important and it helps make sure that we don't just spend a bunch of time and basically start selling something that people don't want or we don't know who it is um or you know who's going to buy it but now we can understand all these things and it makes a lot easier not only in creating the product but also marketing to it um and this applies to literally any niche as long as you follow the the blueprint from yesterday this same thing applies to any paypoint category Niche that you may have picked um so we're looking here at demographics 25 to 45y old age range this age range comes as women looking to balance okay female marital status parental status educational level so there's a lot of different things right here um so the urgency can fluctuate based on individual circumstan ances presence of young children or personal career aspirations so this is going to be the most important part that we need to really um you know kind of dial in on because we could go ahead here and just say we're going to go for know women that want to make money from home but let's take it a step further and have this basically um you know do this I'll just say it right here break down the IDE deal customer profile and let me scroll down where where I was right here um to be the one with a specific individual circumstance that would create the most urgency to solve their problems okay now let's see what it says 30 to 40 years old okay so now we're breaking it down instead of 25 to 45 or what did it say up here yeah 25 to 45 now from a 20e range we're down to a 10-year range at this age many women are balancing mature family responsibilities with the desire for career fulfillment or the need to contribute significantly to household income female married or single mother has young children educational level location income level employment status okay okay so I'm not even going to read all this stuff like there's there's a lot of information here right now so basically what we're doing is Step number two we're defining the exact ideal customer so we understand these things and this will you know all come into play here as we keep moving moving for uh but now what we need to do is you know actually choose one of these different product ideas so I didn't even read all of this but I'm going to say here now now out of the 10 product ideas sent above tell me the top three that would be purchased by this new ideal customer profile new specific ideal customer profile so what I'm asking here is I want this to send me um basically I want this to send me what are going to be out of the 10 ideas what are the top three that would apply to this specific um you know ideal customer here because it says this this is the most painful now you want to of course like go through this and like make sure it actually makes sense but I'm not playing perfectionist here right now I'm just playing I want this outcome and then I'll be able to adjust from there all right so it told me these three uh remote work opportunities directory directory for homebased careers uh all right so I don't love this one just just off the bat why because it's more so a list okay lists are you know good but steps are better when it comes to a digital product so think about this like if I gave you or or how about this even you go to my YouTube Channel right now and there's hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of different videos right you're going to go watch the one that is going to be the most applicable to whatever problem you're having or whatever you find the most interesting but when you have steps that lead up to a specific outcome and you keep track of that you're going to be much more likely to go through it and then actually get the result with it so also jumping ahead but the best possible outcome when selling digital products is for a customer not just to buy it and then you never hear from them them again but more so for someone to buy it use it get the result that you promis with it and then give you that feedback that you can then share to others to make more sales it's marketing and think about this series right now that I'm doing this boot camp 7-Day boot camp right there's seven days and they all go in a line in order with different steps and that's why like you know people are going to be watching through all of it maybe you're watching through all of it hopefully if you like it all right number two virtual assistant boot camp all right virtual assistant can be appealing a course PDF that actionable steps templates and strategies an ebook on social media management for beginners all right interesting but different unique value proposition flexible legitimate work from home opportunities that generate income quickly so I'm goingon to say out of all of these three virtual assistant boot camp is going to be the best and I like the idea of it because I'm just thinking hey you know this ideal audience probably like this age range this demographic is probably not going to be the best when it comes to like managing social media like if someone wants their social media manag they're probably hiring an agency if they're a big company if it's a smaller creator that has you know actual followers and stuff they're not hiring someone who has no experience doing it they want to hire someone that actually has done it and can prove that um so this would be kind of harder but virtual assistant boot camp does sound pretty good because I can see definitely um you know like because I I have virtual assistants that do things for me and they they do great um and I think it's a it is a very flexible thing and uh it could be tailored to the skills this person already uh you know possesses cool I mean I like I like the idea of this some type of eBook PDF guide that has to do with with virtual assistant boot camp to help these women make money from home doing virtual assistant things I like this idea so going back over here now what we've done is we've gone through the product ideas we've defined the actual customer and now we' we've narrowed it down to one specific product idea so let's just say in general virtual assistant boot camp wait it's funny how I call this a boot camp and I'm doing a boot camp right now so virtual assistant boot camp is going to be a product that is going to apply to this Niche for women that want to make money from home virtual assistant boot camp so what is the next step now how do we take this you know a step further well first I want to say this for the virtual assistant boot camp write a headline that defines the exact outcome a customer would get with it uh let me see if it provides the right result I I didn't know the best way to explain it launch your lucrative virtual assistant business in just 30 days from beginner to in demand expert with our step-by-step boot camp um make it a financial outcome or sales count outcome or client outcome give me five ideas no is this a colon or semicolon let's see turn your skills into income I think some ideas here I'm just I'm just thinking ahead here for the product and what I want to do but um now the next step how do we actually Source the product so this is probably one of the most commonly um you know confusing wondering how do I actually do this Tanner you know side of digital products that uh you know happens when it comes to actually sourcing the product because there's really three different ways to go about having a digital product made um number one is plr content plr stands for private label rights essentially where you can buy the rights to an existing digital product modify make it more valuable than sell it as your own that way you're typically just paying a small one time fee for this product and then after that you get to keep you know all the sales you don't have to pay this person you don't have to give attribution you just buy the rights and I'll show you that number two is Freelancers Freelancers where you go somewhere like Fiverr and you you hire someone to make a specific product but usually it doesn't really come into play you have a really specific idea um like let's say you have a notion template idea and you want to you want to hire someone to make that or you want to hire someone to make you a CA templates and you want to do that uh or whatever like you know you can hire people for anything on there and that really applies when you have a more specific idea and maybe that's probably something you'll get into after you start your first product because all I want you to do right now is follow this and get your first sale put your first product out there get your first sale uh and then you're going to be like oh [ __ ] this actually works and then you're going to be like all right I'm going to keep the steam going um keep pushing this one more products scale Etc um and number three is simple one making it yourself so when it comes to digital Drop Shipping like you know there's two approaches most people take this approach where you go Anonymous like I'm just creating this to like be an income source and the other route is people like me like that have a they want to build a personal brand they want to do this themselves they want to be the face and they want to go that route and you know that's typically what you would do in in this case if you're making it yourself that's probably who you are and what you're doing You' be making a product yourself um and then I guess another route too is you know AI uh considering you could technically make a product using chat GPT and some other AI tools and and do that um it's typically not the highest quality but you can modify it yourself to make it that way but let's take a look at um some different options here for for this um let's let me go to Etsy and uh virtual assistant I just want to see if there's any existing like digital products around this time topic uh virtual assistant Instagram templates impress your clients services and pricing guide template virtual assistant bundle so look Etsy is a platform that people sell digital products on but there's also plr uh resources if you you find them um and you can see like if they actually are selling these things which kind of helps um that virtual assistant bundle okay so what I'm seeing these are more so like virtual assistant like the things that someone would use to uh what's it called they give their virtual assistant to use client onboarding packet client proposal let's go over here plr um and we'll call this is it called virtual assistant VA plr so look when you search up plr on for your product in general there's going to be a lot a lot a lot of different options um that come up and it's best just to kind of browse around and see if anything really uh you know catches your eye virtual assistant related ebooks products metaverse how to start a freelance business your first VA no thank you how to run a successful virtual assistant business business hiring your VA virtually free I think this one kind of fits more so what I'm looking for let's see what it looks like preview please I don't have an account virtual assistant Basics what skills are needed arranging a work area decide what services you will offer know your budget have a business plan using to find clients using marketing all right so cool let me see what the rights that are included right here can be sold can be used for personal can be packaged can modify the sales letter can be used can print can't modify change the product can modify no that's dumb well I wouldn't buy this one but hey they've just given me a proven outline so that's helpful just keeping this in the back of my mind right now what I'm doing is literally just browsing around seeing what um you know what options are out here when it comes to existing content and you can see I'm not I'm not searching plr virtual assistant Boot Camp or something like that and that's because um you know that's it's more of a specific thing or like if I say uh becoming a virtual assistant for women boot camp kind of thing like the the content that's going to come up is not going to be much because it's too specific we have to kind of boil it down to its General version um and go from there so let's see here um becoming a virtual assistant plr let's see if there's anything else on here man get out of my face these three virtual assistant opportunities are biggest how to find great clients is why you need okay so it looks like there's some decent content in here what's the rights $4 all right cool I can edit it do all this stuff cool look I don't care about selling the resale rights to other people I'm just here for the content so I mean this is $3.99 it's probably worth it just to go through here honestly and get some uh you know piece of value out of that because it's honestly I mean $3.99 look you're basically just paying for existing content so you don't have to write it yourself but one thing that you never do is you never go here and buy a plr product and then just start like selling that like it it doesn't make sense um you have to make it a little bit more valuable you know in one way or the other and that's what we're going to talk about here so um let's move into what we want to do next with actually taking this product and turning this into a thing because we're going to Rebrand it we want it to be for women so what we're going to do is actually go here and say all right so what we know we want to do is this virtual assistant boot camp it's going to be ebook style and it's going to be specifically for women so the next thing I need to do is just kind of start piecing together the actual contents themselves so right here what I have is making it more valuable so what we're going to do is you know probably I'll even probably buy this and use this but what we can do is go ahead and buy this product and see what's inside and then we'll move into making it more valuable so let me do this real quick okay now I'm back I just went ahead and purchased this pack for $3.99 and I'm not expecting the world I'm not expecting anything crazy I just want to save myself a little bit of time and effort if I can and actually making my product so I can have you know a ready version that can do what I say it promises people ask me a lot yo tenner if I'm making a eBook how many pages should it be should my PDF be 50 pages long 100 Pages 10 pages the answer is there's not a specific number what you want is your product to basically just be the length of where you can fit all the information you need for it to actually do what you say it's going to do so when I downloaded the pack here it was literally just 15 different text files so I pasted them all here on this empty Google doc it was 19 pages of text at this small aiel 11 size font and um you know the content I I browsed through it a little bit so far I mean it is you know relatively General nothing crazy um I would say there's definitely some substance to it for $4 worth and now what I'm going to do to basically get this into a ready product so we can uh you know go ahead and move into this uh is kind of combine you know a little bit of Sweat Equity right so so instead of paying you know a freelancer or looking for the perfect one to spend the most money on um we're going to just do this here together and you know make it make it a value so here's what we're going to do we have all this content right here and it's just a bunch of content it's not like Steps it's not uh an order it's just content so what I did then I just downloaded this right here as a PDF and then what I did is I came over to chat gbt and I just uploaded it so now we can basically submit this information and and decide a prompt that can kind of help us us uh organize all this content into a step-by-step format so I'm going to say I um I just purchased this plr content about making money as a virtual assistant send me a specific table of contents for my ideal product the what's it called virtual assistant boot camp make sure the table of contents displays that the product is going to be steps that lead to a specific outcome honestly this content maybe not even be applicable to this prompt um I would ask it to like redo some of the content but I want to just do this prompt first and then we'll go from there reading documents feel bad for chat GPT has to read all this this poor thing based on the content of the plr private label rights content you've purchased virtual assistant boot camp launch your homebased business and secure your first client in 60 days I like this this outcome is pretty pretty believable ooh oo I like this all right come on now come on that's enough that's enough too much to be honest this structured approach aims to provide a clear path from the initial setup of va business to securing clients and planning for growth tailored specifically to your ideals customers needs and challenges all right now what I'm going to do I'm going to throw a Hail Mary here one I'm going to copy this over because I like this so let me go over here and let's say instead of virtual assistant customer in the table of contents you've provided 1 3 4 five so one thing I would say when you're using AI to kind of help with your digital product is what can happen is if you ask it to do all of this at once it typically won't provide like the best result back um it works better just doing it you know based off of one at a time so I'm going to just go here and say start with week one and let me just see what it brings back and see if I it's on the same page as me and one thing I'll say as this is doing doing all of this here is that you know with different digital products it can sometimes be easier or harder to actually get the product ready to to go and be sold because something like this is like you know buying the plr content um reworking it to just be more valuable and just showing you like that process here um so it's a little bit more effort you know there's other digital products out here that you see you know like canva templates um digital planners that you can buy plr versions of and pretty much just be like almost ready to sell you just have to do like some uh you know custom product page and custom mockups to to better fit a specific customer base um but something like an ebook or a guide like you want it to you know make sure it's it's out in so like if I look up right here um like plr nursing guide you know there's right here nursing digital planner canva template cool they can downlo as a PDF nursing Essentials this is plr let's see um I don't know if this one is damn damn damn yeah this isn't I don't think this is plr it don't say it if they don't say it it ain't it but this shows that this is actually like a product that's selling nursing school oops helping uh nurses pass their inlex so sometimes we even just go here and Etsy and see like oh this thing's working cool can go approach that it's opportunity and we've already kind of proved that here um you know nursing the the objective with these people is they want to pass their inlex their test so these are products that help them do that we know in our Niche the objective for the the females is to just make money from home so we could choose you know a lot of different options as it comes to that and uh you know this one here that we're choosing is the one that I think best uh out of the options we we went through fits the uh you know what the ideal customer wants so let's say for example if I want to make this product more valuable um what I could do is I lost my shoe what I could do is make this ebook and then say as something that's included to kind of Stack the value is like oh you're also going to get this um error analyzing you're going to get this um virtual assistant master sheet to track how many clients that your um that you're reaching out to and that you're actually Landing all right error analyzing seems there was an error creating the Excel sheet directly through our interaction whoever can guide you on how to create it manually all right so it's having uh issues I guess there is but this could be cool it's just a little bonus I wanted to try that out and see if that made sense now uh like I said I'm not going to go through all of these here but I want to explain now let's say that if I wanted to go ahead here and I wanted to do okay this is for week one and this is is going to be you know one of the first parts of the ebook after the table of contents how does that actually you know turn into something um you know that is very very you know good like fits the product and looks good because we don't want to just export making it more valuable is just taking it from the plr content and the a content improving it uh from Google doc over here to something even better now how we do that is through actually through canva so canva they have uh some cool things here so let me look like ebook templates and there should be a good amount of things here that we can kind of uh you know use to approach excuse me you know um what we want to do so this is just a cover right here it looks like um money smarts is just one page you go girl this is for self love so this is a guide book for new ugc content creators so it it almost Falls in line with um you know kind of the the thing we're doing but instead of for ugc Content it's for when I want to make money with the this skill set like we're basically we're marketing is becoming a virtual assistant that it's going to be easy for them that they could do it um and you know this is something that could kind of help them get through that route okay customize this template now we're going to have this template now I know this is like something you can really only do on the what's it called Pro account but I think I have a link you can get a free trial at least and just start it out and uh maybe or maybe not you can start a free trial and cancel and do another one potentially maybe I don't know how that works um you know can't advise it but I think it's possible and now what I have here is instead of having to try and create my own thing from scratch I can just kind of use this as a um you know template to go ahead and do what I want to do so the first thing of course we need to think about is kind of like the colors right so um photo colors you know for girl female probably you know what I'm not even going to do the colors first how about this what I'm going to do is I'm going to go back over here do virtual assistant boot camp right here and I'm going to start piecing this together oh wait boot camp launch your homebased business and is just go ahead and get into um you know the actual content site itself now look you don't need to be the person that's going to have to go through here and add uh a bunch of you know crazy images and all these different Graphics uh it's more so about like this type of content just having it very readable and simple uh those are the most important things so we can see like this is kind of how they're structuring theirs for ugc it's a quick guide and now we can kind of just recreate what they have here with their their text Pages um you know without the image side so if it's about you know week one and I'm talking about here of what do I got oh I didn't paste it um okay okay you know you have the introduction identifying your skills and special specializations as the next thing all right cool that would be the next thing that I'm going to work on over here identifying your skills and specializations now of course you're going to have to come over here you're going to have to mess with a little bit make sure that it fits all good and then you move into your next content okay what is this dive into an assessment okay I think I just had to re restructure this over here to make it more so like Steps um and then you know you start to piece these different things together just bringing you to actually you know having the the outcome okay so if I have this is Step number one do this okay do this step number two step three do this you know I don't really need all this cool now everything is coming together of course you would remove these things don't need that you just need your content in here and you're just you know organizing in a way where they can go through get the steps and you're all that you're doing is including uh you know what it is that you promised with the actual product outcome uh I know this has probably been a little bit long you're probably like this is maybe a lot of work but just imagine you make this once let's say it takes you a couple hours to do it I'm not going to do it all in here right now because I know that'll take me a long time and you don't want to see me probably do that for multiple hours and finish it um like it's very tedious but when you do it you basically now have an asset it's an asset is what it is and uh you know you can sell it multiple times and you don't have to pay a recurring protocol so just imagine even is it worth it if you make one sale maybe not financially makes a big difference what about 10 sales if you're selling this for uh you know $30 okay 300 bucks is that life- changing probably not again what about 100 sales $3,000 how long did it take did it take a month $3,000 in a month without having to pay a product cost pay a supplier is that worth it to you was it worth making the product the answer is probably yes right and that's why with this there's a little bit you know it's less higher excuse me less barrier to entry financially to do digital Drop Shipping but has a higher barrier barrier to entry when it comes to like actual effort that you're uh putting in but to me I see that as a good thing because it proves that if you actually want it you're going to do it and it makes it just that much more worth it when it does start to work out just imagine the scenario you're scaling a digital product and it's actually working out all you know as you expected making sales every day you can do what you want you don't have to worry about shipping times or anything like that you know that's probably what's going to be uh you know important to you and just being able to to have these different versions of Freedom now in all of these like the name we kind of did that with chbt at the beginning with the virtual assistant boot camp launch your homebased business and secure your first clients in 60 days you know maybe I'd Rebrand this a little bit and make it you know make this uh name and headline more specific to the ideal customer female okay and let's see what it does and I'll probably ask for a few ideas and it could give me those and tell me what it is that I need to um you know do differently now what's cool here it made this little it didn't make the actual sheet I don't know what's going on with that but it gave the uh the idea which could be a cool bonus to make Empower women's virtual assistant boot camp Kickstart your work from home journey and land your first paying clients in 60 days um you know another way to go about this could be uh you know make it an alliteration let me see if it does that for the name boss babes there we go it's exactly what what I was looking for Boss babes boss babes boot camp build your business balance life and bag your first clients in 60 days from home and then you know virtual camp now one thing I recommend you do when you're making your ebook like for the cover side um you know it's it's usually pretty good okay thing to do to go ahead and just look at what else is like if you