- Prayer Foundation: Each member has 12 intercessors praying for them and a spiritual director.
- Mission: To know and love Jesus more, to make Him better known and loved.
- Monthly meetings include worship, praise, planning, and one hour of silent prayer before the Lord.

New Life in the Spirit Seminar Weekends: Facilitating a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit.
Days of Recollection: Helping people discern becoming intentional/missionary disciples of Jesus.
Called and Gifted Program: Assisting individuals in discovering their unique charisms.
Unbound Freedom in Christ: Deliverance ministry focusing on spiritual blockages.

Attended a deliverance-themed retreat led by a priest exorcist from Westminster Diocese.
Introduction to the book "Unbound" by Neil Lozano and subsequent personal experience with Lozano's ministry.

Five Keys of Unbound Ministry:
1. Repentance and Faith: Initial step of believing in Jesus' healing power.
2. Forgiveness: Releasing unforgiveness, a major spiritual blockage.
3. Renouncing: Denouncing evil spirits and negative influences.
4. Authority: Exercising the authority given through baptism to command spirits to leave.
5. Receiving the Father's Blessing: Final step to experience God's love and blessing.

Sessions last about one hour and are strictly confidential.
Preparation: Spiritual preparation is crucial, including sacraments and prayers.
Confidentiality often with a small "c" unless mandatory reporting is required (e.g., sexual abuse).
