Hello everyone. Hello and welcome. This is your boy Doc Williams with Build with Me. And tonight we're going to be talking about how you can be building a niche marketplace within an hour. So come with me now. If you look at it, the show has changed a little bit. We've got new cameras in here. This is our new DSLR. We've gotten this piece. We've got new intro music, all this stuff just for you. Now, as we go into this, we're going to switch so you can see what's going to be on the agenda for tonight. And we're going to be talking about how to build a marketplace. Now, why does it matter? We're going to be talking about that in one second. If you are a new to the program, if you're watching this on Periscope, YouTube, Facebook groups, wherever you are watching. My name is Doc Williams and I build three different types of businesses with one tool. Every single show. This is episode 56 56. We've gotten this piece. So we're going to get into this in a second way. Wait, can we get a little bit of something? Thank you very much. That's right. It's been a long journey episode 56. So tonight we're going to be talking about how I'm going to be building a marketplace within 60 minutes and why you should be doing this too. Okay. So if you're new to this program, we talk about the tool. We're going to be using ELA mentor in shared tribe. We're going to be building a niche marketplace and how to start. You're going to pick a niche and go on from there. We're going to be showing you the three different types of people, marketers, et cetera, et cetera, that should be using this. And again you'll be seeing down here all of my notes as I'm building in real time. Now, if you would like to have all of these episodes directly to your email, make sure that you put your email in the, in all the spaces, you'll join more than 2000 people that get this weekly. And we'll get right into this now, again, as I always say, when we build this live, you can be building with me and ask me questions, all of those different things. So we're going to get right into it. We're going to put on a timer and we're going to go through how fast I can build this marketplace. I'll talk to you what I'm using and all of those things. Okay. So we're going to be using Elementor Ella mentor, which is a WordPress builder. And then we're going to be using one of my favorite tools in the game that I just don't think people are talking about enough, which is share tribe where you can be creating your own marketplace really, really fast. We're going to be talking about how you can do all of that stuff right here. Okay. So we're going to get right into it. Let me make sure on Twitter, I'm telling people that we're doing this right now and they'll find out it's on Periscope. It's on Periscope. All right. Let me know where you're watching this from what you're trying to build, what kind of business and all of that stuff as well. Let's see, we've got this. Let me just put in this real quick. Put in YoRoomie... And I'll send you the video when I'm done. Boom. Bam. We're done. Okay. So let's get right into it. And before we get started, I'm just going to explain why this is really important. Why I think people should be doing this right now and then we'll get right into the build. So the reason we're doing this tonight is because a lot of people are pivoting in their business. They're trying to figure out what's next or trying to figure out what they should be doing with their time and energy. I really think that you should be focused on no code tools so you can build minimal viable products and, and and test out different ideas at a very affordable rate instead of going to code and do all of those things. Just a brief background. I used to be a CTO and a CIO, a couple of times, a couple of startups. And I think that a lot of people just disrespected, no code tools, but now people are catching up because a lot of people are broke. So yeah, so I'm really excited. I'm really passionate about this and we're going to just kind of get started as always, before we start anything, remember this is brought to you by unofficially, by red bull. If anyone has a connection to red bull and you would like me to get a real sponsorship of this wonderful beverage, please message me as always. I'm always looking for sponsors from red bull. So let's get right into this. We're going to put on a timer and see how fast we can build this thing. Okay. So the first thing I am going to do is create a website real quick and and just have that as a homepage. I guess I could do that with share tribe as well. I just, I think their landing pages, they charge $99 per month. So I'm just going to build it with Ella mentor and then link it to share tribe. So I just bought the no code marketplace, the name. So the no code market place can't believe that was available. And I was trying to be really like really, you know, I don't know, trying to think about a really cool name and my wife is just like, yeah, just buy the no-code marketplace. And I was like, yeah, maybe I should just buy that name. Okay. So I'm going to build out this page now. I don't build anything from scratch, I'm just going to go to, I, I went to Invitae elements and I'm searching for some kits. I always start