Oh yeah. Yeah. You hear the talking in it, right? Oh yeah. This is the Juice World condone section. We're going to look at it. I'm going to see if we can hear any of the talking that was in the background. Let's just look at this session and see how it turned out. I can't play the beat. So, we're just going to look at the vocals. We're going to look at the routing, the effects, the settings. We're going to look at all that. And the only thing that I need from you is to like the video and stick with me to the end. And let me know if you got any of these plugins because I might remake this for FL Studio. I'm going just mute this so we don't have no issues. So when we look at this session just overall, you see it's a lot of different tracks in here and most everything is at the top part of the session. So anything from down here is not really active. So we'll just look at the master fader first. You know it's SSL comp. This is a Waves plugin. So this right is like a harmonics plugin right here. And then we got the L3. I'm not going to touch any of this stuff on here because you know what I'm saying. Just what it is. I don't know if this was a fan edit or the actual song um because I just opened it. I didn't listen to it or anything like that. So, what do we look at first? We got to kind of see what was going on. So, this right here is nothing here. So, I'm pretty sure this was the record track. So, let's organize this a little bit. And this would be that right there. And those would be like ad libs and stuff and harms and stacks and everything down there. So we got it kind of organized now so I can understand what's going on. Then the leox the v all the vocals are running to this track right here. All right. So I don't have the file filter pro Q2. I have three and four. So the first plugin we're going to look at is autotune artist because people want to look at the autotune settings that Juice World uses. So, the retune speed for this song was a 10 um D sharp chromatic. All right. And that's pretty much going to be the same for this down here at the bottom. And then he was recording with the 76. The input was at 30. The output was at 188. And then we look at the attack is a three. The release is a seven. And then we have a ratio is at a four to one. And then we see this plugin right here. It is the Brainworks SSL 4000. This is the best version of this plugin. You know what I'm saying? UAD got crazy the preamp. Like the preamp and [ __ ] that the UAD one has. It's great. But this right here is amazing. I've seen it in Kendrick Lamar sessions. I've basically seen it in a lot of like pro sessions. So, it's like this version goes crazy because you can hit this button over here and just get a random sound, a different sound every time you bounce a song out. And yeah, that's great. Um, then he was recording with the Mag EQ. This is what gives like a lot of your favorite artists that pro, that top end, that industry sound that a lot of people be looking for because this 40 band boost is what people do. So you see we got the 40 band boost here. We got 1 dB here. We got what 1.5 subtraction here. This is zero. This is on zero. And then when it comes to the sub, you see it's -2 dBs. So it's like this is what it is. You can recreate this with the fresh air. And I think there's another plugin that you can use, but it's like fresh air, but it's not going to be as dialed in as this. But um yeah, you can only get this. It's a UAD plugin or you can get it from um Plugin Alliance. You know what I'm saying? So, just looking at that and he had a plate and a fourth delay. So, we'll go down here to the bottom and just look at the um effects real quick because they tend to be at the bottom of everyone's session. Um we see little plate was inactive while hollow verb was inactive and the ProQ2 I don't have that. So, then we look at the plate. It is the RV is the Hedges sweet vocal plate. as a setting within this plugin. So yeah, you see the settings and everything right there. And then the hall, we have the R1. So this is the convo the convolution verbs and stuff like this. It's not going to be active and sound the way it's supposed to sound because you can drop waves in to here like reverb wave files to get unique realworld um reverbs that you can't really get with the other plugins. You know what I'm saying? It's like this is like if you really want to get crazy with your reverbs and have reverbs that people can't really um copy, this is one way that you could go is using the ones where you could drop in waves. So it's like two plates 08 rich plate wave that is just a reverb. So you can put the reverb in here and then you can tweak and adjust the reverb. You know what I'm saying? So that's some sauce. Then we're going to go down here to the delays and we see the fourth was the one that was inact