go on Etsy or Google and look at what other uh things are showing like what type of um you know covers because this cover we can literally do anything with it and what I would probably do is try and you know structure in a way towards something that is you know actually something like this one 60 page uh guide and workbook level up something with female kind of Boss babe kind of thing and it seems to be working so um boss babe see what the kind of Vibes are yeah we can kind of see The Vibes girl power cool all right now the next step that I would I would say is is important here is not the name but making more valuable and one thing we'll do when we get to the store side and putting it all together is mockups so mockups where you go here to like place it.net and the next thing here is mockups so mockups you can use a thing like Place it.net Media modifier uh canva actually has some options itself but this is where you would go here um you know from uh the product you can download this as the cover as a PNG whatever and then you could go over here into your uh wherever you're doing your mockup and then add the cover on here and then you'll have a mockup of the product now this applies for digital planners digital journals uh video courses any type of digital product is going to have some type of mockup and the reason why we do mockups is because it creates some perceived value on what it is um and I I just prefer to have that there as something so people can kind of visualize okay what actually is this is this a book is it a video course okay I see the book mock up that makes more sense and this is something that is interesting um and you know from here that's that's pretty much all it is with actually you know making the product it's that's uh you know a little bit tedious in a way um but very much very much worth it absolutely and what we're going to cover tomorrow in day number four is actually piecing the store together and the product page and the backend systems um that's usually what people find the most interesting is showing how to actually automate all that side so I'm excited to share that stuff with you guys I hope you're excited as later peace welcome to day number four here of the digital Drop Shipping boot camp today is day four store um this is usually one of the things people find most interesting about digital Drop Shipping so I think you'll probably get a lot of value out of this video and um let's go ahead and just get into it because this one's going to be pretty straightforward we're going to talk about uh well I'm going to show you we're going to go through everything here but uh we're going to talk about which platform to choose we're going to do um theme we're going to do backend setup we're going to do one page Lander landing page for your digital product and then number five like final setup there's like some different settings and things like that um that will go through now look people will ask me here of you know which platform this that and look I got students that sell on you know multiple different platforms you know some people decide to choose to sell on whatever they want to sell on but I only teach what I've done and what I've got experience with so like you know one of my students right here David he's one of my students who's always followed instructions done what I told him and look at the results he's getting I mean this was earlier today uh for his ebook uh store he said shop shop shop um only 110 in ads spend over 436 EUR in sales so that I mean that leaves a pretty good room amount of room for profit so good job to David So if you're asking me Tanner should I use Etsy should I use this should I use that look I'm going to tell you what I've used gotten results with and you know if you want results then I mean just just use what I say because it's the worst thing that happens when someone says yo Tanner um I'm not making sales what do you think and I'm like bro you did you didn't do what I told you to do you literally skipped this thing you you did something else like I can't if you don't listen to what I'm saying and follow what I say to do then how am I going to tell you why it's not working to me it's obvious why it's not working because you didn't follow what I said to do so when it comes to the platform look I'm always going forward with Shopify you know um Shopify right now you can start I think I have a link in the description I believe right now it's $1 for one month um you can get started Shopify just think of it as the uh the heart of your business so what keeps everything it keeps everything pumping it's what allows for people to visit your store it allows for you to sell your products manage everything all the apps all this stuff um and I mean that's that's what I use now I would never sell on a platform let's say like Etsy because Etsy one if you're doing that you're basically building etsy's business you know um you're selling on their platform you're at the disgrace of their hands in their decisions if they want to remove your listings if they want to remove your account they could do it uh if you're selling through there you're going to have a bunch of fees uh and it's a very commoditized platform so most of the products being sold on there are lower ticket like very cheap and you know you're not really building your own brand You're Building etsy's brand and maybe you'll make a couple bucks but I would much rather build my own business uh where I can you know profit the most build the most you know act like build an actual business you know um that's really the the point behind it because over time after you learn these skills you develop them and you make your first few sales you'll start to uh you know do bigger things and it's hard to do that when you're on somebody else's platform but when you have your own you can do whatever you want so that's why shopy is just like a good backend that keeps everything smooth and everything running so don't ask me to use a different thing should I use this should I use that listen to what I say Okay so let's say we're just using Shopify for this the next thing is theme so uh I mean one cool thing about shopy is you know your theme is just your your exterior the design of the website here how does this actually uh look and which one which one should I choose t or should I spend the 360 350 320 240 or should I get a free one well listen to me right now this is what you are going to do you are going to choose a free theme okay so you could choose any of these it honestly doesn't matter to me uh which one you find the most attractive because it honestly is not going to make you know a big effect after we get into creating your your landing page you'll see that it doesn't really matter we're picking a free theme because we want the ability to choose uh you know something that that we want to use ourselves that we like um and I mean honestly it's not even about liking it like we're just choosing something here so uh I would say right now you should choose Dawn Dawn is going to be the the simplest most minimalist one um don't even worry about design yet we'll get into that but what you're going to do is once you have your shopy account open you use the link in the description it's an affiliate link um then you can go here get this free theme and add it to your store Dawn now why should I just buy this or why should I do a free theme instead of buying one that's already nice because we aren't going to be using like the typical things that you see on here we're going to to to make it our own and use a you know converting strategy uh to sell our digital product on it so now what is going to be the next step after actually choosing the theme well we talked about some of the backend settings right so how are we going to actually position this for our uh you know digital product and setting all this up and this is what I think you guys are going to you know find really interesting is this uh you know kind of backend setup so if I go over here onto shop five this is just like a a little example store has my name on it it's nothing CRA like it's just my name uh this is where I send I send my students these shirts and on here is where they can order it um but anyways once you have your shopy account open and you're ready to you know start selling your digital product on here the very next step is just adding the product itself so if you go over here to products you click add product on the top right then you're going to see all this different stuff that you could do so title should be self-explanatory you put the title of uh your or the name of your product that you already came up with in the prior day media just add one mockup right now just as a placeholder like we can adjust that um as we continue on just put a mockup of your product or the cover um and then pricing now I want to touch on digital product pricing here real quick on kind of my formula behind it um because remember we we've been talking about throughout this entire boot camp how you know the more severe a problem is the more you can charge for it and since I have you starting out with a simple self-paced digital product if you're watching this right now and you follow this boot camp through the day so far then you're probably selling some type of ebook a digital planner a digital Journal maybe some canva templates you know things that uh you're going to be selling for less than $50 like very self-paced simple digital products uh because these are going to you know have the the path of least resistance to getting your first sales which all I want from this boot camp is literally for you to make your first sale that would be my ideal outcome you might not think that sounds like crazy like Tanner why would you to promise me like I want to make 10K by the end of the seven days no bro that ain't happening so just stick with me here when it comes to pricing here's what I do let's say I'm selling a digital planner that's for nurses who want to pass their in clix okay well we know the product is now for a more specific uh you know audience and we're we're catering that towards them so we can we know we can charge more it's more valuable than if we just sell a basic digital planner but how can we use the existing digital planner Market or ebook Market to you know hit the ground running once we do start marketing this product well here's what I recommend what I recommend doing is looking at you know back on Etsy Tik Tok search look for um you know listings for this type of digital product that you're selling but don't search Digital planner for you know nurses that are trying to pass their inlex no just search up digital planner the very general basic most basic General search term you can put for your digital product and just see okay the very general version of this what what is the actual amount these things are selling for you can do a you can do it a real average an average is where you take let's say you find 20 different listings and they're all selling you know for 20 25 30 32 whatever and you add up let's say 20 of these listings you add up those numbers then you divide it by 20 and that'll give you the average but for this case it really doesn't have to be exactly specific let me just see let me say that I generally see okay digital planners are selling for $20 let me just put that out there random number $20 okay well if I know that digital planners are actively selling like I know they're selling for a fact because I can see you know on Etsy let's say that these things are actually selling at $20 okay well how can I take advantage of this existing price point without doing a race to the bottom because one of the worst things that people do when they get into this is they think I'm just going to charge a super small amount and it's going to help me make sales or I'm just going to charge less than what everybody else is selling it for because that's going to mean that you know all the other buyers are just going to start coming to me now but the reality of that is you're just attracting Price Shoppers the type of people that you know buy things on Etsy you know have you ever seen something like you wanted to buy something and you're like oh well let me just go on Amazon and see if I can find it cheaper and sometimes you find a variation that's cheaper you know that's the type of people that you're attracting if you're just pricing it lower than everybody else and the cool thing with digital products that you have to understand is that we have an advantage since our product is for a specific audience it has more perceived value and we can charge more for that and avoid the Price Shoppers the people that are going to be headaches the people that aren't going to use the product the people that are going to ask for refunds we want to avoid that at all cost so don't price it less than the competition instead what I do is I see hey the average digital planner selling for $20 so you know what I'm going to do well I'm going to just charge you know about 20% more so 10% of two uh or 10% of 20 is two 20% is $4 let me just say hey I'm going to charge $24.99 for this you know it's basically at a price point where I'm not trying to be a recordbreaker where I charge the most ever for a digital planner in all of history and try to make massive amounts of profit no I want to take advantage of this existing price point that is proven to you know have people buy at but I'm going to charge more cuz I I know that I have a specific audience and the product is specifically for them so there's more perceived value cool now I know that's what I want to do and when it comes to pricing just keep in mind you know um usually what I'm doing in pricing what just maybe it's a little Superstition a little bit of psychology what works the best I don't do whole numbers so I don't charge $30 I don't charge $40 um what I'll typically do is if I'm going to be charging above a five so let's say let's say $ 20 to $30 for example if I'm going to be charging over $25 I'm probably just going to do $27 something like that um you know 27 simple if it's under 25 then I'll probably do something with a 99 like okay $24.99 $22.99 and for me personally that's just what I've seen work the best in my own experience so that's what you know I I recommend you follow as well because I'm just teaching you what I've done what I've gotten results with and you know hopes that you can replicate it here with me and get your first sale that's what I want to happen right here um so after you you come on here you add your the name of your product you add a mockup you put your price um personally like this isn't advice but personally I uncheck this um I don't add a cost there's no cost I uncheck track quantity because it's not a digital product um I also uncheck this right here this is a physical product because now what's going to happen is um inside of the checkout if you have this checked it's going to require people to put their shipping address but you uncheck this now they only have to do billing which it just makes it simpler like you can just have the checkout with least amount of fr so people can go through and buy um variance size color doesn't really apply unless you're doing a digital planner that has different styles but ebooks and that kind of thing is usually just one time uh or like there's one skew it's just one option um and now once you've done this you can click save well let me put here test save all right now the next thing we need to do is automate our fulfillment right because we want to make make sure that the product can instantly be delivered to the customer and what's going to be the easiest route for that well there's an app called easy digital products and this one is by far um you know the best option when it comes to uh you know things like ebooks and planners things like this like you can use this app to instantly deliver the product to people so what this will do is it'll on the checkout once people go through the purchase and they're on the confirmation or the thank you page then what's going to happen is uh they're going to be able to download the product on there there's a little download button it'll have them do that and this app will also email the digital product to them download link so they can download the digital product so this way you're making sure the person gets the product instantly after they buy so you don't have to manually you know email it to them or anything like that uh now this app I believe is free to use for the first what is this 30 orders a month then after that I think like if you wanted to you do more volume and stuff they charge more um but I mean what does it matter if you're if you're making sales you're making money what does it matter if you have to to pay a little bit more for an app to deliver the products instantly I think it's much more valuable than the time you would spend manually sending this to customers uh because you know the the idea is people are going to buy this when you're sleeping like that's the idea that over time you're building progress people are going to buy when you're sleeping and you're not going to be awake to send that product to them but the person buying it they want that product right now so this is a way to make sure that that actually happens and the way you do it is um you go to shop by App Store this is free um and you can add it to your store and then when you open it it's going to look like this and all you have to do is click here create digital product variant you type in your thing so let me type in test that's the one I just made okay so this is my product pretend this is yours click pick product and then then what you do right here is you put your file you L just click this and you add your file whatever the the digital product is um I don't do license key I don't do this um I I just click then upload and save and now it's going to happen is cool the product is now going to be delivered to them as soon as they purchase which is exactly what I'm looking to do um and the app honestly is not really more complicated than that it's pretty straightforward um like the email that they receive you can customize that if you want to but this really just makes it like super super simple um so yeah cool thanks Easy Digital product um now the next thing here that I want to talk about is actually automating the or order fulfillment because what happens to some people is they start making sales and they see over here in orders there's like a number starts adding up like you see right here 46 and they're like Tanner I thought it's supposed to instantly fulfill the order like instantly deliver the the product to the customer but it says it's unfulfilled how do I change that all right I'm going to explain it because it's actually pretty simple um you're not using tracking numbers or anything like that this app is delivering the product instantly so how do you make sure that this thing actually says that it is fulfilling fulfilling the orders you go over here to settings go over to checkout then you scroll down here and all you want to do is change this to automatically fulfill the ORD line items and then you click save so basically now what's going to happen is as soon as someone orders they're receiving the product immediately plus it's going to show us fulfilled on your end here on the back end now this is maybe a little bit more like OCD like you don't want to see this number on the side um and have all these things say they're unfulfilled like personally just get piece of Mind where it says fulfilled they're all good to go you turn on that setting and it automatically um will you know go ahead and make these fulfilled is good to go um now the next thing that uh I want to do on here with you is we're still inside the backend setup before we get to the onepage Lander there's something really really cool that people sleep on um that I would highly recommend so if you're using Shopify payments then you can do this if you're not using Shopify payments then you can't do this um so if you do have Shopify payments that mean it's kind of an advantage that you have um if you don't have it don't cry about it just use the card of Del it doesn't make any use use complaining bitching about it it don't it don't help nothing um but let me show you here for those of you that do have shoply payments so shop payments what you can do there's something cool called Shopify markets so what people used to do is whenever they would uh you know basically have a store and they're running traffic from or they're getting traffic from multiple different countries what they would do is they would use a currency converter app and it would just convert the currency on the store like on the the number on the outside but they couldn't check out in that currency currency converters never worked out perfectly it was just kind of always like uh never great um and now with shoply markets you can do this in a way where if you set up your store in US Dollars like this store is in USD and I have someone visit my store from Canada what I can have this do is immediately it'll show them the price in Canadian dollars but also now Shopify allows for this to happen where they can then check out in Canadian and this is very helpful for for some different countries that are going to be on your store um what happens is you know they they have uh like payment methods that can only pay with these certain payment methods so this is a way like you can really uh you know make sure this is good and clear and straightforward and uh you know I I think it's literally a cheat code it's it's amazing so if you go to markets here in settings is where you'll be able to do this so I've already uh done some of this just as a test um but essentially how it works is let me just let's say for example I'm going to remove Market this is Australia now I recommend doing this for the top five countries like United States um Canada New Zealand UK Australia you can set it up for those um and then if you wanted to do any other ones you just have to do it manually like country by country because it doesn't do this automatically I think that would be cool if it did all of them automatically but it doesn't um so um yeah you want to make sure you do that now also another thing that's going to happen here when you set this up at first in shopi markets is you'll have to install this free app called geolocation by Shopify um so I believe actually I can show it here it'll go in your store so if I go here to [Music] customize settings is it on here maybe it's not on here I guess I turn turn it off I thought I had on here but I thought I guess I uh turned it off let me check here actually oh geolocation this is a free app it's made by shopy and you want to use this all right now I see it I forgot it's not in the customized store it's in the geolocation app but it looks like the customized store so what this app is it allows for it basically to do this conversion and this is what's going to pop up by default when you first install this app and you you need this for Shopify markets but when you first set up the app it's going to have this like default but I don't do this because it says you know get shipping options and we aren't shipping anything It's All Digital so I don't I just don't want this to show um and I don't think it's needed anyways even if even if it didn't say that so I just turn this off I keep on selector so that way on the bottom people could manually select if they need to but usually Shopify does a good job and make sure this is all good and clear um but yeah that's that's that and then you go back here we'll go with back to markets okay and I'm going to click add market and let's say okay I'm going to do Australia all right let me search here Australia add market and now what I've done is I've just added this market and here's the cool thing I can customize this so you could also add this shopy translate and adapt so now not only are you change in the price but the store will translate depending on what location is seeing it pretty cool stuff Australia pretty sure they speak English or do they speak Australian anyways now what you could do too is change the price now it automatically does this to kind of round it up and make it cleaner but um you could literally I mean you could do this whatever you want you want the pricing to go up down whatever I've always left a default just to make it clean um but sometimes it'll be charging a little bit more or less depending on it um and you know it's kind of a way to make it clean because if if I sell something in USD for $20 and and Euros or Pounds it's you know a random number with since we don't want that we want it to round up we want it to be cleaned so like this right here is set to round it up uh you know to The Round Up to one British I say British Great Britain pound all right cool once you do shop five markets that pretty much covers all of this backend setup right now and now we can get into onepage Lander which is how we actually structure it so um basically I had a student the other day he asked me because I I showed this and he said yo Tanner what's the difference between like what are the the differences between doing a a custom landing page for your digital product versus a normal product page what are the pros and cons and here's what I I told him I basically told him um hey you know the pros of a of a landing page is that you know it's it's a way to get a higher conversion rate uh and everything's focused on this one product and the pros is that you can customize it however you want the cons of this and what I'm about to show you is that um you know if you've never done this before it's going to be kind of complicated and another con is that there's a lot of different pieces so if you did this yourself without the right you know blueprint then this could very well not work out well for you and you'd be like Tanner why is this not converting but I'm going to show you like a proven way right now that we use for most of our clients that we make these custom landing pages for like basically for students if they want they can pay us a th000 bucks and we'll make a landing page for the product um and this what we've we've done and proven out by actually running traffic through these uh and making sure that it actually converts um but now like to talk about a normal product page like yo tenner if I just did a normal product page here on this theme just by by default and I just use that what are the pros and cons well the pros is that it's easy right it's it's very easy to set up um and it's like it should be a proven product page the con is that kind of similar thing like a lot of people are using the same exact thing and you can't really customize it you can't really you can't do what you want to do with it um you know to to Really customize it to be like a funnel um so that's the cons of it so I'm going to show you now the harder route because I want to show you just more so like what what I prefer to do I've gotten results with and you can replicate if you want um and that's what I would advise that's what I would advise if you you want to do this right and um you know get the results with it so here's what we are going to do what we need to do is get gym Pages gym pages is another shopy app that allows for you to fully customize your your website however you