Diablo 4 Overpower Build Strategies

This build will only crit overpower on every single hit. The strongest build does not need to show off damage on training dummy. I will show you only pit 90 plus footage and tormented bosses.

The strongest build is here. Welcome to Goblin Inc. I am Asus Spades. This build was created by me and Sanctum.

And before we get into the build, a quick word from our sponsor, the Crimson Market. Every month, they are giving away a computer. You can join the raffle for the computer for free for the first month with the golden ticket.

This month they're giving away a Starforge, Azure, Oni. And I think it's gonna be Voodoo or Rocks giving it away this month. I'm not sure.

You can see how it works here. The more you play Diablo 4, the more points you earn. You can also earn points by signing up and accumulate points with their loyalty program.

Thank you for sponsoring this video. As you can see, it is an overpower build. It plays with the bottom.

Banish Lord Talisman. At 275 resources spent, you'll be blasting with a guaranteed overpower and your critical strike will be dealing extra 60% damage. If you have watched me and Sanctum stream in the past few days, we might have been acting weird and collecting odd gear like Banish Lord, Talismans and T-Balls Whale and that was for this exact reason we needed 275 resources to play this build. This build is now online at least for me, should be online very soon or maybe tomorrow for Sanctum as well. Let's take a look at the various things and various optimizations we have made and why.

First of all this build does not play armor. This build is armor capped thanks to Rai here, which will give us a 15% armor in combat and that's going to be plenty enough to cap our armor part of my armor is covered up by the war tier 4 that i am in and when we are in combat it will actually be capped do not worry about that i am playing with four barrier gems on my on my gear that is because our main source of defense is the earthen work this build scales a lot with overpower which means it's scaling with maximum health that's why we I would be running a lot of health on this gear, maximum health is really good on the Banish Lord Talisman and of course we also like to have max health if possible with T-Bolt's Will. Strongly, I suggest you to buy a T-Bolt's Will right now.

For example me... I'm already stocked with Tybalt's Will in my inventory so that I can sell them to all the people that will try to play this build. For example, this one is probably gonna be worth...

I'm probably gonna wait and sell it for 20 or 30 billions of gold. I only bought it for 300 millions today. So that's my plan to be rich with this build. I am capping my resistance cells with Tyrrell's Might, but you also have the option, if you do not have the gear, to cap your resistance cells with a Jens'Blessing instead and play that instead of a normal pair of boots. That, generally speaking, is an easier way to obtain this build.

The hardest part for this build is to get enough maximum resources to activate this. That's why I've made three versions of this build. The leveling build, the mid-game build based on armor, and this build based on maximum resources. That is a lot more gear requiring. So this is something that you should be aspiring for.

You're going to be needing a ton of maximum resources. Maximum resources on Cephalacca, which I would suggest to get at least one or two masterworks on. Mine is bugged and I can only master work velocity. No matter what I do, I will always get velocity on my Cappellacca.

It's just bugged. Nothing I can do about it. Table Twill with GA maximum resources is important. The most important thing is to play with the Glyph, which is a Managerist. Managerist buffs the Magic Nodes, which gives resources.

As you can see we've been running with different glyphs otherwise, but Managerist is the one that I've been leveling up the most. It is for me at 93. And 93 is where I got myself at 255 for this setup. I would have not needed it to be that high if it wasn't for my bug on Road of Keppelac. We have the possibility of crafting an Harlequin Crest, and Harlequin Crest gives maximum resources. So, If you have Alecwing Crest or you have the ability to craft it, that's a good choice because it pretty much reduces your needs for this build to almost zero.

