now I've been Drop Shipping since 2016 and I've generated over $15 million in Revenue so I'm good at Drop Shipping and I'd say that I'm only good at Drop Shipping in this video I'm going to be teaching you everything that I've learned from Drop Shipping for the last 8 years I'm not going to gay keep any information I'm not going to try and sell you anything I'm only going to be giving you all the lessons and failures that I've learned in this video My Success has been documented by some of the biggest companies in the world and even Shopify has acknowledged me as one of their e-commerce coaches I've been inside of the Drop Shipping World way before it became popular on Twitter or on other social media platforms I got involved when Drop Shipping was considered boring and I've documented My Success on this YouTube channel as well so if you go and watch some of my videos from 2019 you'll see some of the store case studies that I've made now just to give you guys a quick backstory as I think it's important for the first 2 years of Drop Shipping I completely failed and I lost $66,000 and that ended up me going back to work and working a few jobs to build the cash reserves again now the first point that I'm trying to make here guys is having a job or a part-time job is crucial so that you can actually build cash flow alongside building your Drop Shipping Store now the second point that I want to quickly make is when you start a Drop Shipping Store you should have the Envision and the goal that that will be a brand in the end that you're going to sell for a million dollar or seven figures the point that I'm trying to make is if you approach a Drop Shipping Store and think oh I'm just going to test a few products if find a winner happy days you should actually approach it with the mindset of I'm going to build this store into a legitimate brand that I can sell because then the way you treat that store will be totally different instead of treating it like just a typical Drop Shipping Store that you don't actually have that much respect for now I want to quickly cover should you even start Drop Shipping now I know a lot of you guys that are watching this are interested in making money online but you're not sure if Drop Shipping is the right model for you I do believe that Drop Shipping is by far the best business to start online because of how scalable is and how many skills you're going to learn whilst building your Drop Shipping Store from how to build a store how to create ads how to launch ads all of these skills are six figure skills that you're going to learn as a drop shipper also dropshipping is as simple as this you need to find a problem to solve and it's simple research that will tell you that and as long as you can bring value to people's lives through the Drop Shipping business model then you should start a dropshipping store now I want to talk about the apex predator mindset for Drop Shipping now not many people are able to succeed with Drop Shipping because they failed to build an apex predator mindset now it took me 15 products till I found my first winning product now most people fail on their second or third product they run ads to it they lose a little bit of money and they quit now if you don't build an apex predator mindset you're going to be one of those now those that win with Drop Shipping to those that fail comes down to one simple rule the winners outlasted and out existed the losers it's a simple as that now let me break down the Apex predor mindset into three simple stages stage one you need to be detached away from money if you're attached to money then when you lose a little bit of money you're going to freak out and you're going to build some form of hatred towards whatever it was that lost you that money now the rule is you're going to be testing products of Drop Shipping and it could take you like with me 10 to 15 products to find one so if you lose a few hundred per product then you're going to quit very early on now I always say that if you've got a budget to spend on Drop Shipping You should already assume that that money is going to get lost now this is a psychological trick that I use so if that money you have is now lost during the testing process then you already mentally accepted before that you lost that money now if you do not agree with the commitment of losing money when you do lose a little bit of money you're going to freak out and then you're going to start to stay stagnant and not move around the way people succeed in Drop Shipping is by moving around in a circle process finding a product building a store testing it now if you lose money then that circle is just going to get slown down because your mindset towards money is I've lost money now I freak out so this circle rotation will stop happening so guys before we move into the next part of today's video I've got a huge announcement that I couldn't hold back that I know every single one of you wanted to hear which is I'm now offering a free e-commerce and Drop Shipping mentoring you've heard me correctly it is 100% free to participate and join all you've got to do is follow the link in the top of the description and in the pin comment in and join the Ecom King Vault so what you guys can expect from the mentorship for completely free is we've built a custom built software to teach you in so we've not gone out there and use school or kajabi we've built our own software that's cost us over $330,000 to build that will enable us to tailor teach you within the software now to sign up to the Vault it will only take you 10 minutes and I've even given you step-by-step video guide in the app so you can follow it along and get inside of the mentorship now you're also going to be getting a full course so it's going to be around about 8 hours long each episode has resources cheat sheets you've also got a private Discord Community we even do live calls between once and twice a month so you're getting basically group mentoring for completely free it does cost us a lot of money to run the Vault and manage it as we're having to pay for staff and we're having to pay for the software to keep using it but I do believe that it will change a lot of people's lives if they take action with all the methods and teachings that we offer with that being said guys let's get straight back into today's video now the second thing to become an apex predator drop shipper is by having marketing skills now marketing is a form of psychology so unless you understand how people buy your products online due to a consumer then you will not succeed you need to invest time to understand how marketing actually works and how to be better most drop shippers come along copy their competitors and assume that they're going to win by you copying people are you actually learning how to Market no you're not you need to be able to look at your competitor and say this this is where they've gone wrong this is where they could improve and then