want it to be um you can get this for free to start out which is great just go ahead do that if I go to apps here I already have gy Pages Builder um and this kind of like a drag and drop software that helps you with building Pages for your store and what I want to touch on here is just you know basically why and how because I think when you're first starting out with just one simple digital product the best case that you should follow is just not having distractions many people think they need to have a Blog about us contact tracking all these different pages on their store but in all reality what's going to be best when you're starting out is just having traffic direct to you know one place specifically so that people can't get distracted because someone could be interested in a product and they go to your about page and they're like this thing looks fishy I'm not buying it anymore I don't like this but instead if we kind of blend everything all into one page that they could just scroll through on their computer on their phone whatever device um then that's going to be the thing that you know will have the highest likelihood of actually uh converting into a sale so whenever you have gym Pages then what you want to do is go over here to create new page and what this will do is just open up like a blank page uh like I recommend just click start from scratch all these are different templates I'm going to show you mine um but there's a lot of different things on here now look whenever you open this up there's liter going to be nothing on here and you're going to be like what the hell but just mess around for a second like spend spend five minutes just draging and droping because you'll notice there's a lot of different variables a lot of things you could change so if I went back and I'm like hm I want to add a button right here okay well what if I wanted to make this wider okay well how am I going to do that oh I got to scroll through here um should I stretch the button oh oh my gosh the whole thing is a button now I don't want to do that all right maybe I could just increase the font uh I don't know it's kind of working maybe I want to just you know make the padding a little bit uh better so maybe that is that this is that this nope that's adding the outside so how am I going to go ahead and do this and make everything just much better well you know that's what you're figuring out you're messing around on here and you're basically just looking for uh you know just a little bit of experience right like just mess around with it like that like what I just did like that little experience right there like you're going to experience a million things like that uh when you're just starting out with this and but just some things to kind of like uh show you before I go through the actual full built page is that when you do this the main thing that I want you to to realize right now is that when you're setting these things up you're setting it up by starting with desktop that's what I want you to do is first desktop everything you add is going to be for desktop and then is when you can start to clean things up for mobile because here's what's going to happen you can adjust this directly for mobile so let's say this is my desktop I want it to look just like this what about for mobile what if for mobile I don't want it to be this big all right I'm going to change this to mobile and I'm going to make this version smaller so now when I go to desktop it's still going to be the big version when I go to mobile it's going to be a small version if I go to desktop and I say okay um here's what I want to do left on mobile no Center so just understand that okay so now that you understand a little bit of like that's that's like the main thing I want you to understand uh we can go into the actual actual structure that I recommend here for you for your landing page uh and I'm going to break it down here just like with a a little example so you can kind of see what I'm talking about here and what I'm doing so this right here is an example this is uh just this is an ebook I made like over a year ago uh it's called the chpt product Factor was talking about how to use chpt to uh create uh an ebook and um you know I never push it that hard nonetheless this is just like an example if I was building a landing page around it this is kind of the structure of the template that I would use and we use the same thing for other digital products uh so that's why I want to to show you this one but you'll notice that right here there's there's not a ton going on um it's actually quite simple so I want to show you like you could do this it's actually maybe not as complicated as you might think so here's a cool thing to think about um all of these different things in here are elements and you can see in Mobile it's a little bit different these things are centered it's just a little bit cleaner all right desktop brings it back down to you know this version here that's because each of these things is just adjusted for either the desktop version or the mobile version but after you build the desktop version is when you then optimize it for mobile so what are going to be the first things to change I really just want to explain these sections and then you can basically copy the structure for your own product and your own niche um but everything is pointing to the product essentially and the very first thing that I do is build this this Banner right here so this Banner at the top is an end outcome statement now by the way some people go in with their digital products they make black backgrounds I think that's one of the worst things to do I don't think converts well I don't like the way it looks I don't think it's good it's always best in my opinion to go ahead do a white background and then do colors for your buttons and everything else just based upon uh your breand so if I'm doing the boss bab's whole thing you know that would probably be some pinkish darker kind of colors that I would be using across that um since this for example just had Blues on this mockup and I wanted to just put some some blues across it um so the end outcome statement at the top is basically just to State what is the the end outcome that the customer could receive like what is the ideal scenario we want to remind them of that so if this product is teaching how to make an ebook you know with uh chpt then you know this end out Club statement is probably something like build profitable ebooks and minutes using artificial intelligence right like that's that's a possible end outcome statement and that's what the people would want so we want to remind them by that when they get on here and then you see the product function so one thing with products right now and product pages is the super long descriptions aren't the thing to focus on right now anymore the thing to focus on is just having you know a few different bullet points that focus on the main pieces uh you know behind your product and think about objections like what is someone going to be wondering if they see this product they see this store what are they going to be wondering is this a real book is this is this an ebook Okay I can break that objection what is this actually going to teach me how to do okay who is this for okay you know you're basically just building these bu bullet points on what the product is and who it's for you like everything is just pointing back to these main things specific product for specific audience okay so keep that in mind and after this is where you build a little bit of relatability so I build a row here where you say you know a statement that that kind of touches home with it so you know the type of person that would probably use his product is maybe they feel like they're missing out on the AI Revolution so you can ask here feel like you're missing out on the AI Revolution this text would be something that just kind of you know relates to that like oh you know like um it's super common for people to underestimate the power of chat gbt artificial intelligence and how that can be applied to their uh the business that they want to start it's probably not as hard as you might think in fact there's a proven way to you know do this actually relatively quickly right then that's when you lead back in here you lead back with the product Unleash the Power of AI today getting here into okay this is what it is this is how it works this is a little flip GIF I made GIF GIF um I forgot the name of this website I used on I they wanted to like I think charge for me to download it I just did a screen recording and then turn that into a gif um page flipper.com I don't know something like that um anyways next thing how it works like how it works is just explaining because remember I told you that for your digital product like an ebook if it has a specific outcome which it should you know taking someone from point A to point B you need to outline what are the steps that are going to get them there so the product should not be angled as just a bunch of information but instead steps that get them to the specific outcome and that's where you would kind of outline these here then you go back product again here's what you'll need in case your product requires anything else you know people are going to wonder if it's the boss bapes thing and and you're talking about how to um you know for them to to make some side money as a virtual assistant from home all right well what are they are they going to am I going to have to spend money to to make money first am I going to have to like do I need a degree do I need like people in their you just have to think about it you have to think what are these people going to be thinking they might need people that come to me and they were like they want to learn about digital Drop Shipping uh do I need a bunch of money for ads do I need uh do I need a laptop some people ask uh bro I I've literally had someone like do this from their phone like they they try to do everything from their phone like I guess technically you could but [ __ ] that to be honest I recommend some type of computer or laptop it's just going to make your life a million times easier uh so save up some money and do that don't just do it on your phone that's going to be hell to be honest you're never going to know how to optimize the desktop version of your your landing page um anyways after that frequently asked questions so similar things you know frequently asked questions you basically compile all this information because the thing is people aren't going to go through here and they're not going to read everything uh they just aren't like that's just part of the game so that's why bullet points to really focus on whatever the the main highlights of your product and what it does here um and like if you go to a website like tabs chocolate so that's a pretty cool brand and they push a ton of volume uh for like sex chocolate and you know the bullet points they have there on the main homepage are you know like exactly uh pointing towards whatever the you know those those things are actually I mean I'll just bring it up here real quick and uh show you this because I think it's a it's a great example no I don't want that let me go here and I'll bring this down all right oh wow they got a new one introducing pink Cherry tabs oh not even new but look at this this is what their their bullets heightens pleasure you for you amplifies emotional connection enhances Central Drive and performance like I I love this product this chocolate because I'm like this is like the um febles but explicit version um because like you're tying into like people love candy people love sweets people love chocolate and now you're tying it into desires people want to you know be [ __ ] better you know um so like you know they they did a good thing like that good good on them I love it um anyways back to the Lander I'm getting a little distracted over here um those are the main main things that I focus on putting here so that way everything is just structured here for the onepage Lander everything points to the product um and you know then basically you just want to publish that though as your homepage because um what will happen here is probably if you're setting up your first page it'll probably publish this as a like just a product page instead of a homepage but what we want to happen is when someone goes to to your your website in general we don't want a homepage and the product page to be different we want everything to be there so when you first do this it'll probably make it as a landing page um so then what you want to do is if it's a landing page you do here you do change page type uh and then you turn it into homepage and confirm that and then publish it in that way whenever you go to your URL for your store it's going to go to that Lander no matter what so that way you don't have to worry about the product page and making your homepage none of that it's just going to go directly here um you know to the homepage itself um now I guess just some some last things here for backend setup final setup for your store because remember we're not playing perfectionist we're not over complicating things the entire objective is how can we just get this done and start marketing so we can make decisions because everything else if we worry about the colors and the fonts and all this stuff are Shuffle actions Shuffle actions are things that most new entrepreneurs fall victim to where they think this is going to be the best that they should do this they should do that that and focus on the color and this and that but we don't know if we if we test two different colors of a logo on the website we don't know if that's going to affect the conversions because there's not even traffic going to the store so all we're doing by going back and forth in it now in our head and thinking is this right is this wrong is wasting time because we don't actually know until we start marketing until we start getting traffic so the best thing we can do right now is just build the First Foundation just get something done something there so that we can then start marketing to get traffic to it and then you know go from there because everything I'm showing you here individual skill sets everything's building up to come up to this piece of the puzzle and that's what I want to I want you to remember too as well as we keep moving here is that you know this is not something that's like you're just going to be crushing it in a week in in a month probably even probably maybe even two three months like the one thing we can't control is the outcome the only thing we can't control is the inputs that we we put in so if you follow my instructions if you stay consistent in working on the things I tell you to work on and you stick to a plan and you don't compromise then you will get a result at some point and it will work out but you have to be willing to work without seeing the result at first and you know that's why I don't I don't want to be here and promise you can do this in a day you can do this in a week you can do this a month because you know the reality is my people do it in all types of different times but you know I I I just want you to get your first sale right now that's that's Lally all I want and you can you can actually do that uh and not a very long time frame to be honest that is the one thing that I I will say um so now now what is going to be next well we made the the landing pages the homepage um I guess next thing here could be let me go out of this this next thing we could do online store you can go to pages one thing you can do is create a um contact page so if you go here add page and you want a contact page oops you can go here change this to contact cu every theme has a a default contact page so let's say I I save this and I put this here it'll look like this and every theme has a different contact page but it's just something default so you can have that on your store as one of the navigations so it you do have a contact page out of anything um because you know maybe people want to contact you after they buy or maybe before they buy but uh also one thing I'll say when you do this and you set up your store first there's a bunch of bots and in things out there that are going through and submitting things like for lead generation into these contact forms by default so if you get an like oh we can make you 50 sales um let me know if you want to do this like it's a bot they're doing like a Reach Out strategy and it's probably not uh you know what you want to go with I never recommend people to Outsource things that they don't know how to do themselves uh first you know at least one time that's why I don't just tell you guys go spend uh you know $100 and get your digital product made uh by someone else or you know do this with your content or your ads like I want you to learn and know how to do it first that way you you know the skill set um and if you do end up Outsourcing and hiring someone in the future you know if they're doing a good job or their bad job or a bad job uh and you won't be left in the dust many people will try to Outsource everything to start and they wonder why it's not working they just trust the person that they're they are the expert and they have the best interest but most of the times that doesn't work out um so once you made this kind of page go over to navigation and now we can actually just set up the navigation which is actually pretty simple so uh main menu could just be something like this your product so let's say product name here and you can just do this to homepage because now your homepage is the landing page and then you could just do a contact page that's it you just go to Pages you choose your contact you add you save menu and now this thing is good to go um so everything so far here is I mean pretty you know simple it's it's all done now the I mean the only last things I can think of as far as actual setup are going to be your things like your logo and your actual store domain um because I guess we haven't really covered that so uh your logo is you add here and you go to customize store on your theme here and then you can add the logo um you know up here at the top in logo and add it so then it'll be good to go you can make a logo in in canva whatever but I recommend don't make it fancy Lally just use like text text text logo with a specific font that's what I recommend um and then domain I always recommend Dooms but if you go into I believe it's in settings Now settings then you go over to domains and then you get could add your domain and do all that good stuff there but uh whatever you get get it in a do com just keep it keep it nice and simple um it's honestly not a very complicated thing don't over complicated don't make it more uh time consuming than it needs to be it's something that can always be changed everything we're doing can be changed modified improved Etc we're building the foundations we can Market make our for sales improve on what we need to improve on and then move on from there into you know turning this into a a more you know profitable and somewhat passive thing that is is making you money when you sleep that's what I want to happen um so with that being said that is the video here for day four store we didn't really fill up the page too much here I know was a lot of just showing you guys um examples and showing you the steps on here strategy for selling digital products on Tik Tok and how to do that um I find this stuff very interesting because uh you know I actually this is how I like first got into even selling stuff online was way back in the day uh I was growing theme pages on Tik Tok or not Tik Tok Vine um the old version of Tik Tok and then I end up switch sing over to Instagram and the way that me and my young buddies online would make money was by doing like shout outs promoting other people's stuff and then one day I figured hey if this company's paying me over and over they're probably making money right like they're probably profiting so why can't I do the same and this was early 2017 then I started learning about Drop Shipping e-commerce and then uh you know I haven't looked back since and I've stuck to you know what I started with and um now I'm going to teach that strategy like the modern day it's mosquito the modern day oh my gosh yo look at the mosquito I literally called it on my pinky like Mr Miyagi and karate kid um anyways the modern day version of this is doing this on Tik Tok and with digital products not doing it uh you know anywhere else or with any other type of product that's what I'm going to be teaching you today my faceless content strategy for selling digital products now there's one thing to understand when it comes to advertising you've probably heard terms like this like you have your cold traffic warm traffic and hot traffic well with Organic content there's something similar but what we call it is we have our doubters we have our supporters and then we have our buyers so if we know our Niche is you know tailored around you know women that want to make money from home you know who are the doubters going to be the doubters are going to be people you know women that are skeptical about this even being real okay supporters are going to be the ones that you know find it interesting you know don't really take action those are supporters and then the buyers of our digital product will be the viewers on organic content of people that you know are motivated driven they're engaged and not like married engag like they're engaging with the content um and you know they're actively or have tried something already you know to get to the result of making money from home as a woman so now that we know these three different types of audiences that can kind of lead us into you know where we want to go with our content that we're creating but before we get into actual creating the content with you know I'm going to be teaching how to do it with AI and and all this good stuff um and what I teach so that'll be cool but first I want to just talk about like account setup so far so um right now you know Tik Tok is going to be the best platform for doing this and with Tik Tok there's two different types of posts slideshows and videos now to do this anonymously faceless with a I um you know the easiest way to start is going to be with slideshows that's what I'm going to focus on today and you know when it comes to making the account uh I mean I want to simplify this as much as possible when you're creating your account because uh you kind of have an advantage when you open up a new Tik Tok account right now you have an advantage like the first 30 days your content is probably going to be pushed a little bit more compared to if an account is old and just been sitting around for a while um some of this is superstition but at the same time that's just kind of what we're seeing uh but at the same time I'm also noticing uh and some people inside of our Discord like in the Inner Circle are like yo Tanner I just started posting and it's only getting zero views it's not even pushing to the for you page and and I've seen that a few times and then I even tested it myself I saw the same thing for like a couple days there's zero views on the things and then it felt like it kind of unlocked and then I just kept posting sticking to the plan and went from there um now this is definitely a delayed gratification strategy but it's definitely worth it uh you know because I want you to stick to a plan with this and really make it work you know for me with digital products and scaling the best model is the hybrid model where you do organic content and paid ads combined when you do these things combined it makes your paid ads you know the the return for me is much higher the row as um plus not all eggs are in one basket and uh you know it's it's just a cool thing to do because usually you launch ads you know it doesn't take a ton of time to manage that you do organic you know you could always be doing something else so when you do both of them [ __ ] now I got two traffic sources I'm learning about my audience what they like what they don't like what they want and I can cater towards that make sales with the business grow everybody's happy um so Tik Tok account set up all right so here's what the think there's there's two variations here you either live in the USA or you don't and I'm just going to teach it for here let's just let's just say in a in a scenario you want to Target United States you want to Target these areas how are you going to do that if you don't live in the United States so if you live in the USA you can open up a new Tik Tok account right now don't worry about the username or that kind of thing yet I'll I'll get to that um but you can just open up a new Tik Tok account simple if you don't and you want to Target the USA um this is what I'm recommending right now um what I would recommend is you take a device that you don't really use that much or you don't use for something it could be an Android device an iPhone an iPad uh some type of you know mobile device and then you factory reset it and then once it's reset uh which want to do is get a paid VPN nordvpn is fine connect to United States download the Tik Tok app open up an account only do this when you're connected to the VPN and then you should be you should have your account origin as United States um there's not really a way to check this specifically until you start posting exactly uh or you start posting you know a few times you'd be able to check this but um that's what some of my people have done and it's worked well for me or for them um for me I live I mean pretty much in the states so um it makes the process simpler uh yeah I don't want to over complicate that process now after your accounts actually open the next thing is the setup for uh your display right so your your profile picture and your bio and these two things right here so how are we going to do this now the old way used to be like oh for a store or something I'm just going to put like a logo up there um but there's you know a better way to go about this now when it comes to your profile picture bio and I forgot the username so for username we can keep this pretty simple actually in whatever Niche you're you're in so I kind of have these simple prompts that I I will use so let's say I go over here to chat GPT and I'm going to do this prompt right here I'm creating a Tik Tok page that creates content around the topic of blank Niche I'm going say women that make money online because too we're going to think about our page is not going to be a page that's like we're not trying to build a community of people that um you know are just talking about the idea of making money on we want it to like be a representation of what's possible and kind of Drive these people to become uh you know from doubters to supporters to supporters to buyers and go from there so let's just see what these 10 short username uh ideas are net she earns webwise women e fem funds digital Diva dollars click chick cash online Queens wealth feem Fortune net um 10 more please I don't really love any of these cyber she clash cash flow cyberella profit Pixies online money Maven Matrix earnings impr press let me see earn Elite ladies I mean honestly out of all these earn Elite ladies is probably the best but I don't love them let's let's