[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] hi guys today i'm doing my video from sedona arizona and i'm going to be talking about the importance of shadow work and the role of shadow work in the ascension process but first i'm going to be explaining a little bit about exactly what i mean by ascension what normally is thought of when we comes to mind when we're thinking about ascension is the christ figure ascending up into the heavens and so it's portrayed especially in ancient ways as this upward trajectory right and so we're almost like levitating into the heavens and that served us our concept of it being this elevation into a higher dimensional state of being but it's not necessarily an upward trajectory ascension in and of itself can be looked at more like the expansion of our awareness and the elevation of our level of being onto a higher frequency and so what i mean by that specifically is that we have a luminous energy field it's called the lef and the luminous energy field is essentially the shamanic way of addressing what we know in the new age community as the light body and so the light body the luminous energy field is a terrarial field it's a torus shaped like a donut kind of like a quantum donut where you have a feedback loop an electromagnetic connection between you and your environment and so you're being fed by your environment and you are feeding information to your environment in that kind of like font looking thing that a lot of visual artists are great at representing and so that's known as the luminous energy field and what ascension has to do with the lef is that the luminous energy field holds everything that we come into this life with so it holds our etheric templates it holds our genetic predispositions our karmic imprints everything that is the information that makes up who we are is stored within the luminous energy field and so when we ascend what's happening is we're expanding our awareness and we're elevating our level of being and therefore our frequency above where the lef resides and so we're almost moving past that film-like layer of our body and so what shadow work has to do with the ascension process is a super key role and i would even say it's my mission here because of the past lives where i've had such profound experience with the power of not having shadow work implemented at its full capacity and therefore experiencing the consequences of that and so just to give you an example of what i mean a lot of us have had different timelines in ancient civilizations either atlantis or lemuria or even both and so some of us experience certain timelines where atlantis for instance was a golden age it was a living library it was where avatars essentially we were in the state of being of an avatar and having that experience of the fall of that into the lower states of consciousness through dark magic or through just the rise of technology so what happens is when you have technology and that goes out of balance with human consciousness where the technology surpasses our own level of consciousness that imbalance creates devastating effects to the collective psyche and therefore attracts devastating effects through cataclysms in lemuria also there was a lot of devastation on many different timelines people have experienced there and so what i want to speak to in this video is about my experience personally in one of the lemarian timelines where i belong to a group of people kind of like what you could consider the mayans the way that there was a group of mayans who had essentially raised their level of consciousness off of this dimensional playing field and so we were so close in this one lifetime to being able to shift our collective vibration and therefore shift our consciousness onto such a more beautiful uh what you would consider golden age and we didn't and i carry you know in i came into this lifetime still holding so much unpacked grief from that level of catastrophe in that specific lifetime because what happened was we were so close and we had such beautiful and such pure intentions and we were all very heart-centered and the main issue was is that we all shared a collective blind spot so we can't really blame any one person it's not like we can go frank you ruined it for all of us but it was this collective blind spot of denied hate and we all shared denied hate because we viewed it as lesser than and we didn't want to look at the fact that we even embodied that that we even carried that and so what we ended up doing is manifesting what was denied within us rather than what our pure and very beautiful intentions were and that's why in this lifetime i am such a stinger when it really comes to shadow work because it's the most important role in the evolution of a spiritual awakening and within the ascension process itself we might have the most beautiful intentions we might want to consider ourselves angels in human forms that are befriending the shadow aspects of ourselves and that's still regarding ourselves as less than and it's still regarding human humanity as in combat with our divinity and when we do that now we're actually suppressing things because we don't want to even own that we hold them and the universe doesn't care whether or not we don't acknowledge something if we're holding it that's ours so regardless of whether we bypass it or want to skim over it or not that's still going to be a part of our point of attraction and it's really being able to just hold that unconditional presence to humble ourselves into a state where we can acknowledge things that aren't so pretty and hold that ability to be in that witness position you know the witness position especially meditation is one of the most powerful states of being that one could be in and so it's not a position that is so concerned with transcendence but transcendence naturally happens through that ability to hold such a non-judgmental space as simply witnessing and so if we're not being able to witness what is held within our own selves and really just own it and if we're in such an aversion to it then that in and of itself is not going away in fact it's being fueled by that denial and that's what's that's what ascension gone wrong is made out of essentially it's beautiful intentions no inner work to back it up or minimal inner work only the ability to really see other people's shadows and not really have that ability to understand that in relation with our own and that's the crux of the great work whether you look at it from an alchemical perception or an esoteric jungian psychological perspective whether you're looking at it through gnosticism or any type of new age sort of flavor you're going to run into the same type of theme you're going to run into some sort of denied aspects that are coming forward and being a reflection of something held within and the question then becomes are you willing to apply it to yourself or are you going to look at the world as simply attacking you because you're such high vibes because you're such good vibes that's when we take on an angel mentality and when we take on the angel mentality a lot of stuff can go wrong even when the best of intentions and so is what's really important is to remember that coming into this lifetime we're unpacking things that we don't really have reference points for we're unpacking things that we don't have a proper context to put this in because the things that are playing out in this life are very benign compared to the things that we're healing from which are the roots of what is being addressed in this life if we were beheaded or if we were hung or if we were persecuted violently for our gifts for instance as many of us have been in past lives that are now walking this earth in a spiritual awakening to their avatar level of consciousness but if we came from this deep persecution in one form or another over multiple lifetimes and then we come into this life and we have no reference point for that and we start being put in situations where we experience betrayal or we get put in situations where we experience some sort of abandonment or act of aggression against us but it's at let's say for instance not all the time but let's say it's at a lesser degree than the original experience so we come into this life and we have those activated and once they're triggered we now have the capacity to safely unpack that and emotionally process that in the 1920s you never heard anybody talking about healing it was not the spirit of the age it was not the zeitgeist then nor in the 1950s and so there's a reason why we're trauma informed and trauma-aware now specifically at this moment in time and that's also the same reason why healing is such a huge zeitgeist in this moment in time because this is the lifetime where we're coming in to unpack so much things that once again we don't really have the proper context for but still we're being able to access through our environment and through our relationships with other people so that way we can bring that to the surface for healing and none of that can really be done at an efficient level if we're too busy looking at everything else as attacking us because we're so high vibe and so it's just better you know like the stakes are too high it's just better to own hate or to own this or whatever it is that's denied rejected and suppressed then have to deal with the cataclystic consequences of holding denial within the vibration of your energy field and therefore looking at ascension as merely a concept and not fully as a process one that we came into this life fully dedicated and committed to because before this life once again that's what we were doing we were setting up a time space where we were able to access what's held in our past lives and to bring it forward bring it back into the forefront of our consciousness in some way so
