hello welcome to my new apartment by the way i'm planning to do an apartment tour soon anyway today's video is going to be 10 things that i wish i knew before i started only fans and i'm saying 10 things only because that's the title that was popular but there's actually like 12 or 13 things [Music] if you guys haven't seen the other videos in my only fan series that'll be linked down below and today's video is 10 things that i just wish i would have known before i even started these 10 things i wish i knew aren't just like how to make money tips they're also like how to be okay within yourself type of tips and we're gonna jump in with a pretty intense one already right off the bat [Music] your body is going to need a break when i started out doing my only fans i was just taking quick bikini photos in my mirror and it wasn't it wasn't taxing on my body but now a year into it i'm doing a lot more things i'll just be real with you guys i definitely do like not i'm not anybody but you know i'm doing some soft we'll put it that way you know what i'm talking about i take all of my content in one day for the week so every week there's one day out of the week that i just go ham you know what i mean like literally ham sometimes my body is over it and by the end of the day and for the rest of that week i am so beyond over the stress i've put my body through and the amount of work that i put my body through and it's not as pleasurable by the end of it and so that's something i wish i would have known when i started doing that type of content is that i do need to kind of spread it out and it can't be all done in one day i'm only recently learning this about myself up until this point i was just doing it you know just this way where i do it once a week maybe twice a week but i've realized my body just needs a break sometimes and that i can't force my body to want something that it doesn't want that's just something i wish i knew going into it and now that i know it i'm able to take my time with it and not try to rush through content and maybe spreading it out a little bit even if it is throughout the day not doing it all at once i thought i already knew going into it but for some reason didn't really hit me until i was in it people in your daily life people from your high school your friends friends friend people in your life are going to go on your only fans whether you like it or not i knew that this was going to happen but i didn't realize to the extent what i was getting myself into literally friends are on my only fans luckily i am the person that i am that i don't care but i think if i was somebody else that's something i wish i would have known before i just think it's important to know people in your life are going to see it and you can choose to block them if you want to but you're not always going to know what their usernames are and they can definitely make new accounts and see your content anyways definitely people i never thought would have been all my only fans that have been on my only fans and you don't know like i'm telling you like per like people i know like friends have been all my only fans you just wouldn't guess it you know [Music] dating has gotten a lot harder for me actually but it is what it is dating has already been hard for me because i'm pansexual and that's a whole nother story if you want to see that video it's linked but dating has been even more difficult with and only fans because not everyone understands it not everyone accepts that and not everyone wants to be associated with that and that is totally fine but it's something that i wish i would have known before not that it would have changed anything but is this something to think about if you are getting into only fans um your relationships and dynamics with people definitely change even if you're not popping your on only fans like people still have a problem with it and that's just is what it is there's a stigma against it and so dating has definitely been more difficult i'm editing right now and i forgot to say that a lot of my friends that do only fans they are actually dating and they are straight so they're with men so apparently that might be a little bit easier um if you are straight but as someone who dates women it has been difficult because i don't know maybe women are just way more jealous or something um but it seems like in the straight world it's a little bit easier because guys i guess are like more into it i don't really know that's an observation i've made so if you're straight maybe it'll be easier for you [Music] i wish i would have known from the beginning that pay-per-view messages and games and all of that type of thing there will be a whole video on this you can check that out but i wish all these extra ways to make money on only fans i wish i would have known that when i started because i think i would have been able to make a lot more money straight away right from the beginning whereas it kind of was a slow progression for me i had to learn all these tips and tricks and like how to make money aside from just the subscription i had to learn that along my journey this whole year that i've been on [Music] it is a full-time job like i know i said i only spend a day on all my content like all at once and that's what i've been doing through this whole year basically aside from making the content there is editing in the content marketing your content making friends in the community so that you can like promote all these different things aside from just creating content messaging people like it's a full-time job and you have to be your own marketing team you have to be your own editing team you have to be your own cameraman if you don't have someone to do it for you like you have to be everything and so it is a full-time job and i wish i would have known that from the beginning because i think in the beginning i would have put more energy into it knowing that that i could make a full-time living off of it and i think from the beginning i would have been able to like do it really quick whereas i think it took me i think it took me like three months four months to make it a full-time job whereas i think you can do it within two months like you can make it a full-time job within two months if you put your heart and soul into it [Music] this one is another personal one you cannot control how others perceive you but you can control how you perceive yourself and i think this is a big one for me that i wish i would have known going into it and had to learn along the way is that i cannot care what anyone else thinks of me as long as i think i'm a good person and i'm treating people with respect and doing my best as a human on this planet um for the time that i'm here like that's all i can do and i can't worry about what other people are