hey guys what's up so I just have a word for today my voice is still like a little bit like raspy because I lost my voice a couple days ago but we're still gonna get through it in Jesus name right so first and foremost let's pray father in the name of Jesus lurka we thank you for another beautiful day Lorca we thank you for your sovereignty your your majesty Lord God we thank you for your goodness your mercy and your grace Hallelujah father in the name of Jesus I pray that whoever this word is for this video will find them in Jesus name Lord God whether they would find it on YouTube or any other social media platform or someone will share it to them in Jesus name Lord father in the name of Jesus I pray that it be your words through me and not my own understanding Lord God let me say only what you want me to say father I pray that the seed that will be planted will take root and flourish into beautiful fruits for your glory and for your kingdom Hallelujah in Jesus name I thank you Lord for the person under the sound of my voice and I praise you for them amen okay hey guys what's up so God give me a word for today and this word isn't for everyone that's gonna watch this video it's only for a select few if this word is for you this will serve as confirmation for you like I always try to say in all of my videos fact check everything that I say you know check it with the word of God run it by the Holy Spirit and make sure that it's where the Holy Spirit has you right now in the season of your walk with Christ and you know make sure that this word is for you because it may not be for you now but it may be for you in the future or it just may not be for you at all you know so that's why we always run everything by the Holy Spirit first because it says in the word that he will lead us into all truths right so God give me this word not too long ago and God is saying to you in this season of your life that he is getting ready to exalt you he is getting ready to lift you up and he's getting ready to promote you don't promote yourself and don't be sad and don't be grieved don't be angry when people around you don't see the jewels that God has placed in you the reason why they don't see it is because they're not meant to see it at this season of your life a lot of the time God keeps things hidden you know typically things that are very valuable you keep hidden right until the appointed time and I feel like that's what the Lord's doing with a lot of us Believers he's keeping us hidden but guess what even though you are hidden right now God is getting ready to bring you out of that hiding and exalt you not for your own Glory but for his glory to magnify his name because guess what you may not have been like the world's first pick second pick or even third pick heck you may have been the world's last pick but God loves that it says in the word of God that he uses the foolish things of the world to confound the wise he's gonna pick someone that you wouldn't naturally think would be this quote-unquote Mighty woman or quote unquote mighty man of God as if it has a specific look you know he's gonna pick someone like that show his glory because he's like check it out this person to the world standard you guys wouldn't have even looked at him you guys wouldn't even looked at her but look at how I'm gonna work in their life look at how I'm exalting them so that man will know that it's God and not you and your own strength and God's been taking you through a period of purging and taking you through a season of humbling that when he does exalt you the places that he brings you it doesn't destroy you you don't get filled up with pride you don't get filled up with thinking that you did it because it's the Lord and the Lord alone and he shares his glory with no one okay but you know you already know how I like to like back it up with the word of God right got my my handy dandy Bible right here guys and today I'm going to be reading out of first Samuel 16 and I'm starting off at verse six okay in the name of the father son the Holy Spirit and it came to pass when they were come that he looked on iliab and said surely the Lord's anointed is before him so okay so for those of you who may not know first Samuel chapter 16 it's basically when God tells Samuel that he has to anoint another king because um I'm not going to get into it too much um but obviously like Saul was on a bad path spiraling down God being The Sovereign God that he is he was already raising up another king which was who we know as King David right I'm gonna break this down a little bit right so Sam Samuel goes there and he tells Jesse David's father bring all your sons because the Lord has appointed one of them to be king and I'm gonna anoint them so it says here and it came to pass when they were to come that he looked on iliab and said surely the Lord's anointed is before him so Samuel in his own understanding Samuel in his own thinking saw Ilia was just like wow this looks like a fine young gentleman like you know he was probably tall strong you know and had like the statue teacher of a leader a good leader right iliab David's brother would have been the world's pick or what man would have picked so it says here but the Lord said unto Samuel look not at his continents or on his height or his stature because the Lord has refused him for the Lord seeth not as mancia for man looketh at the outward appearance but God looketh on the heart okay so breaking that down so Samuel's like okay iliop he looks like a great Pig surely like thinking because God knows our thoughts right he's just like surely this is you know God's anointed he looks great right he looks he looks like a king and God's like no like man looks at the outward appearance but I look at the heart don't take his height into account don't take a stature into account don't take his outward appearance into account because I have refused him there are people out there in the world that are going to be more qualified than you on paper you know and maybe even more qualified on paper in the things of God but God is going to exalt you why because he chose you he chose you to do that task you are called for a Time such as this and you