was active. So we're not going to look at the eighth because it's just the Echo Boyce. But we see Echo Boy. Echo Boy is one of my favorites. is one of the ones that people use in the industry a lot. It just sounds good. You can do a lot with it. You know what I'm saying? Like if we hit style edit, you see this opens up a whole another world, right, of ways we can get our delays to feel. We can rush the delays. We can drag the delays. We can mess with the groove. We have one, two, three, four different modes. Like, we can only have the delays hit on prime numbers. It's like, bro, so many different things that we can do with Echo Boy, but that's that's cool. And um then for the dubs, I'm pretty sure that's not this is not active, but it's like for the dubs, you see it's doubler on here with Pensado Doubler. And then we got the SSL waves right here. And then um this expand plugin, this is a free plugin. All right. You can use whatever you want. And then you see for delay throws, H delays on here. That's like my second option. And you see H delays on the slap, but um those aren't really active. And there's nothing on the FX music ox or the vox down here. And we already went over the master fader. So it's just going to go back to the top and let's click on some of these vocals. Let's play some of these vocals and just listen because they had a lot of people talking in the background. And so we don't really hear no talking or anything in the background on that right there. Right. And before I get to the aux track for the lead vocals, we're just going to go through some of the takes real quick. So let's mute the let's mute the fourth and the plate. All right. So let's go down here. Let's hit play on some of these takes. Okay. So, one thing that I do notice a lot in like the Juice War sessions I've always like broke down and listened to, put this in slip mode. All right. It's always been his P's. Like the P's like listen to the like look at the P, right? You see what I'm saying? Like, watch this. Like, hear that? And like a lot of people would be like uh like if you have these P's or like sharp S's that's going to [ __ ] the mix up, right? True. In certain instances it will [ __ ] the mix up. But Juice World fans don't really give a [ __ ] about that, right? Like you hear that? Like that's in there. Like as you pay attention to the session, you're going to hear peas because I'm pretty sure if we heard it one time, we're going to hear it again. But it's not a problem because if I play it with the beat, it don't stand out as much and it's not as noticeable because the people don't really care about how he like mixed this, right? People care about how the song makes them feel, how it sounds. And when sound when people be like, "Yo, people care about how it sounds." That means like two different things, right? Like, do they like the melody? Do they like the beat selection? Do they like the emotion conveyed on the music? Then it goes into does it hurt their ears? If it don't hurt their ears and it matches everything else, the song is good versus sitting there trying to judge a song based on like, oh man, what were the settings of the song? It's like the settings don't matter. People aren't listening to the settings. The settings don't go platinum, right? You know what I'm saying? Like it's the artist with the words and we just look at it, right? So, let's just keep going. Let's go. [ __ ] her until she became a better person. She put the You heard the person right here. Like you can listen to it. She put the came in that sentence. Look at it like you see a lot of people on YouTube, Tik Tok, Instagram. They'll be like, "You got to do your fades. If you don't do your fades, it's going to [ __ ] up your mix." And it's like, I mean, yeah. No, maybe. I don't know. Like, you know what I'm saying? There going to be people like just say all kind of weird [ __ ] bro. Because it's like if you don't do fades, right, and you're making millions of dollars, getting millions and millions and millions of [ __ ] streams, and you don't do your fades, that [ __ ] not hurting you. You know what I'm saying? It's like you're not getting you're not not getting the streams, the fans because you're not doing fades. You know what I'm saying? It's like you're not getting the streams, you're not getting the fans, you're not making the money because you're using the wrong compressor. Like that's not what's stopping you, right? It's there other factors in that, right? So, what I want to see is if we can hear any talking. So, let's mute like the vocals because I'm pretty sure I can hear some talking in some of these lips somewhere. So, let's go down to these backing uh like the lips or something. Like I'm pretty sure we can hear some talking because that's pretty much where you would try to hide some of the talking. Uh let's listen. Yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Okay. Hold up. I think I hear talking. Yeah. Oh yeah. Yeah. I hear talking. Let's see. Break that right there. And I'm probably go ahead talking throughout the whole take. Let's see. Cuz that's Yeah. Listen. Yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Oh. Oh yeah. Oh. Oh yeah. Uh uh. Uh uh. Uh. Oh yeah. Uh. