Login Instructions for Westminster Firefly Platform

General Login Information

• Users can log in using either their email address or username.

Specific Instructions for Different User Groups

• Staff and Pupils:

  • Click on the link provided on the right side of the login page.

• Parents:

  • Use your registered email address to log in.
  • Ensure that your account is activated if logging in for the first time.
  • Note: The password for this login is different from the parents' site password.

Account Management

• Forgotten Password:

  • Users can reset their password by following the "Forgotten your password?" link.

• Account Activation:

  • Users new to Firefly need to activate their account via the "New to Firefly? Activate your account." link.