were called for specific people and God knows your heart God knows all the times where you spent time with him and you were crying to him you humbled yourself in front of him and even the situations that no one else sees where you humbled yourself where you took the high road where you chose not to get offended because it says in the word that it is to one's glory to overlook an offense that is why God has tried your heart and God is in the process of purging your heart that's why he's getting ready to exalt you and keep in mind guys Samuel was someone in that time period that was in right standing with God that had a personal relationship with God that heard from God you know and even Samuel being as close to God as he was he still made the mistake of looking at the outward appearance like we all do sometimes and I definitely believe that the this is kind of like a prophetic word for some of us Believers in Christ people have looked at your outward appearance and has discounted you people have looked at your outward appearance and has discredited you people have looked at your outward appearance and haven't even considered you for this role or this position but God sees your heart God's Soul Your Heart The Times where you stayed up with him weeping and crying and praying God saw your heart and he's getting ready to exalt you for his glory because the places that he's gonna bring you and the people that he's gonna bring you around you're going to be the light there and you're going to bring a freshness A New Perspective to the places that God's gonna bring you okay so let's keep on reading so this is uh verse 8. and it says then Jesse called a benadab and made him pass before Samuel and said neither have the Lord chosen this so basically they're just going through the process you know Jesse's bringing all his sons like okay come on come on guys like you know one of you guys have to be it it's not mind you it's not all of his sons David's still at this time tending the Sheep but we're gonna get to that then Jesse made shama pass by and he said neither has the Lord chosen this so he's just going through the line of each individual and God just saying nope nope nope nope nope and that's how I feel like it's going to be for a lot of us Believers in this season there are going to be people that are more qualified for the position that God wants us in and God's gonna say nope nope nope nope nope to this individual despite their degrees despite their qualifications despite how well they speak despite how good they look God's saying no no no no no to all these people okay so this is verse 10. it's getting good guys it's getting good I'm telling you so it says again Jesse made Seven of his sons pass before Samuel and Samuel said unto Jesse the Lord has not chosen these so I could imagine from Sam's perspective he's probably just like are these all your sons like like what's going on okay it says that he had his seven sons pass by uh Samuel and Samuel's just like yo the Lord's saying that it's none of these guys like what's going on this is verse 11 guys and Samuel said unto Jesse are here all thy children and he said there from maineth yet the youngest and behold he keepeth the sheep and Samuel said unto Jesse send and fetch him for we will not sit till he comes hither okay so basically like I was saying earlier like Jesse's just like you know are these all your sons because the Lord's saying it's none of these sevens so hope it makes sense you know obviously you didn't say that I just read what he said but you know and then Jesse's just like oh it's just the youngest you know he's sending the Sheep right now like kind of I would imagine that he was uh relatively nonchalant about this the way he said it like oh he's sending the sheep and Sam is just like bring him bring him here and we're not gonna sit We're Not Gonna rest until he's here right this is verse 12 guys and he sent and brought him in now he was ready and with all of a beautiful continence and godly to look to and the Lord said arise anoint him for this is he and I feel like this is how it's going to be for a lot of Believers in Christ whether that be in the body or in the corporate setting or at your job or whatever the case God is going to hand pick you out of the flock out of your brothers and sisters in Christ God's picked you because guess what God does not pick the qualified he qualifies the people he picks and that's why because he wants his name magnified through you and because you you were a pic that the world didn't consider it's going to magnify the Lord that much greater so David pulls up to the scene right and he's just like you know like oh okay youngest youngest born like I'm here and then the Lord's just like him that's the king anoint him and then Sam is just like oh okay and I feel like that's how it's going to be for a lot of Believers that this word is for right so this world word could either be for you like pertaining to the body of Christ or you in your in your job or or family okay now if this word is for you pertaining to being in the body of Christ um there are certain leaders and certain men and women of God in your life that may have overlooked the jewels that God has placed in you so much so that when God reveals it to them they're going to be extremely surprised they're gonna say oh I didn't know that fill in the blank you know what I'm saying because that God is going to start to open their eyes they didn't know this because they were looking at you with carnal eyes they were looking at you with the eyes of man they were judging you by the standards of man and looking at your outward appearance this doesn't mean that they're like bad people by any means these are people that love the Lord these are people that hear from God and are Mighty in God's kingdom however God has not allowed them to see who you are yet at least see all the facets of who you are yet you know what I'm saying it's God's revealing it little by little bit to them now if this word is for you in regards to your job your boss or leaders at the company may or may not be a believer most times they're not from what I've noticed there's a position that's going to open up