you will go back into the market by improving those things and then getting the reward from it now the last thing you need to become an apex predator drop shipper is a persistent game plan so you need to be able to have a long game plan for at least one to 2 years and you need to be able to just consistently work through it you don't want to stop for a month and then carry on because you'll lose momentum momentum is honestly so important and if you lose it then you're going to set yourself back so you need to say to yourself if I start dro shipping today I'm going to give it a year to two years and I'm going to be persistent with it remember those that succeed will outwork you they will outl you if you can not compete with them then you will fail now guys I'm no one special I left school with no grades I was considered a bomb I had nothing going for me now the only thing that I had going for me was I had some serious work ethic and I was persistent and I was not willing to fail which others were able to do now there's a saying in business hard work beats Talent when talent doesn't work if you work harder than the guys that are talented eventually you will beat them now let's talk about how you can start Drop Shipping with no money now the truth is you actually can't so as long as you've got at least $100 then you can actually start Drop Shipping so if anyone tells you you can start Drop Shipping with no money they're actually setting you up to fail because eventually you're going to burn yourself out because you won't have the right resources now you need to have a job that pays you a few hundred a month in profit after expenses so you can fund your Drop Shipping Store you need around about $100 to $200 a month to actually get a good consistent flow of being a drop shipper now if you're watching this thinking that you're going to quit your day job and Go full on into Drop Shipping that's the worst thing that you can do keep your day job as that's so important for cash flow and do Drop Shipping on the side now if you're coming up with the excuse that you don't have time that's absolute BS wake up earlier go to bed later quit going on Netflix and actually use your productive time with Drop Shipping now if you're Drop Shipping with a low budget let's say $100 to $300 then you're going to be going down the Tik Tok Oran route or the Instagram real route so that means that you're going to be creating viral content to put on Tik Tok that will actually get viral momentum and then people will shop on your Shopify store now if you're going to be doing the organic marketing route then you got to understand that your time is what will cost you not your money your time because to create viral content you're going to have to be making one to two hours a day worth of content and if you can't then the organic method will not work because you need to be posting 3 to five times a day on these social media platforms like Tik Tok and in Instagram and it needs to be unique content and you need to study your competitors that have gone viral on those social media platforms and recreate the content look at where they've missed out on opportunities and fill those gaps in and organic is all about Trend setting and Trend hopping if you can't hop on a trend quick enough you will miss out on all the momentum you can do this by following news outlets going on Google Trends you can go on Instagram and Tik Tok and search for trending and see what's coming up X is also a great platform for looking look at this going an X and looking at what's trending and then seeing how you can correlate that with your Drop Shipping product on the Tik Tok platform or on the Instagram platform and also if you want to go viral on Instagram and Tik Tok you need to be really good at shocking the audience and catching them off guard so when you make an organic video are you doing anything dramatic or shocking in the first 1 to 3 seconds that will catch somebody off guard if you're not willing to do that then you're probably going to fail we were wearing a Spider-Man mask in our videos that people weren't expecting so you need to have that type of implementation in your videos on organic you can't just look at your competitor's most viral video and recreate it and think you're going to go viral you need to look at how you can make it even more attention grabbing by adding some of these methods in now organic content on Tik Tok and Instagram becomes very powerful when you start teaming up with people if you've got a brother or a sibling that you could go into business with I would very much recommend that you do that because two people is better than one person now I'm going to leave in a video Linked In the description of how I actually go over the whole format of organic in terms of how to record content how to actually upload content I'll leave that Linked In the description as I've made a whole free course on it now I want to talk about starting a Drop Shipping Store if you're going to be running pay dads like Facebook ads or Google ads so I'm going to start from the very ground up which is finding winning products winning angles and then building the whole system out now for me to do this effectively I want to give you an example of one of my successful stores where we made $2 million in a year running it which was with some motorcycle jeans that you can see here now the reason why we were so successful with this store is because we approached it as this is going to be a legitimate brand when we start it it's not going to be a Drop Shipping Store we're going to build this as a e-commerce brand now for us to be able to do that we had to have a product that had a high perceived value which meant we had massive margins to work with we were buying these jeans for around about $5 to $20 we were selling them for $80 that gives us $60 in margin because the perceive value for these jeans are very high they're protective and they're stylish normal jeans are going to cost you $50 these are protective jeans if you're a cyclist and we had the perceived value of charging people that $89 so that means that we were making a very good margin now if you don't have good margins like that you can't build a solid Drop Shipping Store especially if you're running paid ads now we also approached this thought as this isn't a winning product this is a winning angle and offer so we w't looking at the actual product itself as the winning product we were looking for winning angles and winning offers it's as simple as that I always say there's no such thing as a winning product there is something called a winning audience that will be sold to with a winning offer and angle that's as simple as that the product is just a medium of exchange that's all it is so let's go over how to identify winning products so number one you need a few characteristics of a product you need to be able to recognize what this product does is it a problem solver now if you've got really