what's good AI automation family I've got another great exclusive video for you here because you're awesome and you're part of the group I'm going to show you how you create a unique turn of voice for your automation so in other words how do I get like a language model to sound more like me well I'm going to show exactly how so look let me start over here okay so look this is a segmentation problem now what I've done here is we've asked the question first of all let me start with the output the idea is that we're going to end up with like a th to 2,000 words as Jack's turn of voice or your turn of voice you're going to have an action which is hey I want you to write social media post I want you to create content for me and then you're going to have your turn of voice at the bottom and it's going to be it's going to be complete breakdown of everything that makes up your turn of voice so that the output sounds just like you've written it so how do we do that well in order to do this properly we need to break down what what makes you who you are now language is extremely complicated people do the gas in it all the time but we've broken it down I think in a really good way so what essentially we're going to do this is a one exercise to do but once you've created it you can use it essentially forever and maybe when you get an 11 Le clone you will live on in eternity if we haven't solved Healthcare by that problem which to be fair with you we might already do so look you're going to do three questions to a language model the first one's going to be what we call Micro level elements okay so we're going to look at your vocabulary and your word choice in other words we're going look at your unique specialized repetitive words we're going to look at the frequency and diversity vocabulary we're going to look at grammatical patterns so that's stuff like the grammatical structures that you use um your verb tenses and consistencies and then finally we're going to look at punctuation so look we're going to analyze use of punctuation marks comma semicolons dashes parentheses I for example use semicolons very regularly That's Unique Style of my writing going look for any unusual or idios excuse me idiosyncratic punctuation patterns an idiosyncrasy as we'll know is just something unique that you say that is unique to particular language or area or something and then at the end please provide a detailed guideance for each element including relevant examples from the given text it is imperative that your guidelines read as instructions to a language model to emulate the style exactly for example when writing sentences using active voice most of the time such as he gladly painted the house provide examples from written text of what good and bad looks like be as helpful and as detailed as possible so number one is going to be on the vocabulary and word choice you have the grammatical patterns you have and your punctuation number two is going to be measure level out elements that's going to cover sentence structure and length that's about complexity variety average length of your sentences rhetorical devices and paragraph structure and how you actually write those things excuse me cool and again the same thing we want examples positive examples negative examples and then finally we've got the macro level elements and other considerations that's tone and mood are you with both positive negative overhaul coherence and cohesion idiosyn idiosyncrasies and quirks so any recurring stylistic quirks mannerisms that set you apart or make you unique then we've we've got dialogue if applicable and any figurative language so what do we do well look the what I've done for this one okay is I'm going to copy alexo's turn of voice now before we jump in there's two things that I want you to think about if you're if you want to create a turn of voice for something that's spoken instead of something that's written you need to give it written data so spoken data but if it's written you want to give it written data if that makes sense if I translate your spoken data which I can do and we can conol it and we can change the prompts and if you want that help let me it down below cuz maybe you've only got podcast and that's all that you've got so we can build that structure to do that but if it's just written data if helpful to give it written content you've done this could be fed through all the tweets it could be fed through Linkedin Pur any written content you've got I want you to grab as much of it as possible if you've written a book that's amazing that's best but get all the content you've done into one place now look I've got this 100 million office book PDF uh what I'm going to do is this is all written by Alex I'm going to copy all of it like this I'm going to go to clae okay now I'm going to paste in the book now cla's epic cuz it's context length window is insanity so I've done that now I'm going to come over to our micro level elements and give it the following prompt right so come down a little bit I'm going to grab this going to go to clae and I'm just going to hit this and I hit enter okay now claude's going to analy the text from Alex and it will start to spit out some information it's going to be helpful for us and of course guys what we're going going to do once we've done this for the three different sections like this one's obviously on grammatical patterns punctuation Vali word choice we're then going to do it for the other three and we'll end up with an amalgamate of really in-depth analysis now this will get you like 70 80% the word if you wanted to go to 100% and maybe this is a business idea you could start separate these nine things out into nine questions the more gentic you can make them flow the more high quality the better the quality is going to be so for example I'd have one would be like punctuation you are the punctuation agent you are specifically going to do this with this I've just tried to strike a balance of practicality and input attention so you don't need to spend as much