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Uh. Oh yeah. Yeah. You hear the talking in it, right? Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Like you hear it, but it's like if I play the beat with it, it's not going to stand out that much, right? It's going to be Oh yeah. Oh yeah. But see, at the same time, the the background talking kind of like enhances that. Let me play it. Let me show you what it sound like with the vocals in there. So it's like [Music] like you don't really hear it, but it also adds some type of like texture to it. So, it's not as bad because I knew the microphone was going to pick it up. I just didn't know to what extent how it would pick it all the way up, right? So, let me get the beat one more time because um we don't really hear that. Let's see in the vocals right here. So, had to test it. I feel like Mario, so I had her going [ __ ] Luigi. I'm the [ __ ] like a pal of feces. Louis V on the shelf and needs me. Nice a lot of these [ __ ] beneath me. [ __ ] with me. How you sleeping with seaweed? I'm too paranoid. No, I don't need weed. I'm embarrassing y'all. I'm embarrassed for y'all. [ __ ] I'm like Yeah. You hear the peas? Like you hear the peas? Listen. Look at it. Look look like I'm telling you that's going to be Pinocchio. I poke her like OVO. I sing to her like Michael Phelps. I stroke her, she know I'm evil. Then like you look at this [ __ ] right here. So it's like uh I stroke her, she know I'm evil. Like you hear like you hear like that. It's like a little extra noise in there. And then see we take that out and put the beat back on and it's like you see like that right there kind of messes that up, right? So we play it one time. Listen. know. It's like sometimes it's like cutting all the dead audio. It could like it makes it cleaner, but then it sometimes like if it's too clean it sounds unnatural, right? So it's like just be mindful of that because it could it could be like why like she know I'm evil joker my damn I stroke her she know I'm evil joker my damn potent euphoria I'm floating because you know Max Lord was recording juice for a very long time. If he wanted to fade that he could fade that. If he wanted to take that out he could take those out. You know what I'm saying? because I don't know if this was the final mix. I'm pretty sure it wasn't. But it's like even if it was, it probably got cleaned up just a little bit. They probably mastered it. It sounded good. It sounded great. You know what I'm saying? So, it's like you're just paying attention to the session. So, it's like you're just staying organized. So, it's like one thing about being organized is you understanding what's going on in your session. you understanding your routing because it's not going to be one way, one set way how to do any of this, right? And then we get down here to this part right. I want to check this out. Like what did they do down here? Let's see the effect that's doing the little demon voice, the dark voice is going to be little art boy. This is one of my favorite plugins. I would use this in every single song if I could, right? Um because it does like the deep voice. So like if I unlink this, right? Like watch this. If I bring this to seven, listen. We're going to get to something completely different, right? Listen. [Music] Go ahead. Like, watch this. Let me do this. She let three of my bros [ __ ] it. You see what I'm saying? Like, you could do a lot of different things. So like let's say we did pitch like that. You see what I'm saying? Like you can create very very unique vocals versus just leaving it at -12 all the time. But 12 does work a lot. And me personally, I'll be [ __ ] with format more than pitch. But that's just me. But it's like yeah, that plugin right there goes crazy. You can get little a boy. You can get the slate digital one. U what it is um micro not micro shift but it's like I don't know something. It's like pitch some [ __ ] meta pitch, something some [ __ ] like that. And then let's let's check this right here. [Music] All right. And we see this right here is a delay throw track. This is not the same thing as the [ __ ] um what they call it delay. But it's a track that you just copy some [ __ ] up and put it here. Then your delay throws will be on. So I know that she wouldn't condone it. Then you see it's Echo Boy Junior. So this is different from Echo Boy and then you see like let's say like it's on memory, right? So