bad knees does this product help with your knee problem then you've got while Factor products where you watch the video and you're like wow that product looks insane I want it in my house so I can experience that same wow factor then you've got Amplified result products these products are designed to make you better whether it be a beauty product that enhances your beauty that's an amplified product then you've got time productive products and these products are designed to give back your time in exchange for the product so let's say you buy something that help helps you clean the house but it helps you clean the house an hour quicker that is a lifestyle increase and boost that you can sell to people you also want to look for products that are very simple to understand you don't want to have a product that is over complicated for the consumer to understand so that when they see the ad on Facebook they're there trying to work out what this product is what it does what is the problem solver behind it it should just be I watch it for 3 seconds I know exactly what it does and I want to buy it that's how simple your product should be when it comes to showing it in action now I want to cover the product research methods that help me find seven figure products now most of these are not paid I'm going to be going through all the free methods first now the first part of product research you have to understand is you need to find valid databases to find these products now a valid database means it's a place where you can go to see products that you can then research later on now my favorite ones is the AliExpress Business Center so if you log into AliExpress and go on to the actual account info you're going to see AliExpress business you click that then AliExpress actually turns into a place for Drop Shipping business owners the actual AliExpress website is not for drop shippers it's actually for consumers so if you go to the AliExpress business center that is now for a business owner like you that is a drop shipper to find your next winning product now that doesn't mean the product is a winner that's just you choosing a product from a valid database now before I move on to the other databases that you can use to find valid products we need to be talking about momentum going for these products now I like to sell products that have already got natural momentum due to events or special days that are coming up now you can go to websites like calendar.com where it shows you all the most important events coming up in the next few months now for this strategy to work you need at least 3 months before the event actually starts so for example this year we've got the Olympic Games we've got the Euro football these on big events where products around them will sell well because of the natural momentum now you've obviously got way smaller events that you can pick out but you want to try and Sal around these events because you will get a natural momentum going into them now if you find out what these events are and you're wondering what can I sell within these events you can literally use chat gbt to find out you can use 4.0 which is the new model for free and you can say look this event's coming up what people are going to be there are they going to be buying products what products do they buy then you find them as a drop shipper then you need to think about the season of what we're in are we in summer are we in Winter and then You' got to play based on those now a few other valid databases that you can use to find winning products is Etsy if you go to Etsy go to categories pick a category that makes sense and then you can filter it by Etsy pick and then Etsy will show you the products that are selling the most in there now the next method that I like is the Tik Tok shop method but you need to be in one of the countries that is supported which is the US UK and a few other countries now when you create a Tik Tok shop account you can go to the seller center go to shoppable videos go to top sales where it says get inspired and then it will show you videos that are getting the most sales at the moment and you can filter it by category so you can literally choose what category you want to shop in now the last valid database method that I like to use is the eBay watch counter so if you go to eBay watch counter it's going to show you all the listings for different categories that have the most watches which means people are interested in buying that product now most of the products on eBay watch count are Drop Shipping products or there's a Drop Shipping alternative and again if you use that Chrome extension you can reverse image search it and find it now we found these potential products we need to now put them through a list of validating if they're good to sell right now now you want to use another Chrome extension which is the Amazon reverse search now you can get this for free I'll leave all the relevant links in the description now this will enable you to reverse search the image on Amazon and you want to make sure that there's Amazon solid selling it that have at least a 3.5 star review out of three different listings that means that the product is good quality remember we're not trying to drop ship although we're using the Drop Shipping fulfillment method we're trying to be good drop ship is meaning we're not selling crappy products so if the product has at least a 3.5 star rating overall over three different salers that is a good product now the next thing is to go to the ad Library change it to all ads and then search for the product name now we're trying to find pages that are running ads for our product we want to find around about one to two pages that are running ads for our product and we want to see if the active ads increase and you've got to filter it by active ads increases day on day so let's say we find two pages one has 10 active ads the other has 13 active ads we want to make sure that every week or every few days the active ads increase that means that they're scaling the product that way we know they're actually making money now whilst we're doing this we want to work out what methods they're using are they using offers are they using a marketing angle and we want to jot down what off is they using is it a buy one get one free is it get a free ebook what angle are they using are they using a problem solving angle are they using a scarcity angle and we want to write that down as well because we want to find a gap in the market to Pivot into we want to figure out what countries are selling in and we also want to find where they're not selling so we can also sell in the Regions they're not selling in now one of the most famous methods I'm talking about is those products that do really well in America but people move them into the EU they start selling them in Germany Netherlands Switzerland these really high GDP countries in the EU and they take a winning product from the states and