gonna think of me i've been pretty good at this but i think it gets harder as you get into it and as more and more people see what you're doing or they hear about what you're doing it gets harder at the same time as it gets easier it gets harder because there's more people that are going to think of you in a certain way but also it's easier because you have the time to really grow within who you are and also just accept who you are and you've already told a million people like this is what i do and that's that so it does get easier in that sense but it also gets harder because there's more and more people that are gonna find out throughout time i wish i would have known that reddit was just not for me and i've heard this from other girls too but i've also heard the complete opposite where they're like oh my gosh i've gained so many subscribers on reddit and then i've heard other people that are like i don't [ __ ] know how to use reddit and i'm one of those i don't know how to use reddit i wish i wouldn't have spent so much time trying to market on reddit when it just was not working for me i wish i would have put that energy into my twitter into my instagram into my youtube because that's what works for me but i think that's also a learning process and like you're going to figure out what works for you best along the way so it's not really something that i could have known but if i can give you guys a tip it is that if something's not working for you and something else is put your energy into that because that is what's going to help you grow when it started happening to me i freaked out but it is that you are going to lose subscribers consistently and that doesn't mean that it's going to be a bad month it's it can still be a good month out my hair it doesn't mean that it's going to be a bad month just because you see that you're losing subscribers you can still make it a good month you just have to keep promoting so you keep getting new subscribers i wish that's something i knew because in the beginning i didn't i wasn't really losing subscribers it was until i was growing and growing and growing and then i started realizing i'm also losing and losing and losing at the same time it's kind of a constant battle but it's slowly getting bigger and bigger numbers at the same time so you know one month might not be so great and you might lose 20 subscribers but in the same month you might gain 45 so you're still going to gain but you're still going to lose and it's hard to see the number go up and down up and down because you don't want to lose any subscribers you want to keep them around every single month but it's going to happen and that's just that's just is what it is honestly i just wish i would have known that because i freaked out even though my revenue and subscriber count was going up i would see the number drop every few days and i'd be like why is that happening you just have to keep promoting keep marketing yourself keep getting out there so you can keep gaining but you're gonna lose too and that's just it's okay and i think i did do this pretty well but if you're just starting out i think this is good to know from the beginning not to put everything on your feed if you are starting out you probably won't be doing this anyways but if you are just going to go all in and you're going to post everything on your wall you're not going to have any content to put in your pay-per-view messages which is where you're going to make the most money and i think that's super important to do so keep some things private if you are going to post some like a more provocative stuff on your page just make sure that you have even better stuff going into that pay-per-view messages and also figure out your price by playing around with prices see what your audience is drawn to and what they like to spend money on and how much money they like to spend on it if you're posting a bunch of videos for fifty dollars and no one's buying them and you get like one buyer for fifty dollars when you could have put that same video for ten dollars and gotten twenty people to get it you're going to make that 100 bucks a lot quicker basically don't give it all up on your home page on your feed another thing i wish i knew from the beginning and i don't know why i didn't think of this like it's so simple but switch it up play around um get costumes get get new lingerie every like month or two like honestly i like to get new lingerie every month every two months something like that because it keeps it fresh it keeps it new and it keeps it exciting for your followers if they're seeing you in the same thing every time it's like what are they getting from this having this for a full month like we need to see new content ask your followers what do you want to see investing your money that you make into your business is super important so use the money you make for promotion and use the money you make for new fits new equipment whatever that might be because then you are able to better yourself and people are going to want to stick around if the content keeps getting better if i would have started over from the beginning i would have found a niche first because i think niche only fans do really really well and i wish i would have had one i don't really know what i would have picked but if you can think of a niche that works for you you should do it [Music] i used to not really focus on captions i just didn't really care and then one day i was like oh i want to like switch it up and like say something fun and fresh something funky now i really do pay attention to what i'm saying in the captions because after i did it for the first time my followers were way more engaged in the posts they were commenting they were liking the picture they would message me and be like ooh i loved what you said in this it made me feel this way it made me feel that way i know it seems kind of like like it's not that important but it is important engagement is what keeps them coming back every month [Music] along with engagement is consistency and also being part of the community which i think is really good on twitter so those are two kind of different things but being consistent and then also finding your community is super important on twitter you can find a bunch of different girls and i always say this go and meet girls message them dm them swap promo with them like do that as much as you can because that's what gets you out there and like i said being consistent kind of goes along with that engagement people know when you're posting people see every single day you're posting they know to keep coming back every single day and that's what you want those are my tips and those are things i wish i knew before i even started hopefully they help you if you guys have any questions about only