with technology and apps, get out some templates real quick. I think I'm going to go with the soft up soft up. That kind of looks like yeah. That thing. So I'm gonna, I'm gonna use that to start building, I think I'm going to use this page to build out the front of of the website as I'm doing that. Yikes. Okay. Sensitive information. People stop looking at my stuff. Okay. Log into WordPress. Let's let's sign up for a shared tribe account real quick. I should look to try to get a sponsorship share tribe or something. I talk about them constantly. Now, if you want all of my you know, straight to your your email, I just made this on sandbox. So you can sign this sign up for here. Oh, look at that. Subscribe with Google. They just added that they just added that first sandbox, but right here, you'll get all my information and be able to and to get it send fox.com/uh doc. Okay. Let's see about this. All right. Share tribal at sign up, make an account real quick. Start building for free. Let's do this. I'm going to pick, share tribe, go. Okay. Let's let's make it real quick. Just put in my information, just get started real quick. Okay. Sign up with that. I agree. More complaints details. Blah, blah, blah, blah. Let's see. So this is Mark. So this is shared tribe. And I'm going to just create a marketplace very quickly. I love that it gives you different types that I could do. So marketplace type let's see, we're going to be renting products, no selling tickets selling. Oh, selling physical or digital products. A marketplace name. The no code marketplace Right there. United States create marketplace. Okay. Dashboard. So I'd got no, the no code marketplace.com set that up. Let me set up Ella mentor real quick. So if you're not familiar with element tour mentor dot, I'm going to go over here And I'm going to get an account. Now, if you, if you do not know what Elementor is, we have a couple different past episodes talking about it, but it's a, it's a dragon dropper for WordPress. I love this thing so much. Pretty much. This is how I started my website agency back in the day. And yeah, I bought, I, I built a lot of ups with it. Let's see. Did we log in? Hello? Hold on. You have logged in successfully. Oh, okay. Okay, cool. And if I'm going too fast or if you have questions just let me know. So again, the, the format, what we're doing here is I'm building out the landing page using Elementor. I'm going to build the marketplace with send Fox, send Fox with share tribe to many platforms we talked about already. So Ella mentor in share tribe. So if you need the URL, it's going to be shared tribe.com. My thing. See, I thought someone was hit me up in the comments. It's just share tribe, talking to me. Okay. Let's see. Okay. So right here, when I made the account for share tribe, this just popped up. So now I can go and start detailing and building this out in a moment. And so if we look at this five minutes, 37 seconds we created a website shout out to blue host. So we created a website right there with a WordPress, and then we just made a share tribe account. So we did that in less than six minutes. Okay. So let's go and make this a little bit more detailed and and start fleshing this out. Now, what I'm going to do with with ELA mentors, just because I can make landing pages quicker and it's cheaper for me than doing the landing page from share tribe. I'm just going to add ELA mentor and just upload it and do all that kind of stuff. So let's just download this. All right. So I download the zip, let's go over here, plugins new. And so I'm going to use the Elementor pro and then I'm going to use Involta and I'm just going to use that. So let's upload plugin. This is something I made a mistake when I was just getting started for years. I used to always unpack the zip and be like, why didn't I, why didn't it work? Because I just didn't read this section and I just always on zip files and I always, anyway, that's just a reading comprehension problem on my end. Let's see. And then I'm going to download this one because I want to use the home page home page three. Let me download this brand factor, Inc. Add and download. Okay. So we're going to add this, add this. Okay, cool. So we're going to add this one onto our website and I like the look of this. Let me know what people are thinking, but I think it looks pretty nice. I think you can look good for a front page for a marketplace to get started. Now, what I'm going to do is kind of just I'm trying to just attract people to the marketplace. I'm not going to have it fully open. I don't think just because we've got to build out a lot of things. So I'm going to have this, a landing page and then to find out about the marketplace, I'm going to have this click over to the share tribe page. That's what I'm thinking. Let me know about the colors. I'm liking this out. Okay. So have that, let me activate my plugins. How's our time looking. Eight minutes. We got to step it up. See. So I've uploaded that install element, or now kind of get rid of some of my tabs activate. I don't think I need that anymore. And let me know if you have questions in the chat and everything. Hm. [Inaudible] create my first page. Thank you so much. But now let me just activate it. Okay. Connect