move it into these countries now if you're struggling to find pages on the ad Library you can go to Google and search for the product there and go to the Google shopping and you're going to see shopping ads that are coming up you can go into some of the shopping ads that are independently run they're not Etsy stellers they're not through Amazon or temu and you want to go to their page go to their website and find their social media links go to their Facebook link and then you can search for their profile in the ad Library that's another the Great way to find ad Library pages that are running ads for your product but realistically I only want to be selling products that are making at least $25,000 to $100,000 a month and I can figure it out based on how many ads they're running or if I'm using Chrome extensions that will give me how many sessions their store is getting and I can work out the average conversion rate so if 100 visitors are there normally out 200 visitors you get a conversion so if I can figure out how many sessions they're getting on a monthly basis I can do a rough figure on how many sales they should be getting now I'll add that equation to a cheat sheet Linked In the description where you can figure out the average conversion per sale on somebody's store now let's talk about what content works the best for your product so let's say you've now found your winning product what content works better ugc images or just normal types of ads now the truth is ugc has now blown up and in my opinion it's starting to die out slightly now it doesn't mean that ugc is dead I just think ugc is slowing down a lot more than it used to now you should still be doing ugc but you should be making it look look as natural as possible if your ugc videos look really really ugc and it looks like it's been paid then it's not a good ugc video now ugc stands for user generated content so if somebody stands with a phone either in POV or normal selfie mode and they record the product in hand now if you want to get ugc content and you want to do it on an efficient price method then obviously get somebody like your family relative or your friend to do it for you and you can pay them $5 or $10 or they might even do it for free if they love you enough and you can just give them an example of somebody else doing ugc with your product and get them to follow a similar guideline now the best type of ugc videos are a howto so how does the product work an unboxing video unboxing the product the reaction behind it going over a customer testimonial this is what I've got from this product and then the other ones is a challenge video I use this product for 3 days this is what I got from it these are natural videos that do really really well and I figure out the challenge videos do the best ugc wise for me I bought this dog tennis ball throw it and I no longer have to throw tennis balls for my dogs whilst I'm working at home the machine does it itself etc etc those types of videos do really well and then you could say I've been using it for the last 10 days and I've realized that I am not wasting 2 hours a day throwing a tennis ball for my dog this is a really crap example but you get the idea now you should be testing ugc content alongside image ads I find that image ads can work really well whether it be a single image a carousel so that's three or four different images and you you want to be trying lifestyle images feature images which is a product image but with loads of arrows pointing to it explaining the different features test and blank images where it's a product with a blank and then you can use AI tools to change the background to make it look cooler these types of images work really really well now you should also be trying normal types of videos so these aren't ugc these are your typical onetoone videos and they are not a ugc type of video it's like a professional ad so it's like the old school types of drop sh videos you also want to be trying those as they tend to work really really well now the editing software that you should be using to edit your videos is companies like cap cut they're free to use they have some really powerful tools and Engineering work in the background that's doing all the hard work for you so make sure you're using capcut now if you want to hire ugc content creators for really cheap you can go to Twitter type in ugc and find content creators and reach out to them and you can get it for really really cheap the only downside is there is no form of insurance behind it as you're doing it as yourself you're hiring people privately now if you want that insurance but it's a little bit more expensive you can use fiva or boo now I'm really going to emphasize this point actually ripping other people's content and running it as an ad just really doesn't work that well anymore and it is not ethical to do and I wouldn't recommend it actually get the content made yourself it's never been easier today than by using cap cut using 11 labs to do voiceovers for you using AI you can also use your smartphone to create content there is no excuse for you not to have custom content in 2024 remember the whole point is to approach your Drop Shipping Store as a brand not as a drop shipper now when you're creating your video ads you need to be putting your offers and your angles into them so if you're making 10 videos two videos should be going over a problem solving Angle now two videos should be going over a scarcity you need this now if you don't buy this now this could happen to you I was selling a pregnancy seat belt back in the day and it was designed to protect mothers when they're pregnant and we create offers and angles where they would say if you don't buy the seat belt you could be one of the mothers that experience a such such now it's very extreme but it is getting the point across and it gets people to fearer into buying the product and there is a genuine result at the end of it so fear mongering is not an issue as long as you're being honest with what the outcomes could possibly be so two videos should incorporate that angle another two should incorporate an emergency buy this now before it runs out of stock we're going to stop selling this next week D these are the types of offers and angle that you should have in your videos now you should also incorporate your offer buy one get one free so I like to sell the product so let's say I'm selling that tennis B thrower for let's say $40 I'm then going to upsell as a free upsell offer the free dog water bottle so the portable dog water bottle I might be buying it for $3 I'm making out that it's worth $30 I'm going to say you buy the tennis ball throw it you get the dog water bottle for free people are going to be like wow they're going to jump on that offer remember when you buy things for yourself you buy from those that give you the best offer I bought this camera I'm getting a free camera lens with it I'm not going to buy from the