time on it but it will give you like 80% the way there so look at this guys vocabul word choice employ relatively wide range of vocabulary but repeat key words and phrases for emphasis value dream outcome bonus guarantee scarcity urgency occasionally use cisms and slang for a casual relable turn examples Gunna suck at it no bueno give me my money mostly prefers simple words but th multiable words I mean this is down to a te Alex is really a big proponent of speaking at third grade level obviously he can speak significantly better than that he's a phenomenal writer but he does it for Mass Appeal and simplicity that's why people love his communication style look vocab word choice grammatical patterns heavily favor the active voice over the passive mostly use simple and present guys how incredible is this like to have this level analysis on your V on your voice like we could sell this to businesses and say dude like I'm not going to give you generic email output I'm I'm going to give you something so unique to who you are as an individual this is your vocal DNA this is a DNA of how you communicate and you just get all the emails we can download them off a server we won't check whether or not he's flirting with a mistress somewhere that's that you know it's part covered in the confidentiality Clause of our agency so don't worry about that and look at this guys also frequently dressed reader is you speak to him directly this is going to change out I might even send this maybe we send this to Alex Alex take this man take this or maybe one of you want to create a business let me know and I'll I'll help you promote it punctuation beautiful check this out now what do we do we copy it when it com to our second document now look turn of voice I just enter it in okay and then let's get rid of this here perfect now what do we do you might have guessed it we come back over here prompt two for the measure level elements and we copy this prompt when it come down and by the way guys all these custom videos that I do just for the community they're basically based off your suggestions so if you want one in particular just create a post let me know be sure to go out and share the love and just make magic happen in the group I love that so look um and then let's ask get these ones bam we post that one again and again it will go through and do the same process this time for sentence structure in length Ral devices paragraph structure and everything else like the thing I've never seen anybody really crack when it comes down to AI automation is really the turn of voice thing and it's just something that everybody really wants and it's like you know you could have a fully optimized text output that is great but would people know that it's you would people not know that it's you and one thing I'm also going to point out while this is working in the background is this doesn't stack this compound so look if I come over we've got all our agents right and we come down to our social media agents here look you can combine it with our generation 4 LinkedIn Creator Our Generation 3 Twitter Creator you have that but then you say oh by the way here's my turn of voice so every single person is going to have a unique turn of voice and we're just going to like everyone's going to put completely different signing stuff that also adheres to the best practi practices and principles which is where it just takes it from a level seven to like a level 11 you say 11 is not the charts well D this is so good we just we need we need out of 11 there cuz 10's just not enough to do this right come back over to Claude And I'd recommend using Claude for this by the way because Claude it in my personal experience I'm only ever going to sh with you that I think is the best to work I want you to win I would use Cloe for this over chat gbt 4 sentence structure and length various sentence structure to maintain reader engagement use a mix of simple sentences a c use sentence fragments for emphasis or conversational ter aim for the average sentence CL around 15 to 20 words this keeps your writing e Punchy and easy to follow employ metaphors occasionally use hyperbole for impact I'm taking a heinous amount of money how do I know that's true I read the book I love the book I'm telling you it's in there it's crazy look at this include relatable anecdotes and guys seriously like not even what the output looks like but you tell me genuinely Below in the comments like the comments of the of the inside of group wouldn't this like just reading this like you're like yes each one of these things that's exactly what I want include relatable anecdotes and examples to illustrate your arguments and make your writing more personable example anecdote there are many people who can solve the problem how do I make $10,000 per month but far fewer who can solve how do I add 5 million million to my profit without any extra product lines to my business one of the things I told us to do examples I want you to exemplify everything why do we exemplify everything because language models Le better when we're like hey this is good this is bad don't do this and do more of this we have to specify so it loves it and then we've got from paragraph structure chronological order for narrative spatial orders for descriptions transitional words beyond that next up now we've established that that being said I mean it's insane it's literally ridiculous so going to come back over to our second document and what do we do we paste it awesome and did it give us there we go let's get rid of that little bit and then finally the astute viewers which is every one of you cuz all Geniuses going to come down here that and then we go back over to Claude for a final time and give it this and as I said guys honestly if you want to take this to the next level you want to BU create this as a business I would focus on variety of inputs at the top which is could be tweets could be emails could be um a podcast I mean even if you wanted to do what I talk about a lot and I talk about the