mess around a little bit more here I'm C on the topic of women that make money online from home home hustle heroins what the hell domestic dollar Divas cozy cash Queens Heth Hustlers Kasa cash ladies Homestead hustle I like Homestead hustle Homestead hustle Homestead not the hive part um so I mean here's a couple ideas just on here usually what you do you go through here you'll can see different ideas and honestly it's it's usually not picking one of these exactly it's never really spit out like a perfect one um usually sometimes it's mixing a couple things just keeping it simple I'm just trying to you know usually like some type of alliteration like Homestead hustle kind of sounds good I like that it's easy to remember um you know other times it is uh like something like net Nest earnings or virtue vix and vault is just a little too complicated in my opinion um you know Homestead hustle kind of works or if you already went from day four yesterday and you already came up with the domain name you can do something kind of similar here um you know it doesn't have to match up exactly don't over complicated just have a simple username like I would look for Homestead hustle um you know if this wasn't available then I would probably try a variation like homestead. hustle um and that would you know probably be available um all right so let's just say that's what we're going to do for our username Homestead hustle okay but how are we going to cater that towards women so we're going to do next what we can do is a profile picture um and bi will go to next but the profile picture thing I think is interesting so the AI tool I use for generating content and going through with this process is mid Journey so mid journey is like an image generating artificial intelligence tool Tanner can I use this one can I use that one do I have to use mid Journey look I don't use other ones I use mid Journey so that's what I'm going to recommend um and that's what I I teach my people to do so that's what I'm going to do um so profile picture how are we going to do that with mid journey and turn that into something because for profile pictures right now I don't like to just go ahead and do like a logo on there uh what I like to do is have something that has some type of visual of a person behind it um I've just seen that that kind of you know I don't know it just creates more relatability I guess to the people when they're scrolling and they see the profile picture because sometimes people see a profile picture on a page and they're like oh it's just like a it's just a brand it's just something like being promoted it's not anything like an actual person or anything like really of value like what we have to do is is treat this like a theme page to start off uh and I'm taking through this process of building this page so most of you guys that are like I don't have any money to spend and I just want to you know make sales with Organic then this is going to be you know this is the the video for you um and you know that's what I I teach my people to do is to do this first because it teaches you so much um about your audience and what they want and what they like and then that same skill set can go over and apply to your paid ads when you get to that point um so let's go over here and do profile picture now uh so here in mid Journey my DMs what we can do we'll type in Imagine and there's a little bit of a prompt structure that I like to think of usually what I'll do is like a a face looking to the side um because we're going to be putting text over this I'm going to show you how it works um and when you put a face to the side instead of head on when I know that I'm putting text over a picture I don't want it to be like a a face head on I would like it side because it just kind of creates more contrast um so it's easier to read um that's something a lot of people mess up with when they try to replicate this strategy is they just make it where it's not easily readable um so uh I'm going to say what I'm going to choose here is happy middleaged woman looking to the side in home office positive light shining on her comma scene uh I'm just going to see what this one does to be honest um basically what I'm doing here is just generating it's going to generate four different variations I'm just imagining for my profile picture you know if we had to imagine a character like imagine that imagine that this page had a personal brand attached to it like there was an actual person attached to it what does that actually look like what does that ideal person look like if it's for women that are uh making money from home who is like the the mascot of this um and again it doesn't have to be perfect um let's just see like what what options kind of match our ideal customer I think when we were doing the ideal customer breakdown for this idea was like 25 to 35 year old damn they did an old lady on here [ __ ] all right let's let's redo this here imagine um selfemployed 30y old woman looking to the side happily self-employed 30-year-old woman looking to the side um what I put inh home office positive light shining on her comma scene all right give me something better here baby this one looks M if this this is middleaged this looks like 70 damn damn and then basically what we're going to do from here is we're going to have an image and then we're going to drag it over to canva we're going to lower the brightness we're going to add the text over for the name of our our user or handle and then we're going to throw it on there it's a profile picture then we'll do the bio and then we'll get into the actual like what are you going to be posting and I got some examples and things that will show on there all right what do we got here all right definitely doesn't look as old H which one do I like the best if I'm struggling with the decision like this I'm like hm I don't know which one I like the best usually I do is like a countdown I'll be like three two one all right I'm going do variations of the first one see what else it comes up with because sometimes you know you just get stuck on a decision so I either do a countdown like that like 3 2 1 make a decision or I flip a coin heads or tails hey Siri flip a coin heads or tails and it'll tell me which one it chooses let's see what variations there are and then we'll just choose one of these next ones this completely fine any of these could be used I mean maybe not this one I don't love it's a little bit too Z zoomed out um so let's check out some of these and then we'll be all good to go oh for sure for sure all right one two 3 4 I'mma do number stop being a perfectionist and messing with this for a long time um if I was doing this probably my actual account I probably would stay on here a little bit longer maybe I'll try different fonts I'm going to test different images um and then it we get to a point where I'm like yo Tanner you're spending too much time on this just start with this because this is fine Homestead hustle um and now we'll go on to the next thing so that way we can keep it moving because remember this is something that can always be changed and it it's not going to be uh the deal breaker here as we get moving so you know I like this I think the font could be changed I think we could do a different image where we zoom out a little bit so her face is going to be um you know a little bit more up here um and kind of like you know this and then maybe it's you know there there's options to mess with but honestly if I'm like where I'm at right now in my mind I'm like all right Tanner you're spending too much time on this just put this move on we could tell it's a female and then if you really hate it later on we'll adjust it but we have a figure here so it's not just the text and then a blank background people don't think it's a store instead we just have the text here we have the you know person there the the character and you know that's good that's good okay all right now now I'm okay with it all right now the next thing here we can do is the we have the username we have the profile picture what are we going to put for the bio because look you can't put a link in BIO until you have a thousand followers so if you're over here putting um oh [ __ ] I forgot to tell you too by the way whenever you make your Tik Tok account do not make it a business account and number two turn on the insides turn on the DMS don't turn into a business account um anyways bio all right so here's what I like to do for Bio don't be putting your URL in there or anything like that like look I'm not even talking about selling right now yet this is just communicating to the audience if you know how to communicate you can know how to sell many people think they know how to communicate and then they try to sell but they don't know how to communicate so their ads fail their organic fails so you you got to learn these things first and and be comfortable with it and whatever Niche it is like this is a niche that I mean I don't really know like the woman money-making space um but that's why I'm just kind to I'm doing it here with you um so chat chbt again let's make it simple I'm going to say this write five short on sentence lines that describe women that make money online from home so you know how we talked about yesterday in store that Banner at the top that's like an end outcome statement so that's basically what we want to do you know something similar here for the bio of the Tik Tok because we want people to um you know follow like people follow pages that they they find interesting and relate to like they don't they don't want to if someone wants to become someone that a woman that makes money from home online and they don't they don't want to follow a page that's like come come uh join the community of people that are are hustling and trying to make money no they want to they want to join a community and follow a page that's actually about that actual outcome um so see here empowered from their living room they transform passions into paychecks okay every we click they weave the web success balancing life and livelihood they redefine what it means so let's let's just come up with the name too what we Homestead hustle um what's a good name to call to label women that make money from home online and then what's the opposite make the names more understandable for the average woman viewer hope I don't get cancelled for this ah I see I see I see I just got the idea here's what we're going to do we're going to call we have boss babes and we have nine to five women we got we got boss babes and nine to FS that's what we're going to say let me put this in my notes we got boss babes versus nine to FS now this is going to come into play more just kind of hang tight so let's say here um what we got here power from their living room they transform passions into pay checks from kitchen tables The Weave web Suess so I like this one the best it's just pretty straightforward but uh instead of they redefine what it means to be a working women woman may you I'll put a thing like this like okay boss babes you know like thinking like your audience like uh what did Logan Paul call his people Logan paulers what did fousy tube call his damn I can't remember boss babes redefine what it means to be a working woman okay bio profile picture maybe now you know now this gives me ideas how I could redo the page name or something to make it more boss babish kind of vibe um which is possible Homestead hustle all right well I got the framework right here now for you for like actual account setup um all this is pretty pretty simple I would say if you have any questions about it can let me know in the comments I'm going to do my best to get back to all of them but now I want to talk about actual post strategy because um this is definitely like the most most important part of it um and what I will say too before we actually get into posting like before you post on one of these accounts you want to warm it up a little bit uh because if you just make this account and you start you know just spamming posts Tik Tok will probably just kind of see it as spam or whatever and they won't push anything out um so I I always recommend people that make a new account to spend a couple days like logged into that account uh you know scroll through post you can go look at other pages in your Niche and see what they're posting you know save some posts follow a couple Pages like some things um and basically just actually spend time on the platforms now you may you might notice like yo Tanner I tried to follow this page and it wouldn't let me yep it's pretty common for new accounts like this like they're they're just making sure and taking precaution that this isn't an actual spam account so you want to spend time on the actual platform on that account so use it like it was your personal account um you know and and warm it up a bit that's going to be best thing to do before you actually start posting and um now knowing what to post so let's break some some common like misconceptions about organic content and make sales with it like I would say most people believe tend to believe that the most important part of a Tik Tok going viral to make sales is the visual aspect like the video or the image actually matters the most but realistically what matters the most is the type of script and another thing to think about too and I kind of already mentioned it but is about learning how to communicate before you can actually sell so one thing that going to happen is you might go into this and think oh Tanner's teaching this one if I make a that equals a sale so post equals sale post equals sale but then you start posting and you realize oh post doesn't equal sale post doesn't equal sale and then it goes one of two ways you either give up you stop posting or you make a breakthrough and what's the difference well the difference is that the people that make a breakthrough understand that we're not controlling the outputs all we're doing is we're treating this as a theme page growing an audience we're just speed running to over a, followers so you can build a little bit of an audience before we start selling on here and you know this is something that you you got to do consistent every single day you got to be posting on here uh to actually you know make this make this work and you know you want to have a post when you make a post it should have an objective uh when I make a post I'm saying okay is this a value post is this like a political post that's you know dividing the the two different sides of you know boss babes versus 9o FS is it just entertainment like is it just relating and and telling these the audience what they want to hear you know what type of post is it and when I do that and I have an objective now it just becomes more of an actual uh you know process that that can be followed and not just hey I'm posting ten or why is it not working but you have no idea what you're posting or why you're posting it you're just you know you're just posting just expecting to make sales from it or expecting to go viral but you kind of have to have an objective when you have this belief this objective like I'm going to gain over a th000 followers just from seeing this video that Tanner made and I'm going to make sales from it I believe that and I'm just going to put in the work and and I know I'll get there um and you know as I get his feedback and all this stuff then great like you're you will get it at some point absolutely versus the people that just say I'm I'm just going to do it right now and I want it in one day in two days in 3 days in one week um and typically when you believe that hard and just an outcome you are going to get it so now let's talk about what are the the different things that we're going to be um you know posting about so we talked about doubters supporters and buyers those are like the three different audience types um that we're going to have when it comes to the people that are actually viewing our content um and basically there's different ways to attract these the way you attract your doubters is by creating triggering posts so women that are skeptical about this even being real that would be like here's all right let me just go this route so basically how I always structure a post is with a script um then we'll go over like the actual stuff um you know there's slideshows and there's videos I'm going to focus on slideshows here today because that's going to be the easiest for you to do starting out and it's it's actually pretty simple the most important part is writing winning scripts now a winning script is not just something that is making sales a winning script is just something I consider to um you know make a breakthrough whether that gets 10,000 views um whether it gets you know a bunch of Engagement shares likes comments you know that that is what I consider a winning script one that just performs better than other posts that you're making and I always start a post with a winning script um and a winning script starts with a good hook and your hook like the hook is the hardest part the rest of the content is actually easy so um a hook is just based off of being for supporters or buyers so if I wanted to do a hook to attract doubters which is going to be like a cold audience then what I'm going to do is create some type of you know dividing uh hook so um it could be something like let me see here like uh political hook to attract doubters could be why boss babes are better than women working nine to FES so you see how this is like it's basically a political statement is where it creates some type of division it's not something that is just an always true statement like we can say that we are on planet Earth right like that's a pretty uh you know simple blanket statement but then you you know you have flat earthers and you got round earthers right so that creates controversy and and it attracts different sides the doubters so um you know if if I make a video about the Earth is round and and it goes viral it's going to attract also people that are doubters people that believe the Earth is flat and then it creates this controversy but now they're listening to a side of my side of the Earth is round and maybe that's going to turn some of those people from doubters into supporters and then maybe even buyers in the future so with this why boss babes are better than women working on to FES uh you know the comments going be like women should be supporting women no matter what they're doing um just because you have a business doesn't mean that you're better than others uh you know N9 to fers are you know work harder than entrepreneurs you know whatever you're creating this like you know triggering effect uh which it does get views now this is not a post you don't want to do every post like this but this is the type of post that is going to attract doubters um now let's do like a supporters uh so for supporters hook to attract oops so I would call this like entertaining hook to attract the supporters which in this case is like people that find it interesting but don't really take action it's going to be you know um if you have any of these traits you are a boss babe um so basically what I'm doing is I'm entertaining the thought like supporters typically aren't really committed to a change and actually getting the result but they say they are but they don't do anything about it um so this is kind of entertaining them and entertaining their thoughts and you know just trying to cater more towards them and you know get them into turning into uh you know a buyer at some point so if you say if you have any of these traits you are a boss babe and let's say there's five traits under that okay well now there's going to be five traits and this person watching this is a supporter and they're probably going to you know relate with one or two of the things maybe not all of them but uh you know they get a little dopamine Spike if they say oh this this post says like I'm a boss babe you know like they're going to they're going to like that um another thing to think about too now is for buyers so this is going to be like a value hook um to track buyers or just you know kind of keep them uh hooked into your page is basically just like direct like this is honestly the easiest type of hook um you know to is just giving them value on a specific topic so um let's say it's um three steps to getting your first client as a virtual assistant or whatever whatever it is you know you'll rotate these topics so now this is attracting buyers because you're giving actionable information it's valuable and that's it it's value so value is always going to basically you know this is the one that's going to be saved the most like you'll notice the most saves um entertaining is going to you're going to see the most like likes and you'll get followers from this um and then this one will get the most comments and usually not a lot of followers if you do get followers it's good but you know basically these are just the main three different types of posts that you're going to be doing so let's take a look um at some different examples here so I pulled up like a bunch of different Tik Tok pages that are not doing exactly how I'm going to teach you but like the goal is to basically take what someone's doing and do it better so I mean let's just see uh for example like what this type of thing is here this is for a stoic page you can achieve anything you just need to start simple enough I would consider this like that's a pretty weak script let's take a look here this is good three ways God is signaling you have a bigger Destiny to fulfill one look so this is like exactly what I'm trying to explain here when it comes down to uh like basically catering to the supporters like you're basically just relating to them and the feelings uh you know that they have so this says Okay um three ways God is signaling you have a bigger Destiny to fulfill and explaining this reason this reason this reason people relate to it and then this is kind of like what a a call to action looks like you know for a certain type of product um you can see people are saving it people are engaging with it uh you know kind of as I I explained there and you know that's something good pretty straightforward um some other Pages here stoic rule stoic rule number 15 by Marcus arus okay the things you think about okay this is cool this is more just kind of quotes sharing think of yourself as a puppet always hoping for luck to strike now realize that luck isn't some Divine Lottery maybe this I would consider this more so kind of like a value kind of post um different stoic ones on here that I see this one's telling a story stories are good uh F fatales so okay this is good for like women so a value post is like this how to drive him crazy boom boom boom but I want you to think about this what we're going to be doing is slideshows so it's going to have a hook on the first slide and then it's going to slide to the other things like the uh you know example I showed right here um so this nobody's this is supporters now I want to see some trigger some political all right right here this is a good example of a hook that is triggering smart girls marry money because of course not everybody believes that so if this post tends to go a little bit more viral then what's going to happen is cool people are going to be like oh not all smart girls marry money you know so that is going to cause a triggering effect you see they're posting here they have their own style but I'm going to show you a better way to do this with even just slideshows um this person doing slideshows here psychology facts this gu use the same song on every post so the thing with this is that basically all of these are like it's just entertaining it's just all like information you're not getting people's emot like when when emotions are high is when you create the most like stuff going on with going viral um empowered women this page was actually made literally yesterday look at this one day ago this one already got half a million views almost um just kind of a quote all right so now what I want to do after I've shown you know a few examples here hopefully this makes more sense uh I want to explain you know kind of how can we expand upon you know a a hook here um and in generating the rest of the content because that's going to be something that uh you know what we want to do and look creating the rest of a content of a hook is actually probably one of the the easiest things to do um so like for example here if you have any of these traits you are a boss babe let me just do this for example like after you get familiar with the you'll be able to do this yourself and you can look at other pages in your Niche and what's going viral for them but you can also get ideas here and say something like this um I'm creating a slideshow post on Tik Tok with four slides this is the hook for slide one give me three traits of a boss babe give me three traits of a boss babe one for each remaining slide complete the script who the hell is spamming me on Discord uh slide two trait one resilience you bounce back from setback stronger than ever turning every challenge into opportunity to grow and Thrive trait number two Innovation your creative problem solver you inspire motivate those around you lead by example amazing exactly what I needed so now we have the rest of the script so now if we're going to go and complete this script and turn it into an actual post we have a hook we have this and you know after you do this more you kind of have the Streamline process you can do it over and over and just kind of have these collections of scripts and rotate between posts you know for the supporters the doubters and the buyers so this is one for um the supporters I believe we put yep to attract the supporters and now we have a complete script so a script is going to be this is the hook the rest here is going to be for slide two slide three and slide four and now you're probably wondering I just realiz said slide floor um you're probably wondering now how do we actually piece this together into an actual Poe what sound what images how do I do that part so um let's get into that side right now because what we're going to be doing is continuing to use mid Journey mid journey is good and basically what you want to do is just kind of have characters shown throughout the post in the background and you'll be basically um you know generating these images with you know kind of emotions based upon uh what it is that is being put in here so um let's do something like this if we know all right slide number one is going to be if you have any of these traits you are a boss babe and just imagine to like the slide is going to look um you know like like these behind here oops like this so let me do a good one here let's go back let's go here imagine and I'm going to do 25 to 30y old boss babe woman walking from a distance towards me I don't know what it'll say to that um in I'll do abundant Vibes Studio light shining on her scene then did I do that right yeah um so you see how I added here at the end this-- 916 so basically now what you can do is when you generate the images you can manage the aspect ratio of the things that come out so that way uh when we upload these and use it on Tik Tok then it will be a um like in the right aspect ratio that we're looking for now one thing