Yes, you will not have your Tyrell's Mastiff. Might if you craft your shake of first, but your build will be online Like I said, this build does not run armor and the reason why we've been saying that touch of death is actually weaker than Quill is not because The armor version of touch of death was weaker, but because this build quill Does not need as many legendary items. In fact prefers uniques like Thibault's will and also banished or talisman the thing that they have in common is that they are not legendary items, meaning that I cannot masterwork useful things for touch of death. Touch of death would benefit from utility slots where I would be able to craft things like swarm duration, and swarm duration would increase my damage, meaning that builds that utilize a lot of legendary items, and that was the meta when armor was uncapped.

When armor was uncapped, then builds with legendaries, and then then touch of that would be the best. But now that armor has been nerfed, it's the time to play with our unique items, in this case the banished lore talisman. Let's go over the aspect.

Quill Volley, we have Ring of the Midnight Sun, Kepa Lekka, of course. I like to play with Sword plus Vortex. This is not the maximum damage setup. You could be running 5 Ferocity Stacks if you have.

My aspect is still pretty weak, so I'm not running it. I like to have both Sword and Vortex in the same build. And the only way to do that comfortably is to run it as an aspect on your boots.

And losing some Ferocity Stacks. It is a little bit less damage. But...

In my opinion, the quality of life is worth it. And the build is still blasting, even in high content. T-Bot will, maximum resources being the most important stat on it. Then we have Moonrise.

Alternatively, if you have capped movespeed, better than Moonrise would be Block. So Block increasing your damage is better, and you do bigger numbers, but I like the attack speed and movespeed. personally. Like I said, the strongest build in the game does not need to get the biggest number on the screen. It looks impressive, even when I choose utility and speed over big numbers.

That's how the best build should be. Using Tyrell's Might for capping all those resistances easily and just throw my skulls on my jewels and will be capped both armor and resistances. Like I said, in alternative you can run Jens' Blessing and a Legendary Chest and you can run Sword Vortex on that one. For the Spirit Hole, Jugger is more damage and Gorilla as your secondary passive works just fine.

If you still find yourself to be too squishy, which many might be, especially if you do not have a lot of barrier gems like me, you might prefer to run with Gorilla and Jugger. No one is going to complain about that, it's not a big deal. Ability wise, Not much has changed, we're still running Quill with balanced exertion.

Vigorous might need to be 1 or 3, depending on how much resource generation you have. You only need as much resource generation as it is needed to recover 100% of your resources with Midnight Sun. It is covered in the build.

You can read in the FAQ, it talks a little bit about that. Unrestrained Power, we have Ravager. Enhanced Ravager here and we have Armored Hide, Counterattack, Reforged Counterattack here of course. Still Scourge for healing and I'm taking Dominant and Resilient. Dominant works with Vortex which knocks down enemy as long as you have a barrier, so that's very useful.

I take Brilliance for more damage based on move speed, full points, impotent and furnace. Same things for Resolution, Spiritual Attunement and Supremacy. One point in the Hunter and we finish up with the Prodigy's Temple.

For the Paragon we take a quick look. You want to go for Colossal, you want to have Spirit. It's also possible to have Kenny here, and that's what I will have in the build down below.

This is a full board version and if you are like me and you do not have a full Paragon, you might want to be running Spirit and Disboard and so you can copy this one rather than the one on the Planner which is the complete version for you know 250 Paragon Points Next we'll be having Managerist and in Suppling Of course, we'll be taking Talon in Coverage and that's gonna be all for the Paragon Board. For the Mercenary We're gonna have to get specifically Valiance. That's important because Shield Charge provides us with the ability to get Rahir's armor. Rahir's Guard provides with 15% armor, we get armor cap. Most important of all, it will provoke gaining damage reduction and we get mocking lure, of course.

Talking a little bit about this, Shield Charge... right here bashing enemies with a tower shield does physical damage and fortifies you for 5% of your maximum life. Fortify is important because the more fortified you are the more damage you do with overpowers.

So this is an important thing in the build and it's important to try to maintain your barrier as much as possible to not lose your fortify. My second mercenary is Varianna and we'll be running Bloodthirst on her. This is it for the build. I hope you guys have enjoyed it.
