so then guys we have big news today of the leak speeds of the a18 and the a18 pro what's going to go into the likes of the iPhone 16 the iPhone 16 plus and also the iPhone 16 Pro Models including the iPhone 16 Pro Max so that's right guys today I want to share all the details we know about the a18 what's going to go in the likes of the iPhone 16 models and you heard me right there a18 and all of the iPhone 16 models if you didn't know already for the last couple of years the pro iPhones have got the newest and greatest a series chip inside of it so for example like last year we got the a17 pro in the likes of the iPhone 15 Pro and the iPhone 15 Pro Max but then the likes of the iPhone 15 got the chipset or the sock from the year before and that was the a16 in it but that A6 existed in the likes of say the iPhone 14 pro and the iPhone 14 pro Max but looks like this year we're actually going to be getting an a18 and an a18 Pro and like I said I want to share with you the Benchmark speeds that we've had in first of all for this so as you can see right here we've got the benchmarks here of two results for the a18 pro and we've also got it alongside the likes of the A7 Pro and you can see straight away there's definitely a big bump up in speed in multicore performance on the A8 Pro and also in single core performance there is is also a bump up there too especially in the first result and let's talk about that first result a little more now the single core speed on this I'm a little bit touch and go I'm going to be deadly honest because if we look right here here is the single core performance of the M4 and as you can see here it comes in at 3,683 and then comparing this back to the a18 pro you can see it's 3570 so personally this could be actually true that we could actually get this speed but I actually do think this is for an a18 Pro and you're going to see where I'm going here and that multicore performance 2 well yep you can see that it sits at 9,310 what is super powerful in fact that's faster than the standard M1 what's in the like to say the MacBook Air the MacBook Pro the iMac what came out at the end of 2020 and beginning of 2021 what is absolutely crazy this is going to be in the likes of an iPhone this year more powerful than that and then it's actually just just behind the likes of an M2 if you have a look at the M2 multicore performance here you can see it's just behind it here so we're very very close to M2 speeds what is absolutely incredible but then you might be saying well what about this other rumored speed here of the a18 pro well personally I don't think this is an a18 Pro I actually think that this is an a18 and let me go along with this so as you can see here the single core performance is 2,882 and if you look here on the same chart that's just a little bit higher than the a77 pro what we have right now what is in the likes of say like this iPhone 15 Pro Max that I have right here but you're probably wondering why is this so close well remember like I did talk about at the beginning of this video that in previous years we've had say the last generation of the a series inside of the last iphone so for example the a16 went in the likes of the normal iPhone 15 and the iPhone 15 plus and what I'm thinking about Apple are doing here they're actually rebranding say the likes of the a17 pro but they're putting this as the actual a18 except for the probably the main differen is they actually probably making it on the new n3p process instead of the n3e process that we had like last year from tsmc that's probably the only major sort of difference and that's why we have a slight increase in speed as you can see right here between A7 Pro and also this a18 Pro what I think like I said is actually the a18 but still even with this normal A8 what's crazy to think is that this is actually even faster than the likes of the M1 what I talked about earlier so it's crazy to think that the normal iPhone 16 and the iPhone 16 plus will actually have a sock or a chipset inside of it what is faster than the liks of the standard M1 what only came out around about 3 4 years ago in inside the likes of our MacBooks and a lot of people own those sort of MacBooks and iMacs and Mac Mini and all those other products that it came in are still reporting today that it's super fast super capable and yet we're getting that speed in the likes of an iPhone which's absolutely crazy and then like I said it's even more crazy to think that the a18 pro is actually going to be even faster than the likes of the M1 and catching up to the speed in multicore performance of the M2 and in fact it's actually faster than the M2 in single core performance what is absolutely incredible here for the speeds that we are going to be getting and just in case you wanted to know if we're going to be definitely getting an a18 inside the likes of the iPhone 16 the iPhone 16 plus well we did have this leak in here what does actually confirm that this year that Apple are looking to introduce a18s in the likes of the iPhone 16 and 16 plus and obviously an a18 sort of variant inside the likes of the iPhone 16 Pro and the iPhone 16 Pro Max so this year is going to be crazy for performance from the a series inside the likes of the iPhone and iel one would love to say see the a18 or the a18 pro in the like to say a iPad Mini 2 cuz that would be absolutely awesome to get that and talk about iPads well I don't have an iPad Mini to give away on this channel at the moment I've actually got one of these to give away at the moment inside of the iPhone 16 models how much RAM are we expecting to see well last year with the A7 Pro in the likes of the iPhone 15 Pro and the iPhone 15 Pro Max we actually got 8 GB RAM for the very very first time and it looks like that this time around all of the iPhones are actually going to have 8 GB of RAM inside of this and the main reason why we know this is probably going to be the case is because of Apple intelligence Apple intelligence actually only works on one type of iPhone or one type of chipsets in iPhone right now and that is the iPhone 15 Pro Series and the main reason behind it is because of the amount of RAM is needed for all of that artificial intelligence goodness that is needed for it that's why the likes of say the normal iPhone 15 and the iPhone 15 plus what's a bit of a downer and a bummer cannot actually do Apple intelligence when it comes out and it looks like apple are looking to do a big Drive behind this as you can see from this leak right here that they're actually really ramping up the a18 and the a18 pro to go in the likes of all of the iPhone 16 models this year cuz they believe that so many people will want to have apple Intelligence on their iPhones so this is what they're planning on doing Apple that they're going to ramp this all up all of these chipsets as you can see right here and that will have at least 8 GB of RAM on every single iPhone what is pretty awesome to see the other thing to mention too with the A8 especially that it's being made on this brand new nanometer sort of process 3 nanometer process by tsmc we are expecting some better efficiencies inside of this chip too and remember we've actually seen a bit of this already the likes are say the iPad Pro what came came out earlier this year we have the M4 inside of it and the M4 is also made on this brand new tsmc process and with this we actually got a thinner iPad and actually we actually got a smaller battery inside of it too but yet it still delivered the same amount of battery life and if you know your facts already what I've spoke about on this channel I've actually said that we're actually going to get a slight increase in battery sizes are definitely on the pro iPhones this year but with mixed with this brand new a18 Pro inside of this chipset you can imagine that battery life is going to be even better and also the likes of the a182 in the likes of the iPhone 16 the iPhone 16 plus that battery life will probably increase even more here too what's going to be absolutely fantastic to see and with that guys that is a