last video I made for this community around you want to lead with Valley you could say hey big big podcaster a you've uploaded these things I've created a Turner voice template based on you ask it any question and it will speak like you do and what have you done you've taken all that podcast you've kind of like trained a model on it I mean do it ethically right but you could say look this is going to help save you time in terms of your purse like I'm not using it anywhere I will delete this if you want to I just want to show you how it works or lead with an example of someone else famous and you could that's the way you could show value I mean one thing that happened with Le hosi is if you can't if you can't show you've got better examples and someone else at work them so for example she this guy wanted to take care of a Twitter account rather than saying hey I'll take care of your Twitter account I work for free work for free before you ask this guy said look I've listened to every single one of your videos here's 150 tweets that I think would fit your audience she read through them and she's like I should get props more often right she read through them and she's like yes yes yes yes yes he did it you could do this with this you feed it a turn of voice for person and then say look quote 50 you know tweets based on all of this data you just made what looks like 7 days of work happen in 7 minutes that is ridiculous now let's check in on this and see if this is going on do you have to put me back I've already had I've had a couple of these today so let's check it out all right look turn and mood maintain a promly casual conversational and motivational term that sounds like Alex 101 use Contra contraction simple language and personal anecdotes to create a sense of familiarity and relatability for example I'm sure I'm sure right now you probably couldn't handle a thousand clients tomorrow right but how many could you handle 5 10 25 well you might as well Define the number you want to take on in a given time period Then advertise that adopt a serious authoritative turn quite an overall mood of enthusiasm ensure your ideas flow logically and slow excuse me oh my goodness logically and smoothly from one to the next you clear topic sentences and transitions employ transitional words and phrases to link ideas both within and between paragraphs examples beyond that on top of that next up now we've established that that being said use repetition idos synchros using quirks a distinctive voice that sets you apart from other writers this could include catch phrases on conventional formatting the text also features some unique terms of phrase such as nice slap brain burner that's a bit of a word we to chat about that it's a bit strange dialogue figurative language Bing b bom we copy all of this we go back now over here and we enter now look I get rid of that what I'm going to do is this is the Alex hosi turn of voice so look now let's specify the task let's say that I want you to write 100w um let's call it let's do something write 100w description on why paid School uh paid communities beneficial for business so I mean it's a terrible prompt but I'm going to do two things right look come over to Claude I'm going to uh let's do Claude chat okay look right Goodness Me W even want to do it right come to Claude AI I'm going to give it one example is this pay communities offer valuable benefits for businesses by establishing dedicated space for customers businesses can fostter sense belonging leading to increased Lo engagement these communities provide a direct line of communication align businesses to gather valuable feedback insights and ideas from most committed customers additionally pay communities can as a blah blah blah do we like that no no we don't like that right so look we copy this new excuse me is this the right prompt no it's this one we copy this new you will write is Alex I should change cool and come down here Alex is turn of voice copy all of it and we come back over and then we enter and there we go and let's see what the difference looks like in real time pay communities offer a game changing opportunity for business to Skyrocket their success imagine having a dedicated group of raing fans who are eager to engage with you brand deeper level it's like having a secret weapon in your marketing Arsenal by creating exclusive pce for your low customers you'll faster sense belonging that will make them stick around like glue they're so pumped to get their hands on premium content inside of perks and person life support that they'll be shouting prais from the rooftops and here's a real kicker not only we build a community of di BR brand Advocates but you'll also gain direct line to their viable feedback and ideas it's like having a focus focus group on speed dial so if you want to Boost customer lifetime value slch rates and watch your profit s investing in the pay Community to their brainer trust me you're bought line with thank you guys incredible like ridiculous now will there be one or two little Expressions you want to change yeah like I would probably change the stick around like glue it needs more training on that so nist gets you to 80% that's the Gap you cover with the more like you would like start to train the stuff out of it so you could even go as far as say these are kind of like all the idioms I create right so you know on this document here I'm breaking up and getting so emotional about it we talked about vocab word choice you had nine prompts each one of these would be like as long as the three extract so we triple the length of it we just find every idiosyncrasy they say and then it just chooses from one of those things you you can codify the way someone speaks guys but ultimately it's phenomenal it's so so this is like this is like one of the most exciting Auto I found and I am so stoked to share with you guys in community cuz I just think it's awesome but guys let me know what you think Down Below have a wonderful weekend and I'll see you in my next video