that's going to happen when you're posting on Tik Tok before you post it'll be like is this AI content and you don't need to um check that I've never checked I don't know what the difference is to be honest um all right I guess I I did the aspect ratio wrong what did I do wrong I need to put a space there this is actually good though this is what I was looking for um I think I did the aspect ratio wrong let me let me check my images here double check double check what I mess up refresh yeah I messed it up I messed it up I messed it up I think I just need to put the space imagine all right let's see if un what am I am I doing too many dashes what am I messing up here anyways I like out of all of these for the hook what have as our our hook here if you have any of these traits you are a boss babe number three looks like a boss babe right now look I've tested a lot like doing a picture from like behind on the first slide versus a slide forward um or like facing forward and facing forward tends to always um work better all right this is annoying me why why am I not do I have any other recent ones on this account oh I'm dumb bro I didn't put the actual I forgot to put aspect ratio no wonder sorry guys being an amateur here all right now we should be good to go um and now we'll get it at the the right aspect ratio now look like there there's technically you could do it as squares and put the text on there but honestly it's just performs better when you have them like full aspect ratio um and you know at this point what I like I'm I'm not the one that's always doing all the posts and stuff and generating the content because it is something that can be repetitive and but it's a skill set that you want to learn and get get comfortable with doing first before you Outsource it to someone else um so that way you know how this actually works like people ask me should I hire someone to build my store no I say like look just like Brute Force through it at first like do all these things yourself because if you Outsource someone you don't know how it works then you're not going to know if someone's doing a good job a bad job and that's how a lot of people get taken advantage of and I don't want that to happen to you so I want you to you know actually do this and get some type of result with it first so that way then you can actually go ahead and um you know Outsource it at a time where you're getting results with it you're getting sales of course when you're getting sales you're going viral Etc and you have like an idea to do something else to scale the business um then you say hey all right I'm going to Outsource this to someone and I'm going to create the training for it for them like sop stand an operating procedure then they can follow that and go through with it from there um and that's you know how you you scale you delegate simp simple as that um but now I fixed my little mistake here with the aspect ratio look at these 1 2 3 4 um you know the first one I'm going to I'm going to stick with that one so I go out to my images now I have this one here um and you know that's good but I want you to imagine here how this would actually look because on posting on Tik Tok basically what we do is we add the hook or the text that we have um not in the parenthesis but you have this and make sure you put Capital At the beginning of each of these sentences here on the hook one um kind of like well this one doesn't do it but that's how I do it is I always put a capital at the beginning letter there um just to be clean but you're putting the text over it here kind of like in the center and look this is actually super simple when you go on Tik Tok and you do this um like you you choose slideshow you have your post generated so this slide would have or would have four slides I'll show you like how to do the next one um but then you go on here you got text you just paste the text and it'll literally put it in the center at the right size you don't even need to adjust it really like for real it just it does it that simple and what I'm noticing too is right now Tik Tok is doing an absolutely amazing job is at choosing the right sound like it'll automatically add a sound on there related to the niche that you're in um now to be honest I'm seeing this like I'm doing this with an account that that's already been running for a while and it's doing that by itself so I'm not sure to be honest on new accounts if it's still doing it like good like that or if it just kind of takes some time to notice what you like and what's performing on your page um but yeah anyways slide number one there now let's imagine we need to generate the second slide here um which is going to be for Innovation you're a creative Problem Solver always saying outside the box to achieve your goals and stand out in the digital world okay cool trait number two Innovation um so let me go over here I'm just going to rework this one here and you kind of want to think too of how can you have an emotion be displayed in in a slide that that relates to the text on there um so if this is about the what's it called here wait resilience would be the next one but I think I copied Innovation or I was talking about Innovation 20 to5 to 30-year-old boss bab woman and really what we're going to change is not the studio light shining on her abundant Vibes old boss babe Innovative woman thinking outside the box see what comes up with this here right so this would be for slide number two and then we'll talk about some call to actions and different things like that on how how that works and how this actually turns into direct sales right now I'm just showing you you know how to actually create scripts how to turn that into post and then um go from there um because yeah this is like the this is kind of the thing that most people don't understand how to do um so we'll go there how are you guys liking the digital Drop Shipping boot camp so far though valid let me know all right so we chose this one as the first one and look it doesn't have to be the same character you know it doesn't have to be the same at all I'm liking this damn they're showing cleavage in all these um here Innovative let me look back at here if this was for Innovation you're a creative Problem Solver always sing outside the box find new ways to achieve your goals um right here you know boss bab Vibes kind of number two three four I like this third one but I wish it was looking the other way so maybe I would maybe I would download this one and then in my camera roll you can flip it like if you're so if you have an iPhone and you save this and you go to your camera roll for this one right here then you click edit and then there'll be like a little mirror like you can click a button uh in the edit so it'll mirror it so then she'll just be facing the other way because I'm just imagining here if this is slide one I want her instead of them both looking that same way this is just kind of OCD in my head but I would want it to show the other way um and that's how I would do it so have slide two and um you know it kind of fits this boss babes kind of vibe of these women that want to make money from home or women women that are making money from home um from there now two one thing that you will think about uh I'll give one more example here for generating images and scripts so that way you can still have an idea for the different types um so if you are doing like a comparison like why boss babes are better than women working 9 to5 um then you know there's going to be a difference like the images we're generating are like boss babes women making money from home online but what if we want to show you know the the contrary to that so actually I think it wouldn't be um be too difficult to do that so let me go here and say we want to like put some emotion into it so 25 to 30y Old tired n to oops 9 to five working woman what's the opposite of abundant my mind's so abundant I don't even know abundant what's the opposite of abundant frugal frugal Vibes I don't know let's see what this this probably G to come up with some sad ass image to be honest um but sometimes it's what you're doing you're catering towards the emotion and what I highly suggest all of you guys do is in your Niche just look for different pages in your Niche like the way I found all these different accounts is I just searched up like these terms right here so I searched up like uh let's say like FY or I think I searched up like here like um boss babes and I see these different accounts right here like this like okay women millionaire let's see what they're posting all right when you stop chasing people and things you will start to attract only the best for you you know these don't really have full scripts and you know I think that's why right now Tik Tok is definitely favoring like longer watch time and not just these quick quick like super fast-paced things um um this is a cool script because it's kind of a story my mother raised me and the sweetest person but if you mess with me I will show you why I have my father's last name so also this kind of script is cool like you know stories um yeah I don't want to distract you too much man that ain't what I want that ain't what I want let me I'm not going to give up on this yet because I wanted I want it to be done right I wanted to show you um 25 to 30 year old woman with a full-time job just got home from work and is tired slouching at table dark light or what do you call a lamp light shining on her let's see what this comes up with here yeah um and then next thing like I said we're going to talk about here as that kind of builds up is called to action so how this actually turn into sales so how do this turn into sales Tanner does this turn into sales Tanner that's a good question how does this turn into sales so the way this turns into sales is as you do this and stay consistent I recommend all of you stick to a plan the plan that I recommend you all do and what I teach in faceless Content Mastery which is like my cheap new course where I go through all this stuff it's just like 10 lessons couple hours of just like to the point value content on there um and basically on there uh what I teach is to do a 30-day plan so like 30-day plan okay you're going to be posting two slideshows a day one video per day you do this for 30 days you're going to get a result and with it there's like a a notion template one of my students made you can keep track of the performance the audiences um and all that good stuff and the people that keep up with it do get a result the people that don't keep up with it they make excuses they don't get a result with it but just imagine like you're posting on social media you're making social media posts you're doing this from your phone or your computer like you have people literally slaving away to make you know small amounts of money so if you can't delay some Gra ification to start off now and you know build this up then you know there's a Bigg bigger problem at hand and you don't really want the result um I know a lot of you want it easy you want to just spend money on ads and just expect to make a bunch of sales um but the reality is that this organic is not only leading to sales and traffic for you in the future but also teaching you you know what triggers your doubters because it's probably not going to be the first uh script that you make but after you do this more you'll figure out the ones that do work same thing what provides value to your audience what entertains your audience like as you test more hooks that's what you're going to see because let's say you post and on average you're getting a th000 views and then all of a sudden you have one that gets 10,000 views that's a win you can tell okay that's something that's working so I'm going to recreate this post um while still posting every day new stuff and I'm going to recreate the ones that's you know getting uh you know existing engagement and content and this kind of has this Snowball Effect where you just keep doing this and one cool thing about it is let's say you you're averaging 10,000 views of post and then all of a sudden one of them gets 500,000 those 500,000 views are now going to boost the rest of your views because some of those people are going to be going to your page and also Tik Tok will show more of your post to the same viewers if they're if it has good watch time because Tik Tok just wants be able to stay on the platform as long as possible so you're doing everything you can here to um you know keep people on the platform and you're learning these things about your audience when you go to advertise you go to do anything with your product like you know so much more and you know you can play this longer term game with selling the digital products um all right this is exactly what I was looking for right here uh 25 to 30-year-old woman with a full-time job just got home from work his tired slouching at table lamp light shining on her scene aspect ratio 916 um you know this is good maybe I would make the age a little bit older because this looks like very young um but you can see like how awesome this is and how it can generate these things and you can you know really um you know you know really hit into these emotions of the these different scripts that you're creating instead of just doing like what everybody else is doing like you know most everybody else just takes some other random background content they have the same kind of pages like they're just doing the same thing all the time they don't really have objectives like this guy's objective is to go viral and to sell his stuff but I know his stuff isn't selling because it's just like this isn't the type of content that's leading up for the process like what I'm teaching you here is a process of organic content taking someone from doubter to supporter to buyer and the way you do that is you just you rotate between these different types of posts and you have objectives with each post you're making and once you see one work you can continue to do it more and more and more um so you know that's a it's a really cool thing here and um you know the way now that this turns into sales is the first first thing I want you to do is set a plan so if it's a 30-day plan you're posting three times a day great stick to that and at some point you're probably going to hit th000 followers that's the next step you hit to 1 th000 followers all right now we can start to introduce some different call to actions that you know could play into monetization you can add a link in bio for your offer you know more about your audience so now you can start to you know introduce your product at the end of some of these slideshows so just like this one on here um we can see you know at the end there's a little call to action okay this is where you would promote your product and look it's not saying like go to a Linkin bio it's not doing that because Tik Tok doesn't really like like go heavy linol bio but when people want more they will search for more just like in this digital Drop Shipping boot camp right now the people that want to learn more from me and they want to like you know get personal help from me and get the mentorship stuff like they'll join the inner circle on Discord because you can ask me a question whatever and I'll actually answer and that's just where you know people get access to my time um and you know for people that want more they get more and I don't need to like push it as this crazy thing and do this crazy sales process because when you do that um organically like on organic content it turns people away because what happens here is like when someone sees an organic post they know it's not an ad so if they get any hint that this is an ad then they're immediately skipping by it just like you ever watch you know like a YouTube video and a brand deal comes up and you just skip through it I know I do this for some people I follow you know you just skip through it because that's what not what you're there for you know an ad when you actually run ads people see it as an ad so they know it's an and they know it's for a product so you can beat more direct with the the advertising and you're doing the words you tell them to go and buy the product um but with Organic here that's not the case you know organic here is people are actually uh you know expecting to they're they're looking at post and they're expecting what's in it for me so by having you know little Promos in different ways at the end of the at the end of some of the post now you're introducing it you know in a more natural way and the people that make it to the end of the post are going to be more qualified than you know um you know a person that that doesn't make it to the end um so that's why uh you know this is you know kind of the way to do it with these call to actions now there's other call to actions I recommend you do um you know as you're moving towards that thousand follower Mark um and those are not call to actions for your product but more so call to actions to promote your page like you know incentivizing shares or comments you can ask people you know what do you think um so let's say like at the end of a slide what I could do is like add here let's say this is a last slide okay I could add another little text here at the bottom in a different color uh text maybe like yellow and then uh say like you know let me know what you think below and you know you put a little arrow so people will comment their thoughts or you say uh send this to someone that needs to hear it uh or you know double tap if this Rings true to you you know things like that just kind of incentivizing different points of Engagement something small but can make a difference you know you're not doing it in a pushy way uh I think the worst way to do it is where you're you're asking for something at the very beginning like you know you say oh here's a hook oh uh follow me if you like this you know people are going to see this and like what the hell why would I that's what I hate seeing when YouTubers are like welcome to the video make sure you subscribe before we get into this video I'm like dog the point of subscribing is when you like someone's content after you watch the content why would I subscribe before I watch the content bro come on now that's the point the the content has to give the value and um you know that's that's that that's your organic content I want to show you this strategy give you my thoughts behind it um and this is something you should always be doing I I never miss a day I'm always uh doing my organic content you know even you guys follow me on Instagram my personal digital drop shippers I'm documenting my day every day I'm posting value on there I'm posting lifestyle Clips I'm doing my thing on there because I just want to show at the end of the day consistency wins and personal development for yourself when you when you got yourself dialed in it makes everything else easier all the business stuff the or the the theme Pages the selling digital products making digital products like when you're just dialed in as you you can do whatever the hell you want and I know I talked more about it in the the day one mindset but I figured I'd throw it back at you here just as a little reminder but go apply this stuff let me know how this works for you um and if you have any products how the hell do you run paid ads for a digital product you know the typical drop shippers is going to go out there steal some ads some content from other people for whatever product they're selling they're going to piece some stuff together and you know just hope that they're going to make sales using other people's content and then maybe that turns into something in the future now if you're even lucky enough to make sales doing that you know you're putting yourself in a position uh not to scale and I know that because I've been there it's not sustainable um and that's why we're here and well that's why I'm here right now at least making this video is because um you know I quit Drop Shipping the normal way to do digital instead and um it's been you know so much better for me um you know less headaches from the people more profits I mean can't really get much simpler than that when it comes to decision- making on which one you would want to choose but um there's a several main components that we're going to go through today that I got for you uh and it's going to be all about running ads meta ads creatives the setup all that stuff uh Facebook ads you know as I like to think about it more so um and that's just it's my favorite ad platform you know I've done Tik Tok ads actually in 2020 I set myself on a mission I was like I'm GNA I want to run ads on every single platform Kora Twitter uh Reddit Snapchat Facebook Pinterest all these platforms I'm going to run ads on them and I did and you know what my consensus was after all that Facebook ads are still the best that's where I've spent the most money the most time the most effort and even at a time where in uh you know 2021 and even early 2022 when people were [ __ ] on Facebook ads and you know it was not that good people were saying that's where I was still putting my focus and still getting the most results talking about it even on my YouTube channel here and you know wasn't a popular topic um but it's still something to this day that I use that I run and that's why I'm going to talk about and teach it because it's something that I've actually done gotten experience with and that's why I want to talk about it so um when it comes to running ads on Facebook um you know the first step to it really and we'll get into nitty-gritty of course but uh the first step here is of course a business manager now already know what's going to happen here so if you just go to Facebook business. face.com you'll come up to you know a little page that looks like this um and then you know what I would want you to do is to go to uh over here to all tools and then go over here to settings and then you're going to going to see all this stuff maybe it looks a little bit different for you um and you know maybe what's going to happen is you're going to go over here and you're going to go over here and see oh this is disabled that's not good well what if I'm restricted this that you know basically this Facebook profile right here that I'm logged into right now as an example is absolutely restricted this thing is dunzo I messed it up you know years ago uh when I didn't know about running ads and I basically was just running against policies and you know they permanently disabled me from running ads on here but uh you know that could have led to one or two one or two things I could have either just been like all right I can't run Facebook ads anymore I'm out or to find a solution to it and I found a solution that's worked amazing for me and I wouldn't recommend that to you it's in a way where you don't have to use agency accounts you don't have to be paying a bunch of money to do this you know I I just want to teach the way that uh I've done it and has you know worked for me consistently and safely and that's what I think is most important um now let me I guess preface by this not everybody's going to be restricted not everybody's going to have be disabled if you can appeal it then appeal it if you are restricted um but um you know Facebook values accounts that have been around for a little while so if you have a Facebook profile you never ran ads on it and damn look at that mosquito on my hand part two didn't this happen last video need the macros um anyways uh you might be able to come on here and you'll see that your account is good to go you've had an account around for a couple years and you're going to run ads on it great um you know I would go here and what's going to happen is you're going to open up your business manager um and well let me tell you first how I mitigate being restricted first then I'll talk about like the assets we need to create so one of two situations here you're either restricted with no appeal or not restricted and can run ads if you're not restricted great if you are restricted with no appeal this is how you do it so here's what I've done instead of doing the AGC accounts and all that you know wild stuff instead what I did is I went over to my buddy I said yo yo Vince do you mind if I use your Facebook account on the business side I gave you 50 bucks oh bro you got have to pay me more than that all right 100 bucks yeah let's do it bro all right give me the login then I got to login but I didn't just log in right there on my phone or on my normal browser or normal window what I did now look all this is superstition but it's worked for me so just listen here um what I do is I open a private browser private browser or private window on my browser and I logged in only on my Wi-Fi like my home Wi-Fi or hotspot and I say that right now just because when I travel I'm not like connecting on other Wi-Fi and stuff I'm I'm just using my Hotspot um but anyways I basically pay paid I've done it with a few people where I pay you know friends that I have from school back win or family member say Hey you know can I throw you a couple bones to use the business side of your Facebook you're not even going to notice I'm using it um you know I just need it because I I yeah I just need it usually they don't ask questions like yeah throw me 50 bucks 100 bucks whatever they don't really care these people aren't running ads um and then what I do is I go in there on a private window I add two- Factor authentication with my own device so that way even if they want to log in they have to go through me and Facebook just likes two Factor authentication anyways and now I have a Facebook profile I'm logged into and it's not mine and now a pro thing you can do too as well is you get a picture of this person's ID because there will be a point that comes if you're using someone else's account where you're running ads whatever and they're just going to ask verification that this profile is actually you know the person and so if you just have that ID on standby you can upload that when the time comes around to make sure that it's verified uh and good to go um and basically what happens is now once you're logged in on a private private window and this Facebook profile that's not yours and you want to use it on the business side well you have to take precautions now when you're taking precautions there's there's two things to explain you have precautions for people that have ran ads before and got disabled um so that type of precaution would be okay on this new account you're not going to use the same domain you're not going to use the same payment method uh you're not going to use the same anything basically that anything that Facebook could track back the only thing they don't really track as much is like name on a payment method per se um so I've noticed I've noticed that and what you want to do is make the asset slow now I just try to explain that as best as I can as far as like if you're restricted um but for people that aren't restricted and watching this like Tanner this is boring move on already like this isn't of value to me um so we'll kind of move on here together and just kind of sum it up in the fact that I pay people that I know uh to use their Facebook profile on the business side I add my own two Factor authentication I get a picture of their ID and I only