and the people around them and even them are going to consider all the other qualified people for that job but guess what God has the ability to soften hearts into hardened Hearts so God is going to open their eyes to the jewels in you even though on paper you may not seem qualified for that position God is going to give you favor in that position to appoint you in a position that you don't necessarily qualify for in the natural you get me people that have quote unquote authority over you and your family whether that be parents Guardians Aunts Uncles whatever the case they're going to see the jewels that are in you that were placed by the Lord God is really going to exalt you and you're going to be put in a position that you weren't in before but because of the process that you went through being put in that position isn't going to make you get big-headed God has taken you through a season of humbling you know or God is or has taken you through a season of purging for this specific position whether you feel qualified for it or not most likely if this word is for you you don't feel qualified for the position which you're right you're not qualified but God is qualifying you it is God's holy spirit in you that will give you the wisdom to govern that position that God's given you in the way that it should be governed this is verse 13. so it says and Samuel took the Horn of oil and anointed him in the midst of his Brethren and the spirit of the Lord Came Upon David from that day forward so Samuel rose up and went to Rama okay so in verse 13 check it out guys because I'm sure the other brothers wanted the position I'm sure like who doesn't want to be king right you know and it's so funny because a lot of the times in certain leadership roles um the people that want the leadership roles the most aren't the ones that are supposed to be in that role isn't that funny isn't that funny the people that hunger and desire the the power that those positions bring and the power of those positions typically aren't the people called for those positions because they're in a mindset of okay what can this position do for me you know or I'll have so much power or this will make me great you know because I deserve it it's very selfish and and you know and the lord loves to exalt those that are humbled you know so typically the greatest leaders are the people that don't want to be leaders isn't that funny how that works and check this out guys I just want to point this out as well David the youngest probably even considered the black sheep of the family because he wasn't even considered as king um by his brothers or his father and I mean I feel like that has to hurt like you know coming from your father your father um doesn't even consider you uh a king because you're because you're the youngest you just tend the Sheep you do the job that no one else wants to do the Lord was doing an amazing thing in David's heart um in the times when he was tending the Sheep you know and and just worshiping the lord it's just Hallelujah Hallelujah God is so amazing guys he wants everyone to see his glory he wants everyone to see so when he exalts you he's not going to do it in private he's not going to do it so no one else can see he's gonna do it in the midst of everyone that doubted you he's going to do it in the midst of your enemies like in Psalms 23 David even said like you prepare the table before me in the midst of my enemies and that's what the Lord is doing in the season for these for the people that this word is for today God is preparing a table for you in the midst of your enemies God is going to anoint you in front of your enemies in front of maybe your brothers and sisters that counted you out counted you as oh he or she just tends the Sheep here she just Toes that she you know they're not anything special they're not anything remarkable but God so it says that the spirit of the Lord Came Upon David and oh my gosh guys right after this is an awesome teaching as well I can't God willing I'll get into that one um one day as well but as of right now that is the end of the word that I have for today guys so I pray that it was a blessing to you guys that watched it whether this word was for you or not I pray that you were able to get something out of it um in Jesus name for his glory and yes so God is giving us a word of encouragement today God is telling us to hold on hold on to Jesus Keep on carrying your cross keep on being faithful to him because remember guys he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him so the things that we do for the Lord and private God is going to expose and and make it known in the public so we don't have to try to exalt ourselves we don't have to try to elbow and shove and push to the front to get the position we don't have to try to manipulate or or devise a plot to try to get that position God's saying right now that position is already yours that position is already yours all you have to do is be in the posture to receive it how do we get in the posture to receive that position how do we get in the posture to receive anything from the Lord we have to be connected with him we have to be connected with him in prayer we have to worship we have to get in his word how do we expect to hear his voice when we don't get in his word right so you know just stay connected to Yeshua let him guide you let him lead you through being obedient to the Lord he's gonna make it where you're in the right place at the right time and God will lift you up and when God lifts you up it's gonna be for his glory and not your own his glory and His glory alone and people are gonna be shots people are gonna be stunned at the levels that God's gonna bring you and when you're at that level you're going to be able to lift other people up and you're gonna and God's gonna give you the eyes to see the jewels and other people other people that may have been discounted by the world other people that may have been bat on by the world or or or the world may have kicked down or you know counted as worthless you're going to have the eyes to see because that's where you came from so in the name of Jesus I hope you guys have a great day afternoon or night