and activate. Let's do this real quick. It's going to go find my account activate right there. Boom. I know a lot of people don't like using WordPress and for a couple of years, I've really, really didn't like using it. The only reason I stayed with WordPress is because I like Ella mentor so much. But if you look at it, a lot of my other sites, like I'm using notion for a lot of my stuff right now, I think notion is just fun. So that's why I'm doing it. All right. Let's see. So what we just did was we just activated Ella mentor. Now let's just go start building out on share tribe slogan and description. Let's we already created the marketplace, make a slogan and, and description. Let's say, what should we call? What should we do this slogan over this? Let's just say display the slogan on the homepage. Let's see about this. The number one source for no code templates. Well, that sounds about right, whatever, 10 pallets, if I can spell it. All right. Display description homepage. Let's see. This is well let's just say describe templates and hacks to create no code MVPs. That's good enough. Okay. Okay. Let's change that out. Okay. That's good enough for the no code. Ooh. Upload a photo. Okay. So when I'm making a photo real quick or uploading it. Okay, so it's gotta be 19 by 2019, 20 by four 50. Let's do this real quick. I'm going to go to Canva. I'm going to get some Unsplash stuff and let's knock this out. Move this over here. Let's look at our timer. How could we Levon minutes? Y'all 11 minutes. 42 seconds. So custom dimensions, 1920. What did I say? Four 50. Got to move stuff out of the way for 15 four 15. Let's make this custom design. Okay. So as we do this, I'm going to go on Unsplash and just get a really good picture. Unsplash you know what? A lot of people talk about the SEO that the components, if you upload Unsplash, I think ConvertKit was talking about how many more viewers they get on their website because they have so many high quality pictures on Unsplash. That's one of my goals I have to do that. Let's see no code. Let's see what it looks like. What we got here. Yeah. I guess that's all right. I mean, this is all, I mean, Hey. Okay. What is this? I don't even like that. I mean, I it's cool, but I don't know what kind of pictures should we get for no code? I'm just going to say people makers. That's what I'm going to do. Let's see about this makers. Mm. I was afraid about this. You know what? Teachable just use this image. Shoo. I'm about to use it again. You know what? I just need to put a, I need my own pictures. I mean, it just doesn't really speak to All right. Fine. Well, yup. I'm going to use this. See convert kit. Ah, I told you, I told you convert kids, putting their stuff out of there. I need to do, I'm going to do that tomorrow. Do this, put that right there. Okay. So we're going to take that image. Let's just drop this over here and put some images back here. I should have done that. Yeah. Goodness. Let me do this screenshots. Where'd I put it that's it. I was going to be one of my goals. I'm just going to put a bunch of stuff in and Unsplash this week, hands out. That's what I'm going to do. Okay. Ooh. Well, yeah, it starts there. That's fine. Okay. Banner for no code marketplace pop, pop, pop, pop, pop. It's download it. It's just you P and G. Okay. In that real quick And keep this in mind. If you're trying to create your own marketplace, just look for the imagery. That's going to speak to your audience. Right. Just go with that. I know that seems easier said than done, but like just don't overthink it. You can always do it like you know, later or add things. So why did didn't I, Oh, here we go. No worries. My banner open. [Inaudible]. Same settings. I'll worry about logo later. Might change the colors or something later. Add fields and filters. Okay. Cool Fields and all right. Let's let's filters. Let's talk about fields real quick. Listing. Okay. Texts. let's see. Mm. What's a no-code tool that we use. Well everyone uses bubble, but I mean, I, I use good barber for platform say, okay, hold on, hold on. So the up in the second, no, you know what I need to do? I need to do drop down because it's the type of no code tool I'm thinking. Yeah. Let's type of no code tool. Yeah. I can do that then I can do bubble. What did people use? Collide had an option. Good barber shout out to good barber build fire. Ah, what else we got here? Supernova sketch. I think that's good enough. Save, save right there. I'm going to cut out this one here. Okay. Okay. Detailed description, listing name. Cause that's fine. Configure. Just configure PayPal for right now. Let's just hook up PayPal accounts just so we can turn this live and you can see, like it's not something we're doing this, like in concept, we're really doing it. Let's see what's going on on Twitter or anything. Oh, who were you tweeted this good times. Thanks your roommate. Appreciate that. Appreciate all that you do. Okay. Good times. All right. So this, while again, log into PayPal. Let's do that, right. Okay. Let me exit this well again. Timer 19 minutes. Okay. Let's go. 19 minutes. I'll take that out. Okay. Let's see. Grant permission. Yes. Redirecting to marketplace. I'll do it with Stripe later, wanting