like and then you see the feedback right here. So you know what feedback does? It controls how much this is going to continue to go. This one you have seven different modes right here that you can have unique delays. So if I go to space, it's going to sound different from memory. So listen. [Music] [Applause] Or if we go to studio [Applause] like that's lower. Then we can flex [Music] then ambient it. [Music] [Applause] Drowns it out more. Transmitter [Music] [Applause] hear that. So it's like telephone fet and then cheap tape [Music] just go back to memory [Applause] like you see what I'm saying then it's on the pingpong mode so if you kept it on wide you would get this condone normal condone [Applause] what I'm saying like you see how each movement makes it sound different. It responds differently. You know what I'm saying? So yeah, just pay attention and like you can create a lot of unique things. So now if you made it to this part, we're going to look at the AX track, right? So I don't have the ProQ2. I have three and I have four. But we can look at the DSER. Oh [ __ ] This is the settings they was doing, right? So, it's going EQ DSER into a compressor, right? It's the same compressor that was on the record down here. It's the same settings on that. So, you can make the adjustments as you need from that. And then when you look at right here is the C6. And it looks like it's default, but it's not really default. There's little movements over here. So, you can screenshot this if you want. So, the C6 is multiband, right? So, you could I don't know, man. You can shape the you can shape the voc you want to where it's like it's different from a EQ to where like it's only going to be active once that frequency within that range hits it. It will combat it how you want. You can make it knock it down or you can make it boost. You know what I'm saying? It's up to you on how you want to use it. And then you see right here, we go back to the SSL 4000, but the plug-in alliance, the brain works one right here. And we see there's actually settings being changed on here. So, you can screenshot this and try to recreate it on the ways one or the UAD one or whatever version that you got, but it's like just pay attention. Then you see stereo mode, analog. So, yeah. So that's giving it more of a analog console type of a field. And then that is running into the mag EQ. It's the same settings from earlier from what it looks like. But the only difference is this right here is negative 1.5. This still right here. These two right here are the same. That's still too. And this is still boosting. So everything checks out for that one. And then last but not least, they finish it off with the CLA 2A. Okay, those are the settings on that. So, what is this? Um, 35.16 and this one is 45.92. You don't have to do that exact thing, but you want to play it by ear. And I think they got it on limit mode. Yeah, it's on limit mode. So, it's not going to allow anything to go over, right? So, it's basically acting as a limiter. See, it's only going to work when it needs to like stop things from going through. It's not going to pull things up, right? So yeah, that's always something to pay attention to because if you use it in compressor mode, it works different than the limiter. All right. And then you see the L1 limiter was inactive on here. Um, so yeah, when we just look at it, look at everything because that's where the delay throw is going. So FX Ox and the delay throw. Yeah. And then they got that panned out 7575. So yeah, just pay attention to certain things like that. But overall, this was the Juice World condone session. The punches were clean, energy was good. Um, we did hear some talking because that's what I was concerned about, right? Then the session is very organized, right? It's not too much going on, right? Pay attention to how Juicew World performs, the energy, the delivery, uh, how often he switches the flows. If you want to sound like JuiceW World, you first have to like sound like Juicew World. You know what I'm saying? And then if you can somewhat accomplish that, um, you got to have the energy, the emotion, and then it's like these settings don't really mean [ __ ] at the end of the day, right? The settings don't mean [ __ ] because people listen to unmixed juice world like it's mixed juice world all the time. You know what I'm saying? But it's like people love the music, people care about the music, people care about the artist. So that matters way more than these settings. So if your music sounds good enough to drop, you need to be trying to build a fan base that [ __ ] with you the way that you [ __ ] with Juice World. You know what I'm saying? But let me know what um studio session I need to react to, what recording like pro tool session I need to like check out. Like let me know.
