What is Telekinesis?
Definition:
Ability to move objects at a distance using mental power or other non-physical means.
Examples:
Moving objects, levitating objects, spoon bending.
Exercise 1: PSI Wheel
Setting Up
Create a PSI wheel and place it in front of you.
Sit in a comfortable position.
Focus on relaxing:
Straighten your back
Relax your muscles
Take a deep breath (inhale through nose, hold for 12 seconds, exhale through mouth)
Conducting the Exercise
Place both hands near the wheel.
Feel the object as a part of your body.
Focus on the energy in your hands, imagining it moving:
Clockwise
Anti-clockwise
This energy will cause the paper to move in the direction of the energy flow.
Focusing on a single spot can cause the paper to spin.