to get at least at least PayPal attached. Okay, cool. So we just created that. Let's take a look at it. Take a look at the landing page. The let's see the landing page is perhaps most important. You can get this for you know, $99 a month. And so that's why I, that's why I'm creating that for in WordPress instead I do like their custom landing pages, but I think I'm just going to use a lot of the same designs and then just craft my own. Let's see. Let's look at an example. Well, we do read an article. Let's take a look at the other one search. I'm going to probably do a mixture of the two get on wheels. Mm I do like that. That was pretty interesting. Okay, cool. So I'm going to probably use something like this set up and then just build it in, in in WordPress. Okay. So right now let's talk about what we accomplished in 22 minutes. Right now we already finished setting up our share tribe account, very bare bones, very bare bones. Okay. so we did that and we're going to add at least one item and then we're going to create the, the, the front page. I struggle with design or, or getting in my head too much. So I'm just going to finish up the backend and then we're going to just build out the front end real quick. See what happens. With that? So first I got to confirm my email, make sure that's fine with the account. And then and then we'll, we'll finish up the backend if you're building your marketplace for the first time. And you were thinking about this, remember one, a marketplace, who are you serving? And what's the easiest way that you can get started with share tribe. They make it so much easier. I'm not even getting paid by them yet. I gotta see if I can get paid by them, but ShareDrive, I just think it makes it so much easy as you can see, we did this under, under 30 minutes and it's just been a wonderful thing. It's been a very easy process. Let's see. Don't judge me. Yes. I need to clean out my emails, but I just have too many email addresses. So please give me a break. Okay. Got that. As that, as that is loading, let's just talk about this real quick. So again, if you're just joining or you're watching this now make sure that you're, this whole episode is about how to build a niche, a niche marketplace. And so we're seeing how fast we can do it. Now. We'll kind of talk about real quick, who this is for and why I think marketplace should work. So if you, if you're a consultant, if you're a marketer or a thought leader, I think you can really use marketplaces in a lot of different ways. But I think in three different marketing ideas to build out you know, a marketplace, then you need to think about either a productized consulting prioritized consulting. So you can streamline that. So instead of just doing one-offs or scattered of how you're doing your consulting, you can create a marketplace and then prioritize that consulting and then have other people that are qualified. You can have on your marketplace and then take a percentage of their consulting sessions. The other thing is marketing agencies looking to productize their service. Again, you can do that with the marketplace again, and you can enroll other people, other great marketers. To be on your platform as well. You make a percentage, they're getting more work, et cetera, et cetera. And the last thing too, if you're a course creator, I think marketplaces are another great way that you can dominate because you can increase your authority because how many course creators actually have a marketplace and how many people want to collaborate. And all of these things do joint ventures. If your, that course creator that's known in your space, make a marketplace, and then everyone clearly sees what's going on. And again, they attribute it back to you because you have the platform where everyone wants to be associated with. So that's what I would do. Let me confirm my email real quick. Sure. This thing. Oh, okay. Marketplace 57% done, et seq, except payments. IRA did that. Or you did that with PayPal, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I already did that. Wait a minute. Hold on. You want to allow users to pay and accept payments online and for you to possibly receive commissions. Okay. I'm fine with that. Let me set that up. Ah, see, I already got it. Let's do this seller transaction. Hmm. I don't know. 10% right now. Let's just do it that way. Let's do a minimum transaction. $5. Save. That. Must be lower than minimum transit. Hmm. Minimum transaction fee. Not understanding this correctly here. The math section screws me over. Let's do this 5%. Did you believe that? Am I just doing something wrong? Let me just read this for a second. Don't tell me that works. The minimum transaction size has to be greater than the minimum commission. Okay. I'm fine with that. And now you see math has been holding me back my entire life. Oh, what am I doing on C? See this on my other marketplace. Okay. We're going to come back to this straight up. Embarrassing. I think I'm just not reading it, right? No. I think I'm doing this right. I'm just not seller transaction fee. Oh wait, wait. Transaction fee settings. Now I've read the minimum transaction size has to be greater than the minimum. Commission. Okay. I understand what you're