person that doesn't offer me the free camera lens when I buy a new iPhone I buy it because I get a free screen protector and I get a free phone case so you need to become really compelling and again the free product upsell is the best thing you can have and you can do it through an app and I'll leave a link to the app we use in the description again you want to find a product that's no more than $5 to buy that has a high perceived value and you want to be giving it away for free on your website now you can incorporate the cost in the original product so you can add what it would cost you into the original product so let's say the tennis ball thrower I'd sell it for $34 I'm going to add another $5 to it which makes it $39 I'm then absorbing the cost in the original product now remember you need to make sure that the hook of the video is super compelling the first one 2 to 3 seconds has to grab the person's attention now I would go as extreme to saying the first second is the most important and the first second is the only time you have to grab somebody's attention so if that first 1 second isn't in you're going to lose out on the rest of the few seconds of your video I always say that if youve win somebody in the first second they'll get to the fifth second and if you can't win them on the fifth second they won't get to the 15th second that's my rule when it comes to creating video so you have to design your video so that the first second is the most compelling then the fifth second is then the 10th second is you have to keep people going throughout the video now let's talk about paid ads everyone asks what platform should I advertise on Facebook Tik Tok Google so let me clarify what you should be doing now when you're testing Drop Shipping products you should always be testing them on Facebook and on Tik Tok now a lot of people say well how do I know if my product is suitable for Tik Tok go on the Tik Tok creative Center and search for the name of your product and if your product is coming up on ads even if your product is coming up on organic then you should be selling it on Tik Tok I would say 90% of the products should be r on Tik Tok now when you test your products on Facebook Facebook vers Tik Tok you should be given it one to two days now normally when you test products of Drop Shipping you give them around about 1 to 2 weeks till you find out if they're suitable to be scaled or not now in the initial testing phase your first 1 to two days you should be running them on both platform now after those two days you're going to see which platform is more suitable and more profitable or more beneficial for your product you can calculate that based on views CTR link clicks add to you're going to see a significant platform which is better now if you don't you just keep running them till you find one now obviously people are going to say well what about the budget you're going to be splitting the budget evenly between the two platforms so if you're going to be spending $100 a day do 50 per platform now if you've got a bigger budget do 100 per platform and again within the first 2 days 80% of the time you're going to figure out which platform is better for you now let me get into a little bit more of the nitty-gritty side of the ad setup so let's say you're running Facebook ads how should you do your targeting and how should you do your layout now to be honest with you guys the most important thing to know right now is Broad targeting works the best you shouldn't be putting interests in there the only thing you should be putting in your adsets is the countries you want to Target everything else like who you want them to be seen to should be left completely broad Facebook's machine learning is so good now that your creative will do all the work so if your creative mentions that you want to help dog owners Facebook will realize that and serve it to a dog owner so go as broad as possible obviously Target countries now with Facebook I always say start with the top 15 which is the US UK Australia New Zealand and Canada then the top countries in Europe Switzerland Norway Netherlands Etc so those are the countries you should start with then you should slowly narrow them down to whatever is working the best now if you find out that Europe's performing better than let's say North America then just go for Europe and just narrow down to the Europe market now the most important part of your ads like I said is the actual ad itself not the camp campign not the ad set the actual ad now you should be testing around about five ads per campaign or per ad set so what you want to do is you want to be testing the variations out the offer the marketing angle should all be tested in different ad sets so adet one should be for offer one so the ad along with ad set one should be for offer one so whether it be you doing a buy 1 get one free whether it be the scarcity angle each ad set the ads correlated to the adset should be different offers so ad set one will be for the scarcity marketing angle Plus offer one and then ad set two will have Market angle two Plus offer to whichever one you've got now you might be thinking how am I going to split test the offers on my landing page I'm going to get onto that a little bit later on how you can actually do it correctly now this is the kind of stuff no one really talks about but this is what the big seven figure and 8 fig guys and nine fig guys are actually doing like myself so if you appreciate the value guys smash the like button I'm not gatekeeping anything here so guys before we move on to the sixth product I want to go over something very important now a lot of people ask me about SEO and how I do my SEO for my e-commerce and drop shipping stores now I use this app which is really helpful called search P SEO booster they do have a 7 fre trial that i' recommend that everyone gets that way you can try it out use some of the suggestions that they give you to increase your SEO so once you get the app it's going to give you this dashboard and the whole purpose of the dash board is to give you ideas and suggestions to increase the onsite SEO and to give you some ideas like meta tags alt tags URLs Etc and then once you do the to-do list it will then show you the overall completion and SEO score and the goal is within a few months your SEO rankings will get better now there's a lot of benefits of SEO number one it's going to be organic traffic meaning that every sell that comes through is basically 100% profit then if people search for your brand on Google they're going to find yours or if they search for your product name they're going to find yours first and these are one of many few really important benefits of having good SEO now you can see here it gives you some examples of how your product would list on Google if you were to rank for certain keywords and certain names for the product and you can see here this is an idea of what you can look at when it comes to