log in and use this on a private window my own Wi-Fi or my Hotspot now what's the next step the next step is actually creating the assets so to run ads you need a few things you need a page Facebook page you need an ad account and you need a data set which is you know basically a Facebook pixel it tracks all the data of what's going on so what happens is once you're in the um business settings you go over here into these sides and you'll see you can create a page cool create a page create a ad account but when you're doing this I don't want you to do this all in one day right now because what happens if you do these things too quickly Facebook will kind of flag it and be like all right this is sus this is sussy busy I need to I need to restrict this account um but instead when you do these things slow like all right today I'm going to make the page and open the ad account cool tomorrow I'm going to add the payment method to the ad account and I'm going to create the data set cool delayed gratification here look it's just precautions I don't want your [ __ ] to get restricted or anything like that I want you to just do this um and these are the things that I've done and done just to make sure that things are good to go and it's work for me so that's why I'm telling it to you here right now um and those are the three things that you need to create now once those things are created um it's it's well we'll move forward these things are simple to create the page you would just put like the name of your uh you know your store ad account it doesn't matter what the name is it doesn't matter what the payment method is data set doesn't matter what the name is we're just going to create that right now and these three three things once they're created we can move on but I will say one thing to pay attention to and be very very careful of um this happens to a lot of newbies a lot of beginners that are just starting out here is they will um go here and they create these things and they start running ads and go through this you know whole type of thing and then they they say Tanner um you know they messaged me and said my stuff's getting disabled like I need to go here and do this and this is what happens these like scam accounts these scammers Fishers these mother they'll go on here and pretend that they're meta and they'll message your page and sometimes you'll get emails from Facebook that this person sent you a message and it'll include this content like they don't even know and they send this information to your email and people click on it this link right if I clicked on this email or this link right now I'd be [ __ ] um you know why well basically what they do here is they pretend that this is meta Community Support it's obviously not and it's a fishing link so what they do here is if you click this they're going to get access to your Facebook profile and the worst case scenario I've seen is people do this that are you know running ads they click on on this link they get in their email or they get in their messages like this and they click on it and then their Facebook profile gets compromised then they go these people go into the ad accounts and they spend money they launch ads to spend money on um their own ads for like their own stores and stuff super scummy right but hey if it's not their ad spend they're going to run it up they don't care what the cost for purchases or anything they're just going to spend as much as they possibly can and you know I've had some friends lose hundreds of thousands of dollars with this hundreds of thousands of dollars and you might think yo Tanner but like they they could just dispute it right like they'll get it back trust me like American Express even you do this and you try to dispute it with with them to to Meta Meta is going to be like no like that that money was spent on your account to reach people here's all the data showing this is how many people are reached this is how many people clicked you know it sucks but this is why it's so important you have two Factor authentication on you don't click these types of links um and just keep this in mind and another little trick or something I could recommend um is something called extend now um I've used this for my American Express uh business credit card so let's say I have this business credit card and um MX gold gives you 4X points on the first 150,000 a year you spend on a certain category which one of those categories can be add so you can get 600,000 points for spending 15K um and let's say I want to put this card on an ad account but I don't want to risk risk you know if let's say my limit well it's a charge card doesn't have a limit but let's say like if I'm a high spender that you know I could run up my balance to $100,000 at any given point if I wanted to and we don't want if in the worst case scenario like I just like to be better to be proactive than reactive instead of someone being able to go in here and just spend a bunch of money and rack it up well instead what can happen is we can use a virtual extend credit card so extend is um this tool you can use and you you connect it through your your credit card I mean I don't know how many providers they have with it I use it for American Express and basically what it does is it gives you a virtual card number uh and you can set rules on it so you can say all right the rule is only for this to be able to Bill a maximum of $1,000 a day so that way you know if someone gets into the at account they start spending money well it's fine they can only spend you know up to $1,000 a day and I'm going to notice it within a day and then you know it's not the actual card it's the um virtual one so it's a little little Tippy tricky thing that you could do um just to kind of be more proactive than reactive I know you know if you've never ran as before you're probably scared now you're like oh my God this so scary like people are going to hack my and take my money um but like this is really it's a it's a rare Com or not a common occurrence it's a rare occurrence um and especially if you do the things I tell you here like the odds of this happening are even rarer um so yeah I just want to make sure you're aware of that now the next step is to do this you have your shop by store already open if you've gone through the days here day four store now we're on day six um this is what you need to do you need to add this to your store now this is Facebook and Instagram extension sales Channel you want to add this um you know it's it's free to install and one thing you're going to notice is well the purpose of this is you go through here and you want to connect your thing but let me tell you this if you have a Facebook profile that you are using that someone else is right now what you want to do is in your Incognito private window log into your Shopify store then connect the the Facebook side because you don't want to go here right now in your normal window and like go connect to your store and then it goes to connect to Facebook and you know it doesn't connect uh you want to you have to do you have to log into a private uh browser with your Facebook that you're logged into so that way you can connect it um and now what's the point of doing this Tanner why am I connecting this here well the purpose is just so you can link up um you know your your conversion pixel inside of the store so that way that'll track all the data they they've made the integration very simple here um so you can see it'll look like this when you go through here now here's what you want to be um not careful with but what's going to happen is here this says set up your shop and the the goal here is you're you're connecting like the Facebook page and the ad account and the pixel and it'll say data sharing minimum uh whatever enhanced maximum I choose maximum and it'll say oh this this store is ineligible for shop but Facebook shop is not something we use for digital products um they don't allow digital products on Facebook shop but it's something they just kind of automatically have as like part of the setup here so you're going to go through with that you're going to go through all these steps it'll say oh this isn't going to work because you can't run digital products on on meta shop um and that doesn't matter because we're not we're not using meta shop has nothing to do with it we're just connecting our business assets here and the data sharing so we can track you know all the stuff that's going on uh with our store you know the people that go to the page view people that do add to carts so many mosquitoes in here checkouts initiated purchases like so we can track these things when we start running ads and we get to that part um so go through with this follow those steps um and once you do that this is what I want you to do here on Google Chrome they have this extension it's called The Meta pixel Helper and the purpose is just to make sure that you've actually installed this correctly because you before you run ads you don't want to not have your pixel set up because then you're not even going to be able to track your results it's not going to be able to optimize exactly how you want it to be and you don't want that to happen you want to be able to track your data so you know what's going on so what's going to happen is let's say this is example store and I refresh this right here I want to make sure that my pixel is installed all good this isn't my store but we see oh my gosh Tanner there's no pixel showing on here well you got to make sure the ad blocker is off all right and now we see it's firing page view all right awesome that's firing now this should also um change if I go here to this product and I click add to cart all right you see that add to cart view content it's triggering the events so these are pixel events if you never ran ad before you have these things you know add the car check out like I said these are like things that it tracks so and the purpose of tracking it is once you can see as you're running ads what the data is what the results are um but two for retargeting so let's say you know in the future if I have a thousand people that added to cart but didn't purchase I can Target ads directly to those people that's called retargeting um and now you know the next step after doing all this like basic setup here in the business manager connecting everything to your store adding the pixel verifying that it's actually working now before we get into like actual like campaign setup and like showing you my testing strategy for you guys I want to focus on ad creatives because here's the thing with ad creatives this isn't the normal drop shipper route this isn't going to be something super uh crazy you know the people ask me yo Tanner what's the best type of ads for digital products images or videos or car pardon um and you know there's two things that are my favorite image ads and video ads and a certain type of both of these so with digital products what we can do is typically for something like an ebook um the type of ads we run are going to be static images plus video testimonials so let me just show you a quick examples and then we'll kind of like make one because canva is like the best place to do this easiest yourself uh you know graphic designers can do this best I have graphic designers that do all my graphics and anything things that I need um which is great I'm blessed it's very helpful so um but I always remember I recommend you to always make sure that you you know do something yourself first before you Outsource before you hire somebody else the only thing you should be Outsourcing maybe in the beginning stages for ads is going to be your actual uh you know ugc all right so now we can get talk to a little bit about video ads so ugc is just s for user generated content um I have a lot of students actually right now that are running ugc ads um that are basically just reviews and testimonials of their product so they they pay you know a certain person um using a you know platform to get a ugc Creator there's Billow you can go Fiverr but um you know there's a lot of different places but anyways you're basically paying someone to make content for you they review your product go over it and then you could run that as an ad so like this right here is the divinely feminine like the store I just showed you as an example so they run a lot of different UDC video ads like this so what they do is they start with a little hook you see the first couple seconds now not all my students do this this is just something they do um usually it's better just to get straight into this like ugc in my opinion um but what they do is they start with a little hook then they get into this ugc let me this this book is the ultimate guide for women who want to tap into their seductive side I've learned how to make any man I've learned how to make any man obsessed with me don't clip that please confrontation uction o o all right you see what I'm talking about so digital product like all they're doing is creating the perceived value these people are creating the perceived value not the actual book itself but it's these people and the words that they're saying and look there's a lot of oh they even do it on that one dream fall in love it taught me the power of self-confidence body language and even fashion to help get what I want I've even mastered the art of conversation to leave a longlasting impression make sure you get yours now dogs trying to get me copyrighted all right uh hope that gives you a good like kind of understanding there um like this is a good foundation oh by the way I didn't even say this but for any newbies here this is called the Facebook ads Library this is a free tool that anybody can use and it's essentially we can use to search up um and see what ads people are running both active and inactive so ads people ran in the past and you could search up on here all kinds of different things you could search up stores URLs you can even put keywords like ebook or uh you know random different things to see kind of what you can uh find and discover you know it's it's one of these tools that you can spend a lot of time on just researching going through it and you know seeing what what brings value to you um you know the best thing to do is become immersed in this entire Venture if this is something you really want to get results with you become immersed in you know you put yourself around a community like our Discord and you know around people that are working towards the same objective it's literally the Mr Beast hack that he talked about that got him from aspiring YouTuber to over a million subscribers he talks about on a podcast with Joe Rogan like every day he's getting on a call with these guys they all want to become YouTubers and get over a million Subs they talk about ideas what they're doing collaborating asking questions and they all ended up getting over a million subscribers um but back on track here now let's look at some image ads so um this is another example like just quick one that came to mind first that I could show here it's called ADH doers they have digital products about ADHD related stuff and they run ads here um that are you know for more so like direct um you know image ads they have some video stuff but you see like this says active this says inactive inactive inactive this is active and they are um you know here this is like the type of ads that they're running so how do we make something like this for our store for our product if we want to do image ads because the way to run ads and the strategy I'm going to teach you is purely predicated on ADD creatives and the number and volume of them I want you to test at least 20 ad creatives I don't have my my Discord pulled up right now but basically what happened last week I did a little success call and with one of my students and he was like Tanner like I'm trying to get to like over 20k a month his best month is only 15K and he's like anytime I scale up the budget on my ads um it just kind of goes like it's not as profitable my cost for purchase goes up like what's going on I was like I was like well it looks like it sounds like you need to scale your creatives not your budget and and I was like how many creatives have you tested in the last week and he's like he's like bro I've been running the same one ad creative for 4 months I'm like ninja come on man and I was telling him like you got to test creatives and he like didn't he didn't like he believed me I guess but he didn't like he wasn't like oh I'm going to go out after this I'm going to make ad creatives he wasn't like he didn't understand it he didn't understand that that was the cheat code that's what he needed to do until he's like cuz this was only like a 5-minute call these 5-minute quick success calls sometimes I do with people in the Inner Circle uh was like my private Discord Community anyways um he's like how can I get like more time to like go go over some things with you here I was like bro if you test 20 ad creatives then I'll get on a longer call with you and he wanted to he's like how much do I need to pay I was like I was like don't pay me just test 20 ad creatives and I'll do it for free and he's like all right bet bro and literally I get a message he posted in the results Channel today couple hours ago in like a $800 plus day he's like oh my gosh like I've test it's been a week by the way and he's like I've tested 20 creatives and um you know blah blah blah and it's working amazing and I was like damn man I'm glad you listened I am really glad you listened um I was going to see if I have my Discord logged in on browser but do I do I do I please please oh for sure I do have it I do have it all right well let me show just hold tight with me here real quick all right there you go you see right here I've launched 20 new ads over the past week as perers advice and I've hit a big day of sales it's only 11:00 a.m. here LOL damn son this dude going to be doing like 1.5k today that conversion rate popping all right back to business here um back to business focus Tanner focus focus focus all right image ads we went over some video ads um I want to show you like making an ad creative in CA just like General style how you can do it quickly here and then we'll go over the campaign strategy setup columns and that good stuff so let's go over here to canva what I just did I made a little square um and I brought over here let's say this is my ebook cover how am I going to turn this entire thing into you know some type of image ad well the first thing I'll start out with is probably go to edit photo go to mockups and and then I'm going to go to uh print and I'm going to scroll here see okay what do we got what do we got all right well let's let's try something like this drag the image all right and now this part is actually not as hard I wonder if I can do like smoke and I want let me make this background a little bit darker uh we'll mess with this but let me now layer send backwards no bro all right bear with me look I'm just trying to piece this together quickly um but what I want to focus on with the actual content is when I'm creating something like like if I'm creating an image ad which to be honest with you right now like I don't do this anymore I have graphic designers that do this and they're really good at it um but I had to do it myself first to like prove that I could make something even if it's kind of shitty that would still even produce sales because if I can get one sale even if I lose a little bit money lose a little bit of money up front I know that if one person buys it okay I know thousands of people are willing to buy it I just got to make better ads and I got to make better you know maybe update my product page but remember we talked about making a product page well we can use kind of the similar contents on here that we put to help create the ad creative so that way we don't have to like you know get get convoluted in all the what's possible what should I do and this and that so obviously this is kind of ugly right now but we can start to build it up let's say we want to add um you know something like this right you have some type of end outcome statement and these are just like kind of what I would recommend we do this I would try to make a font that matches my the one on my book do this what white oh come on man come on man and outcome statement yeah effects I don't know if this part is helpful for you guys or not um hopefully I just figure we'll mess around here real quick using AI over here usually what I do next is kind of develop some bullet points that focus on what the on what the actual benefits are of the product or like how it works to try and introduce that to people uh now this color is obviously ass all right I'm not playing perfectionist today don't do it Tanner don't do it so if you notice like this one and there's there's a lot of other examples um out there for sure but what you'll notice is a lot of them kind of have a similar structure there's a mockup different kinds of mockups and then they have bullet points on focusing whatever the value is or like how it works and you know they have a little bit of like an end outcome statement or this one has like a question at the top like want to learn more about ADHD now look I don't think these ads specifically these are are converting at a super high level to be honest um I could be wrong but I don't think these things are converting a ton um but you know that's just that's just my my opinion yeah yeah yeah we paid yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah we paid all right this is pissing me off Party in the USA don't you know this is the way just don't be [Music] away yeah look at this super hot [Music] fire all right um I don't want to waste your time here I really don't and I'm either going to play perfectionist and work on this for a while till I get it exactly how oh [ __ ] mine or leave you with the foundations just give me a second bro oops no all right bear with me here for a second bear with me here got any questions in the meantime drop them in the comments I'm going to do my best to answer all the the comments as quick as I can uh remember what I said too you want to kind of match your font related to like what the actual font is on the product or like the the cover on here so it makes sense um you want colors to correlate of course this is just like a a bones a basic bones kind of thing um next thing I would do on here is like some icons so let's say um rocket icon oops white here you know you want to make it make sense though make it make sense if it don't make sense it don't make dollars and then you clean this up you have your points on here you you have your end outcome statement you clean some of these things up you make different mockups different backgrounds you you do like you duplicate it you make some different um you know rearrange the points uh do different icons different type of mockup um different you know sty like there's a lot of different variations that you can make obviously you don't want it to be like ass you want it to be decent and you know the best way to to go about that and make sure something decent is to look for uh example stores or like if you go uh inside of the Discord um I think even in the free Discord side there's like some eBooks with some like store examples and you can go look at the ads they running you can use the Facebook ads library and see what ads they're running and kind of recreate that um and use that is not recreating that but looking at it as kind of a guide just seeing like okay this is something that could actually work just kind kind of how I'm showing you here ADH sters and if you're in my inner circle on Discord what I want you to do is actually send me the ads you come up with before you um you know before you launch them because I want to give you actual feedback on it what I would adjust and change for you um before but that's that's something for those the mentorship channels you can throw it in there and I'm happy to um you know give you feedback on the side now we may come back to this uh at some point right now obviously this is you know ain't nothing special but what I want to do now is talk about the actual strategy structure that's probably what people care about more at least at this point right now cuz I've been blabbering on this topic and I know it and uh you know that's just what this type of video is um you know just me Heart to Heart to Heart whatever's on my mind I'm letting it out my mouth and that's what we're doing here no no edits anything crazy so let's get into um now strategy setup this is an old ass account from 2022 for something my buddy was doing uh not my stuff not digital stuff um so let's talk about now how would I launch ads for a digital product what is my testing strategy I told you I want you to test 20 ad creators but that sounds expensive Tanner why would I do that how do I do that so let me go over um the setup now first thing I'll say is here you're going to have this is an ad account by the way so when you go over to here or here and you're in your ad accounts you open up an ad account then this is what it'll look like and you'll be able to start uh you know making ads and I want to show you how that works so first you're going to see all this all this data um and one thing we can do initially is customize the columns just like this right here um so I can you know exit out of most of these things right here that I don't really care about to be honest um delivery budget amount spent you know I'm going to look at things like all right CPM I kind of care what's the know cost per click what's the link clicks what's the ads to cart un check this what's the checkouts initiated what's the purchase what's the cost per purchase what's the purchase row as maybe I'll add frequency these are just the things that I care about personally I think I got all of them here might be missing a couple um for because for me the thing I care about most obviously is my my cost for purchase and my rowwise if am I profitable or not a rowwise is just your return on ad spend so if I spend a dollar and I make $2 in sales back then I have a 2X rowwise if I spend $1 and I make $1 I got $1 if I make if I spend $1,000 and I have no sales then I have a zero row as there's no row as anything times zero is zero um now once you have these columns you want to save those click this right here hello okay save now these will be there you can choose this anytime you open your ad account and of course you can always adjust these and do what you want on here but let me get into the strategy very simple I want sales right so I'm optimizing for sales continue and you're going to see this now Advantage Plus is something that's a little bit more advanced I do like it but not for testing like this we're creating an evergreen campaign right now so we're do a manual sales campaign all right um actually well let's just do some naming here real quick we can call this uh product Cod creative testing you can call product whatever your product name is you can add it here there is going to be a campaign specifically for this product that we're using to test ad creatives and find profitable ad creatives the entire objective is this you can get to you know $100 a day plus um just using this simple strategy you know starting out um just by getting a couple of ad