saying. Maybe I should do 0.5%. No, I was right. Look. That's good. But we're going to look at this later. I don't have time for this. It's embarrassing for people watching. Okay. Let me just go back. I'll figure it out later. I know. I'm just not doing something right. Let's see. Okay. That's fine. Okay. Alrighty. Confirm there. Alrighty. We're going to do that with WordPress over here. That's great. Set up online payments. All right. Fine. Fine, fine. Fine. I'll do that in a moment. Add first listing. Let's add our first listing. So selling without, without online payment selling with online payment. Okay. The no-code hasn't been okay. Let me just knock this out for a second. Oh, transaction size. There we go. Let's make that $10. Five. Let's do 10. Let's do. 2015 Missing. Minimum transaction. We'll make it $10. Right? Seller, transaction fee. Really stressed out about this for a second. Okay. Creating your first post. There we go. I just lost like some people like this man is an idiot Selling online payment. Let's say let's make it a glide template. Clyde template, $25 shipping description, a custom glide template for your local business. Let's take out. Let's take a look at glide templates, glide app. So good. It's quiet up over here. Look at my timer. 31 minutes. All right guys. Under 29, we got to do this under 29 minutes. Now build apps together with glide organizations. Let's go with templates. Let's do mobile restaurants. Well maker, Pat, did it shout out to make her bad Bob that's John's features of the template Use cases. Why C okay. Who this template is perfect for. Right? So then the details of what you're exactly getting from the glide template would be right here. Features of the template use cases. I'm going to say key features of the template and then we're going to have, yeah, that's good enough. So right here you can drop down. Right? So glide is right here and I'll add a general one, something like that, just in case let's add some images. This is just a demo people taking it from anyone I'm going to give credit to make her pad. I am just showing you on the app here. Shout out to Ben, by the way, let's do that. We're going to select, and I'm even saying it's mega Pat I'm. This is just for this demo guys. There we go. Posts, listing category. See if, Oh, no. Do not tell me. I just. I had to do this again. Let's just do it real quick. Quiet template. Okay. I don't even remember what I said. Description of the template Is who this template is for. Okay. So that way it's very clear key features of the template. And then from here, we're going to say use cases right there. Knock that out. I'm going to say glide, add the image again. Post listing. Let's just do pick up, I think I gotta change this and settings. I'll change that and settings. Okay. Good invite users. We'll do that. And now the final step, share your marketplace, invite users and we can do that. So that's pretty awesome. Okay. So let's go back to listings real quick. Let's just change some things. Hmm. Hmm. Let's go into settings. I think I need to go here. Hold on one second. Move this blah, blah, blah, blah. Manage listings, basic details. I had to either do basic details or listing categories. I'll check that in a second. No code, blah, blah, blah, blah. Let's go to the listings. Default category is fine. This just changed the categories. It's a little bit, No code tool save. And then I'm going to say no code template, something like that. No code template. Just so we could be a little bit more specific. I think I'm gonna change that. Let's see. So we did design and filters and then we might have do order type to location. I don't think we image. Let me add this to other. Just in case say creation date. I think we're going to, can I cut that out? Can I see that in a second? Okay. That's fine. Order types, let's take a look of that. Selling online. Selling with online payment. I think that's fine. Yeah. Social analytics, instruction, text setting things. Okay. That's good enough. See timer. Where are we at? 37 minutes. Okay. So we're at the 37 minute Mark to set up the basic four. Time to set up. Let's see. Okay. Total time to set up basics. Oh, share tribe. Plus add one listing. Of course we can add more details, stuff like that. Let's do that. Open that. Okay. So now that we have the total time to set up the basic listing, we have the first one done. Okay. Let's keep this. Let's take a look at it. Open a new tab. Very, very basic. Y'all the no-code marketplace. We had our very first one Clyde template, a glide template did that. You can go by the type of no code tool. Very, very simple. Very, very simple. So we got everything done here. Let me just invite a, a member and invite users. And then and then we're going to move on to building a a landing page for this Kayla's invite some people. Let me invite max from a hundred days of no code. Where is. Max? Hold on one second. What is his email address? Shout out to max for putting on that great competition. I'm probably going to add Edmund from codeless as well, but let me just have this. Hey, here's. The link to the new no code marketplace. Let me know what you think. Okay. By the way, this is in beta send invitation. Okay. Bam. Brilliant. You made it fantastic. You did it. Your marketplace is up and running. See what you need to do next. See you guys. You can do this too. If you're trying to create a marketplace, don't be scared about it again. 