Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Steps to Enable MFA

1. Download and Install Authenticator App

   • Options include: Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Authy.

2. Set Up Authenticator App

   • Open the app and scan the provided image or copy the provided key.
   • Copy the key for later use.

3. Enter Code

   • Navigate to the next step to enter a 6-digit temporary code generated by the authenticator app.

Post-Setup

• MFA setup completion message: "You are all set."
• A login code will be required whenever logging in, especially on unrecognized devices.