creatives that are you know profitable like making sales every day here you're going to see budget this may be turned on automatically for you um but I would say you don't need to do that because it's not how this strategy works next in here you're going to go over here and you're going to see your objective you want to choose um now I suggest you here you click website you're going to choose your pixel whatever the name is the one you created okay do that and then you're going to come down here to budget now daily budget so in Facebook ads you have three levels right campaign adset and then ads so daily budget all I do is around onethird of my profit margin so even if you got the big bucks this is what I recommend you do because it allows for to test uh over a couple day period this creative versus you know um what's it called spending a bunch of money at once and just losing money and not optimizing so if I have a $30 profit margin then I'll do you know a $10 day budget if I have a $25 profit margin I'm not going to do something weird and random like you know $739 I'm going to do you know $10 day budget just keep it simple um you know do either 5 10 or 15 is usually like what beginners are going to be doing here um most of the time it's like 10 next thing I'll do is all right right I'm going to go ahead I'm going to schedule this for midnight just a little bit of superstition stuff keeping it simple not a big deal this way is going to start have a full 24 hours per day as it starts over at midnight next thing here don't need to change this the only thing we're going to change in audience control is location um now unless you're running an offer specifically to a specific language in a specific country I would just suggest you do you know throw in the top five here okay so we're going to do US Canada United Kingdom Australia New Zealand of course there's other buyers around the world with digital products you have more opportunity um but to start out here you just want to prove your concept that's the idea audience placements we're not going to change any of that and then here is in the ad level so um uh what we're going to do here is we're going to do this open USA Canada U Zealand K and we're going to call this add one just so we know from the ad set level all times um new sales ad we'll just call this simply add one and now basically what's going to be happening is you're going to be able to choose your Facebook page if you have an Instagram you can connect it it's not required um yeah it's not required um you run your Facebook page and then here's where're going to be uploading your image or video now you're going to see all these different recommendations description now people always ask this too should I choose like this creat or excuse me this button for learn more should I put shop now get offer I'm just going to say to be fair with you what I gotten the best results with is just leaving it as learn more instead of doing like get offer or shop now honestly learn more has been yielding the the best results um destination URL this is where you put your store URL your product page URL your one product landing page URL um this is where you put it in because this is where you'll be sending the traffic okay um you know that's you know this part is pretty simple now you may be wondering like yo Tanner um what do I do for my ad copy uh honestly look I I don't have a framework here for you right now but let's use a little chat BT WR add copy for my digital product using the information above here's an example of add creative structure I don't know if it has it doesn't this thread doesn't remember the product because this one was started on Tik Tok names so it doesn't know the product but you can see how it's kind of structuring right here now I would not say this is the perfect route to go um it's an option here usually what you're doing is literally you keep it in sync with everything we've done the landing page the ad creative has an end outcome statement and the main benefits in the transformation and you introduce the offer that's what I recommend doing and you do that inside of your ad copy as well and your ad copy is just text on here primary text the headline description you don't need to worry about all you need to worry about is primary text headline and put the URL in here and I always have one point here in the primary text where I will put the URL again like get it today or download now and you put the paste the URL now the main point of this strategy is right here so usually what people do when they're starting out with ads they like okay I have an ad set I'm going to go in here and I'm going to make you know I'm going to put four ad creators I'm going to start spending money but if we add four different ads in here on this $10 day budget it's not going to spend 250 250 250 250 it's going to spend it however it wants to and the entire purpose of this campaign is to be where at any time I can say hey I want to test a new creative cool all I need to do is duplicate this right here change the name to number two go here to the ad level and I'm going to change the creative to be my second ad creative and this goes on you know you could be into hundreds of ad creatives at some point who knows and the entire purpose is to continue to do that and this is something you will always be doing always testing creatives in a non-biased way because we know we're spending money directly towards this ad the only variable that's changing is the ad creatives no matter how many of these we duplicate we could have 5,000 of them the only variable that's changing is not the targeting not the location we're putting not anything else just the ad itself and that that's the point of testing ad creatives and why I recommend you do this strategy and I want you to test 20 ad creatives literally you don't have to do it all at once you don't have to spend $200 a day you could start two or three all right keep going know do over 20 like you're bound to have a couple a handful maybe even more I don't know it depends on the offer depends on the person like there's so many variables involved I can't control it if you text me and you're like yo Tanner um you know this is working this isn't working what do I do be like bro I don't know all the variables involved of your store I don't know what ads you're running I don't know if you even follow my setup right I don't know so it's hard to tell you like this like I need context um so that's why I want to you know make this video and explain is is you know hopefully clear um and show kind of like what I mean by all this and um now like kind of talking about decision- making because I want you to test 20 ad creatives uh you know do this comfortably within your budget um you know I would expect to want to make you know a couple sales within like the first five to 10 ad creatives that you test uh and you know your ad creatives don't have to all be very super different like if you get ugc videos sometimes you just change the the first hooking part and sometimes it'll like it'll make a big difference in results sometimes with the image it's just a different background color a different graphic um you know there's a lot of different ways that these things can be managed and I think that's a very cool part about the digital products is that you saw me kind of do this like shitty quick thing on canva you know like half asking I didn't really have an idea for that uh and you know you could could see though how like we could change a billion variables on there we could make a billion variations with the end outcome statement the bullets the background like all this stuff um you know versus with this you know typical Drop Shipping stuff people are just you know stealing each other's content in this this this game that I don't like it's a rat race it's the what Einstein said as a definition of insan just doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result we do a different thing over and over and expect a different result so uh that's and that's the the point we're testing different things this different creatives um but what's going to happen is you're going to start spend mind let's say you have five of these right here so let me add three more and I'll go here addit each adset let's say this one is three this one is four this one is five save two draft okay close this just for example purposes let's say you start running this tonight midnight start spending money and you see all right three of them three of them have made one sale in the in two days and it's profitable okay cool some people freak out and they start increasing the budget don't do that no some people go and change the product page if they're like it's not working I'm going change the product page or the price I'm going to lower the price no don't do that because you have to realize ads if you've never run ads before the the platform Facebook is reading your ads it's it knows the price of the product it's you connect it to your store like it's optimizing towards what's there so that's why especially especially if you are making sales with something the the number one rule with Facebook ads is don't [ __ ] with something that's already working um so you don't want to mess with anything like that um and I don't want you to even mess with budgets on here even if this has a 5x row as it's super dummy profitable don't change the budg don't change anything even right now for this this campaign the point is just to gather profitable ad grad and if something's working you don't touch it if something spins I would say for me I'm a little bit more aggressive but usually what people do I tell people when they're starting out is if it spins up to your break even point which is your profit margin without a sale turn it off you be more risk averse instead of going like spending 3x that like I would personally just cuz I'm more risk averse um you can instead be wait I don't remember for risk averse which one that is but I'm willing to be more risky I would rather you instead of spending 3x on one ad crve just to potentially give it a chance instead to spend that extra money um on another creative if you do not have a large budget here um but I know a lot of you guys watching this are going to use this and you're getting get sales and I'm excited to see that uh I really am because I want to see more and more people do doing this and getting results with it um I think it's a really cool thing to do and you know talking about strategies further if you're like Tanner I have I have ads in here and they're profitable and I want to scale it um you know we're going to have to leave that for a different topic for a different day because scaling is a whole different thing I just want to touch on this strategy here to get started and you can like I said you could easily get to I mean I say easily it's simple more than it is easy um but I know that you can get to over $100 a day in sales um you know with this strategy and this is an evergreen thing even when you're scaling you have a ton of more budget this is something that will always you know kind of remain here that you continue to use over time so um you know I I hope you've gotten value out of this video and it's helped you learn something or make progress towards your digital Drop Shipping Journey here in tomorrow bye day number seven who would have thought the time would fly as quick as this now we're here on day number seven and in this part of the boot camp on the last day I want to take a glimpse into the future because you should know at all times kind of what you're working towards right because after you make your first sale your first 100 sales you know everybody has different targets like I mean if you're watching this right now your target is probably just to like you know have some type of consistent income with it like actual kind of life-changing money for you maybe that's 5K a month 10K a month maybe you need a million dollarars $100 million I don't know exactly but for most of you you want something consistent every month now with consistent income requires consistent work and one thing that you should understand here as you're just starting out in getting to the day seven here of the boot camp is the fact that as an entrepreneur and doing this type of business what's going to happen is that it's going to require you to put you know a lot more input up front here at the beginning you know and we're we're taking actions that we we hope in return can produce some type of result time and time again so just kind of think like if I have a job that's paying me every single hour that I work $20 okay cool I know that if I work for an hour I'm going to make $20 all said and done simple but in entrepreneurship and you starting a business here and doing digital Drop Shipping what you're doing is you are doing things you're working you know for an hour working on a task and you have no idea what it's going to pay you and I don't think you should have any expectation on it paying you something because the way that I operate and the way I think is that okay I have things you know on my my list here that I do every day um you know different projects that I'm working on and I expect them not to pay me immediately right after I do it for that the time I spend on that thing that I was doing but instead you know my goal is to have things that I do maybe one out of 10 of the big projects that I do are going to be things that will pay me for a long time and that's kind of how it is with your actions now you know in Entre R preneurship and starting this business not every action you do everything you do is going to yield you a result but ideally you know one of these things out of a certain number is going to work out and it's going to pay you and you know then you just start accumulating more and more of these things and that's really how businesses grow and get to a point where instead of just hustling and you know being in this hustle frustrated kind of phase here at the beginning you then get into a point where you know things are just actually happening and uh you know it does require you because you're running the business but you maybe start to delegate some things maybe you have some projects that are just you know posts that have gone viral they're making you sales uh you have a product that's popular people like it so they're just buying it you know there's a lot of different ways that uh this can happen and I want to talk a few things about uh you know how it comes to scaling a digital product because everything that I've showed you far so far has pretty much LED you from scratch to you know I wanted I want you to make your first sale first and then let me know how that goes um and then after that you know making a few sales what is the the point past that how do you scale with a simple digital product so let's let's create a scenario here and say um you know let's say your name is John John started a digital Drop Shipping Store he posts on organic and runs ads on Facebook he sells one simple self-paced digital product and he's made 10 sales so far which is about well let's just say $250 in sales cool good job John you're at a starting point but what should you do now after you make even just 10 sales like is there a proper way to scale this is there an actual formula uh and there is and the same formula I'm going to give you now for scaling this amount applies to scaling bigger amounts and that's because whatever you're doing in a small amount is only going to amplify in a big amount maybe you've heard of you know if you can't it's the same reason like people when win the lottery and they lose the money because they have these mental Frameworks in their mind these financial habits uh where they're broke and you know they have little amounts of money and then they get big amounts of money out of nowhere and you know those habits and those mental Frameworks stay the same and that results in them you know not being able to keep the money it disappears uh and the the same thing kind of applies with this I want to teach you the Frameworks you need to know here to scale so you can do it at the the early stages at the beginning so that way when you do scale you're not amplifying problems or loss of profits but instead you're amplifying a good thing and profitability if you can do it in a small amount you can do it in a big amount um and there's a few different ways I would go about it so if I got a call or you text me right now inside the Inner Circle you you did a a question in the mentorship channel for ask Tanner and you said yo Tanner this is my scenario like how do I scale well the first thing I would do is be asking you like of course like what are you spending on ads what are the ad CES running is it profitable is it not um what's your organic things looking like like what are you doing there and you know that would give me some more insight but another thing that you have to think about that is a b big proponent when it comes to scaling is there's there's a couple ways um you know you have your existing customer so let's say this is 10 sales we know we have 10 customers okay that's helpful we've made 10 sales on one product and now I can expand on two of these things right here so there's going to be two of these things right here that you can use to scale in the very beginning stages one I'm going to teach you is like how to actually just increase your average order value um without risking that initial purchase and another one is how do you use your existing customers to make more sales um now affiliate marketing is one thing like my friend has this app called social snowball uh to be honest I don't use it but I know they've gotten a lot of good reviews on it and he does that thing that's not what I'm here to teach though um you know what I'm talking about when it comes to getting more sales from your customers is feedback okay so usually people make sales and they have these 10 people and then they never hear from them again they don't they don't ask them for reviews they don't ask them for feedback they don't ask them anything they just go ahead and you know move on with their life and try to make more sales that's what most people try to do but think about this I I have a mentor of mine and he sells digital products he does very well and one of the things that I was trying early this year like for my my personal brand here was webinars like I'm going to travel some webinars and I was at his house you know and we're working out in his gym he's got the Ferrari 458 he's got the Lamborghini evental resue he's got all the trucks and this and that and he's like you still doing webinars I'm like yeah I I do a little bit like I'm not really focusing on it to be honest I just did one a couple weeks ago he's like oh how'd it do I was like oh it made you know whatever it made like $8,000 um and he's like how many people are on there I was like oh there's a like a couple hundred people live on there and he's like um did you reach out to all the people that were on there but didn't buy I was like no he's like why bro he's like that it's so simple right but it's Brute Force it's it's not a common thing you hear people talk about when it comes to entrepreneurship and doing this type of thing you're like oh that actually makes sense like why would I not just reach out and text or call these people that didn't buy not just to try and sell them but to figure out what that reason is because these are the people that are going to tell you maybe something they didn't like or something they didn't understand you have to realize that there are so many misconceptions and misunderstandings when selling things online and especially digital products so sometimes there's some clarity that's needed now of course there's a there's a difference between something like lower ticket like under $100 people don't need to make as much of judgment um compared to something let's say that's over $1,000 but you could still get valuable information that's going to help you scale um and you know of course ads and organic we'll talk about these sides too but let's talk about you have these 10 customers what would I do to turn this into more sales because ideally you have you have something that's going on right now that's making you sales and maybe you're just starting out you just got your first 10 sales and you know they'll still kind of trickle in but how could you accelerate that process um you know the first thing I'll would say is if you're running ads don't be don't be stupid don't try to start aggressively scaling budgets with ads it's a consistent growth of creatives um and organic and simple is doing more of what works and less of what doesn't but let me give you like some actionable uh steps here so 10 customers what would I do so what I would do is first of all reach out to them email email them and ask something along the lines you know send it as like a personal email from the brand um you know you could usually if you use a a female name they're going to be less um hostile I guess is a better word sometimes people are hostile but a female name makes it less hle hostile so you could say uh hey John this is Morgan from whatever brand I saw you uh recently got our whatever the product is and I wanted to ask you how you're liking it so far and here's the thing most people probably aren't going to respond maybe on the first email you're going to get like if it's 10 sales maybe three maybe four but what you can do is you follow up again just one more time hey John did you see my last email just want to make your make sure you're all set like act like you actually care but the reason why here is not just to be like a customer service G it's more so to learn about what they think about the product because if they like something they'll tell you if they don't like it they'll tell you and the thing with most most digital products is the unfortunate part is most people don't use it like under $100 people usually buy and not use it so one way you can kind of counteract that because since the the ideal scenario um is to sell digital products and then then what happens here customer uses product customer gets result with product customer shares that in a review and then you share this review feedback to make more sales like this is the ultimate Digital product scaling Loop that you want to follow but with since what happens with most digital products under $100 since they don't actually um get used as much you want to have some type of like engagement point is what we call it at the beginning so engagement point is basically like something you have at the beginning of your digital product or as soon as someone um joins to kind of get them to you know increase the likelihood of them joining because if someone pays $40 $50 or you know $80 like it's not a big commitment for most people to spend that kind of money on a product so most of the times they'll just buy it and and you know maybe they they barely just look through it or they don't use it or whatever um so you know in the the form of an engagement point the point is to get someone to you know use the product basically and the way you do that is at the very beginning of the purchase process you give them a first step to do something that will move them forward uh and you know this process here helping them get the result uh and you know this could be in many different ways like usually if it's a lower ticket product um what it could be is something as simple as you know having them join a little Facebook group you have for customers or in general or make sure or have them um you know fill out a little form you know like a a a form after they purchase so that be like uh fill out this this is our success form to make sure that um you know we so we know what you need so we can help you as much as possible hey uh you know where'd you find us what are you currently dealing with in this blank Niche what's your main goals in blank niche uh I mean these are just ideas I'm throwing out of my head here but this is going to basically build and increase the commitment that the person's making uh in getting a use with the product because if someone does that they're going to be much more likely to then look at the product use it respond to your emails leave your leave you a review and go from there but uh if it's just like no communication at all whatsoever after uh this doesn't happen as much now for sending emails and stuff on a Shopify store um there's a couple different apps uh clavio is going to be your best bet for Shopify um but if that seem a little complicated for you because it can be a little complicated uh there's one called privy p r i VY that's pretty straightforward and simple um for doing basic stuff but I would say it's better if you just use clavio and and learn that because it's a more you know Advanced skill um and they have more advanced options and things you can do on there for your marketing um but you know these are just ideas I'm throwing at you here when it comes to building out and scaling so like the idea is to have somewhat of a predictable system that can you know consistently get you sales like you have everybody has a different sales process um but the way we're looking at it here is we basically are mixing in ads organic send those people to a page get them to purchase and then keep them engaged and that will lead us to then actually being able to scale you know to to higher amounts of sales because if you can do this at a small amount you can do it at a big amount so once you get 100 plus sales kind of like one of the things that um you know I recommend people doing is say hey once you've made 100 sales even if that's you know only let's say $2,500 in sales now you have 100 customers all this data here and what can you do that with that to make more surveys uh type form is good for making surveys and collecting the data but like it's just a real way you can connect and and learn for what more these customers want because when someone is buying uh you know a digital product to solve a problem and especially it's under $100 they aren't going to use it and commit to it as much and it's probably not going to solve their problem entirely because they aren't committed to using this product so what you can do is something called Ascension now this isn't just making a new product that we think is a good idea and adding it as an upsell for a 100 bucks or 200 bucks 500 bucks th000 bucks and seeing what happens uh it's instead to kind of use this like as use these existing 100 customers as a data point on how we could do that successfully so when you have 100 plus customers now you have a little bit of a data pool that you could ask uh hey you know you're having or let's say hey you're starting you're make you're a woman making uh you're trying to make money from home so far uh you know where are you in your journey and you have multiple choice is it I I know I should start but I haven't started taking action I've been busy uh is it option two that hey I've started but I'm not getting results three I'm getting results um but I want to scale you know whatever you have these options here um and then you ask again okay you know what what's holding you back the most one is it you want to come up with like some usually multiple choice answers um and until the end you can have them