ranking for the name of your product or the actual Niche for your product now something really important is this isn't just one of those basic SEO apps they're going to give you some really Advanced tools and tricks that in increase the chances of you ranking very high for your product and you can see here it's got 4.9 star reviews and the reviews are based on 3,300 people and I've been using this app now for around about a year and a half and I've been loving it for my e-commerce Brands and drop shipping stores so if you guys want to get access to this app for 7 days for free make sure you use the link in the description as it will help with your SEO Journey so going back to what I was saying so you want to make sure that your ad set has those offers to them in the angles now you might not get to five you might only get to two or three but the minimum should be two ads per ad set and each ad set has a unique offer along the ad now your ad copy within the ad should make sure that you correlate the copy in there related to the offit and the angle so the ad copy for ad one might be a scarcity tactic so you need to mention scarcity words in the ad copy and you need to mention the offer in the ad copy buy one get one free use the link below etc etc you need to correlate that all within the ad now in terms of how you should be running your ads in terms of account structure I'd always recommend an agency account if you can afford it or you can get one you can go to companies like scale Affinity that I've used many of times before or you can go to the black market and buy one an agency ad account will allow you to have a bigger spending limit you'll get less restrictions and you typically don't get any issues with Facebook or you can just use a normal account and you'll have to season it over a month to get the spend up but you can always run into issues when you try and scale so always use an agency account if you're going to be going aggressive with your ads now my full Facebook ads tutorial will be linked in the description if you want to watch it now in terms of Tik Tok it's the exact same principle again leave it broad the ad does all the work now I actually use the smart creative tool inside of Tik Tok ads so when you get to the ad level you can turn it on and that will allow you to run loads of videos per ad group and you can add loads of different texts loads of different ad copies under one ad so I would recommend that you use that strategy and you literally take the Facebook idea and move it into Tik Tok now in terms of using other platforms like Google Snapchat ads and these other platforms I would only recommend that you use them once you find success with at least one platform with your product within the first two weeks so let's say Facebook does really well for you you're able to get it profitable then you can start testing Google Pinterest and these other platforms your principal platforms are Facebook Tik Tok without those you should not be diversifying on other platforms you're going to get too distracted and then you're going to find yourself all over the place now let's talk about suppliers for your Drop Shipping Store now your supplier is everything to your business remember you're Drop Shipping you're using a fulfillment method called Drop Shipping that is helping you take less risk now although you're taking less risk as a business owner you're putting your trust into the supplier and the supply chain of your business cuz you've got no control once it's in their hands you can only trust who you go to now you should not be using AliExpress 2024 that is just way way too old now to be using now you've got platforms like Zen drop CJ and these other companies these are actually middlemen they're not the actual direct supplier some of them have their own Warehouse where they do actually have their stock but a lot of them partner with other companies and they're just the middlemen now there's nothing wrong with them doing that because what they do is they actually take on the risk which means you don't take on the risk so for example the supplier that I use is Zen drop and I love them because although the middlemen they do have their own warehouse and then that way they're ensuring everything for me so if the product has an issue they're going to take the hiccup they're going to pay me the money if the product needs refunded so if the customer gets something that doesn't meet the description or it breaks I will get a refund Zen drer also not based in China they're a western company which means everyone I speak to speaks English they also have automatic fulfillment they have an amazing customer support they allow you to do branding from the get-go so you can have a nice message card in the packaging they have super fast shipping times they're not the cheapest but you're going to get better shipping times and you're going to get insurance that you know the product's going to arrive at your customers doorstep within good time and with a good refund policy now when you're working with suppliers even when you're working with Zen drop you should still ask them the following questions does the supplier that you work with have my product in stock what is the processing times although they have them listed on their website they're not always accurate so you should always ask them what is the refund policy what is the shipping time although it says on the landing page can you get me a better price on this product why is the pricing such and such you should always ask your questions and do your due diligence now once this video hits 2,000 likes I'm going to put the ultimate cheat sheet in the description that will give you all the questions to ask suppliers when you work with them now all the other valuable things throughout this video that I've mentioned all the information like cheat sheets will be added to that master cheat sheet now you should be using Zen drop when you're doing around about 10 to 100 orders a month and even up to around about 3 to 500 orders a month now once you get past that you want to be working with agents 3 p which stands for third party Logistics you want to have your own supply chain inh housee that way you're ordering products in bulk that way you're going to get them cheaper per unit you're going to get a better price you're also going to get faster shipping because you're using a 3pl that owns to you that way you're sending products out very quickly to your customers the point I'm trying to make here is you do not want to be set in stone with a Drop Shipping business model the Drop Shipping business model is for you to test as a business business owner your idea and once you've got proof of concept you should move immediately away from it because that way you're going to be able to build a custom brand by putting your logo on the product even adjusting the product slightly if you want to getting faster shipping times now you're actually building a legitimate