40 minutes, 40 minutes, we just finished all the steps now again, does it look the prettiest? Well, guess what I know I need to, I need to work on this, but you can have your MVP out the door quick. Let's look at it in Congo. Let's look at what the front looks like. Bam. I might have to change out or make this a little bit darker just so you can see it a little bit better. The number one source for no code templates. I mean, look at that. Let me just, that's going to bother me. I mean, just make the picture a little darker, just so you the images, the words pop, but I mean, I'll use shares right now. We just finished that up. Let me do a Canva real quick. Knock this sucker out and then we're going to move on to making the landing page. I gotta, I gotta hustle. Ah, man, I feel the pressure now. So I'm going to go back to camera. I just made the homepage, right? No, no, no. So I just made the homepage. Let's make this a little bit darker and then we put it back up so you can see the, the the words a little bit clearer. Okay. So let's take this. Let's put a filter on this. Let's see. Filter, drop this down. No, let's do transparency now. No, no. Let's do this. Okay. Well let me put an element on top of this thing, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Let's put a shape on this thing To this. First of all, let's make this gray or something like that. Hold on, let me just, let me just do this real quick filter. Let me just change out. Just drop this real quick. Just do this one. Yeah. Let me hit this up. Do I want an epoch? Nah, just stop thinking too much. Just do it tons today. You know what? This intensity drop. Yeah, there we go. Let's do that intensity. Drop this over here. Let's download this again. Okay. We got that one. Let's upload it again. See what happens. All right. Preparing. So we're going to put this in the background just so we can get a little bit the, the words to pop a little bit. Let's go back to share tribe. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I know. I know. I know. I know. Let's go back to design. Okay, cool. Let's just drop the cover photo. Rented it out real quick. Downloads. Let's make it a little bit. There we go. Drop that. Good and save. Go back. So we had this again. I'll change the logo out guys. I can do better or whatever, whatever I don't want to drive for there. One more time. It's going to drive me insane. Insane. I think that's going to be better because I think the other one let's try this again. I know. I know. I know. I know I'm wasting time, but that's why we got everything else out of the way so we can knock this out. Yeah. I think if it's lighter than let's just do it one more time. This is where I have my wife do it because she is the graphic designer and I just waste too much time. I can do everything else, but it's you see how much of a hot mess it is, but that's why we knock out everything else first. So then design won't be an issue. I mean, it's still an issue we're having to go back and do it, but okay. Let's see. Yeah. I'm done. I'm an idiot. This is going to have my wife. That section she's always on me. Like you, you just don't understand concepts, whatever. All right. Let's just knock out this this landing page real quick. So we have this done. Everything's done over here. You mentioned glide. That's done. Let's make sure we have all that stuff out of the way. All right. Now we're going to make the landing page super, super easy and have everything going. Okay. We're at 46 minutes. All right. Let's move some stuff around here. Okay. So we have this as a basis. Okay. And we're going to use something like this. Okay. So let's go in here. Let's download Ella mentor Invado element tour. So let's do that. Let's that over here. Search. And vAuto. Oh, come on now. Oh, I had to get an add new. And Vaughn too. Let's see. Install in vAuto elements. Yep. That's what we want. So let's look at our timer. We've got 13 minutes. We're just going to build something really basic. Something like this. Just so we have the landing page. Activate. We have that one set to go. Photo elements, template, kit. It's let's make a homepage real quick. Add a page. No, go back. Add new. Got way too many tabs. I'm getting out of here. Locke. Let's just do a homepage. Change the name later. Publish. Okay. We're going to go back to WordPress for a second. 11 Minutes. Vauto let's go to template kits. We're going to have to upload something real quick. Let's look at categories. And what is the name of the kit? Soft. let's see about this box. Yup. Install kit. Get started. Get started. It's probably to connect my account in a second. Let me just sign in. Come on. Thank you. What's my timer looking like, all right. Got nine minutes. Copy token, go back. 10. vAuto plugging him pace. Verifier. Yep. Needs a name, update. Project name. No code. Cool. No code marketplace. You're connected. Ready? Okay. Cool install. So it's installing all of the CA right there. So right here, I don't have to go and vent, you know, all this stuff before I can literally just look at what I need. I think I'm going to do something like this. This was the one I was thinking about using though. I think I'm going to do this one. Import template. Nine minutes. I'll put this over here. All right. I know. That's the one I want. It's right there. 