problem with their skills sets and levels however i will conduct regular team assessments to ensure that we team is competent at what we do i may also have to assess whether the current staff is enough or we require additional team members question number 14 describe a time you failed in this role and the lesson you learned when starting in this field the project i was coordinating for my then employer nearly failed and it cost the organization the project manager's communication was not very clear and i experienced cost overruns in sourcing equipment and material we ended up going over the budget and the organization spending more than they had planned i learned to always consult with the manager and go through the budget allocations to avoid having any overruns with time i have learned to get quality and deliver excellent work while sticking to the budget question number 15 where do you see yourself in the next two years in the next two years i hope to have helped the organization undertake several projects successfully by offering high quality work on a reasonable budget steering the organization to greater levels question number 16 how do you deal with pressure to deliver sometimes work can get overwhelming as the pressure to beat deadlines builds up to ensure that i still deliver a scheduled without compromising on quality i prioritize the workload this is