put like whatever they want but uh this way you can get like a common common answer so asking okay what are you struggling with here is it knowing what to sell how to find people to sell it to is it uh the marketing side making the pro like you know what what is the actual struggle here and basically you're doing these things and you send it to these existing people in an email and you offer some type of incentive because if you just send a survey to these 100 plus people out of nowhere and you expect them just to you know fill out a survey with no reciprocity like nothing else then you know they're probably not going to be uh you know super open to that so basically what you do instead is you do it in a way where you offer back some type of value you reinvest so if you've made $2,500 in sales you know you probably have a decent amount of profit since it's digital maybe you're running a little bit of ads um but for example like if I'm selling digital products in the nursing space and I have 100 plus nurses on here and I know they're they want to pass their inlex their test um and I want to move them forward you know what my mentor did said hey I'm going to be giving for the first uh you know 20 people that fill out this survey I'm going to be giving you a $5 Starbucks gift card because he knows that these people are nurses they're studying they probably drink a lot of coffee they're staying up late they're in school and that kind of thing um so he offers this incentive that relates to you know the things that these people actually want which in this case would be okay if they can get a free $5 Starbucks gift card great and $20 time five is $100 $100 out of 2500 is not a lot at all and you're basically investing that money to learn about what your customers actually want and what their needs are you ask them okay um you know would you be interested what or what type of product that we could create would help you even more would it be a video course would it be flashcards would it be a digital planner you know you you put these different things okay in theory if this was the best product in the world that really helped you pass a test how much is that worth to you less than $100 100 to $300 $300 plus people will vote and they'll tell you exactly and then you can use this information to then basically do like a a pre-launch on a product later on um you know and you can do it even pretty immediately because the way you scale is by giving the people more of what they want and charging for it so if the people tell me this is what they want okay cool I don't have to go out and make the product yet considering if this is something that's higher ticket or whatever um instead what I could do is make a product page for this existing product do a mockup or not existing product I mean this new product idea I'm going to make a mockup of it do like a actual product page like this is a real product and then you just say in there that this is like a it's a pre-launch and it'll be available on this date and you set a date that you know you could if you had to make this product it could be done within this time frame you could put a month you know a month ahead so I could say hey and one month is when this product would be ready and you make this a dra or excuse me you make this a um you know private product page and then what you do is you go back here and you email these people again say hey guys I have amazing news we've listened to your feedback and we've came up with this new blank whatever the new product is and since you're already existing customer we're going to be giving you first access and for 50% off and now what you're doing is you're doing this pre-sale to basically test this product to your existing customers because the people it's a lot easier to get your existing customers to buy again instead of only selling new people over and over so basic what you're doing then is now you're you're doing this Ascension offer but it's a pre-launch you just made the product page you know this will take you a few hours after you gather the data Etc and you've done it based on what they want you put this out there you give them a discount send them to the private link uh you know go get the link um go go get your pre-order now this is only going to be available for the next seven days you give them a onee period to like you know get get this uh as an opportunity and one of two things is going to happen option one you know barely anything let's say zero sales option two which is like the best case scenario you'll have let's say like 10 people buy 10 sales now what did what just happened here okay option one if it got zero sales now there's a reason why there's a reason why it got zero sales so how about this I'm going to personally reach out to everybody that opened that email for the Ascension the new the new offer that I tested ask them what about it and and then you just don't make the product too by the way you know like you just don't have to make the product now so you didn't go through the trouble of making a new product and doing all this stuff for a higher ticket product no you just did uh this pre-launch here and if nobody wanted it now you don't have to make that product and you know it wasn't going to work anyways so you just save yourself time effort and money and now you can ask these people that open the email and didn't buy it ask them why hey John uh I saw you open the email about this uh the pre-launch we did for here but I saw you you know it wasn't something for you like was there anything specifically about it that you didn't like or a way we could have made it better for you they'll tell you like just be straight up option number two tin sales tin sales cool I know it works now and since it works then now I'm going to go out and actually make the product I'm going to go out and make the product so in one month I'll have it ready to be able to actually launch it and in the meantime as I'm still selling my low ticket digital product I'll continue to send an email out once or twice a week to my customers that haven't bought this new pre-launch Ascension offer and I'll promote it to them and tell them they can get it 50% off right now before the public launch um and here's the link to take action on this this private page only and if if people bought it on the initial people should continue to buy the people that buy the low ticket product you know it's pretty cool right and then what you can do too is if you keep selling this initial product the low ticket one and once you make this this new one that's higher ticket you know when I say higher ticket I'm talking like it's just a lot more than than what the original one is if the original one's like 30 bucks you I'm talking like something over $100 usually like 150 plus um and and then what you're doing there is you can do on the low ticket product if you continue selling that and it's profitable then what you can do is you know at the end of that product you put a thing at the if it's an ebook you know you put at the end hey you want even more help well we have something that's a little bit more in depth that could give you a ton of value the page the link is right here if you want to check it out so now you're you're building a real system right because you're bringing in traffic you're converting them on this lower ticket offer then on the back end you're emailing them for your higher ticket and then at the end of the low ticket product too you're promoting the the higher ticket one so you kind of going to have this system because there's always going to be a percentage right you know percentage of people that see the ads and the content are going to buy percentage of the people that buy the low ticket thing are going to use it and actually get value out of it and want more and then a percentage of those people are going to go on to buy more stuff from you so then it becomes a more predictable system where you're not just selling this low ticket thing forever and taking this Drop Shipping approach of just trying to scale the same thing forever it's pretty cool stuff um and that's you know basically this is how you extract this uh you know you you create more value and scale out of just 10 customers you know for example in your low ticket stages and by the way everything I just mentioned is on top of like what you're already doing you don't stop your ads in organic you don't stop selling this low ticket product to focus on scaling to the next product this is something you do on the back end it's a little bit of extra work that you can do to create more results so you see how there's there's always going to be something that you can work on there's always going to be something that you can do and that's kind of the beauty of you know building this this digital product side and I know some of you right now like holy [ __ ] man that's a lot of work bro but I'm just trying to give you guys a sauce on like if you really want this this lifestyle you really want this life and you really want to to do these things like you know I'm just teaching you my framework here and what's going to come with it and one thing I've noticed is that everybody that gets results with this eventually tweaks it to their own way they find what works best for them maybe I I send three emails a week usually but maybe you find for you you need to send five a a week is what you like doing maybe you like doing one a week and it works for you you know we kind of have these foundational things in this type of business model in these bones and you do that you follow those to a te to get results and then you know you can start tweaking the system a little bit it's important you don't get the shiny ball syndrome because I've fell victim to this too when scaling be careful because you know you've heard of shiny ball syndrome right probably when it comes to like oh like oh I went from trying to start uh Forex to doing this to doing that and you know I'm just always is starting over um and you know you also have shiny ball syndrome inside of businesses once you start to get results you're going to see oh this opportunity this strategy this strategy this opportunity instead of the simple thing to always always always remember out of everything here do more of what works and less of what doesn't Okay this applies to your organic if you have an organic video that does absolutely dog [ __ ] you're not going to recreate that same type of script that same type of content you're not going to do that same thing if you have an ad creative that doesn't perform for anything you know you're probably not going to be testing new variations of that one because that one did not work but instead the things that do remember what I said at the beginning like there's just going to be a you know percentage a fraction of the things that you do that do end up working and that's the ones you want to do more of that's what you want to focus on uh you know doing more of and not just trying to change strategy completely you you shouldn't just be doing something and and think that oh I need to make uh and I've seen this even with my own students like Tik Tok account popping off making sales and then say Hey you know I want to start a new account and I want to do two of these I'm like bro you have a big opportunity on your plate right now like I would suggest focus on this one thing that you have I'm going to do another one what do you know you should have just kept doing the the original one um because when you when you you have one thing to focus on and you just keep doing it better and better like it's basically just a matter of time until you uh you know get some type of result with that there um and you know when it comes down to ads and organic uh you know we can talk about some strategy here and scaling uh and you know organic is kind of do I have my no I don't have the ad account open anymore um but I can kind of explain a little bit like when it comes to ads kind of what I do because I know in yesterday in the video I just talked about like my testing strategy for finding a handful of winning creatives and how I prefer to do that and you know doing uh scaling it is a little bit different and it's gradually it's gradual so you're going to have your foundation scaling Facebooks creatives over budget there's someone at my door nah nah Carlos is going to be here later dog I woke I'm getting distracted but I woke up the the other day I heard a random noise at night when I woke up in the morning I looked outside my door and like like baseboard like fell off the [ __ ] wall I don't know how that happen um anyways you're scaling you're focusing more on creatives over budget so every week you should be testing a minimum of seven creatives you know if you're trying to scale because what this is going to do is let's say let's say even one one out of every seven you test is going to be profitable okay well now every week and if you keep this average every month you're adding on four new um profitable ad creatives and adsets in this the testing campaign if you watched yesterday four just better than nothing you need to keep doing creatives because these are going to be the things that really Propel you with ads it doesn't let it all dry up okay now how do you actually take this once you have let's let's say you have let's say you have a few let's say you have four creatives in the testing campaign four assets that are profitable and you're like Tanner you said not to touch the adsets not to change the budget so how do I spend more on what's already working you said do more of what's working less and what doesn't so how the [ __ ] do I do it here for these four creatives how am I do how do I do more of that and I will tell you so there's a couple different ways but one way that I'd recommend that's very simple right now that you can do is there's a certain type of CBO campaign so you have CBO which stands for campaign budget optimization so your budget is in the campaign and in this CBO campaign I recommend you start with a simple budget of $20 a day if it's profitable the first first week you up it to 50 but the strategy behind it is you're going to have three adsets inside adset one is going to be broad you know no interest same thing as the testing campaign ad set number two is going to be pixel based look likes all percentage so it depends on like how many sales you've made but for most of you if you're just starting out this is probably going to be like you could do it for like view content or add to cart or maybe initiate checkout so you can do all countries if you can fit it CU if you don't have enough purchases or event Fires for it like a 100 on each event uh in an individual country then it won't let you populate it um so that's why you kind of have to do a little bit of your creatives and stuff first and then you get at least enough view content or added carts um and then ad set number three I would recommend doing a look like based upon I mean at this stage I'll probably do it like some type of of warm audience um that's not a pixel based look like so this could even just be uh you know page views page views is very simple just people that actually went onto the website and whatever they did at least it was there and you can do again you know all percentage so basic what you're doing you're you're making these audiences separate you know like the uh you know 1% one 2% 2 to 3% four to 5 you're going to have 10 of these and then you'll just add all 10 of the audiences in the actual adet when you're setting it up and then what I want you to do is under each adset have let's say these four creatives under each so you have all four under adset one all four under adset two all four under adset three and you know you see how this is like absolutely the opposite of the testing campaign and that's fine because we already tested it and it's proven it's profitable in there but now on here we're just we're testing a method to be able to still you know let Facebook do all the decisions we're going to put out this strategy here and just kind of throw money at it and and uh let Facebook do its thing and you know basically just try to spread our uh you know existing creatives that we know are working you know to similar audiences that we know are going to convert or we want to convert that's what we want um and this is just a way to do that and I usually like I do these in groups so like if I get four more creatives that are working cool I'll do it again you know same kind of setup I literally just will duplicate the campaign and then just change the ads uh you know on the that side of editing the campaign and then you know publish it out and um a little like voice crack thing there and there's other ways to go about this too when scaling one way so I said here you know $20 a day uh and then you know you can bump this up if it's profitable for a week straight like after a week it's profitable cuz look for my decision making I make on ads like I'm not really um I'm not uh looking at this every day you know I'm I'm letting these things go for a few days to a week before I make a decision me personally so if you you let this go for a week and it's profitable cool up the budget to $50 a day but just understand and know that when you put the budget up the row has is going to decrease at first it usually takes it you know like a week for it to to kind of bounce back most of the time unless you have an absolutely astronomical row as to the point where it drops but you're still you know profitable which happens sometimes now the next one is a little bit more risky it's it honestly though it's my favorite type of cold campaign um for cold traffic uh it just takes a little bit more risk tolerance and budget and which is why I recommend it you know after you're making some consistent sales you know you're making a couple sales a day even cool this is a way to reinvest this strategy here it's called Advantage Plus campaign so A+ campaign is basically you know yesterday if you watched yesterday's video when making campaign we could choose manual sales campaign or the A+ well this case you would choose A+ and this is the easiest thing in the world to set up you do A+ campaign and then in the it's just one adset and you have a budget uh and you set the budget personally like start this start this sucker out at like I do $100 a day I would say you could do at $50 a day to be conservative um but what I'm going to say before I explain how it works is that like usually when I've done this it it requires um like it took like two weeks for it to actually become profitable run and the reason why is because if I have this budget here $50 a day the way this campaign works is you have one adset you put your location that's broad but then you literally just throw all of your creatives the ones that worked the ones that didn't work all of them you put all of them uh under this ad set in this A+ campaign all of your creatives that you test literally all of them the ones that worked the ones that didn't work you put them in here this may be 20 plus 50 whatever the number is for you and you put these in here and when you start this campaign what's going to happen though is it's going to spend this $50 across all types of different places you know it's not going to spend it evenly but when you have all these creatives the more creatives it is the more the money will be spread out to start until it starts optimizing um and you're just letting this run and that's usually why I've noticed it takes you know like two weeks for it to actually become profitable uh you know in my case and the way that I I manage this campaign is basically I let it just keep spinning spinning spinning and what I look at is the ad creative side so if I look at the ad creative side and I rank it by amount spent and I see all right the three most uh you know amounts spent so far in this campaign those creatives have spent over my break even point my profit margin so I'm just going to turn those off and let it allocate the budget to other ones and that's how I manage this type of campaign and it's again kind of this Evergreen thing you can continue to add creatives in there um you know after you test them if they work if they don't work you can put them in here and it's kind of just like this Mega campaign that just takes money and it's kind of this delayed gratification result that I've seen with it and you know the budgets can definitely get Scaled up a little bit to you know $100 a day um just remember usually when you're scaling a budget like that something will happen where then it's going to be unprofitable again for a bit which is what I'm noticing and then one other strategy that I'll explain here is breakdown strategy so this is more so like horizontal scaling on something that actually works and I recommend this um you know if you have adsets in your testing campaign with over 10 sales so basically what you can do is duplicate that adset into a new [Music] campaign specifically for that it's going to stay adset level budget this is going to be a campaign specifically for this adset so you can name the campaign whatever you have your adset as like you know the uh what's it called or just name it like the name of the creative and call it horizontal scale product add one or add two or whatever it is and basically inside of this campaign you're just going to be attempting to spend money using the same ad creative but just towards different audience types um so what I would do is not just duplicate it exactly and leave it in there the adset as it is but let's say I go into the original adset and I break it down there's breakdowns in your added account like you can click breakdown and break it down let's say by country I can see oh six of the sales were from United States okay if six of the sales are from United States well I'm going to make this you know duplicate one is going to be targeting you know us only all right let me break this original adset down in the test by the way don't turn off or do anything with the original testing campaign you're just breaking it down and we're just duplicating into a new campaign but if I look here I break down by age I see oh H you know age 20 25 to 34 is performing the best okay I'm going to do that now for here and basically you just continue launching a couple different variations based on breakdowns and also you can input different audience types like lookalike types Etc and you're attempting basically just to you know again find more winning uh you know adsets that where you can spend money on this creative and it works um now this used to work very very well back in like 2020 it was my favorite thing to do um nowadays I would say this isn't like it doesn't work as good as some of these more boring simple things work like this um you know when it comes to scaling and you know it just kind of adds up over time though you know like you can go from spending 50 bucks a day to 100 bucks to Etc but one thing I'll say you'll notice I forgot to mention it in yesterday's video as you start spending money what'll happen is you'll probably hit a spending limit so let's say you're spending uh you have $100 a day worth of budget but it's only letting you spend $50 a day on the ad account so that's what they do on newer accounts just to make sure that you can actually pay your bill so what they'll do is you'll hit that limit um and it resets the next day but what you want to do if you want this limit to get raised is one make sure your payments don't fail uh and number two you want to make sure that you're you hit this limit every day and usually within a week give or take they'll raise that limit and it'll go up but if you have a $50 limit and you spend $48 today and then you hit the limit tomorrow but you want it to raise like you have to hit that limit every single day in order for it to go up um and and that's uh that's how that works now one thing I haven't talked about here at all though is retargeting and that's honestly because it's just it's super simple you know you make a custom audience uh you know let's say of people that engage with your your post orew your video but didn't go to the website or you can make an audience custom audience for people that went to the website but didn't purchase and then you can retarget them with you know an ad creative that's specifically like a discount usually for retargeting you don't retarget like the normal ad creatives are do you want to do one that will be seen differ because the same audience that saw your ad creative originally and didn't buy know showing that to them again usually isn't going to be the thing that gets them to buy usually it's some type of incentive or offer that you give them that's special to them like retargeting um that you wouldn't run to cold traffic that's what what gets them to make the decision to um you know buy so what did we just talk about right now we talked about uh when it's scaling about we talked about using the 10 customers 10 sales of one product ads organic um and one other little little tip trick here I'll give you when it comes to scaling that could help you out is if you are making consistent sales with let's say your lower ticket product you can increase the aob not by having this Ascension thing only this higher ticket one but instead um you know there's a there's an app called after sell where you can do a postp purchase upsell on shop ify uh and it doesn't risk the original order so let's say someone buys the original product for $30 and then on the um you know after sale after they purchase then you can upsell them something you know complimentary so if it's a PDF on whatever it is all right how about a resource sheet we'll give you a resource sheet for $5 $10 whatever um you know just kind of not making them feel like the original product didn't give them what we said it did but instead just offering more value that's complimentary and you know this could be something lower ticket or higher ticket and it's just a way where you don't risk the initial order because if the customer clicks no to all of these things that you you use in the app for uh post-p purchase upsells and downsells then you don't lose that original order like they still have that original order um so you're not risking that and that's kind of what's cool about it and testing is so for example like I've sold digital planners before and one of the things I did as just a little downsell after they bought uh was like sticker packs digital sticker packs you know you get a graphic designer to make stickers you do a little sticker pack and after sell um you know to down sell them you know for an extra 15 bucks and then if they click no to it uh you offer it to them you know maybe again at a lower price and they if they take that you know this could you know basically increase your let's say in that case it took my you know average order value from like uh 20 something to 30 something uh oh oh was concierge Carlos is here so I'm gonna go let him in um and uh what was I saying what was I saying oh it took my aov from like 27 to like 34 so if my cost for purchase was an average of $10 before that well now my cost for purchase is basically almost covered by just having this uh you know increase in the aov because of a little little downsell after they bought so I hope this Series has honestly been very valuable for you you