33% on eight minutes. Let's see what people are saying on Twitter by Papa. Okay. Good times. Okay. So we just finished that over there. Well, that bothers me, but we're not going to worry about it. 80%. Okay. Is that is finishing up. Remember, let's see, we'll review this at the end pretty much, but let me know if you have any questions. Okay? Okay. So we have the template. All right. Now we're going to go to the page. Homepage. And again, once you have this thing done, you can change it, whatever you like. [Inaudible] Getting close. Just go in here and import this thing real quick. To change this out. Okay. Layout. Let's change it to canvas update. It installed kits. You install Stu insert template homepage. Yeah. I got to input this again. I just did this thing. It's messing up my time. Sure. Let's take a look at this. So again, I might just use this as an example, put this in one example of landing pages. [Inaudible]. Timer. Okay. See what we're at here. Maybe I should have stayed on the page. Oh, what's going on here? All right. 55. Let's see, I could have messed it up. Oh, now it doesn't. Of course. I'm just impatient. That 55 minutes. Oh, come on, man. I go over a little bit. I might go over a couple minutes. All right. Let's change this out again. Default canvas. Okay. Updating that first then let's go here again. Let's upload this one. Insert. You saw what happened. This would have been done a couple of minutes ago. This, well, I mean, it is my fault though. I'm not going to lie. [Inaudible]. I have enough time to upload it, but I'm probably, Oh, come on. You're killing me right now. I shouldn't have messed with the banner. That was a problem. Oh, it's way too much sun. Come on guys. Oh. And now it gives me a warning. Okay. Well I'm going to stop it right there. Okay. The reason behind it is you knew we could have this. Would've been a lot easier, but you know, that happened. So yes, within an hour, we didn't get time to do a landing page. Oh. You know? Right when I say it. Right. And then it, and then it loads everything. Oh, this is just great. Okay. You saw what happened? Tried this twice. Okay. I'm just going to upload it. Oh, okay. Now it's Oh, you know, right. When I stopped the clock, you see what I'm talking about and knew what I was trying to shoo, let me just change that. Welcome to the no code marketplace, but you saw what happened. I don't need to explain it. You already know. Okay. So right here, you can easily create really easy landing page. You can cut out the parts, you like talk about what the platform is going to be for all of this stuff. I'm updating it just so you have it, but you, you saw what happened. You were here. Okay. but that was the true number to finish all this other stuff. But anyway, so we finished creating the, the marketplace. You saw how easy it would be having a WordPress you know, import and everything like that. I think just because I was switching pages and I was doing all these other things that's what happened. So our complete, complete build time, see right here that right there, so that there and that choose and really the true build was 37 minutes. And this was all gravy and adding things. So you saw what was going on. So again, if I'm to make it super, super. Easy, I wouldn't even probably do a landing page first off. Okay. I would do a landing page because that's where I would do the opt-ins to get you know, if, if they don't go any further and try to go into the marketplace, I can still gather their email information, but there you have it. Okay. So let's, let's talk about this for a second. And then we'll wrap up this episode. Okay. And for everyone that was watching and all that kind of good stuff. Okay. So let's get this show on the road. Okay. Everyone. So we just, what is this episode? How to build a niche marketplace in 60 minutes. So, first of all, with share tribe, you could see just doing a marketplace. It took us less than 40 minutes. We're adding landing pages and adding all those opt-ins that you can do a little bit later, more advanced. But again, all it takes is Elementor, which is a, you know, a builder for WordPress and share tribe. If you don't want to use WordPress, you don't like it. Whatever, it's the devil don't use it. You can just use ShareDrive and all of this. So let's talk about what was accomplished in this episode. So let's go right over here. So this is the wrap-up again, we were talking about how to build a niche marketplace. In 60 minutes, we use element Tor and share tribe. Now what we did with a shared tribe, we did the whole onboarding. We created the whole platform, connected it to PayPal and all those things. What does it look like at the end? No, I have to make the image a little bit better. I tried to do it, you know, I, I messed it up badly, but again, no code. I would change this right here to just be a logo. But of course, the number one source for no CA code templates, we have this section right here. You have the categories, you