What is Telekinesis?

Conducting the Exercise

  • Place both hands near the wheel.
  • Feel the object as a part of your body.
  • Focus on the energy in your hands, imagining it moving:
    • Clockwise
    • Anti-clockwise
  • This energy will cause the paper to move in the direction of the energy flow.
  • Focusing on a single spot can cause the paper to spin.