e-commerce brand and once you get to this stage you're going to kill a lot of your competition that are Drop Shipping because you're going to have a unique product with custom branding and your competition will not be able to compete with you now the crazy thing is most drop shippers make more money when they sell the business not when they run it so that's why you should always plan to exit the business and make sure you build it so people want to buy it if you don't follow these steps that I'm teaching you no one's going to want to buy your Drop Shipping Store now let's talk about your Shopify Drop Shipping Store how should you set it up what type of store should you have a general store a niche store a one product store what theme should you be using this is all going to be discussed so what I want to say to you straight away is you want to go for a general Niche store so let's say for example I want to go for the pets Niche I'm going to be selling any product in the pet Niche on my store and the reason why we want to do this is because the store will look branded and I can sell a wide range of products within that Niche so it's going to be easy for me to test aggressively again the success to drop shipping is being able to test lots of products fast and efficiently within one store and then the pixel data is going to contribute to all the other products that you've got on your store so in my opinion the best stores to create are General Niche stores I would actually recommend that you all use my AI Builder it's completely free to use I've invested 50 $1,000 to get it built it's completely generative AI it's not one of those pre-built stores we actually use AI for you guys to get your store built that way it's going to save you so much time when you use it and that way you've got a good base of a store there and you can make some adjustments to it it's going to do most of the hard work for you and then you come in and make some slight changes so make sure you use the AI store Builder it's a no-brainer to use and it's completely free to use as well now if you don't want to use the AI Builder which would make no sense to me then you want to go and use use a theme now some of the best themes to use is one of my themes which is called ecomi which will also be linked in the description or you can use something like the shrine theme which we've been using for a while which is very very good now the shrine theme isn't free but it is a very very good theme so I'd recommend it and it does a lot of the hard work for you now when you're building your store you want to stick to a three color base white black and then the accent color you want to make sure that you're using custom images don't just use the images from AliExpress you need to make them customizable through canva through pH room you can use all of these tools now to make really nice Graphics or hire somebody on fiver like a graphic designer to do them if you have the best looking theme in the world if you put horrible content on there it's going to look terrible you can buy the nicest Furniture in the room you put it in a horrible room it's still going to look horrible you want videos on your store you want some gifes you want a short description with a drop- down menu you want call to actions things have got to make sense on your store I see people add reviews to their store and then when you read them and then you look at the store they don't correlate you need to make sure that when you look at your store does it make sense does your landing page make sense now remember your homepage isn't the important part you just need to make your homepage clean and simple but your product pages need to be amazing I'm going to put some examples on the screen of some of our homepages and this is what you need to be doing now going back to what I was saying prior on the ads you want to be split testing landing pages as well you can use G page builder to do it as well now you want to be splitting landing pages now each landing page will have a different URL so when you're in the ads manager on under each ad you can change the url now you want to be having different landing pages for the same product a minimum of three which means three marketing angles three offers so landing page one will look the same the only difference is the offer and the angle so when you do your descriptions your features you're targeting that one Angle now this is what the best drop shippers are doing when they test products don't get me wrong it takes time it does invest a little bit of money but it's definitely worth it this is what's going to separate you from the average drop shippers to the professional drop shippers you also want to make sure that you've got email marketing set up you want to make sure you got text message marketing set up you want to get make sure you got something like Tio Live Chat Set up these are all great ways to reconvert the traffic already existing on your site but honestly too many people over complicate the site setup they make it too over the top they get flustered they get stuck and then they don't want to carry on the site should look simple it shouldn't even look like a Drop Shipping Store if you go to your store and it looks like a Drop Shipping Store you fail that's as simple as it again if you follow what I teach you on how to build a store again I'll leave a link to that in the description you should be fine the problem when people build a store is they get lazy they don't want to create custom photos they don't want to make a little bit of stuff in canva maybe a bit of Photoshop they just want to use what's already existing and it looks terrible they don't want to invest a little bit of time and money into split testing landing pages if it gets a little bit technical they say oh I don't want to do it it's too hard these are the things that you have to do and you have to compromise on now let's talk about hiring and Outsourcing your Drop Shipping Store into an actual business now the first thing that you'll Outsource as a drop shipper is the customer service people that reply to emails people that communicate with the supplyer to make sure things get paid and the orders are going out correctly so that's customer service so that's the first thing that you're going to hire which is a VA virtual assistant now these can cost you between $200 and $500 a month and you can hire them on upwork Fiverr or even in some Facebook groups you can find some really good vas and in some Discord communities but that should be the first hire that you ever do people that reply to emails check up with the suppliers even pay the suppliers on those invoices then the next thing that you're going to probably hire is a creative strategist graphic designer and video editor so these are people that will be inh house that will edit your videos for you edit your images for you so that you can create stores really quick or you can test new products