have the type of no-code tools. We just made one really quick, which was the, the glide template talked about what it was talking about, how you could be adding all of this stuff. So again created the marketplace. We just need to work on the imagery and everything like that. But the basics is right there now. So two, we added a a landing page that we built in ELA mentor. You saw what happened at time dot twice, so that's my bad. But again, welcome to the no-code marketplace right here. I could just have, you know, sign up or, you know, join the wait list, something like that. And it encourages them to, you know, get ready for the marketplace here. I could have different logos, all of that kind of stuff down here. I would have like what the marketplace is about. And then, you know, I have a picture of myself or something like that down there. If I was doing it as a membership, I could have the pricing. I'll probably take that out. But I'm just a very bit basic landing page. It really, if I wanted to, I would just cut out everything below the fold. And that way it's just a one, you know, squeeze page where they're seeing what the marketplace is about. And then are you in, are you out? And then it takes you to the share tribe page. So who is this for? We talked about this at the beginning of the show, but really to create a niche marketplace, we're really, I'm really focused on and passionate about this because I think there's a huge opportunity for people to pivot and to know what they could be doing with their business and and to test out a lot different ideas. So who would I use this for? If you're a consultant, a marketer, or a thought leader, I would consider doing a marketplace. What kind of business ideas could you do with share tribe or with any marketplace? You can have prototyzing consulting. You can do a marketing agencies where they prioritize their services for ads, for MVP creation, all that stuff. And for course creators, if you're already creating you already have one stream of income for your courses, I would highly recommend having a marketplace and having other professionals that want to that want to work with you, have them on the platform. And then you take a percentage of all their services as well. And then you're the authority figure because you made the marketplace, people associate you with this large entity and then other qualified professionals are now working for you and or in your ecosystem. They're not working for you. They're not an employee, but they're on your marketplace. So those are my ideas. The light bill build your roomie. I shout out to him. He was talking about it with drew like earlier today. And I was like, let's see how fast we could build this. So for the initial share tribe in setting up one listing, it took us about 37 minutes to do the, adding a template and adding a landing page. It took us about 58 minutes. Again, you saw what happened, timed out. We did it twice, but all those things I would clean up in the interim. So that is how you build a niche marketplace in 60 minutes. Now, if you're trying to start and you're saying, well, I just showed you all that stuff, but doc, that's not me. I don't know where to begin. Pick these three different steps. Number one, pick a business idea. So what are you going to do? Do you want to do prototyzing consulting, et cetera? What do you want to do then? What kind of niche are you going to target? Are you in the yoga space, niche down more? Are you in hot yoga? Okay. Be very specific. And then also what kind of prototype services do they want? Do they want you know, guided meditation where they're having different breathing techniques and you guiding them through meditation, you're creating that basic five to 10 minute lesson. You're uploading it and then you're selling it in the marketplace. What can you do? What are people asking for? And then from the marketplace, make sure that you reach out to 10 to 15 people, ask them to enroll in the marketplace, see what they think about it, think about the products. Do they like it? What do they want? More of? I'd probably even add a paper form or a Google form for people that in the header section of a shared tribe, if they want to request a certain service, then you get even more opportunities from the platform. And then again, create a demo or again, show people your shared tribe platform that marketplace, and then go from there. So again, thank you everyone for watching. This was for the moment I wasn't planning to go live and do this tonight, but saw it was motivated. And and then we did it. So this is MVP ourselves. We bought the domain for the no-code marketplace.com. We'll have that up and running. Well, it's already up and running right now, but we'll connect that landing page. We'll do it tomorrow. And then go from there. If you have any questions, if you want to follow me, go to Sen fox.com/doc doc, you can sign up for the newsletter, let and then you can know when I go live, I usually go live every Wednesday night at 10:00 PM Eastern standard time. That's our normal weekly show. And then sometimes I'm randomly, randomly online and building things like this. So again, thank you so much for watching. Thank you for being a part of the build.