more faster and efficient for example in all of my new drop shipping stores that I run I don't do anything I just do the product research then the VA will build the store they'll create the graphics they'll create The Branding then they will create the videos for me I literally only do the product research and the media buying that's the only two things I do right now that way as a highlevel drop shipper I can test products very fast and efficiently and once I find a winner I can scale it very quickly the next thing that you might want to Outsource is a media buyer so that's somebody that runs your ads for you now in my opinion a media buyer should be the last thing that you hire and you don't have to hire them the good thing about a media buyer is if you want to take a step away from the business and be less Hands-On they can do the media buying for you so they run the ads for you they kill they scale they can do manual biding now typically when you hire a media buyer you want to make sure you got an sop setup so if you know what works for your business you create a document that shows them how they should be operating the ads for you they just come in and do it for you so it's really important that you hire the right media buyer now anyone that actually does good numbers will tell you this is the hardest hire in the world finding a good media buyer is extremely hard the best best places to find them are Twitter Discord and sometimes LinkedIn and again this is only essential if you want to take a step back from the business or you want to create new stores and run it alongside them now to be honest with you guys I've cooked stores to a million dollar and above by hiring three to five people you don't need anything more than that unless you're building a huge Ecom brand now let's talk about how to scale your Drop Shipping Store so let's say now you're making 10 to 30 orders a week and you're like wow I now need to scale or you're wondering what does this scaling process look like and what should be the goal that I get to like I just said you need to be doing at least 30 to 50 orders a week and you should be consistently doing that for around about a month to a month and a half to two months now before you even scale you need to make sure that you're doing at least 15 to 30% profit margin on your store if you're not hitting those profit margins then you shouldn't even be scaling cuz remember when you scale a business the margins are slowly going to come down so if you're already at 10% the margin's only going to get lower so you need to make sure that you're at 50 to 30% margins and then if it slowly goes down to 20 you're still doing okay now other things to bear in mind is if your CTR like your click-through rates aren't good on your ads you should not be scaling if you haven't got an efficient tracking method set up so you can use apps like B profit that will track all of your costs to help you figure out if you are hitting those targets and you can use things like tax jard to help you with your taxes so these types of apps are crucial when you get to the scaling process be profit in tax jar you need to make sure your numbers are squeaky clean hire an accountant as well or a buke keeper these are absolutely crucial now I hope at this stage that you're already doing some basic tracking methods on your ads like UTM but you need to be using a software like hyos or North beam or triple whale this is going to help you track your attribution by around about another 15 to 25% now these apps are not perfect but if you're scaling your ads anything to increase conversion or tracking results is going to help now if it helps you you track your results better by even 10% it's still going to be a big big difference so before you even scale make sure you got something like North beam triple whale or Hy Ros installed and it's working properly and again these things will take time and cost money but if you're not willing to do them honestly you shouldn't be scaling and you should just stick to what you're doing because you will burn a lot of money down the drain now once you've done all of that you want to now increase your creative testing and your offer testing so you want to now move on to doing around about 20 to 100 creatives a week now I know that's a lot but that's honestly what we all do 20 to 100 creatives a week and obviously when you hire people you can do that you can also use AI tools to help you remake creatives that you've already made and redo them in different orders that's completely fine you want to then be doubling down on countries that are working narrow down to the countries that are working if it's a European country make a new site convert it into that language and run it you want to be diversifying onto Google ads now if you're not already doing it maybe things like X ads or Pinterest ads or other AD platforms to see if you can make some other revenue from those streams you also want to be moving away from the dtoc market and direct to consumer marketing now the small guys won't tell you this some of the guys that haven't been around long enough won't tell you this but honestly if you want to take your brand to let's say seven figures eight figures D to C will not do that completely direct and consumer marketing will just not do that you need to now do things like blog so you write a blog and then you run traffic to that blog that will then redirect to your website so then that way people don't feel like they're getting harsh sold to so this is one strategy that we do we create blogs we link that blog to our site then people then go from the blog to our site and buy now this isn't direct to consumer marketing this is more smart to actually get people down as the Hero Journey so for example we might have a Blog that might write the top 10 best ways to keep your dogs occupied the first one is obviously the tennis bull thrower then we link it to our website that way people don't feel harsh salty then they're coming to us the honest truth is DTC is becoming a lot more harder guys on the scaling aspect so if you only run DTC you're going to struggle a lot now the last thing that I'd say is you want to make sure that you've got somebody in your business whether it be a family friend or yourself or you hire somebody to look at your financials because when you scale your financials are going to move a lot so if you don't keep track of them you might not be able to buy stock you might run out of money so you've got to be very very careful now that is everything guys in a very good summarize of what I've learned from the last years of Drop Shipping in this video if you've appreciated the value smash that like button leave a comment and tell me if you want to see more videos like this but that being said guys make sure you watch the free course and you join the Ecom King Vault smash the like button so you can get the cheat sheats as well and I'll catch you guys on the next video
